This class is really interesting, but the last comment is correct. In order to get an A, you have to literally get high A's on all the exams. The curve did not work out in my favor, and I received a C+ instead of a B-. The review sheet he provides is pretty spot on, and most of the TA's knew how to answer questions correctly.

MY favorite professor at SDSU. Just finished his drugs and behaviors class which was changed to online (COVID19). He teared up at the end of his lecture and i shed a few tears too. He cares so much and is exactly what you wished all professors were like. He explains everything SO CLEARLY. Take his class!

Dr. G is simply the best SDSU has to offer: respected caring & inspiring!Gilbert accommodated students during COVID19 unlike Professor Armor who acted as if students inconvenienced him; making us get Respondus w/webcam. Gilbert on the other hand put faith in his students & inspired us to work through mutual respect. Thanks Dr. G! We will miss you!

Dr. G is an amazing professor. I just finished this class during the pandemic and he was beyond understanding and accommodating. He makes his lectures very fun and interesting. I would 100 percent recommend this class. As long as you do the assigned minimal work and study for his exams from the lectures you will succeed.

The best professor I have taken! He is very clear on what you need to know for the quiz and prepares you well for them. He grades the quiz based on our work, which we have to submit on Canvas, so make sure you know what you are writing. He writes his own quiz questions. Watch the lecture, do the Hw and practice, you will be perfectly fine.
