Wouldn't take again

I took this class Fall of 2014. If you are a disabled student or working with JJC's STAR department I wouldn't take this embarrassment to JJC's faculty if I were you. There are many better instructors that teach Psych 101. He never used I-Campus so you never knew your grades until after the drop date. His tests never lined up with notes.

Wouldn't take again

Tinken was a pretty interesting guy, but I really did not like the structure of his class. He teaches a new chapter on the day of the test, which I thought was pretty ridiculous. He is not the worst, but he is certainly not the best. Also, he gets mad when students use the book in class!

Would take again

Really weird about reading during class, even if your following along, I had an understanding of Psych100 from Highschool so it was all super easy. You need online assignments but don't worry use the book. Stuff discussed in class on tests so be prepared and take good notes.
