Gets really excited about teaching and really cares about the sucess of students. I actaully look forward to coming to class.
not too bad. very excited about the subject, but realizes most people aren't. fairly unorganized (thought there was an extra week of classes) and hasn't gotten the hang of teaching yet. gets hung up on students' opinions of her. very nice, helpful in office hours, not a hard grader and gives ridiculous reviews with her test in hand.
Awesome lady! favorite teacher by far. loves what she teaches. class isn't too bad, her enthusiasm really helps. tests are kind of hard, all application questions you really have to think about. 3 tests and final. final replaces lowest test. totally fair and extremely willing to help you out. definitely take her!
Great professor, very helpful and enthusiastic about the material. Applies the material to her past reasearch which makes the infomation interesting/easier to understand. Tests seemed kind of random, but were overall pretty easy.
Dr. Ludwig is the best professor I've had so far at JMU. She cares about students and their grades. She cares that you understand the material. She's very fair. Multiple choice tests about 40 questions all questions only have 3 choices. Gave some ec. Knows how to teach. Great study guides given class before test. GREAT CLASS
She is a little ditzy sometimes, but completely adorable. She's very enthusiastic and will go above and beyond to help her students. If you have to take this course, I fully recommend Prof. Ludwig!
She's really cool. Evolution/Ecology isn't really my thing, but i never minded going to class. There are three easy tests (ours were online because of snow days, but not sure if she's going to continure that), case studies, participation (which she announces the day before to be there), and a final. She's really helpful if you're confused too.
Dr. Ludwig is one of my favorite professors. She is funny and entertaining and truly cares about her students. Attendance is not mandatory but class participation is graded. Go to class and do your best on clicker questions. Her tests are application based but open book. Take her class if you can! Its worth your time and effort!
Professor Ludwig is ADORABLE! Easily my favorite prof so far at JMU. She's super enthusiastic about the material and very willing to help you. She brought er her newborn to office hours so she could be available for extra time. Definitely a bit of a challenge but TAKE HER!
She is all over the place but really love biology. i think this was the first time she thought the lab but it wasn't bad. the lab practicals were really easy if you reviewed your manual.
She is a really nice lady, and definitely is very passionate about the subject. However, she is very unorganized and goes over the subject at a fast pace. The whole class has done overall very badly on the exams - definitely NOT an easy teacher. You NEED to read the book and understand everything because the exams are extremely difficult.
A fun and energetic class! Ludwig is more than happy enough to give you her time and explain things to you! the test are easy as long as you study. homework is short and to the point with provding the big picture ideas you should know for the chapter! she is highly reccomended.
very hard class overall. most of the grades for tests have been very low 60-70s average. she tries to make the information interesting, and she's also really great with office hours but she expects you to put in 10-15 hours of work for the class each week.
Professor Ludwig is my favorite professor so far here at JMU. She has a radiating enthusiasm for what she is teaching, which makes me want to come to class every day. She is always very cheerful, and it is impossible to fall asleep during her class, because she is so energetic for the entire 50 minutes.
Most amazing teacher ever! She has so much to offer and always tries to help you! Although she can be a little tough she makes it exciting to learn all of the information. Her clicker questions were the best :)
Dr. Ludwig LOVES bio. She is always excited to teach and is always smiling which I love! Her tests are not very easy but if you put effort into learning the material you will be FINE. Don't hesitate to ask for help, you wouldn't have to ask her twice. Her power points are GREAT. I'm taking her again next semester :)
TAKE HER! she is really active and funny! she understands that some students don't want to be there so she makes your time worth while. She explains the material very well and has office hours too. Tests are not too bad if you study. If you understand the material you'll easily get a B
I think Dr. Ludwig is probably oone of the best biology teachers at JMU. It is clear that she loves what she does. She is super approachable and friendly. However, her class is very hard because she has very high expectations and a lot of the course work is intricate. It's worth it but really requires a lot of time and diligence.
Very nice woman that really loves biology but she is highly disorganized and uses 3 different websites to communicate to you. You can never figure out your grade b/c blackboard doesn't match her syllabus and is a mess. Uses alot of group work and applications to teach you, and hardly lectures. However, she does group tests which are a plus
If you want tests that are fair and not insanely impossible, take her class. You will have to put time and effort into the class (if this is a ten ed for you take something else). A little disorganized, but makes up for it by absolutely loving on the students (very helpful in office hours!). better than other 114 teachers I've my friends have.
