She is pretty easy for the most part.no real class work but MAKE SURE TO TAKE NOTES.i know her lectures may seem long but take notes..and read the chapter she assgins cause she quizzes you the next day.tests are easy.she gives you reviews.they help alot

she is awesome you don't really need to pay attention just listen to be polite. she gives reviews for her test which practically is the test

nice teacher, if you're nice to her she'll be nice to you. she gives a review and thats the test. i didnt really do her quizes and i still got a good grade. if she assigns a group project just turn sumthing in and its all good.

She is a nice professor and is easy to get along with. Its not a hard exam but the material may seem boring. Take your notes and read the material and you should be fine. You earn what you get so its a fair shake.

Lots of book reading, big group project, Full essay questions on mid term and final, pop quizzes here and there about reading. Research paper worth 1/4 your grade. Have to work in this class but easy on her grading.

This professor expects alot for her class, she gave a group project that consisted of three parts( 50 sources, an outline of presentation, a powerpoint presentation), a book review, a paper, alot of quizes, and you have to make sure you read every chapter so you can pass her quizes. Oh yeah all her tests are short essays questions which are hard!!!

She is funny and you dont need the book, although she says you do and read the chapetrs, but you'll be ok. Never did we take a test but the midterm and the final and it was two essays but it was easy cuz she gives you a study guide and its awesome. everything is there. Very laid back and if any problems, just let her know and shes kool.

took this teacher not knowing what to expect since she was knew.once i took her tests they were easy and everything was the same from study guides.this teacher will go out of her way to make sure you pass.make sure to read the chapters.prof is really laid back and loves answering questions.has good sense of humor.1 midtern,1 final essay exam.

It is too much work. The work is forced down your throat till you learn it. Although the class is tough the teacher is there to help but will not answer your questions thoroughly she'll probably tell you to look in the book. Relaxed person and will interest you in some nice stories. If you can't handle a lot of work don't take her.

I took Mrs. Blaine for US History 1 & 2. She is very funny, and she makes you learn and take notes. She gives you the guides and gives you all the work that you'll be doing throughout the semester. She grades easily, and you will pass her class. At the end of the semester there is a presentation that will be done, be SURE to keep it going for 15 MI

She's an AWESOME professor, she makes the class very interesting. You really need to read the chapters since it will be discuss throughout the class. Make sure you follow your syllabus, and turn in your writing assignments. You will learn a lot about History! :)

Ms.Blaine is a great professor she give out a complete day to day outline at the start so there is no excuse for not knowing a due date. There is a substantial amount of work but even if its not your best she will be lenient. Take her but be aware.

Dr blaine is awsome. when it comes to work, she doesnt take excuses. she is very nice, her class is very interesting, she is very clear on all the subjects and detailed. take her, but be aware there is a few writing assignments.:D

Dr. Blain is a stric professor, but if you do what she says, you will be just fine. She does emphasize on readings to make sure you are learning the material. I also did a group presentation at the end of the semester which wasn't too bad. I thought I was not going to do well because she looked to strict, but I walked out with an A. Don't judge her

Dr. Blaine is a very strict teacher! Her lectures are interesting and her exams are easy and are multiple choice, about 20 questions. She requires alot of reading and she assigns lots of homework assigments like 2pg essays and a 4pg research paper. Basically if you study and turn in all your work you'll pass her class andlearn alot...

Dr. Blaie is a great instructor. In her class you are to read every chapter and discuss it the following day. What makes your grade is: A book review=100 points, research paper 100 points and a group presentation= 150. Her midterm and final are fairly easy worth 50 points about 20 questions. Funny, Approachable, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I took the summer class in 2011. This teacher was interesting and humorous. She even gave me an extra chance to make up a part of the group project. Her class isn't easy, but if you do you work, take notes, try your best, and actually READ the textbook, you'll do well.

She is a very nice lady. She wll be strict with readying the assigned paragraphs so be ready to know about them. She assigns really easy assigments. Attend class everyday and you will be fine. I strongly recommend her.

Easy class, but you don't want to get on her bad side. She's really old fashioned and takes college seriously. She's also a strict lady who will embarrass you in front of the class if you get her upset. If you ask a simple question about an assignment she will answer rudely. No cell phones allowed or restroom use. Be sure to read and come prepared.

She's a great professor if you do the work. She's really helpful, gives good study guides, and easy exams. However, she has no problem embarrassing you if you haven't done the required reading.You read a chapter before every class and you discuss it next session, she is very enthusiastic and includes everyone. Overall its a very good class.

I took her last fall, She's a great teacher but man you have to work for your grade. She's easy but you just need to read her assignments. She hands out articles almost every week or two so be ready to ready and do 2 page summaries. Also read the chapters! She will call on you random and asks what you read. Amazing instructor!! She really knows the material well just show up to class take good notes which are for the study guides to the exams and read them also read the articles she assigns as well because she'll ask what you read and they're part of your assignments I'd take her again!!!

Take this class if your willing to read the book through the semester and speak to the class when you get picked oh and also write notes on what you read. If you're really wanting to learn about history take this class because I actually learned due to paying attention :) and the final will be based on random questions on every different powerpoint

Just read! You only take your midterm and final, do less than a handful of short essays (2-3 double spaced) and then one "Long essay" (5 pages), a book review, other than that just read show up with a few notes on the chapter she assigned. She's great.

Easy "A" if you do ur work... 8 discussion questions, 7 quizzes multiple choice & easy final multiple choice

Suuuuch an incredible human being. Her classes are always interesting, she always looks the way to implement interesting things in every chapter of the book. A total of 2 exams, a midterm and a final (she gives reviews on both). I had her for HIST 1 and I am currently finishing HIST 2, LOVE HER!

Tbh I skipped about 30% of her class and passed with a B+. She isnt hard at all! You have to read chapters and have notes ready for discussion but that is it. You also have a 2 summaries and a research paper! As long as you do those youll pass.

Take her class! Super easy! Everybody that took her class received a high A/B you only have one to two discussions per week super easy. One to two quizzes per week only 10 questions no webcam needed and the final consisting of 21 questions. This was the best professor to take to boost your GPA !
