Ms. Williams is the best professor I have ever had. She takes time to help with papers that aren't even from her class. I learned information that has helped in all my other studies and enjoyed her teaching style.

Ms. Williams is an excellent teacher. Very helpful. If you do the work, she will help you in anyway possible. She is a very fair and caring techer. I thought I knew alot aboput English, but her passion and knowledge for the subject takes you to another level.

Woo Hoo, the hardest thing for me to do was concentrate on the reading material becasue I was only concentrating on her beautiful body. Very good teacher, makes reading so much more interesting.

Ms. Williams is an awesome teacher! She really does enjoy teaching and you can tell by how she is always prepared and eager to teach in class. She's also available if you need help for anything, not just things pertaining to her class! I highly reccomend her!

Mrs. Williams is such a great teacher. I took ENC1101 with another teacher and was failing so I dropped the class and the next semester I took her for english and I had earned an A in the class. She is very well prepared and very excited about her job. I would encourage anyone looking to take her class to do so. You won't regret it.

I loved Ms. Williams. I was not that interested in English but she made it fun and interactive. Easy to contact always responded to emails on a timely basis. COOL CAT!!!

One word...amazing!! She is an awesome teacher. Knows her stuff and wants things done a certain way but will do whatever it takes to help you along. Mostly comprised of small 500 word journals. Then a couple thousand word essays. If English is not quite your thing...take Ms. Williams!! Stay away from Gill.

I love mrs. williams!...shes awsome. knows what shes talking about and teaches very well. She always helps out on your paper and emails you. I dreaded takin english but now im excited because i learn so much and am not scared to ask for help! Take HER!!!

I hate english class, but she was the best teacher I've had for english. Very helpful, very understanding. Gives you interesting assignments. She is the best! I would recommend her to anyone that needs to take English

Pretty ostentatious, but a good teacher nonetheless. She even took it in good humor when I wrote a paper citing that the Hulk was a metaphor for cold war fears when the assignment was on something completely different. I had to write another paper, but it was worth it. Beware though, she is brutal on punctuation. It's her pet peeve.

Took this class DL and it was much easier than expected. Instructor was very clear on assignments and what needed to be done. I took it over the summer and it was so nice to be able to get all of the work done and then not have to worry about anything until final. The only time we met was orientation so that was another plus!

I took this online and it was very easy. She gives you the work way in advance so I was alwasys weeks ahead. GREAT CLASS

ms. williams was awesome! you do have to do some work and she is pretty hard with the grading sometimes but she will work with you and help you along. final was easy...timed writing! most of the topics you had to write on were very relatable and therefore made writing them so much easier. take williams...you won't regret it!!

Take this class DL. I did and found it very easy. A few discussion questions, a few analytical responses to reading assignments and on-line quizes and tests, and an easy paper at the end. She takes a long time to grade assignments but you get your quiz grades immediately. She gives feedback to your writing assignments and is pretty fair overall.

Even if you are not the best writer Prof. Williams will always be there to help you out one-on-one and is always glad to answer questions and doesn't make you feel like an idiot for asking them, like certain other professors (such as Dory O Brian!!!) Take Williams for Comp. I and II and you will not regret it! Plus, she's HOTT!!

Ms. Williams is AMAZING! She is very helpful and gives plenty of feedback on your essays so you know where to improve on the remaining papers. I also liked how she gave us a month to complete the research paper (by far the least fun paper to write, but one that is nevertheless important to learn how to do) which was a huge help. Take her class!!!!!

Took her class online, made an A. only time you ever meet with her is for orientation, everything is else is via comp. I hate writing papers but the topics were easy & the lowest grade i made was an 87. great class to take DL!

GREAT Instructor! I took her online during the summer semester, and she was wonderful!!! Easy class (she still wants us to enjoy the summer) and she is very clear on how she wants things done, BUT it's SUPER easy! (I made a C in Comp 1-with another instructor, but got an A in this Comp 2)

Williams is by far the BEST professor I've had yet, and likely one of the best teachers I've ever had throughout middle and high school, period. Took her for both Comp I (in person)and II (online) and loved both the classes! She makes learning the material SUPER EASY and if you can't pass these classes with an "A" you need to drop out of college!

WOW EASY CLASS!!! Took this online and I still can't believe this was an english class. We wrote reply to posts online as well as a couple one page analytical responses and one essay. The quizzes and tests where really easy. Do yourself a favor take this class and pull that GPA up!!!!! She did take a while to respond to emails and put up grades.

Prof. Williams is awesome! If every prof was like her, more people would stay in school. I hated Eng. until her class. She is tough, but fair, and extremely helpful!!

Took Comp2 online with her. Overall, pretty easy course. Only real essay was the final paper, everything else was discussion postings or short response papers regarding short fiction works or poetry. Not much of a writing course as it is an analytical thinking course. Even with the 93-100 scale it was an easy A. Would definitely recommend her.

east class. could be confusing with her directions but it was mostly essay writing. Final was easy. Overall an easy class and helpful instructor.

Super easy class. I took both comp 1 and 2 online. Hard to get a 100 on your papers, she will always find something wrong, but nonetheless, you will still get an A as long as you do all the work and meet the requirements. However, she takes FOREVER to post grades, which is kind of annoying.

