good teacher had for both 1101 and 1102. tough grader on the essays, but pretty much easy class, show up and participate pass.if you are into discussions about race/gender/ etc issues you will love this, if not it gets boring.

She is a very nice lady and really strides to help everybody understand her material. She encourages participation, the only time you will see her aggitated is if people are not respecting the class (sleeping, talking, etc.) She's great though, and easy.

OK - so you have Stefanovic... here's what you'll enjoy - A new school professor that doesn't waste time, we get to class, we sit down, we present the material, we discuss (seriously) and we go home. She hates people that don't do their work and waste her time. Teaches from pop culture pieces that wont make the class boring... Def. Recommend.

Professor Stefanovic's class wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Her grading can be a bit harsh but she is helpful if you ask. We had 2 papers and attendance was important (this was a summer class)but I would recommend taking her if you can!

I will say the class was very good and that the material was very interesting to read. She does do pop culture pieces. But as a professor I just think that she is too rude and wirey. Interupts students talking in class discussions constantly and consistently.

Just finished this class and I really enjoyed it. First off she is very interested in the subject and brings up pop culture references to relate with what we are talking about and also shows very interesting, new documentaries. I went into this class a horrible writer, and finished the course with an A. She will allow a student to redo any assignments so there isn't a reason to not do well.

She's really nice. No tests just 3 essays. Drafts and revisions. Also a reading response is due every 3 weeks which is like a one to two page paper. She has very fun material it is not boring English text that you would expect. She's a tough grader with the papers but only because she wants to see your best work. She's very understanding of deadlines though. If a paper is a little late it's not the end of the world. Super sweet woman. Taking her for ENC1102.

This teacher is beyond sweet and understanding. She gave us 2, 1 page papers and a final 8 page paper and NOTHING else. all of which she grades sooooo easily and lets you revise if you didn't do so hot the first time. She great. Talks a lot and does hold you the whole length of class but well worth it if you are taking this class to get your AA!

Currently taking her class, she is HILARIOUS. I'm not into literature at all and was horrified of the outcome of the class. Fortunately, she makes the class interesting; she is so passionate about literature that it starts to feel like you should be too! I would take her class again, anytime!

I took her for 1102 and she was a great professor, It was a 3 hour night class which can be brutal for an english class but she kept it interesting. The best part was only 3 papers and then a group presentation. I wish she taught LIT1000 I would definitely take her again.

Shes really great! love her, but grading criteria is unclear and there aren't many grades put in the grade book. She takes forever to grade so you kinda have to guess how youre doing until the end. Other than that, she's super.

I came into her Intro to LIT class knowing that I hate writing. Our assignments during spring semester consisted of a total of 4 papers and one final exam. I took Professor Stefanovic for ENC1102 & AML2020. Boy did I make the right decision. Shes exceptional on what she does. She has a positive attitude and she cares about her students. Classes were done virtually. Only had 3 papers, the longest required was 3-5 pages, couple discussion board posts and virtual group interactions durring class. Classes were not long and there was No final exam, the 3-5 page paper was considered the final.

This professor was great she wasn't rude or anything and she was very understanding. We only had a couple essays but they were graded pretty hard and we had a couple group discussions. If she tell you to read something read it bc you will probably have to talk about it next class.

This class was very easy and straightforward. I took this class as a high school dual enrollment senior, and while there were a few papers, they were all graded easily and I was given feedback. The teacher is somewhat flexible with deadlines also!

I took ENC1101 and ENC1102 with her, and honestly, her methodology does not change, there are not many tasks, but you have to read, you don't need a book, the truth is she gives you power points so you can read, she also provides you the book electronically, however, if you want to practice out of class, buy it.

She makes it really easy to do well in her class. She makes it clear how she wants you to find sources and even dedicates classes to make sure you have the resources you need. One time, a few students were behind in a paper, and one student told her during the lecture and she pushed the deadline 4 days more without judgment. I will keep taking as many classes as I can with her.

I liked how Prof. Stephanovic's class is divided into assignments that bring together a research paper, and she provided ample feedback. While I did well in the course, I found it frustrating that it would take weeks for assignments to be graded because that made it impossible to apply any feedback she provided to the subsequent assignment.

I would absolutely recommend Professor Stefanovic to anyone taking ENC1101, ENC1102, or LIT1000. I believe she also teaches a film class and hosts a film club. Although I've never participated, the word of mouth makes each one sound very fun.

I took her for Film Appreciation and she is great. She gets in depth with her teachings, she really thrives off of participation, and she gives good movie suggestions and we watch movies in class. If you do her assignments and participate in class there is no reason to not pass!
