Well, his exams are very text booked based, but so are his lectures. I attended every lecture, but none was as beneficial as taking notes from the text book. Honestly, there were a few questions that were hard to answer despite heavy effort in lecture and reading. Kind of a frustrating class.

He is a very nice person who genuinely wants to help you to succeed. His accent is a bit difficult to understand so the closer you sit in lecture the better. He is clear about what is on the MC exams in class, but you can skip and learn entirely from the textbook too. He also puts a bonus question on exams to help increase your chances of success.

Lectures are based on the textbook, but that's the same with other profs - I think that's just the nature of psyc courses. Sit closer to the front to understand his slight accent

He's a nice guy, but he goes very slow when explaining lecture content, leaving lots of content untaught by the exam. He sends audio files to finish his teaching, but they are often very long (1-2 hours) and that takes a lot of time away from studying, but you have to learn it first. He has good real-world examples, and he's funny, but he's slow.