She is really enthusiastic and helpful, but also pretty disorganized. The group testing is annoying because if you actually study your team mates will just copy all your answers and get the same grade for that portion.
I didn't learn anything and still got a B.
She's funny, she's nice, she's helpful, she's just not easy. Do the work assigned promptly and study how she says, it's no joke. Luckily, she's willing to give you some chances, and benefit of the doubt. Just try and develop a relationship with her, and it'll be even better!
Not the best professor. The clarity of her lecture could be much clearer and direct. The topics do tend to be scattered but are all able to be related to an extent. I would have greatly appreciated more clarity of how to complete assignments and the assigned group work is often left to be completed by a singular person while others benefit off them
Professor Ludwig is nice and passionate about the subject, but I would not suggest taking her class. She is very unorganized. She doesn't clarify when assignments are due and expects you to complete group work out of class without even explaining you have any. I would have a much higher grade if she organized the assignments better.
Dr. Ludwig uses a "group-based learning" class structure. Her exams are very easy but the wording can sometimes be confusing. If you have a decent biology background before taking her class you'll breeze right through it. She's passionate about biology (especially ecology) and you can really tell. However, she is sometimes very disorganized.
I got a good grade in this class but everything I learned I taught myself. She fills class time with in class activities and barely teaches any of the material. Not a good teacher but easy to get a good grade in her class. Also attendance is kind of mandatory because activities are done in groups and they can leave your name off the activity.
Ludwig is really sweet but a little unorganized. As long as you go to class and contribute to the group assignments and study a little you can get an easy A or B. I thought this class was super easy and I actually enjoyed going to class
Great lady, but I hated this class. She is one of the most disorganized people I have met and the class is the same way. It's an easy class, but I felt like I learned nothing. If you want an easy grade take her, if you want to actually learn the material, do not.
Dr. Ludwig is extremely enthusiastic and fun. She makes biology interesting and tries to present material in new and different ways, including LOTS of group work and in-class assignments and problem solving. I thought the exams were a little challenging but overall really enjoyed the class.
Ludwig is definitely excited about Ecology. This class is pretty awful in itself so I appreciate her trying to make it better. I did not like this class b/c she does ALOT of group work, barely any lecture and you HAVE to read in order to learn b/c she barely lectured. But the material is so common sense that I never had to study.
Her class is separated into 3 tests an a final I believe. Her tests are split into an individual grade and a group work grade. It helps a lot. Her lectures are based off of a lot of examples, which are often on the tests. Make sure you do the readings ahead of time. She's great for the course.
99% of the classwork is done on a computer (its all group work) and uploaded to canvas. She EVENTUALLY gets around to grading and commenting. She is EXTREMELY disorganized and the canvas site is nearly impossible to navigate (things are dated wrong and nothing is categorized) if you like structured professors, you will hate this lecture.
Ludwig is so disorganized; she has her research assistant grade your group assignments and doesn't respond to e-mails-almost EVER. It's incredibly frustrating. She's spunky, but she doesn't teach much anything other than graphs and what they convey. I would avoid her if possible.
Nice professor, lots of curving, which is good because the tests were so strange and confusing. She is pretty disorganized and I'm not sure if I learned anything.
Dr. Ludwig is extremely enthusiastic and fun. However, I will never take this class again. If you would like to pay your tuition to teach yourself, then take it. She is very disorganized, and she does teach you NOTHING. You have to read textbook, do online assignment, and a lot of group work. Her TEST is not related on her lecture.
she is an EXTREMELY NICE PERSON. however, she is a bit unorganized. she allows you to group exams which are extreamely helpfull to your grade. many of class assignments are based on her wanting you to think in depth about various topics and connecting most of them together. would take her again for future bio classes.
Funny. Outgoing. Spunky & Nice. If only she could effectively teach though....
Dr. Ludwig is a very energetic, very helpful professor. She will not have you doing nothing during class and if you skip it will effect your grade considerably. She has you work in groups for participation. Her tests are not hard but read the WHOLE question or you will get it wrong. Tests were taken individually and as a group and averaged 6:4.
Avoid. Professor Ludwig knows Biology, but simply does not know how to teach it to students. She'll tell you that she's not disorganized just "flexible." FALSE. Most disorganized professor I have ever had. You learn nothing in class, you just do extremely pointless group exercises. Tests are incomprehensible. Basically you teach yourself.
