This prof knows what he's talking about. Although, its a little hard to understand him, he explains everything very well. His quizzes are exactly what the midterm and final look like. I strongly recommend him

Very helpful. Buy the book ASAP and be prepared to write and highlight all over it if you want to do well. Quizzes are open-book and hw is assigned very rarely, besides he tells you where to go to check your answers online. Excellent prof, funny/corny too. Learned alot, and not even an ACC major.

hard to understand the way he talks, but he breaks down the grade alot so u can do well. there is a group project and 2 individual ones... he tells u what to expect on the tests, attendance counts too...

The statements below r 2 harsh. Lee is very nice & does all he can to help. His tests r hard but he curves a lot. If you fail the midterm u can still get an A if you ace the final. His accent makes it difficult 2 understand him but that doesnt make him a horrible person. Definitely beats Jacob/Russo

Lee is THE best professor teaching this class at pace. is helpful and available for his students. It's not an easy subject but if you study and come to class you should be fine. considering the other options you currently (Jacobs and Russo) you are waaaay better taking LEE. AT least you have a shot of getting an A in his class

well, considered the overall hardness of Accounting Course in Pace, he is fairly good. give lots of extra project, although long, but you learn. Test is reasonable, he is good.

has an accent but his examples are really good and he explains it so that you actually get it. also very helpful and tries to make all his students pass. he's one of the few nice profs at that horrible accounting dept.

Has some very interesting examples to get his point across but overall, a pretty good professor. We got a few good laughs throughout the semester. If you have to take accounting, I definitely recommend him

I took Dr. Lee's ACC204 and decided to take his ACC319 again. As usual, he connected all chapters of textbook and make me understand all subjects coherently. His presentation was clear to me. I like his course because he saved me a lot of time reading the textbook, which I hardly found clue. I strongly recommend him to other students for ACC319.

I took MBA640 with Dr. Lee in summer II section. I never took accounting before but found accounting was not difficult at all by following Dr. Lee's presentation. I understand Dr. Lee very well and his presentation was very organized. His teaching was adequate to make me learn accounting well in the intensive summer II section. was intensive.

Dr. Lee introduces the framework of ERP and illustrated it using SAP as well as Peachtree. I can tell how helpful this course will increase my employability for many years to come.

His teaching assignment is very helpful for me to catch up with managerial accounting sense. I like his way to walk me through very tough course materials.

Dr. Lee is really nice to all students. He walked us through many tough issues. In addition, he knows every student's name. I am not very good at math. I like his pedagogy very much.

Course is useful. He is really nice person. Exams have reviews. He tries really hard to explain when he feels hard in English. :) He cares bout every student. Sometimes, he couldn't get the question from students because of his limited English skills. However, he tries to show every important steps very clearly and slowly on the board.

The nicest accounting professor I've ever met. Will always respond to emails (albeit in poor English)and truly cares about his students and their future. He's a very good teacher, although the language barrier can be an issue. Tests are tough, but curves occasionally.

aww i like this guy. hes funny/helpful/nice. class isnt easy but if you study what he says especially the group presentations, should do fine. he curves a lot. good man.

Professor Lee is a GREAT teacher. He is extremely fair. Prof Lee is very helpful and makes sure everyone understands the topic he is teaching. If you don't understand something, he will help you out. His examples and the textbook problems were very helpful for every exam. I would recommend him to anyone majoring in Accounting.

Professor Picheng is very fair instructor. I took him over the summer and he gave different options to grading after the midterm(project etc). He is very encouraging as a person and promptly answers to your emails even to questions that have nothing to do with his course. He is very passionate about stocks and security valuation.

Great professor, who really cares about his students. Explain difficult material on problems, which helped a lot. Exams are hard but fair. Do not underestimate this course, a lot of details. Do all the problems it will help you on the exams. Good luck.

He has strong accent but he explains everything clearly and he is very willing to help students. I won't say his cost accounting is an easy class and actually the exams are hard, but once you did all the assignments and fully understood the core concept of each chapter then you will be fine. I think he is fair and he gave clear grading criteria.

hes great sometimes when hes lecturing he gets going really fast and you cant understand him test are great he gives you the formula sheet and the review packet is exactly what the test question is.

Extremely fair and genuinely cares about material and students. His tests are hard but if you put in the work he is willing to work with you. Clearly passionate about course material and spends beginning of class time to show real world examples for course material application. A nice guy overall but you need to show up and do the work.

Professor Lee is a great and respectable teacher that cares about his students. He is willing to help any time you don't understand something and makes it clear what you have to do to pass his class. (3 exams, weekly homework & 1 project) Although his lectures may be boring it is expected in accounting

Pretty straight forward class. Do the work, pay attention, study & pass but the only thing I have a problem with is the language barrier. He was a thick accent and it makes understanding him difficult.

he is a great teacher but too much homework accouding to me wich is good the exams dont matter that much but if u do your homework on time thats it you ar in his good book really loved him and his way of teaching would take his classes again if you are think of taking his classes judt do it amazing i had. a amazing time sure u will too

Lectures were based straight out of the textbook, which was straightforward enough. Entirely possible to do homework during the lecture too. Exams are not the simplest, but he offers exam simulations to prepare for them (which I'd advise taking as many times as available since they also accounted for a part of your final grade). Also funny guy!

I recommend this professor. It's upsetting to see that he has bad reviews. Not everyone's 1st language is English. He does more than the bare minimum and gives u an opportunity to pass his class by giving u fake midterms to make up for the actual midterms (if you did bad on them). So you should be taking advantage of what he gives you.

Some people don't consider their work when grading a professor. He cares and helps each student. It is an accounting class, so it is up to you how much you study and care. The exams are lower credit than all of the hw. Even if you do badly on exams, the homework and participation will allow you to pass the class with a good grade.

I thought that he was very kind and his grading was excellent. The only flaw is his accent which makes him hard to understand at times but thats not his fault and he made up for it with his engagement and lectures.
