Very interesting topics but they are hard to understand. Reading is not checked, but it is necessary for a good grade. There is A LOT of reading. Dr. B is one of the nicest souls you will ever meet on campus. He is super passionate and does a great job explaining the material. He also always has an interesting and meaningful anecdote that shows just how interesting of a life he has led. He is also super easy to talk to outside of class. Prof B is a really nice guy and a good prof, just not what works for me. He is VERY lecture heavy, as in you will spend the whole class trying not to fall asleep He will keep you after class every. single. day. to keep talking. No joke. His grading for the Socratic seminars don't make sense and are hypocritical. I'd think before taking his class
