She makes you roleplay in front of the class 4 times, then a final presentation (30 minutes). In this class, you either pull it off or you don't. There's little in between. Like Sales, you either close or you don't. Work hard on the final presentation, you will learn very practical stuff in this class.

I thought she was very knowledgeable and was always able to give us great examples. The presentation was a little scary, but she helped us thru it. She was tough, but fair. Would highly recommend because we also had fun learning.

I took Principles of Selling with Prof. Primus in the Spring 2012 semester. She is an awesome teacher and I got a lot out of the class. She knows what she is talking about because she has worked as a professional salesperson for over 30 years. The first week of class you might feel overwhelmed don't worry and just take it one step at a time.

She is good, just tons and tons of work. It is a very complex course but she gives you the work chewed up. Prof. Primus is a G! She spoon feeds the class giving us everything we need to know. There is a bit of memorizing for the quizzes but they're mostly very easy. She supplies the text books, but you don't have to use it although it is very recommend because everything is in the two books she gives. The last few weeks of class are as fun as the first.

For this class we had to work on a project the entire semester, it sees hard at first but she provides you with countless packets full of useful information and willing to work with you. You don't need the textbook for this class except to do vocabulary h.w,you can just check it out at the library so you can skip the book for this class.

This class may seem intimidating at first because of the research project and the presentation you have to do at the end of the smester but it's really not. There isn't a fnal but you do have to present. She provides you with all the information you would need in order to help you with your presentation and projects.

Unique approach to learning. I have been out of school for 15 plus years and was initially intimidated as I viewed the content/text but she is welcoming of questions and discussions. She chops up the text with useful P-points and video in order to get you to enjoy, retain and learn. I actually looked forward to Wednesdays 2.5hr classes.

Professor Primus is by far one of the best professors at Westchester Community College. There is a lot of work but as long as you stay focused you will be sure to pass. I had her for Marketing 101 and 103 specifically Professional sales. She is a great woman who loves teaching these two subjects. In order to fail this class you actually have to try to do it. She makes passing very easy and will go out of her way to make sure you understand things. I love her and I recommend everyone to take her classes.

Professor Primus assigns a lot of work at the beginning that will all pay off in the end. If you bear through the first 3 weeks, everything becomes a breeze. Prof Primus is great. Some homework, 4 research papers (seems like a lot but they're easy), 4 role plays, and a final presentation. No written midterm or final! She repeats herself a lot so you're sure to understand everything. Just make sure you show up to every class and do everything she says and you'll be fine.

what a great teacher. I don't even know where to begin i guess i could start will there is no homework aside from the one project you do ALL SEMESTER LONG. Don't take that as an easy A because it by no means is. You have to work for grade in this class but its worth it. The best part is that everything you learn in this course is usable in life.

Great teacher You do need to do the homework which is given every class for a once a week class homework will take anything from 40mins to an hour. But she gives you the answers in her handouts in bold most of the time just need to read through. Great professor, I learned a lot more in her course than I learned in some courses that I took at a top 40 ranked 4 year university.

She's just one of the best professors I've met. She's is really nice and helpful, she always has a smile on her face and wants students to learn and be the best. I took her selling class and got an A, her classes were never boring and there was a project at the end but she guided everyone and taught us step by step how to present and be CONFIDENT.

She's understanding, show up keep up,save questions for end of class because she may answer them throughout the rest of her lecture and DO YOUR WORK

May seem like there is a lot of work in the beginning but she guides you every step of the way. Don't miss class or your grade will suffer. Truly cares about her students and wants them all to succeed!

Prof. Primus is a great teacher, in order to pass the class just follow her directions, hand in your papers on time and you will get a good grade.

PROS: She is the sweetest person ever and has actual reall world experience. is always there for her students. and brings good vibes. semi-Cons: tons of handouts that you must keep in order. No make ups if you forget to do something. Basically, show up, keep up and your grade will prove it.

Best teacher ever taken, supportive, makes sure you understand, and her class teaches important selling and business skills. One of the few teachers that cares for the students and their learning.

