A perfect teacher, I wish that all my teachers would be like her, very helpful and teaches the class in an interesting way.

She tries to relate to the class with her own perosnal experineces, I find it an interesting way to to go about teaching, but it is interesting.

Patti is a GREAT teacher! In college you will have enough teachers who will come in teach and leave and won't say a word to you! Be grateful that there are teachers like Patti!

Wow, talk about having an awesome professor. Showes genuine interest in each individual student. Seriously a role model. Anyone who has anything bad to say about her is just salty because they probably failed due to pure lazieness! Patty=Funny :)

Patti is extremely down to earth. She tends to side track a lot with her stories. However, she is really easy and will go out of her way to accomodate to you. I recommend her. She is cool!

Speaking of "shut up already", why don't you people do just that? Patty is a great teacher! If you're considering Human Sexuality and you have "issues", skip it and save us all the heartache. She teaches a great course for the open-minded. If yours is closed you won't enjoy her class and you'll ruin it for everyone else. I loved it. :)

Oh my gosh, I can't begin to tell you how much I enjoyed this teacher! She made class fun and interesting. She explained the material very well and related it to real life situations. Very down to earth and bright/bubbly personality! She is such a strong person and is considerate bc she knows we all have lives outside of the classroom!

She is a non-threatening person who engages you into the subject by giving good questions to think about and has a charming way of telling her life stories in class. Most of the time her life stories are relevant to the topic of the day, but it is refreshingly unusual to spend much of the semester in a mutual self-therapy session.

Patti was a great teacher, very down to earth and can relate to the students busy lifestyle. No need to take notes just listen to what she is saying and you will do fine. She gives you all the questions that will be on the test, find the answers in the book and study them and get an easy A on the tests which are mutiple choice. Great teacher!!!!

Had her for my first semester at Bucks. She is a great teacher. Makes class fun and interesting. Always has something to talk about and always interacts with students and lets them talk (she isnt one of those teachers that rambles) Her tests are SUPER EASY (I studied for like 30min. for each one, took the test in 15min. and got all A's).

Loved this class and I recommend you taking her for any Psy class as she is a really good and nice teacher, person, friend!

I really enjoyed her class. She is very understanding and very organized. She gives a test review, so you know exactly what to study. She doesn't bore you to death and she doesn't make you feel inferrior. I would reccomend her definately. Although, she does tend to get off topic & skip chapters (which is fine by me) I know some people don't like it

I am so happy that I took her, she makes the class a lot of fun! This is my second class with her and if I could; I would take every class with her. She makes assignments fun and always gives a test review. She has projects instead of finals and she has such a good stamina and she really wants you to achieve your goals. Patti is such a great teacher. She made class fun to attend and tests were super easy. Class was 95% girls so I got a lot of attention being 1 of the 2 guys total. Also, Patti definitely deserves the hot pepper!

I totally disgree with some of you; Patti is a great professor who knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her. Maybe some of you were not doing what you are supposed to do and failed and wanted to blame her.

Awesome teacher. She does speak about her personal experiences but they are very interesting. She is a funny teacher like others have said. I would recommend her if you want a laid back class. You must be there for the test reviews and study, but other than that you have to try pretty hard to fail. Very inspiring person, I was lucky to have her.

best psychology teacher i have ever had. she is so down to earth and really is there for the students. her life stories are very helpful and i still remember them to this day and i had her as a teacher back in 2006. fantastic woman and so very strong!

Patti is awesome. She teaches the subject very and it never gets boring. All the information comes right out of the book and she lets you know eactly what is going to be on the test. I highly recommend her.

patti is so amazing! best class ever and if you can find a way to memorize the reviews you don't even need to pay attention in class the questions are legit straight from the reviews. she is really interesting though and it is worth it to pay attention in class. I had a night class and we usually left at least 30 min. early

so nice make sure you go the day before the test to get the review they help so much

I love love loved patti. She uses real life situations to teach her class. Go to class, be there for the review,she will tell you exactly whats on the test. you will get an A.

Very easy. Every test is almost word-for-word from the review she gives you the class before. Bonus points for missing only 1 or 2 classes. The final project is a small research paper than took me about an hour to do (and I got an A+ on it). She has a good sense of humor and her lectures are interesting. If you get below a B+, you aren't too bright

most def the best teacher on campus! i wish she taught more so that i could take her again. everything she says is interesting whether or not its on topic, tests are so easy. shes extremely laid back and cares about her students

I love her! She is so sweet and friendly always cares about what you have to say. Loves what she does and it shows when she teaches you. I never get bored in her class and i look forward to going everytime.

I look forward to attending class every day. She makes the lessons interesting with her own little stories and helps a great deal. assignment level is very tolerable and her tests aren't excruciating.

One of the greatest teachers that i had. Classes are super fun and interesting and i love going to them, it makes my day everyday i have her. She gives review questions that are the questions on the test, and with little effort i got a A+ on her two papers. Extremely interesting and funny, Take her for a good grade and a great time :)

She is definitely one of the best profs i've ever had. Not only does she care about you as her student but she cares about you an in INDIVIDUAL. I had Patty for Personal Awareness and then again for Sexual Behavior. Her teaching style focuses on the course outline while encouraging students to share experiences or ask questions relating to the topics. No lecture is the same because of that personal touch. Very supportive of students who show an interest in the class discussions!!

I took Patti for Developmental Psych, and she is a really great professor!! I loved going to class because every day was different and she consistently supplements the lecture material with interesting and personal stories. If you are going to take a Psych course you must take it with her. Easy reviews before non-culmulative tests!!

It was my last semester at Bucks and I had an extra class I could take; I chose this one, and I am glad I did! She is great! So laid back. This class is really discussion based which was great(unless you're uncomfortable talking 'bout sex). Really easy class, but you do learn. 3 exams, group project, and 2 papers. Take this class with Patti!!

Took her human sexuality class, she is super funny and the assignments are really easy. She had the only class I looked forward too. She talks about her family and her daughter a lot though so get ready if that kind of thing annoys you.

She is a nice teacher, you can tell she loves her job and what she does. But honestly, I feel like she does too much outside of school that her students come last. Never remembers to hand anything back including tests. Doesn't help review before tests, and put information on tests that she doesn't cover.

Mrs. Alloway is not a bad teacher, but also not the greatest. She always forgets to hand your work back, and never posts anything on canvas. She likes to talk about her other jobs a lot more. She will do a review of what will be covered on the test, and expect you to study and know it within one day.

Hands down the best professor at BCCC.. Any class she teaches she brings outside experience into it and makes it fun.. She is one of the FEW teachers that makes you want to come to class and learn.. I graduated from BCCC in 2013 and still have major respect for her. Thanks Patti, you're the best!

Her course is very straight forward and has some interesting assignments. This was an online class. Textbook was provided. Interactive feedbacks to students. Had a handful of assignments you post and respond to other students posts. Nothing too hard!

Best class I took this semester!

Easiest A you'll ever get. Take her! The class includes lots of easy dissuasion posts, 4 tests that are NOT proctored, 2 journal assignments, and 1 final project. So so so easy!!!

Super easy class. Barely any work, some easy discussion posts, a few open note and unproctored tests, 2 journal assignments, and final paper. One of the easiest online classes I have taken. She isn't a tough grader either. Very sweet professor I would recommend her to anybody interested in psych or just look for a GPA booster!
