Great Prof. I would recogmend her to anyone who is struggling or does not understand math. She only gives homework the week before the test. We go over all homework and test answers in class and she post them answers on blackboard. Always easy to talk to; always availabe before and after class, responds to emails. Friendly and funny. TAKE HER!

Shes easy if you go to class and do your homework. Homework is due at the end of every week. you have 12 but only have to do 10 of them to receive 100 as a test grade. Have to do 15 lab hrs and will count as an test grade. there are 4 tests. attendance isnt mandatory but u shuld go just so u dont get lost. she is very clear and helpful! take her!

very nice lady, attendance is not required but you will be lost if you do not go, if you are not good in math i recommend her. there is a lot of hw but she grades on completion not correction. and there is lab test only that add up to 15 lab hrs required for the class. overall good professor.

I'm not sure why there are bad comments about her. Shes has a TALENT AND GIFT for teaching. I'm a struggling student with a 2.8 GPA and lots of personal problems. Took a session 2 class and is very easy! There are packets to follow along with the lectures but they help with knowledge of the course and tests. MyStatLab is the homework. If you're not good at MATH, TAKE HER! There's no way in hell a student can receive a C in the course if they do what they need to do. There's 2 tests and a final. 6 discussions and 3 quizzes. Online homework in ALEKS as well. She's just AMAZING. I've taken the course twice and the 3rd time was with her. AMAZING. Gives extra credit too. TAKE HER!!!

Great professor! She's very sweet, and cute. I took her online and she had everything very well organized. 6 discussions(you'll get a hundred for doing them), 6 homeworks, 2 assessments you can take at home(super simple, and you can use whatever resource you want), and 3 proctored exams(20-25 questions, and she'll give you a study guide). Took her Session 4 STA2023. She is very nice & cares about the students passing. If you ask questions, she will do her best so you can understand it. Used MyStatsLab which was great. Do homework right after she teaches it because it helps(Do not wait last minute) Tests are VERY SIMILAR to the lectures notes. Pay attention & do not slack off.

Anyone that says this teacher is hard was probably sitting in the back having a comfortable nap every class. I took Prof Davis for her first semester teaching trigonometry and she made it almost impossible to fail. She gives practice exams before every test and the tests she gives are usually much easier than the practice ones. TAKE HER!

Professor Davis is simply amazing!!! The way she teaches is very clear and she thoroughly explains each math section as we go, until we understand it! 4 Tests, Lowest is dropped. 10 Quizzes, 5 are dropped. No cumulative Final! I had here for Mac1105, so I already knew how she was going to teach! I definitely recommend taking her for math.

Professor Davis is amazing! Took her for stats and she was very caring and gave great lectures! She is a fair grader and provides reviews that help tremendously with the test! If you attend class, take notes, and do the homework there is no reason you won't get an A! Would recommend her to anyone!

Requires a lot of math learning but she definitely explains all material to its entirety. Gives plenty of extra credit. She is very fair and works with you if you need extra help. Exams are pretty hard but quizzes are easy. Her intentions isn't to fail you its to pass you. Take her!!

Professor Davis is one of easiest STAT prof there is. She explains the material to your level of understanding. She gives a lot extra credit and also gives partial credit for problems on the test fi you had the right formula but got the wrong answer. She is funny, attendance not mandatory and drops lowest 1 test and lowest 2 quizzes. Take her!!!!

Pay attention, do your homework and you'll pass. Quizzes and tests are very easy, she tells you what is going to be on them.

This was my second time taking college algebra and she made it so much better and easier to understand from the first professor i had. she offers a lot of extra credit and she gives you a study guide before every test, no midterm either. She's super bubbly as well and open to question. the quizzes are really made to help you out aka extra credit

Probably the best math teacher out there, no one can even come close. MAC 2233 has hard material but she really dumbs it down and helps you out a lot. Just dont bring up the dolphins if they suck.

I loved Professor Davis she's super nice and always in a good mood. You definitely have to go to class to learn the material and print out the notes for each section which actually helps. Tests are okay if you study but she makes learning it so easy. I would take her again!

