Dr. Swartz is a teacher I will never forget he teaches at the pinemont campus at the northeast college. I am so glad I found him I was able to get an A in AP1 AP2 and Micro. You actually have to try to get a C even a B in his class. i was kind of a teachers pet, but dont get on his bad side. His exams are hard but offers so much extra credit!!!

I TOOK SWART FOR A&P 2 AND MICRO. HE IS AWESOME. HE LOVES TEACHING AND IS GOOD AT IT. IVE LEARNED SO MUCH FROM HIM. HE RANDOMLY GOES OFF IN CLASS ABOUT PERSONAL STUFF BUT IT'S INTERESTING & FUNNY. HE GIVES U EXACTLY WHAT U NEED 2 STUDY. TESTS ARE EASY IF U MEMORIZE THE STUDY GUIDE WORD 4 WORD. HES A GREAT PROF. I DONT CARE WHAT N E 1 SAYS!!!

He is the best teacher. He makes the class very fun and easy. You will get an easy A if you show up to class, and do his class work which is very easy. The test is exactly on the notes that he gives you. Highly recommend him.

I recommend Dr. Swartz. He encourages you to succeed in life. Gives lots of extra credit. Study the notes he gives you and you will do fine. He always talking off the wall but just listen you surely will make a A. Way to go Dr. Swartz keep up the good teaching

One of the best professors ive ever had... Downright amazing... Higly entertaining...i can actually remember 90% of everything he ever said... I dont think i missed one of his classes even when i was "sick" from other classes... I took all five of the classes he offers and since then have recommended three of my friends to take his classes...

Dr. Philip Swartz is a very good Prof! This is the Prof to take. Even though he have long lectures, you will learn alot and get an A! If you put effort into the class. You must attend and pay attention. His test's are really easy because he explains everything until you understand! Even the worst person in Science can make an A if put min work in.

Great teacher easily gives a B or study for A. Gives 10xtra points on grade if you buy lab book and turn it in complete @end of semester. You do not need to buy textbook just buy his notes for under $10. If you show up late an hour for class he is barely starting the lecture. His lecture test have 110 questions off the highlighted notes

DR.Swartz is a wonderful teacher. He does curse but he will help anyone who tries . He does get off subject but he is lonely and he is very funny. I had taken for 3 classes and have made three As

Hands Down, BEST TEACHER EVER

There are teachers, and there are teachers, but Dr. Phyllip Swatz is the best of them all. What I learnt in all his classs, quadruple everything I knew in Biology. He is GOOD and PERFECT. I LOVE Dr. Phillip Swartz teaching style. Long live Dr. Philip Swartz.He should be the next Educationn Secretary.

I recently took Swartz for anatomy 1,2 and micro at the same time during the spring semester and it was a blast. I enjoyed coming to class he told funny stories and all you have to do is study the highlighted notes or print out the many reviews that are in circulation from his former students. I have aced every lecture test and lab tests are a joke

This guy is the smartest professor I have had. I understand that he makes you work, so make sure you have an audio recorder and a friend to help you out. His tests can be a little tricky, but make an effort to study for about two hours at the least. I recommend flash cards or quizlet. He loves to stell stories. Try to screen them out though.

i love him heis very smart if you want to be a great nurse or doctor take him for a teacher cause he will teach the material so well and clear and you will have great understanding of what your learning. He is my most favorite teacher in the world

He is great makes everything simple just be prepared to sit through the whole 3 hours because the man loves to talk, but I would highly recommend him, knows his material

He's a really nice man and good teacher. He gives you everything you need to pass his test.. he does get off topic A LOT and something he can get a little crazy in start cursing when hes tired but overall he's a really good teacher

I toke him for summer one he is the best teacher at hcc he gives you eveything you need to study for the exams only what you need!!. he has his own notes all you have to do is underline what he tells you to underline. he adds extra 10 points to all his test easy A or B. but makesure you dont cheat and put your name on your test love him:)

Dr Swartz, is a very intelligent professor who will tell you everthing you need to regarding your assignments. Take notes on everything he tells you too and you wont have any problems in his class.

Dr. Swartz for sure knows his stuff, He loves what he does, and is very confident in knowing. as for you learning material, get ready to highlight half the book, for test, his test are all typed out from his typewriter, it can get really confusing to read and hard to follow. Talks way too much, even during exams. super soft grader

Mr. Swartz is a great teacher that helps you whenever you ask. He is fun to listen to, and makes learning fun. I would recommend him to any student that wants to learn in a fun and effective way.

Very good instructor, he knows his stuff. Get ready because this man can talk. He makes sure that you know exactly what to study for his exams and yes you do have to study. If you read and look over the notes you will pass his test.

Great professor,he really does know his stuff,and he will let you know, that he knows his stuff. He has the gift of gab. Talks way to much. You do have to study but he give extra credit and he is a very fair grader. You will enjoy this professor and all of his biology class. He is a nice professor but he does too much. He gets off topic and gets upset when you try to get him back on track. I understand he is old but we didn't take your class do hear about politics or your life story. Made an A. If you want to actually learn do not take

Prof. Swartz, talks way too much about his personal life, his test are tricky so you better study the material really good, if you want to learn don't take his class, all he does is read over the material but doesn't really go over any of it. He does give extra points, but his class goes very slow as he loves to talk.

Be sure to read and take ALL your notes.

Professor Swartz is a very smart and very political man. For his lectures he sits in front of the class and talks ( does not use a slideshow or a book so do not buy one unless he tells you to on the first day) . He is incredibly talkative and can sound rude/blunt at times but the class is definitely worth taking.

4 lecture tests, 3 lab tests; drops 2 lowest & doesn't require to take last test. An awesome and THE best A&P professor. Talks a lot about politics, life, and love, but Professor Swartz is a great teacher. Nominates deserving students for outstanding student awards. May be slow & and curses a lot , but you'd be crazy not to take him! #blessed (:

He used to talk about his corvette car a lot but to be honest he is the best professor i have ever seen in my 2 yrs of HCC life. Take him, you will never regret. 10/10 ,best.

He's a good professor and tries to help you receive an A. But, HE TALKS A LOT. usually it's nonsense and information irrelevant to the subject. If he were to stick to the subject material class would go by smoothly. But it's a price you pay for the A.

Dr Swartz a wonderful instructor he is always there for you,he knows what he is doing and wants you to make in life.
