Dr. Miele is a breath of fresh air. I have never had a professor that genuinely wanted their students to succeed. He is so nice and very funny during class. Take him if you get the chance. He is very fair and will help you if you need it.

I actually enjoyed going to his class every week! His lecture exams came straight from his notes and his lab exams were very fair!

He is a very good teacher. Take all the notes you can. Tests are kind of hard. Practicals are a piece of cake. In the lab he goes over everything. If you ask a question he will show you evwerything you need to know. He also gave me an add slip to jion the class, not many Bio teachers will do that. Just show up and take notes youl pass.

Great professor, makes the course fun and interesting. Tests are based on his lectures, take notes and you'll be fine. Lab practicals are straight forward. If you study-you'll get it!-Don't expect maricles!

Great Teacher to have for Anatomy. Must study but he gives you everything needed to get thought the class. He made a hard class enjoyable to come to every week. I wish all teachers were like Dr. Miele. If you need Anatomy don't bother going to another Anatomy class, go straight to this class. Sign up early, slots go fast.

Dr. Miele is the best Human Anatomy professor. He gives awesome ways to understand what you're learning so that you can do well on tests and gives you honest opinions about the medical field. His classes are fun and engaging. I HIGHLY recommend him.

OMIGOD_I love this teacher. On so many levels -He really cares about get you through to the next level he wants you to achieve. I've had many professors but he takes the cake. He is a real doctor with real patients, he can relate to people on all levels. I believe the class left at the final class not wanting it to end. I'd recommend him 100%.

Dr. Miele has the ability to teach you without you realizing your learning. By keeping the stress level down with his humor,clarity, and willingness to help, he makes his students feel as though this is challenging but not impossible. He gives good advice on life/health issues as well. Maintains his students, not many drop. That says it all.

In a nutshell Dr. Miele is the best teacher I have ever had the pleasure of learning from. His real world experience mixed with his humor and honest belief in his students and their ability to succeed in such a difficult class helped me surpass all my personal goals.Be prepared to work your butt off though because his class is not easy!

Dr Miele is like a breath of fresh air. He turned an extremely tough class (anatomy) into a breeze. Be prepared to study your tail off but he breaks it down with his notes. Take lots of notes and study you will do just fine. I also found video taping practicals made it much easier to study.

Best teacher ever! Tells you exactly what's on the test and what to study for! Helps you every step of the way and realizes we are there to be nurses. This is my second time taking anatomy and what a 360 compared to my first experience! I would recommend him to anyone because he's funny and keeps things interesting. His tests are right to the point

The best teacher I have ever had! He will do everything he can to help you succeed. You have to put the work in and study. He is always willing to help and answer questions. Video your labs and record your lectures. No surprises on tests, everything comes from your notes. Take lots!

Awesome teacher.....he breaks everything down in terms that you'll understand. He's very encouraging and will tell you exactly what's on the test. He has a huge sense of humor which picks up the class' mood near exam time. I highly recommend him.... He's awesome...

Dr Miele made Anatomy tolerable. Hard class, lots of information and tons of studying but his presentation and personality made it so much easier to learn the material and do well.

He is an excellent professor! He truly wants his students to do well. He explains the material so well and also offers examples and comparisons to further clarify. He uses PowerPoint in lecture but also draws pictures. He'll answer any questions. He also gives exam notes and goes over it so you know EXACTLY what to study. I enjoyed his labs too. They were actually fun and he never kept you there the whole 3 hours. Take him for anatomy & physiology if you can!!!!!

Dr. Miele is literally the best professor. CCRI students are always willing to travel for the courses he teaches. I am currently taking the summer Anatomy course with him, and he just puts your mind at ease. He does not want this to be a memorization course for you, he acknowledges that we are the future of health care & wants you to get it!

Took Anatomy several years ago, with a good Anatomy professor. Dr. Miele is better. Made a tough class manageable, even in Summer. It is still no joke though. Instead of making you just memorize the items, you learn how it functions & operates. His class WILL fill up within the first 2 hours of registration. Lastly, he is a D.C. he knows Anatomy.

Dr. Miele gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. After the first week,in summer session, I didn't think I was going to make it. Not sure he did either. He made me! He told me I could do it, I believed him, and I did do it,with an A. Very smart and caring professor who wants nothing more than to see his students succeed. Highly recommend.

Professor Miele is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G at what he does. I went into the class petrified of the subject material and he continued to reinforce that the material was not hard. He really broke the information down into manageable bite size pieces. He gives test reviews that REALLY help you to focus. Video the labs Thanks Dr. Miele, I learned so much.

