Great professor, does everything he can to make sure everyone understands a subject. Although the class struggled with Organic Chemistry, he did his best to make sure we learned it and understood it. Great class!

His approach to the exams are pathetically hard. He can't spell and demands perfect spelling in the lab exams. 10 exams and one paper - this class should count as 6 credits for the amount of work required to get an A. Great lectures, but unnecessarily hard exams.

Hardest science class I had while completing my pre-req's for nursing program. I would highly recommend bc you will learn more and be challenged in a way that will best prepare you for any science major.

Records lectures which makes it easy to go back. Test are completely fair and if comprehensive if you come to class and study a couple hours a week.

Prof Wickley is amazing. I took his Hybrid class. This class is a difficult class that you deffiently have to study and read. He records his lectures so you can go back and listen if you need. Highly recommend him. Wish he had room in his A&P 2 courses.

This class was so easy. I was bored most of the lectures. Acts like a kid,makes noises that preschoolers do. Teaches to you as if you never heard of half the stuff. Exams so easy. Lectures all recorded.

Professor Wickley is very knowledgeable and offers a ton of information. He has links to veiw, powerpoints, and many model pictures for references. Tests are like most others, multiple choice, true and false. He is a very helpful professor and in his class he tries real hard to teach in many different ways. He is a very fair man!

Dr. Wickley is an animated, charismatic instructor that made learning the subject material easier and more fun but be prepared to work outside of class. His offices hours made him readily available for extra help, if needed. It was a pleasure taking this class with him and I wish I had more instructors like him!

Professor Wickley knows his stuff and clearly wants to help you learn. His recordings of every lecture is by far the best study guide around as you can relisten as many times as needed. AWESOME! By far the best choice I could have made for this course! I took his Summer Hybrid Class at Brunswick so half online and half in class. Labs were pre-recorded for you to listen to on your own time. He also records his lectures which helped out so much with reviewing what he said in class. He explains things in a way you understand. One of the best professors I've had! He's funny & is an overall nice person. Anatomy & Physiology is a very hard class, and I was worried I would get a bad professor after hearing about this class. This class is a required for my program, so I needed to pass the class no matter what. If you study hard, & listen during the lectures, you will pass.

He is a really great teacher. You watch videos online before class and then he elaborates on the topic. Theres tests for lab and lecture. He puts study guides and practice questions on blackboard AND has a review day in class. If you put in the effort you can get an A.

Beyond the best teacher I have ever had throughout my schooling. I had him for biochem and anatomy and if I could have him for every class I would. He moves very quickly throughout the material but he is so knowledgable and makes class enjoyable that he made me want to get the best grade I could in the class. TAKE HIM you will not regret it!

He was awesome! He is very willing to help you but you have to put in the effort to see him during his office hours. If you skip class and/or don't study you will not pass his class. It is a tough class regardless of the teacher but I think he would be better then any other one. For lab, basically memorizing and know how to spell.

One of best professors, very knowledgeable. His classes are hard, you need to study, ask questions. Extremely helpful through email and in person. I highly recommend taking with him as many of three science classes he teaches. Records lecture in class, gives review sheets, lecture notes are helpful on test. Grade is tests, quizzes, homework.

Lectures were great and he teaches in way that helps you to understand a compicated subject. My only issue was that we did group work in almost every class. Group work is not for me and actually makes me want to not go to class.

Very good teacher. Personable, and knowledgeable. He presents lectures in a way that makes it relatively easy to understand the material, and in an entertaining fashion. By no means would I say the class was easy, however you get what you put into it. It was obvious who studied and who didn't. Expect to work for a good grade, and you'll get it.

Dr. Wickley was honestly the most difficult professor that I have ever had! Although the one the I have the MOST respect for. He is super accessible, as well as having extra study sessions! He records his lectures, creates review questions for each chapter, makes a practice exam before each test, and provides the answers for the practice test with a recording explaining each question and answer. Pathophys was Wednesday nights in Parma - a long class that he kept us awake in with general silliness to break up all the information. He is sweet and knowledgeable and records all lectures if you miss class. He dumbs it WAY down, perfect if you are nervous or worried about all that science. He is quirky and cute as a button, but brainy.

Probably one of my favorite teachers ever. The class itself is hard, but he made learning fun, and really motivated me to try my best. He gives awesome lectures and records all of them, review sheets, and practice tests before an exam. He did talk fast sometimes but there's just a lot of info. Super funny and nice, you won't regret taking him.

Lecture test are MC and lab is fill in the blank. notes, power points, images, are available online. A&P is a hard course, but he makes it a lot better.

Dr. Wickley is Honestly one of the best professors. Hes really passionate, he cares a lot for his students and hes extremely helpful. He does give out assignments to do before class but they really do help to understand the material. He lectures very well and clear. He has dorky analogies but they help you understand. Hes really good!

I do not like science AT ALL but he made it easy for me. You can get extra credit for doing CPA's which are class preparation assignments and can get up to 10 points! He is a very good teacher and I also had lab online which was nice because you could do it on your own time. If you show up and take notes you will pass. I recommend to anyone.