This class is super easy. Tests are taken individually and with a group and then averaged. I didn't turn in any of the Mastering Biology homework and it only knocked down my grade a couple of points. The class is mostly group work and you must be present to get credit. She's very friendly and willing to help.
She's exceptionally bad. She's incredibly disorganized and sometimes she forgets to grade things. Last day before winter break she neglected to check that I did my peer evaluations, which resulted in me getting a C instead of a B despite that fact that I did it on time. Don't take her.
There was a LOT of group work in this class. I particularly don't like group work, but i ended up getting an A- in the class. The tests are challenging but i think that is a good thing. She asks you difficult critical thinking questions and a lot of them will trick you. Go to class (even though attendance isn't mandatory) and do study guides.
Dr. Ludwig is really smart and funny, but she just can't teach very well. Instead of lectures, we did in-class assignments with our groups that didn't help us on the tests at all. You have to go to class and suck up to your group, however, because there are peer evaluations at the end of the semester that could kill your final grade.
Super fun and energetic, if you have questions though, ask or she won't know you don't understand. I'm always awake and alert in her class because of her enthusiasm
Ludwig rarely lectures. Most of the class is focused on the application of what you're learning to real life. Lots of group work assignments and moderate amount of homework. Tests are tough but she tries to help out your grade in many different areas.
I took Ludwig for both 114 and then again for 124. You have to seriously not try at all to get below a B in this class. EASY. She is very all over the place, but if you're confused she will definitely help you the best that she can. Tests are GROUP and the final is GROUP.... Like I said, easy class. Don't let the bad reviews scare you she is great.
Not many lectures, mostly group work. Group tests too. This class is literally impossible to fail. best teacher ever
She is very good to have for upper level courses where she controls the course guidelines. She is extremely energetic and interactive in class. Tests are very fair and clear cut.
Good person, bad professor. EXTREMELY extroverted, uses good examples in class, loves group work, & is understanding... BUT she's scatter brained, unorganized, easily distracted, hates giving lectures (reading the book is a must if you want an A), & can't work Canvas to save her life. I feel bad saying this cuz she's a nice person but seriously...
Ludwig is a good professor, you just have to be clear about what you need. She admits to being a little too ambiguous and throwing you under the bus, but she will make changes if you tell her you are uncomfortable. Overall, it's really hard to get below a B in her course. Exams are individual and group, and there are plenty of assignments to aid.
Ludwig is the bomb. She is full of energy and honestly a little crazy but she grabs your attention. I struggled in the beginning of the class but after expressing this to her she really tried to help and I began to do better. She cares about her students and the class isnt awful. I didnt really think it was easy so to say, it just takes effort.
Shes very outgoing and has a cute personality. She assigns you to a group at the start who you work with to take group tests and final with and class work. Only lectures a little and gives lots of examples so you can gain a better understanding. Im a visual/active learning and found this class perfect for me. Exams are taken indiv & then as a group
Class structure is based on a survey from the whole class. She doesn't believe in lecturing so you need to learn the book. Her brain is one big concept maps and she thinks those are the best way to learn something. Her tests aren't really based on her powerpoint notes that much but some of it is. I wouldn't take her if I were you.
she is so funny and nice very cool as a person! when is comes to class she doesn't lecture, so the tests can be like a slap in the face almost. all assignments even test done in group! she will answer all questions well. she really tries to help and you can tell she loves the subject she teaches! test questions are very tricky though!
If you want to learn a lot, don't take this class. If you want an easy B, this is for you. This class is basically impossible to fail. You take the test as an individual and then as a group (assigned group) - your grade is the average. Tons of easy online homework to boost your grade. She doesn't lecture and tests are tough, but even then, easy B.
Professor Ludwig was an awesome teacher I took the class to fulfill a gened requirement because I read the tests were in groups and nearly impossible to fail which did end up being true. You take tests individually then as a group and the grade is combined and I think I got a high B on all of them. She is very enthusiastic and makes the class fun.
Take her!! She is so funny and passionate about what she does. Easy to get at least a B.
TAKE HER! She really cares about your learning more than your grade, but it is still easy to get an A in her class! Her lectures are always entertaining. Tests are kind of hard but you get the average grade of individual and group test scores. Not a lot of work at all.
