This is the best English Prof @ Miami Dade. He is very intresting. I learned a lot from him. He explains can explain the history of the world in two hours! Only a naieve, half baked student wouldnt like him. Take him if your very serious about learning.

I expereinced two English classes with Kosak, i guess one just wasnt enough for me. I think this man is brilliant.To the point that I quote him in day to day conversation. He is an amusing blend of sarcasm, and intelligence. Not a candy coater!

I took him one and enjoyed his teaching so much i went back for more. he's a wonderful professor that knows what hes talking about and looks out the the best intrest of the student.

I took this man years ago, and now that I'm in a diffrent college I can only marvel at how much I learned from him. I quote him (i say ergo), i re-read the stories he taught us. He was a great foundation for majoring in English. One of the best profs out there!

Enjoyed his class, yes he talks way too much but I learned so much from him even when he drifts off topic...one of the most entertaining classes I ever took

This guy is a historian, PERIOD. He's a Thomas Jefferson lover. Good professor but the key to passing is 2 LISTEN 2 him. Good thing is that he keeps the lectures interesting. He goes off topic A-LOT but it's funny. If u have an "A" by the time the final comes, u don't have to take it. He's VERY opiniated. Just agree with him and you'll be straight.

One of the most interesting classes. This man is simply brilliant. If you listen in this class you would definitely pass. Great expereince with this class.

He's definitely crazy, but also knowledgeable. Come to class and listen (even to his stories) and you'll do fine. And "by the way..." he does wander off topic a lot, but it makes things interesting.

This teacher is very cool. He is also very knowledgeable on various subjects. Wonders off topic on occasion but makes the class very entertaining. Just come in to class, listen, do the work and you will pass. Hey you might get a laugh to.

He is one of the best teacher i had this semester...and extremely easy..people who dont this class is either dump or slackers..His essays are extremely easy and he grades fairly..

Prof. Kosak is still my professor. His quirky side gives the class a little interest. He grades essays fairly and his quizzes are usually VERY simple. The only thing you really have to worry about is attendance. I would definitely take his class for 1102. Only a student who doesn't put forth enough effort in this class will fail.

He's a good teacher and the class is slack as long as you show up. I had him for 1101 also and he's very understanding

Very easy class. Don't purchase the textbook, you will not need to use it. Easy class, He talks alot but you will learn alot. Grades are based on quizzes and 3 essays. He drops the worst grade of the 3 essays and if you have 2 A's you don't have to write the 3rd. One resarch paper that is very easy and he walks you through it. Take him easy A.

He is very easy. just do your work. 3 essay done in class. 2 group projects one of them a presentation. i hate english and i have an A in the class. he does get off subject and talk about topics that have nothing to do with class but he is interesting most of the time. I would so take this again in a heartbeat. dont buy the book we never use.

Best prof. for English... I hate English but he made it fun for me. First time in life that i get an A in English. He is funny and kinda sarcastic. However, you dont get any HW and test are easy. TAKE HIM!!! Easy A.

Great Teacher! Very little reading. Lots of writing. Offers extra credit and is clear what he expects from you. If your the kind of person who is constantly skipping, turning in assignments late and doesn't like taking notes, this isn't the class for you.

He's a cool and interesting professor. He does go off topic time to time and there's little reading but LOTS of writing. In fact for the mid-term I had to write 5 essays and he graded based on quanitity instead of quality. If you do all the work you will get an A but I recommend you DO NOT skip his class too often.

Awesome teacher. Fair. DO YOUR WORK! Other classmates complain about him but ive had my share of bad professors. He offers extra credit and will let you know what your current grade is so that you will not fall too far behind.

This Professor doesn't ask for too much. Just the basics. His Mid-term and Final exams are essay based and an easy A if you paid attention in class. Most of my classmates complained that he liked to talk too much but I found what he had to say to be very interesting most of the time. His grading scale is simple. On all but one essay, I got A's.

Great professor, easy class, take notes, don't really need the book. Write 5 easy essays, mid term & final which are kind of hard: 5 questions you have to answer in essay form in class based on lectures, attended every class it will be easy to write them. do the extra credit! as long as you write good essay papers with good grammar you will pass

I recommend him, knowledgeable & easy. took him for enc1102 & lit2480. take lecture notes, will not use book. 4 easy essays on movies you'll watch in class & 2 easy 15min Powerpoint presentations, midterm & final are kind of hard: 5 questions in essay form from lectures. attend class do xtra crdit, write essay papers with good grammar & you'll pass

I took Enc1101,1102 and lit2480 all A... just the work its simple dont complicateyour self he is very chilly and just wants your work done only 4 essays and test are 5 questions but he tells you what they will be,,, If you are "slick" you can get an easy A

this professor is very easy, he only sits in the classroom talking about the problem around the world, all you need to do is turn in your essays and be prepared for pop quizzes

Definitely not your average professor and probably misunderstood by some but if you don't lack common sense and enjoy a conspiracy chat then definitely take him. I got an A and will be taking him for ENC 1102

oh man this guy is a trip! he talks A LOT like A LOT and he really sarcastic but really freaking nice! he tends to veer off topic but somehow he makes it work, he cuts the bs out of learning and really straight forward , he gives random pop quizzes based off the book but its really easy i didn't even open the book passed with an A

cool teacher, talks all class, knows what hes talking about, very very very little homework, no tests, random pop quizes really easy, easy midterm, easy to cheat on if you have to, can get boring but good guy. you will learn if you want to, hes extremely flexible with deadlines

VERY EASY CLASS! Had it for a summer 6 week class, and it was a blur! Did about 4 essays, 2,000 word research paper, midterm, 4 random pop quizzes AND TRUST ME I NEVER STUDIED! He talks a whole lot but he is a really nice guy. Would def recommend him to anyone! Ended up with an A in the class and he didn't make me take the final :)

Professor Kosak is amazing! Yes he goes off topic and loves to talk about conspiracy theories but that made the class interesting. Very easy class if you put in the work. All essays must be done in class. We had 5 essays, 3 pop quiz, 1 group project, 1 solo presentation. He is very nice and helpful. I would take him again!

If you plan on skipping class then this class isn't for you. he has quizzes that he assigns randomly throughout the semester so if you skip his class the day there happens to be a quiz you can't make it up. He just makes you do four essays, one group research project and one presentation on whatever you would like. His lectures are interesting.

Great class, this guy knows what he is teaching. There are a couple of papers in the semester and a few quizzes. His lectures will cover everything from English history to conspiracy theories. I had a great time and actually looked forward to go to this class

This class is honestly so easy.. I sucked at writing essays and I got so much better! I got A's and B's on all my essays. He talks a lot and goes off track but the work is super easy and he's lenient. He makes you do the essays in class but you can do it at home and turn it in when you get to class lol so I would definitely take him again!

Great professor, would take him again. He does give lectures, LONG lectures, he's funny makes the class enjoyable. Beware of random quizzes, group projects, and also super easy essay topics. I would take him again, he's a good grader.

Professor Kosak is funny and loves to talk. The class is easy if you listen to his directions. Don't stress about the topics for your papers he likes the simple ones.

There are so many things I can say about this professor but honestly he is very straight forward with what he expects. Lots of pop quizzes so make sure you're in class every day. He talks a lot about random stuff too but he's a really interesting person so thats cool. Honestly, just pay attention and do what you're supposed to do and you'll be fine