Professor Primus wants to see her students and willing to help. Only use textbook for key terms.

She was not the easiest but definitely a favorite. as long as you do the HW you will pass. research report & final presentation will require you to put in the effort or else you will not do well. if you're required to take this class i highly suggest taking it with Prof. Primus. she is very respectful and you can tell she cares about her students.

Professor Primus really knows her stuff. In Professional Selling it was focused on a project fused with a presentation at the end of the semester. One of the blessings is that it wasn't a group project so you are truly the only one responsible for your grade. I know she is changing up her curriculum come fall 2016 but I feel like it will be similar

I loved taking Professional Selling with her! She's very thorough with all of the material through out the semester. Very easy class to pass as long as you do the work that she assigns and show up to class!

Take this class! Professor Primus is definitely one of the best . First day of class you might feel overwhelmed with all of the papers she hands out. But those papers will really help when it comes time to role play. Don't skip class, do the work, pay attention and you will do well in this class. Every business student should take her!

Awesome teacher and a pleasure to be taught by.

I recommend that everyone takes this class. This is the only class I can truly say will help me in the real world. At first you may feel a little uncomfortable, but she opens you up to things you thought you'd never be able to do. By far the best professor and class in all of WCC.

Does what she can to make sure all students succeed and learn the material. Gives great feedback ensuring that students have a stromg understanding for marketing concepts. Overall great professor and would definitely take her again.

Not only does she make sure you're really learning the material, but she also makes class fun. A little old school - don't miss class and keep up with the work, you'll do well!

Very good professor

She motivated me more than any other professor in WCC. She works a lot to make this class easy for everyone, you just have to follow the steps and you are going to do really good in this class. I learned in this class more than any other class, I am even ready now to work in any company and know how to sell my products. Be ready for a lot of HMW.

She is great, respects her students a lot and gives opportunity for extra credit. There are 16 take-home quizzes and 4 take-home tests, which actually help a lot with memorizing and understanding the material. I learned a lot from Professor Primus, Thank you!

Professor Primus is one of the best professors on WCC Campus. Her class really will help you and you will actually need it in life, no matter what you do! She cares for her students! The work does seem like a lot but if you do it early it really isn't. One of my inspirations!

I do not know where to start with Professor Primus. She is so sweet and caring. During the semester my home burned down and she was so understanding with the work and did her best with trying to work with me. She really prepares you for the final and if you pay attention and do the work you will pass the course. She is such a sweetheart, Love her.

Best professor at WCC. Most kind and caring Professor I have ever had. Her class is a lot of work, tons of paper, but totally worth it. She is amazing. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have her as a professor. She made me fall in love with Marketing.

Prof. Primus is AWESOME! I took MKT 101 with her last semester, had a great experience. I just completed Professional Selling, and it was also a wonderful learning experience. It is important to come to class and participate, she will be much more understanding if you do. If you don't show effort, it'll hurt you. Very fair and very kind professor.

Amazing Professor. Took professional selling with her. Just do what she tells you and you will pass and that is exactly what she will say to you when you take this class. The sales presentation throws a lot of students off BUT just do what she says and you will be fine.

If I could take all my classes with her I would, she teaches a very important class that can help you outside of the business world, it's a lot of work, but if you start it when it's assigned, you'll be fine! She's very inspirational and very kind, caring, and well respected, definitely an inspiration, will never forget!

One of the greatest courses this school has to offer, I've learned so much! I had an amazing class with an amazing professor! I was beyond upset when I found out the semester was ending, it is a lot of work, but the best thing to do is to start it early and get it done with! Primus is the best! G.O.A.T ! Her grades aren't given, THEY'RE EARNED!

Prof. Primus was very clear from first class what she expects us to do. She even showed us a video of the final presentation. She was very respectful and understanding if student run into difficulties and she helped as much as she could. I would recommend taking her, although she is retiring she will still do online classes.

My brother told me about her when i was signing up for classes at the beginning of the semester and said she was a good teacher, little did i know he would be right and she was all the things he made her out to be. Shes very nice, and very fair with the work she gives out
