Great professor! If you read the textbook and watch the lectures, you will learn some interesting things about history. There's just a quiz and canvas discussion due each week based on the textbook chapter and video lectures, and then two papers(one on Enlightenment one on Western Front). There's also a midterm and final based on lecture questions.

Professor Rozek likes to make this class as interesting as possible. He assigns only 2 papers throughout the semester. Your grade mostly comes from weekly quizzes, of which he drops the 3 lowest grades at the end of the semester. Could do better with the organization of notes because he writes all over the board during lectures (up, down, sideways)

I took this course for HIST 310. You have to purchase a textbook which will be used during the ENTIRE course. Class consists of two large exams- each based on the online lecture videos, weekly discussion boards/textbook quiz, and then two 4–6-page papers on a book and DBQ. The lecture videos are SO important to watch. Print lecture outline/takenote

This class was pretty easy for the most part. This professor provides decent lectures and he doesn't assign too much homework. I dropped his class because of how he gives out his exams. You have 2 hours to write 2 5 paragraph essays. He gives a long list of subjects to pick from that I had a difficult time remembering from the lectures nd readings.
