She is great! I definately recommend this teacher, she gives lots of extra credit oppurtunities. She makes herself very available to you and this material is like second nature to her.

Who ever wrote that comment on top for this teacher was clearly on crack this teacher is horrible, take this class for a hard way out of an easy class!! Prof Conroy is a very good teacher. She is very clear and fair when grading. She does give a lot of homework and checks it for completion. She gives you her own notes and there are no surprises on the test. Overall awsome class, easy A if you stay on top of your HW and do some light reading.

I think her class is very easy, she gives extra credit assignments, It is an easy grade. I do complain about the fact that she does not let you know how you are doing in class which is pretty bad. Overall she is nice.

Prof Conroy is great about giving you extra credit to do to improve your grade. The test are not to bad. You just have to study the class notes, meaning you got to go to class. If you do the HW and take notes and do all the extra credit, you should do fine. She is always willing ti help.

This professor is cool. She lecture and send notes via email. They are used on the three tests that must be taken. Some study time is required. There is an optional final. Three articles must be done with a chance for extra credit. Do all the work that is needed and you will by fine.

I took her for macro, she was really easy and shes such a sweetheart! her class is really boring though. she sends out notes on each chapters that outlines the book so if your going to take her don't bother buying the book. Her final is not mandatory. Reviews before the test. and lots of extra credit opportunity.

Economics is a tough subject, but Prof Conroy tries to make it easy for her students. Lectures are a little boring, but the notes are useful. The homework will teach you exactly what you need to know for the tests.

"She's an okay professor..but you basically HAVE TO EARN YOUR GRADE" I mean, it is not true that you HAVE TO earn YOUR grade? What happen to you people, giving low rates because the teacher makes you"earn your grade"??? Please, don't go to college if you don't want to be responsible for yourself.

She's funny and so sweet! Economics is not a simple subject. However, Conroy will do her very best to make you understand what she's teaching. She's not an "easy" professor, she's a very very helpful one. Emails you ALL the class notes. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND ARTICLE REVIEWS! They'll benefit you insanely in the end....trust me.

So far I have a "B" average in class. I can't complain, she gives you the notes and if you study the online quizes you'll be OK. I have had much, much worse. I'll probably take her for eco2023.

If you have a brain and a pencil you can get an easy A in this class. I have an 100% average on the three tests because she reviews the exact test before the exam

she is a nice person and she tries to do it easier but come on this class is horrible ... homeworks are ok because she already gives the answers but the exams are so hard and you have to study a lot if you want to pass it ... final exam is not mandatory but a lot of people have to take it because they didnt do well on the other exams

awesome teacher..She gives extra credit for everything!!..She's very flexible with the due dates..Homework is mandatory but she sends the answers together with the questions...Dont need a book You have to do quizzes online(u can take it as many times as necessary to get 100)or do lab hours.She shows sample tests,copy them,same questions in the test

homework gives u an extra 10 points on ur final grade, she gives xtra credit on low attendance dates, and she shows u questions that will be on the test the day of the test review. final is cumulative with 10 EXACT questions from her previous tests (which she gives back to take home AND gives u all the right answers). if u get below a B ure stupid.

AND she gives you the answers to every homework assignment... literally. she assigns the homework WITH the answers and doesn't care if you copy and paste her answers. So no, homework isn't "omg soooo hard"

she understands that this is a requirement and not everyones favorite subject, makes the class super easy while so that you can pass even if you dont study, hw is mandatory but answers are given just do it in the format that she says, give study guides of what is excatly on the test, and id this is your major you will learn as easy as this class is

Great professor. Yes, you do need to study but she tries to really explain the concepts so you can understand. All the homework and quizes she gives are just a way to help you study because she gives you the answers anyway.

I recommend this professor to anyone. She's very helpful. Knows how to explain clearly. There's 3 test and an optional final that replaces the lowest test grade. There's homework and some extra credit which helps out your grade a lot if you do it. There's a 2 page article that's required and the rest are part of extra credit. You have the option to do a quiz online for every chapter or 10 hours in the business lab. Bad things might be that she's always late and absent a lot. She's also flexible

I took this class online and the work is at an extreme level of participation. The exams and final are tricky she gives exam review that will confuse you. But overall the class was good, as long as you have the book and study you will be okay.