I loved this professor! Anatomy 1 is so easy! Do not listen to anybody that says its hard! Nothing is hard! Anatomy 1 is so basic! Just go to class, take good notes and thats all! There were homeworks to do but they were very easy. I passed this class with an A just because of the notes! Do not buy the book. Just study from the notes!

Prof Wickley is just the best. I had him for a&p 1 & 2. It is a tough course just because there is so much to know but he teaches it so well. He is passionate about what he does, kind and understanding, and funny as hell. He tells hilarious stories which breaks up the course work so its not boring. Love love love him.

I will make this simple where I say Dr. Wickley is by far the very best professor I have ever had. I took him for Bio 1100 by the recommendation from a counselor and I could have not been happier. Because of this positive experience I took him for AP 1 and I just signed up for his AP 2 class even though because of covid it will be 100% online.

Really good instructor considering it is Anatomy and Physiology. Lecture exams are difficult even with an index card permitted. Lab exams are also difficult even with a word bank supplied. Doesn't require unnecessary reading of subject material that won't be tested on. Overall, a good class but you need to do the work and stay on top of it!

I took this class in the 8 week summer session all online. Watch all lectures, and go through the review questions and it is exactly what is on the exams. Exams use Proctor U. Professor Wickley gets back to you super fast and is very caring.

One of the best professors I've ever had. His lectures aren't too long and they are interesting so it's not going to put you to sleep. One thing that helped me a lot was that he would take a crazy complicated picture/diagram from the book and draw it in a clear, easy to understand way. I wish he taught every class I need to take. highly recommend

This is one of the absolute best professors for biology. I took him for Anatomy 2 and his lectures were always funny, engaging, and entertaining all while teaching you. He uses real world examples to help you learn and he is very compassionate. 10/10 highly recommend him.

Had him for Online BIO-1100 and it was straight forward. He recorded all his lectures and from the videos I mostly understood everything he wanted us to learn. The only bad thing I have to say is that his criteria for his exams are a bit confusing but if I had a question he was always fast to email me back.

Peter Wickley is hands down the best professor you can take for a really difficult class. He cares about his students and is an amazing teacher. Don't get me wrong, the class is hard, but Professor Wickley teaches the content very very well. Be ready for lots of notes and lots of work. But you will end this class prepared and well educated. 10/10

One of the better teachers out there. Very engaging and does fantastic demonstrations that really puts himself out there for the student to be as sucessful as they can be. It has been quite awhile since I was in this class but it has had a lasting impression and hope to run into more teachers like him.

While the class very lecture heavy and difficult, he always kept an open line of communication. Very diligent when responding to emails outside of office hours. If you weren't able to make a lecture, he was generally very flexible and understanding. And despite the lectures being hours long, he always managed to keep you engaged. Very refreshing

I would recommend this professor to anybody taking this course! I have never read the textbook because his lectures are very detailed and the way he explains the material is amazing. Ask a question, he will definitely answer and if you still don't understand, he will work with you with office hours or can accommodate! Thoroughly enjoyed his class.

Peter Wickley is probably the best science, or Bio teacher I've ever had, let alone A+P teacher. He made me curious and excited about the subject matter. He was a very fair grader, and made himself available to speak after or outside of class. Furthermore I've used more of the knowledge I gained in his class than in any other since taking it.

Professor Wickley is very kind and funny. I struggled in his class due to some of the topics covered. Quizzes are open note and textbook is only required for extra practice. Overall, he was pretty great.

His teaching style is ideal for hard topics. We would watch these short lecture videos on Blackboard as our 'homework' due before coming to class so we weren't completely lost during lectures or labs. He's super organized on blackboard too! He's VERY animated which helps to better understand the important stuff- which is also covered in recitation.

Never any surprises with him, no pop quizzes, no homework to turn in, basically just show up and do what he tells you and you will pass. Also his quizzes are online and open note

While he is a super nice teacher, the way he teaches is not for everyone. He is a reverse classroom where we teach ourselves and go into class for a review. This makes it very difficult if you need to be taught the info like meYou can very quickly fall behind on work and he gives no homework to help boost grades just 100 pt exams and 10 pt quizzes

Never taught in class it was more review from the videos he would have us watch at home a little challenging to keep up. But, he was straightforward to talk to and would definitely help you to understand and pass. if you skip class you'll be lost for sure!

Yes, this class takes A TON of time outside of class with how much information there is to teach and understand BUT he is very willing to tutor and help you! Tutoring made my grade sky rocket. Professor Wickley is engaging and passionate, but the workload is heavy. Lecture videos and Unstuck AI were essential for me to stay on top of the material and succeed in this challenging course.

Pete is honestly one of the best professors I've had. He emphasized that he was always available and willing to explain/go over material. Very understanding that if exams didn't go well, it was something he did or didn't do. Gave many opportunities to improve grades through extra credit. I would definitely take Pete for whatever class you can.

He knows that if you are taking him it's not usually for the love of the subject, it is to pass to get into a program. He helps set you up for the next classes to go in that subject and does want success from the students