I loved having Dr. L as a prof. She's hilarious and came recommended to me by a fellow student. Group tests are amazing and such grade savers. Dr. L is a little specific about what she wants but is so easy to talk to. ASK QUESTIONS she loves it... oh and go to class
Dr. Ludwig is a very nice woman and really cares about your learning and not about what grade you have. Attendance it not mandatory because she expects you to make your own decisions and show up to class at this age which is nice. She always makes class interesting and loves when you ask questions!
Gives great lectures and expects a lot from her students. Dr. Ludwig does everything she can to make the class fun and interesting.
Although Ludwig is hilarious and a very nice person, I did not find her teaching style helpful in the least. Sure, it's not hard to get a B but if you actually want to learn bio (especially if you don't have a strong background) then this class is not for you. She hardly lectures and gives group projects that don't help u understand content at all
I took BIO140 co-taught by Ludwig and Cresawn. Ludwig was definitely my favorite of the two. The class itself is pretty easy if you can understand the steps of the biological processes you learn about. Three tests but you take them individually and as a group and they average the score. A lot of in-class group work, but it's good for learning.
Dr. L is an amazing teacher! She cares a lot and is extremely passionate about biology. This course is not as hard as 140 and she does a good job teaching. Tests are a little hard since there is a lot of application, just go to class, do the readings, study and I would recommend going to PASS!
Good teacher and fun to listen to. Her tests are pretty difficult though because of application, and they can be insanely tricky. Worth taking an 8 AM for though, especially because of the group tests that help average out your individual test.
Lots of the work in class are group case studies. But work with her and she'll help you out. Really an amazing lecturer, and super smart. Definitely one of the best professors I've had.
A wonderful teacher who really cares, a great choice for this 150 lab.
Dr. Ludwig is an awesome biology professor. There are probably professors that can give better lectures, but overall a very caring and passionate teacher. Her tests are in groups, so it gives a little extra push to your grade, and she has given out very beneficial extra credit in both of her courses I have been in of hers. Very willing to help!
Dr. Ludwig is such a great person, you can tell she really cares about what she is teaching about. Tests count for 70% individual and 30% with your group. Take her if you get the chance!!
Dr. Ludwig is a caring teacher, she wants her students to do well. But she DOESN'T really lecture, she is kind of all over the place. She is really funny though. Her tests are tricky because of the wording and it's application. You take your tests individually then with your group but the wording and time limit is STRESSFUL.
Ludwig is a great person and is very caring, however, no matter how much you study her tests are worded poorly and do not refelect what we do in class. She is not organized with her lectures either. I love biology but this class was a joke and made me so angry. The group test taken after the individual portion saves your grade.
she was a nice person but was extremely unorganized. Due dates often changed and wouldn't remind you. Test didn't really reflect the lectures as she would ramble during them and not really teach.
Dr. Ludwig is a really nice person and she's funny and tries her best to make lecture interesting, but doesn't do a great job teaching during lectures. Her tests are difficult, but you can also take them in a group which helps your grade and the homework assignments can be really really annoying.
Avoid taking her if you can, but if you do its not the end of the world. Any BIO 150 class is easy because of the material, it all depends on the professor, and Ludwig will trick you with her wording on her exams. Don't buy the textbook it's all online because you will continue to do launchpads along w/ 3 cumulative exams and group activities
She is very knowledgable and loves what she does. She always makes sure her students are engaged and does group activities during class to help you understand more. 4 tests, all on the information from class. She also always reached out to students individually after tests to either help them improve or congratulate them on improving.
She really enjoys teaching and the subject. She makes class interesting as well as educational. She values knowledge over grades, which is a good and bad. While the grade still effects a student, when it comes time to take the final you probably know more than you believe.
Professor Ludwig is an extremely sweet teacher, however, she is a huge rambler and is very unorganized. The lectures don't reflect the test at all. The only way to do well on the tests are to the PASS sessions. Tests are very wordy and you only have 25 minutes to take it, but group tests help to bring the grade up. Do the HW and ex credit.
Ludwig comes off very nice/funny but her tests are IMPOSSIBLE. 25 questions then you take it as a group which helps a little. Random group assignments that are a ton of work and always due on Friday night. She is very unorganized and her lectures do not relate to the test at all. I would never take this class again.
Dr. Ludwig is a wonderful woman and is obviously passionate about bio. With that Being said if you are a bio major/already know most of the material avoid this class. There are so many extra assignments unrelated to bio to boost the grades of people that don't understand. Her tests are also very confusing and count for a tiny portion of your grade.