She is extremely helpful. Although this class is not easy, she makes it interesting. Assistance is not mandatory, but she gives extra credit in days if low assistance. Take advantage of the extra-credits, they really help.

I TOOK PROFESSOR CONROY ONLINE. THE CLASS IS EASY FOR THE MOST PART. JUST STUDY FOR THE TEST AND YOU WILL PASS. SHE WILL WORK WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS.

Mrs. Conroy defines what a real good professor should be. Her classes are really interesting even if your major is not business. There is a lot of work and homework to do, but the homework counts as a 20% of your exam (take home test). Her reviews are ALMOST 80% of what is going to be on the exam. KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS NOT EASY A's IN COLLEGE.

SHE IS THE BEST PROFESSOR EVER. YOU DON'T NEED TO DO THE LAB HOURS IF YOU TAKE ONLINE QUIZES. SHE GIVES YOU A LOT OF HOMEWORK, BUT IT WILL HELP YOU FOR THE EXAMS.

This class was very boring, but she's awesome. She will do whatever she can to help you pass, tons of extra credit, and grades fairly. Just study her reviews, stack the extra credits, easy A. Only bad thing was that her teaching was very messy, couldn't really understand her lectures but i studied and got an A.

I don't like this class. I took her class online and she pretty much gives you all the information you need to pass making it extremely easy.

My favorite professor at MDC. She's nice, informative, and always uses good examples. She also gives extra credit and tells you exactly what will be on the exams. I've decided to major in economics, and Professor Conroy was definitely a large part of that.

Tests were cake once I realized that the reviews were basically the whole test. You need to study hard to do well, so be ready to give up your weekend before the test. Besides that, Professor Conroy gives plenty of extra credit and she is a sweetheart. I recommend her to those who are up for the challenge. Passed with an A.

The class was easy overall. Three article assignment which is to find an article and write about it. She is a fair grader and gave me an A for all three assignments. The 4 exams are not difficult. One proctored final worth 50 points towards grade. Homework on connect, exams will close after the due date.

Probably the best professor to take macro with at Miami dade, especially if you have no particular interest in the subject. Test were straight forward and mostly came directly from her online chapter notes. STUDY THEM. I barely used the book,although it was helpful at times but you prob don't need it. A lot of extra credit. I didn't do any tho.

EC for everything! you won't need it though. her hw quizzes and notes are online on connect. it's unlimited attempts and time for both and it GIVES you the answers so she only accepts 100%s. her reviews are just like the test & it has a writing part that u do at home. TAKE HER and go to class! in class she tells you EXACTLY what u need for the test

Although this proffesor is nice, at the same time she is a tough grader. For example, if you get a 69.9 on an exam, she doesn't round it off to a 70. If you are not an Economics genius like me, then prepare yourself to do the most homeworks you will ever do in your entire life. Tons of extra credits but be ready to work even harder for them.

I took this professor for Microeconomics and Macroeconomics and got A's in both. She reviews everything you need to know and reviews before every test. She gives you homework and quizzes online but they don't take much time. If you read her notes, you should pass this class

Prof. Conroy is really good. She gives the resources necessary to pass the class. She answers any questions you may have and reviews for her exams. Her online notes include testing points to study. I would space out at times because lectures are long, but I would pay attention to review and study testing points and passed both ECO2013/23 with an A.

VERY hard class to take online. However, she made herself available to help by phone and gave plenty of opportunity for her students to increase grades either with extra credit or extended deadlines. She communicated well with students by posting announcements, answering posts or by email. I signed up to take Micro with her in person next semest.

Impossibly hard class ONLINE. Applia is just straight up garbage. I am sure professor Conroy is great but please do not sign up for ECO2013 online. You will regret it, too many tests, too much work to do. Communication is good. God have mercy on you if you do end up taking her class online. Very helpful although. Professor Conroy is a good professor. There are some things about her grading that I didn't understand however, there were two things in her syllabus that wouldn't help your grade if you did them, only hurt your average if your didn't do them. She gives extra credit however and there are only three tests with an optional final. Not an easy breeze.

Homework and quizzes for every chapter (easy just annoying) and plenty of extra credit out of class. Tests are hard but she gives notes to study from and the quizzes/hw help a lot

Very very good person. Cares about her students. Provides extra credit and works with you to turn in your papers on time, or even if you couldn't turn it in at the exact time she will accept it because she cares. Took her twice and finished with an A and a B. Love her!!!