Professor Miele is an amazing professor. Being so scared of this class he made it enjoyable!!! I learned a lot!! He does tend to mumble a little bit, but nothing major. He will pass you if you know you stuff and sees you trying your best!! Never be afraid to ask questions. Allows you to record and take videos which was very helpful.

Very good teacher, funny and smart. I wouldn't take Anatomy with anybody else. Study and you will get an A. His classes fill up FAST, like.. within a few hours of them being posted. Do not wait "a few days", it will be full.

Best professor I've ever taken! I always thought I could never be good at Biology until I took this class with this professor. He's really funny and makes the concept easy to learn.

At the beginning of the semester I was kind of struggling, but Prof. Miele is such an amazing teacher and goes out of the way to help students with things that are hard that I ended up getting a B+! The material is obviously going to be difficult, but Miele's humor and study tips make it easier to remember. Wish he taught all of my classes!!

Overall, it was an insightful class taught by a great professor. Miele throws a lot of information at you, much of which is intended for future reference, in a way that is easy to learn. Labs are easy. Just actively participate, and the practicals will be cake. Tests are straightforward as well since he reviews the questions he asks thoroughly.

Allows you to attend his other classes lab if you need extra help. Also has a tutor in lab. Gives study guides. Gives outlines. Take good notes. Many record class and film labs. Get study group

Professor Miele is AWESOME !! Do not waste your time with any other Anatomy Professor. He is funny, fair and teaches you everything you need to know. You can video him in lab and lecture attend class though or you lose out on test material. HE IS THE BEST TRUST ME !!

Professor Miele is the most wonderful professor I have ever had! He truly puts your mind at ease (even if you aren't doing well) and wants you to pass the class, as well as understand the material. He is really funny and always cracking jokes. He also gives study guides before the exams so you are able to study exactly what will be on them.

Professor Miele was an awesome instructor. He really knows what he is teaching and translates the material to real life examples. He gives you specific study guides for the practical exams so you are not studying unnecessary parts of the body. This is a hard class. I would suggest taking it in the summer. Its difficult but a lot of material is cut.

I am currently taking his class and I must say he is the BEST Professor at CCRI. He makes Anatomy enjoyable and gives you all of the material that you need to know. He wants everyone to succeed and doesn't sugar coat things, he will tell you how it is. When you register make sure you take him for both LAB and LECTURE. DON'T take Professor Royal !!!

Professor Miele has to be one of the best teachers in CCRI. He takes the time to make sure you understand what you need to know and doesn't waste time teaching you things you wont use later on. As long as you show him you want to learn and want the grade he'll make sure you get there. A+!!

I love professor Miele! He explains everything in a clear manner and relates the course to real life circumstances, but by no means is Anatomy easy. The best way to do well in this class is to get to know him. He will help you with any questions that you have and take the time to sit down and talk to you if you are struggling.

Such a nice guy in general, he has a huge heart. If you need to make certain arrangements for any reason, for example a medical reason, doctors appointment, he will go above and beyond to help you. He honestly cares about all of his students and their grades. Overall he is such an amazing professor and person. By far the best teacher I've ever had.

TO BE HONEST THIS CLASS ISN'T EASY BUT HE IS TRUELY FAIR, AND HE WILL ANSWER QUESTION IF YOU NEED HIM TO. HONESTLY BETWEEN HIM AND MY TUTOR LYNN I COULDN'T HAVE MADE IT THIS FAR.

Professor Miele is the very best of CCRI! He has the ability to take a difficult subject like Human Anatomy and break it down, so you can understand it. He still expects you to work, and just doesn't hand out good grades. Show up and do what is expected of you, you'll be fine. He's a great guy and cares about his students. And, he's hysterical too!

Hands down my favorite professor in my 2 years at CCRI! Very fair, lectures were surprisingly interesting, great study guides, and he really cares about his students. I had some issues and he worked with me to resolve all of them. The exam questions can be tricky but as long as you show up and participate you'll do fine.

Such a clear, helpful professor. Anatomy isn't easy but he makes it interesting and bearable. Always gives study guides. Wants to see his students pass and is truly a great guy. So funny, was always interested during lecture. Make sure to come to class and study! Also to stay whole lab! Best professor I've ever had I'd take him over and over!!

Very good professor, I took this class once before and failed afterwards I ended up taking it with Prof. Miele and pass with an A-. Very understanding and funny guy. But be prepare to study nonstop for the 15 weeks that the class last. All in all, a very good and helpful professor. If you take him you will not regret it!

Dr. Miele is able to make a 3 hr anatomy lecture interesting with a good sense of humor. He advocates strongly for all students. There is no way to pass the class with a good grade w/o hours per day of work. He lets you know this first lecture. You will do well if you put the work in. Take advantage of extra lab time or lecture time if able.