Have a new respect for English class. Prof. Williams was quick to respond to my email questions with clarity. Looking forward to taking her ENC 1102 class.

I took her distance learning. She lets you know what you need to do. If you do it in the time alloted (which is more than sufficent), you will get an A. I highly recommend this professor!

I took the distance learning class. Class was easy. Only had to write 8 papers. Very willing to help students. The only problem I had with Ms. Williams was she waited until the last week of class to grade papers.

Professor Williams is a very organized teacher. She allowed plenty of time for assignments and was very helpful inside class and answered emails very quickly. Work was easy, on paper over 500 words was the research paper, My only problem was how long it took for her to grade work but other that, highly recommend her.

This course DL is very easy. Little work, and when there is there is a lot of time for it and it is very clear what she wants. She does take a while to return graded work.

After being out of school for 17 years, I found Professor Williams to be exactly what I needed to become what i wanted to be:)She will inspire you, encourage you, and challenge you to become a better writer, that's if you want to be. I recommend her class to anyone, who is seriouse about their education.

if you fare well (A/B) in english,DL is the way to go. she is a pretty lenient grader, has a nice work/turn in schedule, and is just an e-mail away. she does take a while to grade papers but usually will have it back before the next is due. only drawback is there is no scale of particulars looked for in papers. overall good course.

She is a really great teacher. She will help you. You can send your essay to her as many times as you want and she will tell you what you need to fix. I definitely going to take her for comp 2. I would recommend her to everyone.

Okay this class is pretty challenging, which I like. A lot of people have said she is a lenient grader, try again. She encourages class participation so if you are like me and just like to go to class and take notes and leave, you will be finding yourself speaking in front of the class. Overall good teach because she is really engaging, but strict.

Professor Williams is a great teacher. Yeah she turns your works back to you late, but if you tried your hardest and pay attention to what she wants, you'll do fine. If you didn't learn anything from her class, it's because you were simply expecting an easy "A." go to class and participate, and use E-mail. She's very prompt with replying.

Fabulous teacher. Do not take her on line if you want the best experience possible. She needs to be experienced in person in order to appreciate her teaching ability. Did not experience any major issues with late grading of papers.

I took Professor Williams in class for comp I and online for comp II. I made an A in both classes. She does take a long time to get your grades to you, but she will go over papers with you several times before you have to turn them in. She is a great teacher and loves her job and it shows. You will not regret taking her class.

She is a very fair and unprejudiced teacher. You get the feeling that you can talk to her about anything, and she is truly very nice. I LOVED her class, and I would take her over again a million times if I could.

Show up to class and follow instructions and her classes are easy. She grades very easily and is extremely helpful. She's one of those professors who obviously wants her students to succeed. She often takes a very long time grading papers. I knew that going in, so it didn't bother me as much. Taking her again for Comp 2 next semester.

I dreaded taking ENC1102 so much that I put off going back to school for 11 years. I've enjoyed this class. I enjoyed the assignments, reading requirements, and papers. This class is low stress! I took her distance learning class. Highly recommend to anyone nervous about completing their degree due to "fear of writing requirements"!!!

Very helpful, answered emails within a day.Midterm/final consists of 10 questions each. Final paper you are given 3 topics to choose from on a detailed outline. 4 discussions which are easy 100pts. 4 quizzes. Turn everything in on time or you won't get credit, you dont want to miss out on an easy A. Recommend her Online! Stress free class by far :)

I enjoyed her class so much that I am driving all the way to a different town (20 miles away) to have her again. She brags on her good students and can tell if you are motivated to do well. If you don't show interest in her class or act like you want to learn, she won't try to help you. So if you are negative you deserve the bad grade.

Very easy teacher. She admitted that she is harder online so avoid taking online class. She is extremely helpful and enjoys what she is doing. She takes a while to grade papers only because she puts alot of effort into grading them. If you have any questions she answers them and will keep explaining material until it is understood. GREAT TEACHER!!!

Prof Williams was one of the best I've had. She was clear and fair. Her assignments weren't meant to prove she was in charge and waste time. She graded fairly. She however didn't post the syllabus until the class began but that was also fair to others. I would recommend her courses.

Great teacher. Very helpful & personable. Had her for comp I & II and I wish she taught another course I needed. Spots in her class fill up FAST because of her popularity so stay up late and try to get a spot, its worth it!

Very Caring

Mrs. Williams cares so much about her students and it shows! She would do anything to help her students and I love that! She is a very picky grader, but once you figure out what she doesn't like, you'll be fine. She is a big football fan. Her class was so easy. The first English class I have done well in.

I love this instructor. Very interesting woman, class discussions were engaging. I'm not a fan of writing assignments so I was dreading this class but ended up excelling. I'm disappointed I won't be able to take more classes from her. My only complaint lies with the college, most of the class were high school students who didn't take it seriously.

I really wish every teacher had this amount of motivation and dedication. I swear this is the best teacher I have ever had.

Dr. Williams is the best teacher I have ever had. I had her for Comp 1 and 2 and I am so glad I did. She cares about her students and wants them to succeed. Easy A.

I took Dr. Williams in the Spring of 2006 for English Comp 2. She is very caring of her students and encourages her students to think outside the box on course discussions. She also remembers her students. I am writing this review of my course encounter with her 15 years later. I reached out to her recently and she remembered me!
