If you're expecting an easy class involving regurgitation of data you're in for a suprise, and, more likely than not, will come away with a poor impression. Paul is a great teacher. A little bit dry at times but very straight forward. No midterms or final exam but he assigns a couple (easy) questions each week about the assigned readings.