The BEST teacher I have ever had, I only got a C due to some inconveniences but will be taking this course with him again.

Prof. Miele is the best of the best! Only downside of this is that his class fills up almost immediately! He makes anatomy fun with his jokes, and you can tell he loves his job. He's very understanding if you're having problems inside or outside of class. I would definitely take his class again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Professor Miele really wants you to pass his course. Everything is clear and if it is on the study guide, it will be on the test. I took this same course at URI and it was 100x harder. Definitely take advantage of the tutors and success center as he does go down there and see who is going to tutoring/ checking out models. Really great teacher.

He really made sure that everyone knew what was going on. He only teaches what he thinks the class needs to know and makes sure to explain everything in detail. He is one of the best teachers I've ever had.

Professor Miele is amazing! He makes sure you know everything that's going on whether it's during lecture, lab, and what will/will not be on your exams/practicals. He's the only teacher I would retake & I've never said that before. Truly caring, genuine, amazing professor. He's not easy, he's just a GREAT professor. You rarely find those kind.

Dr. Miele is the type of professor that motivates his students to have confidence in themselves. I remember my first day of class was brutal. There were three other girls at my table that had some type of Chemistry/Biology background, and I knew absolutely nothing. Apparently, he saw something in me that I didn't see in myself. Cares about his students

Anatomy is not a walk on the beach kind of course, it's tough, a lot of reading, understanding and memorizing but Dr. Miele makes it fun and comprehensible. He truly cares for his students and he's very upfront with his exams. He wants to make sure your understanding the subject. He's very approachable and funny but, he's also extremely smart.

This class is going to take dedication, u will hve to study the material no matter whom you take this class with but Miele makes it easier on the students, doesn't test on as much material as others. However no extra credit opportunities, all homework is online and does not heavily affect your grade, & he only counts attendance for lab not lecture.

Professor Miele gives you every opportunity to do well in this course. Anatomy is not an easy course and takes a lot of time and dedication. He makes the material fun and his classes are engaging. If you put in the time, you'll do just fine.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and WATCH HIS VIDEOS BEFORE you start class. Not only will you know his teaching style, but you are guaranteed an A if you watch and study the information on the videos. Miele is fair, but he wants to see you work for it also. Look up Atomic Med Videos, I wish I had before the class, it would have been so much easier!

Absolutely Perfect Really knows how to put difficult terminology into more understandable words for students!! Great sense of humor!! Lightens coursework by giving no assignment other than to study because the material is already packed with content which helps out alot! Stay focused and study study, study and this professor will guide you along!

Highly recommend taking his anatomy class. He is extremely helpful and conducts the class in a way that makes it extremely easy to understand. He goes over everything in lab and lets you record it which is extremely helpful when studying. I wouldn't take this class with anyone else.

Hands down the BEST Anatomy Professor at CCRI. You understand the topic and hes not smog enough to think (like many professors at ccri) that you cant learn. It is very evident that others fail you knowing youll be back. Miele wants you to succeed!!

Ive never written a review on this before but i felt it necessary for this professor. If you're taking anatomy TAKE IT WITH MIELE! This guy is hilarious and doesn't waste your time learning stuff you'll never see in the field. He's a fair grader, wont bust your balls over spelling or small stuff. Homework is optional but highly encouraged.

Professor Miele is one of the best teachers I have ever had. He turned a very hard course to a very understandable one. Lab attendance is mandatory only. But I advise not to skip lecture or lab because its still a ton of info. I honestly recommend taking him because hes funny and really believes and cares for you.

Professor Miele made me love anatomy and he helped me believe in myself. His lectures made learning anatomy fun, which made it easier to study. This class is hard if you don't study enough. Professor Miele is so approachable and gives you the keys to success ! His class was my 1st time going back to college after almost 20 years... being Anatomy I was SO intimidated. The BEST professor you can take at ccri for anatomy. (i took this class with 2 other professors prior none were near as good as he was) His lectures are hilarious and in lab he explained everything to the point before you attacked the lab on your own. His exams are straight forward if you study the provided study guides.

Dr. Miele is the person to tak e A&P with! His notes are a little all over the place but he gives study guides for all his exams. Study whats on the study guide and youll do fine! In lab he goes over everything before you start. He also lets you use a index card for lab exams. Gives you extra credit chances too. Highly recommend him for A&P 1&2!

DR. Miele is truly the best professor EVER!!!! His lectures and labs are so fun and interesting though you learn A LOT of material. This class is not easy in general but he really wants you to pass and will do anything to help you do just that. If you can get into his class trust me you will not regret it