Professor Davis is Fantastic! She really makes a hard subject easy to understand (something MYMATHLAB couldn't do). She is also really sweet and funny. She makes the class fun. For the 8 week class, there are 5 tests and an optional final. She drops the 4 worst homework and gives 15 extra credit points for going to the math lab. Take her!!!

You haven't had a great math teacher until you've had Davis. She literally sets you up to pass! She always lets you know what is exactly on her tests, and even if you get a question wrong she will still give you points. No textbook, instead you print her lectures. I kept them because they're still helping me in MAC 1140. She's awesome

Prof. Davis is a solid choice for stats. She breaks down the material so that its easy to digest. She can go kinda fast, but shes always down to help you before or after class with stuff. She gives test reviews that are the same as her tests, so do them and you will pass. The final is optional, most students dont need to take it.

Shes super nice and she knows her stuff. She doesnt make her class easy for you, she just teaches in a way that youll understand the material. She gives a lot of extra credit and her test are written so even if you get the answer wrong she gives points for trying. She doesnt take attendance. Would definitely take her again.

I hate math, I took this class once before with a different professor and didnt understand anything. stats is a drag but this professor makes it enjoyable. she does go a little too fast but her explanations are well thought out and shes willing to help anyone who is stuck. the only negative is she is specific with what calculators you use. overall, I highly recommend-

Professor Davis is a sweetheart! However, she gives you super thick packets of notes and lots of homework on My Math Lab. She genuinely cares about everyone getting the material so she has lots of examples and constantly asks if anyone has questions. Tests are not long but they are difficult if you don't put in the work. 4 tests and a final.

If you do all of your homework and really take the time to study and practice the tests review you will definitely pass! The professor gives great notes and explain the topics clearly.

calculus is hard but I was able to manage. Creates outlines for each class to use as your notes. 5 exams (NOT multiple choice, but questions arent hard and gives partial credit) you can opt out of final. Homework on mymathlab for each section & sometimes its a little hard. sometimes she can go a little fast, but shes a nice teacher. Solid choice.

You won't find someone who was more terrified of math than me. I am taking this course at age 49 because I could never pass math in my early days and I've decided to forge on and finish. Professor Davis was as patient and understanding as could be and put up with my calls 3 times a week- she's the best!!!

The best professor if you have Math/Stat issues. I didn't take any math/stat class for twelve years before this class and was a little bit worried; however, I passed with an A. Attendance is not mandatory but necessary if you want to succeed in this kind of class. Very clear grading criteria and final exam is not mandatory.

Professor Davis was a fantastic instructor! She is a bit fast-paced but it's not too bad. Her course was really organized. Before each test, she provides a practice test that is extremely similar to the actual test. She gives an optional final exam that you can take if you want to lower your lowest test grade in the class.

I do not have words to express how extraordinary this professor is. Math is my worst subject, but everything was so easy with professor Davis. The homework and the tests were a piece of cake. Please take her, she is the BEST!!!!

She's a great professor and I usually have a hard time with math but she gave so many examples and helps out if you can't understand. there's a lot of homework but, she gives you time to complete it. There might be 7 assignments with 15 questions on each but she gives you 3-4 weeks to finish it, based on how long the chapter is.

The subject itself was kind of challenging but the lectures and homework made it easier. although attendance is not mandatory, missing a class can set you back on the material and notes. She teaches so well and explains everything step by step. There is a fair amount of homework but she gives you enough time to do it.

Attendance is not mandatory, however, material you miss will get you behind since every class is lecture heavy. I took her online class and it was overall very good. Tests are about 70% of the grade but you get two attempts for each test. The rest of the grade is discussions and online homework. She grades the discussions pretty easily. I emailed her a few times and she was very quick to respond. Overall would recommend this professor and class.

I took professor Davis for MGF1131 which is basically the new MGF1106. She was honestly amazing. I have failed math a couple times and I am SO happy I chose Prof Davis because she made it so easy to understand and she works with you. I would recommend taking her class.

She's very respectful and patient. When someone doesn't understand, she finds a way to explain without getting impatient. She doesn't post the notes, so you have to attend or get them from someone else. Lots of 15min quizzes but she dropped the lowest four. She gave us extra credit and bimonthly 20-30q online hw.
