Dr. Patti brings real world experience, from a successful corporate career, to the classroom. She facilitates learning by role-modeling and helping us apply leadership concepts in different assignments. She is responsive and available to us, and is a good mentor and coach. Great prof. Half of the class is taking her for the 2nd or 3rd time. She creates and facilitates class discussion, which is much more effective at the MBA level, vs lecturing at us. This was the worst experience I have had at RBS. Professor does not teach ANY lectures, just relies on Deloitte online articles and student presentations for class time. She is smart, but does not teach. She is also very willing to fail students for any missteps. Class topics are critical to know, so was a shame we did not learn more.

Dr. Patti is a great professor! She brings in contemporary topics and builds students critical thinking skills by having us assess our own organizations. A great learning experience! Her syllabus is clear and we agree to that contract the first night of class. Only students who expect exceptions complain about her. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MANY!

Her syllabus expectations are clear, fair and reasonable. Everyone has a level playing field for earning grades.
