I must say his tests are not that bad. And he makes such a big deal out of that paper but it's really simple. For some reason he annoys me, maybe because of his fake smile. Not tough on grading, but attendance is mandatory. and if you leave class early he marks you.

Good lecturer, but I got a strange feeling that he was using some sort of subtle mind manipulation. One time I saw a look on his face that looked satanical, then when he saw me the smile mask came right on, but those eyes are real spooky. It's probably just me, because everybody else liked him.

Pizor was funny, energetic, and interested in his subject. The only complaint is that he lets people talk about things in class that have nothing to do with the subject matter and it takes too long. The tests are made up of multiple-choice, a few short answer questions, and a short essay or two. The powerpoint notes seem unnecessary, since that material is never on the actual test. Really cool professor. Puts everything online, including grades, resources, assignments, etc. Attendance is most important, it's definitely mandatory. One opinion-based project and a few really tough exams. The class itself is super hard and the tests are killer. But he definitely threw a lot of extra points in. Don't buy the book though!

He's a pretty decent easy professor. Lectures are powerpoint with iClicker quizzes strewn throughout. Online tests are actually a bit difficult because of their broad scope (e.g. test 2 covers chapter 4-9). He doesnt like electronics so put away laptops and put phones on silent, and no taking notes on laptops. He's generous with points. Recommend.

Dr. Pizor is a very nice, patient, and extremely knowledgeable professor. He seems to want everyone to understand the material and pass with a good grade. The course was easy and there wasn't an excessive amount of work but you have to read the text because the tests can be rough without it. Concept driven course but not bad overall!