I haven't even finished this class yet but it is horrible. She is so unorganized and rarely responds to emails. She even told us to NOT DO an assignment because she "couldn't keep up with them" but yet she still graded it anyway. She assigns too many random assignments that have nothing to do with the class and will go off topic during lectures.
I hate to give anyone a bad review, especially since Dr. Ludwig is very kind and passionate about her work. However she's completely unorganized and her class is a joke. She assigns dozens of readings/arbitrary assignments and is constantly confusing everyone because she will mess up the due dates. It's not a hard class but she makes it impossible.
An extremely disorganized woman who KNOWS the material but simply cannot teach it to others. Spends lecture time discussing how she can improve on the class, while not taking any of the suggestions. Many assignments have nothing to do with the actual material. If she responds to your email, youre lucky. You will not gain anything from this class
Ludwig is a really sweet woman that is very passionate about ecology and bugs. If your a bio major or feel comfortable tin bio this class is an easy A. Beware of groups and group projects though!!
Dr. Ludwig is such a passionate professor when it comes to teaching. She really cares for her students. Although sometimes during class she can get a bit distracted from the topic (which is not always a bad thing), she really does work hard for your success. As long as you communicate your concerns with her and give effort, you will do well!!
Professor Ludwig is a very nice/approachable lady and you can tell she's really passionate about the subject. However, she is super unorganized which can make the class really frustrating and stressful at times. There were a lot of times where she was unclear on due dates and she was hard to get in touch with.
Dr. Ludwig was great! She assigns a lot of case studies, and assignments so there's a lot of opportunities to raise your grade. Extra credit is hard & exams are tough. Concept maps are the best way to study (connect all the topics to each other). She's really accessible, but a lil scatterbrained, so if you're confused abt anything, EMAIL HER!
I could tell Dr Ludwig is passionate, but she is the worst teacher. I mute the lectures because theyre so unhelpful and rely on my lab group to help me understand anything. She constantly gets mad at us for not knowing things and doesnt curve when we get bad grades (like an avg. of 45%) yet doesnt realize its because of her. DO NOT take her PLS.
Ludwig is a nice person but not a good teacher, especially online. She is scatterbrained and only emails students back half the time. The average on one of our exams was a 54% and she basically told us we didn't know what we were doing and we should have done better. She fails to realize her teaching methods are not good. lecture taught me nothing.
Dr. Ludwig has been really inspiring and kind over this past semester. She was always open to talking about whatever students needed help on or wanted to chat about for the first few minutes of class. You definitely have to work to do well in this class, but it was so worth it. She really cares about her students and their wellbeing and it shows.
Do NOT under any circumstance take this teacher!!! You will regret it. She rarely responds to email, the lectures are extremely hard to follow and seem all over the place, and students who she does not consider smart, she will not treat well. She does not want her students to do well unless they come into the class knowing all the material.
Amazing person, but not a very good professor. Extremely hard for lab and lecture, made everything unnecessarily hard. Lastly, very very disorganized.
This class was good in the beginning but it REALLY decreased in all categories for me. (organization, interest, & common-sense). She wants to do her best but unfortunately her best isnt what most students consider helpful. She doesnt have clear powerpoints (it's all over the place) There is no master schedule which really SUCKS. Just pick different
If you have her online she doesn't change her grading style for online. Students are teaching themselves most info. Really bad organization on canvas. Seems frustrated with zoom. Has a bit of an authoritarian personality, High demand but low understanding to help. When you do good she takes credit but when you mess up she blames you. Tests are hard
Prof. Ludwig in three words is disorganized, demanding, and unhelpful. She would be mad and frustrated constantly at us students for us performing poorly on her tests, which were absurdly difficult and very unrealistic, and failed to realize that this was occuring because students were forced to teach themselves most of the information.
She is my favorite teacher right now. Her class is very easy if you study a little bit for the tests. A lot of Quizlets are available for this class and are very helpful. She is so fun and she makes her lectures fun to listen to. Theres a lot of routine weekly homework assignments but they aren't bad at all. I love her and definitely recommend.
Dr. Ludwig is the most caring and understanding professor I've had yet. She really understands that life gets in the way and is happy to accommodate. The class itself is a lot of coding in R, a PVA project, and instead of exams she has learning reflections where you argue the grade you deserve. It's challenging but worth it bc Dr. ludwig rocks!
