Peter is a nice guy but his teaching style is something different. He is very disorganized during lectures. He encourages people to ask questions to which he gives unclear and often unrelated answers. His Moodle page is very organized and he uploads all lectures there. He will either explain a concept in heavy detail or breeze completely over it.

worst professor I've ever had. Their lectures are boring and he's hard to understand. Doesn't answer questions well and when you ask him again he just says that he's too old to teach. Doesn't answer emails or grade things quickly, I'm still waiting on my Mid-Term to be graded and I wrote it 2 months ago. DID not show up to first.

only show up for handouts, quizzes and midterms. learn everything else on khan or the organic chemistry tutor. all lessons are pre determined so you know the material for the week. He teaches like Biden gives speeches so don't expect to learn much without external materials.

Peter shows up to class late almost every day and didn't bother to show up to one class. Peter recites power points and gives you formulas so no need to come to class. He's an easy marker. if you are a strong strong math student and can learn on your own but this class is up to you to learn everything on your own time. If I could give a 0 I would.

I had Peter for 1070 and 1170. He is a nice guy but not a good teacher. I went into these classes with a solid understanding of math, and the way he teaches is not good for learning PERIOD. He makes mistakes, skips important things, and is very unreliable. If you are strong at math, you will do well on your own, if not you will get a very low mark.

Absolutely terrible professor. Shows up late to class, skips over important content, and doesn't know how to type in english. Constantly needs correction from students during lecture periods due insufficient attention to detail. would never take this class again.

The professor is very nice, and gives marks but be ready to do self-study as his teaching skills are worse but he will not let you fail even if you study less.

He is a sweet teacher and cares about your grades. however, he lectures can be confusing especially when he makes little errors in his calculations but there aren't any errors when marking. He tries his best but if you don't have patience, don't take this class.

He doesn't write on the board, everything is by computer and can get hard to follow. It is an easy class if you study hard and spent time with google. He recommended that I use ChatGPT when I asked for help with homework. Hard to get ahold of. I cannot stress how lecture heavy he is.

He gave the midterm three weeks earlier than the course outline showed and never sent notification outside of class. He does all examples and notes in Word, so keeping up is hard. If you have experience with the content you might be okay but if you are new to the content I would avoid him. He is very nice but impossible to contact unless in person.

The lectures can be tricky to follow, but with some self-study and tools like unstuck study or ChatGPT, you can succeed. The professor cares about your grades, so if you put in the effort, you'll likely do well.

Peter is a very caring and considerate guy but lacks exceptional teaching skills. I took MATH 1070 & 1170 with Peter and his lectures are a bit fast paced and many times it is impossible to catch up with him but his grading criteria is really good and anyone can get a good grade with not much of an effort if he/she is ready to study on their own.

Mr Peter is a touching and caring professor that wants two things : you to understand basic maths principles and that you succeed his class. Unfortunately his kindness was abused by some students. If you are serious about learning and you put the efforts in, i dont why you wouldn't succeed. That is what uni is about.

Pete was the nicest and sweetest teacher. If you received a bad mark on a test he would always let you argue your response for part marks, or re take quizes. He's hilarious and only works on word which is hard to follow occasionally but overall info is really easy to learn all u have to do is ask questions!!!
