awesome teacher. he's really clear on everything, and he writes the notes on the board. make sure you write down notes and do your reading notebook, you will regret it later if you dont..trust me!

Prof. Drakulich is a great teacher, I would definitely recommend taking his classes. He has a way of brigning history into the present to make you understand. Although if you do take his class fair warning his is very serious about grammer and punctuation.

He's really kind of crazy but in a good way, I was afraid I would end up falling asleep in a history class but I didn't, it was fun. Like someone else said he is a stickler for grammar and all but I want to major in history so I guess I have to get used to it. A++

Proffesor Petar Drakulich is a good professor he's definately entertaining, He may be offensive to some but I still think he's over all cool.. He keeps it interesting and is definately fair as long as you show up and take notes its easy. He isnt horrible on the eyes either ;)

I had him for western civilization, and it was the first history class i ever actually paid attention and received good grades in. He's a really funny guy; he makes the class entertaining and doesn't give boring lectures. You don't use the textbook at all, and the tests are directly from the notes. I'd highly suggest taking this professor

The best professor Ive ever had! He shouts, curses, and is a tad intimidating, but he knows how to relate to his students. Ive always hated history, but he made it fun and easy to understand. Almost never uses notes or books. He knows all his information by heard and can recite it perfectly. I recommend him for every history and philosophy class.

Petar Drakulich is most likely the greatest community college professor. He can take history and break it down and deliver it as if it were a non-ficional tale.

Really simple class, he responds to emails quickly, and it's really simple work for an online class. However, he is a very harsh midterm and final exam grader!

Professor D. Is one of the best professor at pccc. I 100% recommend his class. He's very nice and easy, but you have to take notes and listen in class if you want to get an A. He doesn't use the book, so that's a plus. Books are too expensive.

I had 0 interest in history prior to taking his class. I found myself voluntarily watching documentaries at home every night to learn more. He pushes students to do their best and guides them correctly to do it. I looked forward to his class and his enthusiasm and plan on taking at least 2 more with him before graduation.

Love this man. No matter what he teaches, he makes the class interesting. Take him as many times as you can!

My favorite professor so far and I doubt that will change. He makes class fun. I have taken 2 of his classes and am registered for a third. He is hilarious and makes you interested in his lectures even if you are not usually interested in the subjects he teaches.

Coming into community college, you don't expect to have professors like this. Drakulich has the gift of talking to a room of 60 people, but engaging everyone individually. Even if you have 0 interest in the subject matter, you WILL enjoy coming to his class. My favorite professor and teacher to date. Also, he's freaking hysterical.

I've been taught by only one other teacher who has this much of a gift for teaching. I have him for two classes this semester, and I'm getting more out of them than I've gotten out of any other class so far, and its only the first month. His classes aren't easy, and there is a lot of work involved, but I'm always excited to do it.

I wanted to take him for Western Civ this semester but his class filled up quick and I'm really disappointed I couldn't get into his class. His is loud and eccentric but he is great. He practically yells the knowledge into you and it sticks. I still remember things he mentioned in his previous classes a year ago

I've taken Professor Drakulich for Western Civ, Western Civ 2, and Philosophy. He really makes the information fun to learn. Beware there aren't that many grading opportunities so study when you can. Do not procrastinate the writing assignments it'll only hurt you.

Professor Drakulich was honestly one of my favorite professors this semester. Hilarious lectures and they were also engaging. My best advice would be to read the chapter that is being covered in class before the lecture so that any questions you might have about the textbook would be answered in class, also in your reading notebook put the vocab in

Story time with Uncle Drak! He made History literally come alive during class. I literally went to school with a 102 fever and severe exhaustion so I wouldn't miss what happened with Cleopatra because he left the previous class on a cliffhanger. This man was born to be a professor. Beware: he is loud and will have you cracking up every day!

You will never meet a professor who puts in as much effort and energy into his lectures as Prof. Drakulich. Every class feels like a conversation you never want to end. Wanting to go to his class every week was a key factor in enjoying school for me, and he made the scarier subjects seem possible to succeed in because of his overall teaching style.

Professor D. definitely gives a lot of material to read, but it is all so interesting!!!! History was NEVER my strong subject, actually it was my worst. But, Professor D is very accessible out of class, and his materials are so interesting i cant wait until he posts the next assignment to continue reading ! Definitely take him, hes worth the work!

Took a 3 week inter session with him. There are 14 quizzes and a final. Final is 5 SAQs and the 14 quizzes are 10 questions each. As long as you read theres no reason why you shouldnt get an A. Questions are straightforward. Lowest quiz grade gets dropped. Quizzes-55% and Final Exam-45% of the grade. Easy class!

Having this professor for Philosophy was great! At first I did not wanted to take this class but towards the end I had enjoyed every class. Professor is an amazing teacher, he is funny. He truly cares about his students and will help you do your best. I definitely would of loved to take more of his classes but I will be graduating this semester.

Professor Drakulich is an AMAZING professor!!! I am not a fan of history and I did so good in this class. I took him two semesters in a row. For Western Civ II and Intro to Philosophy. Multiple Choice quizzes every week to see if you read the chapter as well as a discussion post every week. Midterm and Final are essays. Take him!!!

Hands down one of the best instructors Ive had in any subject. He really makes philosophy come alive in his lectures and makes you actually excited to show up to class. Cares deeply about every single one of his students. Very laid-back in terms of both attendance and assignments, only form of homework is quizzes due at the end of each semester.

The kind of teacher I will most likely tell my grandkids about. He is super invested into the material he teaches and it shows. The quizzes are easy to do ahead of time because the notes are on BlackBoard from day 1. You'll laugh and you will learn, what's better?

Professor Drakulich was the best professor I have had. He motivated me for life and academically I learned a lot of philosophy. Even to this day I still remember a LOT of the class because I did not memorize, I learned. He is fair and makes his class fun. Negative side: be ready to stand some screaming and awkwardness.

Professor Drakulich was an inspirational, impactful, and brilliant instructor. He covered material very well and let the expectations of his class be known. Though he taught us academically, he also taught us life lessons, some I still think on today. He respected his students and taught us how to respect each other as well.

I've taken this man for Philo, Ins. Racism, and Ethics. The reality that this is my last semester with him is very depressing! THIS is the bar that you should use to judge a great teacher. Drakulich is incredible. His lectures are informative and easy to interpret, but they are also enlightening. I took his Institutional Racism course and left honestly feeling changed. I wish I could get everyone I know to take this class in particular, because it really shines light on things that affect us every single day. Also he's cool as hell.

Professor Drakulich has a passion, for educating the youth in deeper meanings. I graduated PCCC and now in grad school but I can definitely say if there is one life experience it's Draks class. Game changing classroom.

Uncle Drakulich is by far the best educator I have ever met. I took both his ethics, and institutional racism classes during my first semester. The things you learn from his classes are not just what the courses offer, it´s genuine life advice that can guide you for years to come. Professor Drakulich is an engaging and passionate instructor. While his grading can be inconsistent, his lectures are lively and he makes philosophy fun. Using unstuck study alongside the textbook helped me stay on top of the material.

Exams are open notes so that was a relief but the midterm exam had a lot of questions even with the open notes I and other students weren't able to finish some questions it's understandable because there was a lot of information. The final was less questions and easier to understand. The essay was easy based on your experience and opinion.