Not caring. Lots of busywork. Would not take her again. If you are a good student concerned about stressing over a class that is only hard because of the professor. This would be the class to avoid. There are better professors for this class. She really isn't helpful. Considering I did well in the class (B+) but still found it highly stressful.
Most of this class felt like busy work. There were so many assignments due each week and she graded them so harshly. She can be a little condescending sometimes and overly pushes students to "think on a higher level" which is code for "think like me or it's not right." Dr. L was nice enough but I didn't learn much from her class at all.
She does assign quite a bit of work, but I personally still found it manageable and the assignments didnt take that much time for me to complete. I guess it depends on the person, idk. I personally always looked forward to her lectures because she is so positive! Id sometimes log in and she would geek out or have something hilarious to say.
she sucks, there are way better teachers for this class
I wouldn't recommend this professor. Overall, it was fine. But she really is picky about things. There is a ton of busywork that she thinks helps but really don't. She will ask for feedback and does not change anything meaningful. I did get a good grade in this class. But it's almost not worth it for how she acts/ teaches.
She is a good professor, IMO. But a he gives a lot of homework and is very nit-picky. For Packback you just had to do the bare minimum for a 100. For pre-lectures, just explain away for the connections question (1 paragraph). For the MindMap, I just copied my notes in. Also there are Quizlets with the similar questions to study for her exams.
The professor is super nice and not a bad choice. Tests are a little hard but if you study and do the reading, you'll be fine. She is willing to help and understandable. Extended many deadlines to help us out.
This class is a lot of work and involves lots of coding in R. Dr. Ludwig is pretty unorganized, but lenient on deadlines and wants you to do well. There is a lot of fieldwork off campus, but if you don't like fieldwork don't sign up. She grades easily and you can redo assignments if you don't get the grade you want. Grades via learning record.
Final is insane. Average was like a 60. Not that good at teaching and is very unhelpful. Makes assignments confusing and hard for no reason. Other professor are better but youre gonna have to work work to get a pretty good grade in this class.
I honestly loved Dr. Ludwig. She is so sweet and is so passionate about bio. Yes, she does assign hw every week, but it really isn't that bad once you're in the swing of things. The exams weren't too bad, although the final was difficult. Honestly just do the hw so that you at least have a safety net of sorts and your grade will be okay.
I wouldn't recommend this professor. There is a ton of busywork. Take her if you want to waste your time. Even if you are a good student, this is not that type of class. Its unorganized and hard even if you do all the work and study each week. I got a good grade in the class but really would never want to take her again. Good luck if you do
PASS. TAKE A DIFFERENT PROF. RUDE & DISORGANIZED. sure she is passionate about bio but seriously doesn't teach well at all. HUGE disconnect between how she learns and how students learn. if you are a good student you will struggle. someone who studies every other day and is on top of hw normally, you will struggle. Busy work that sucks like her
I thought she was an amazing professor. Don't understand all the hate here. Assigns lots of work, but she will work with you if you struggle. She really cares about everyone in the class and really wants everyone to pass, it shows in her passion in bio. As long as you try, you'll be fine in this class!
I liked this professor. Assigns a whole lot of homework per week so be prepared to do the most for this class. Most ppl complaining here are freshies who haven’t had a full taste of college yet. If you can’t handle this much work then good luck in your other classes cuz it’ll go downhill from here!
Meh. Could of had a better prof for this one. She's disorganized and assigns so much work! If your forced to take her, good luck with that. Sure, she's nice but thats the only redeeming quality of hers, albeit a small one. If you dont do the work exactly her way, points off. Test averages very low and I barely survived. Avoid her if possible!
Don't take this professor
The professor is not nice and is a bad choice.
Tests are strangely not the class material even if you study and do the readings
I won't take her again. She is not willing to help or understand her students. Did NOT extended deadlines to help. Very disorganized on canvas. The people on her giving her a good rating are 5/100 students per class of hers.
I didn't like this professor. Assigns a whole lot of busywork per week so be prepared to do the most for this class. Most ppl who like her think the ppl who don't aren't trying hard enough. I have had tougher profs who make you work hard to learn the material that I LOVE but she makes you work hard to learn busywork. Its a waste of time. Good luck
This professor assigns a lot of work, but she really wants you to succeed. If you put in the effort, you'll do well. unstuckstudy was a lifesaver for studying - much better than just cramming from the textbook alone.
