Very interesting discussions in this class, lots of reading a writing, but that's why we're english majors! He is a very cool guy...with great taste in music!
He's really a great guy-class discussions are a lot of fun. There'a a lot of reading in the class though, so if you're not big on that, not a good class. There's no tests-just two papers and a 10 page final. But ask for help, and you will receive it!
Very intelligent-I was impressed. Also, he emphasizes post-colonial lit (a lot from Africa), he is from Rwanda, so it makes it more interesting-he really cares about what he's teaching

Interesting class discussions but I would not recommend his class to anyone. The format of the class is odd and he does a poor job of explaining his expectations. He is one of my least favorite teachers at UNi. Thirteen papers; the final is a play.
Do not take at all costs! Very difficult to approach. He has a crazy definition of what a thesis is. Everyone in the class that I have talked to has found that they receive completely random grades ie an A on one paper and 10/40, 0/40 on the next.
Sure, the guy's a genius, but he's impossible to approach. We bought tons of books we never even touched. His questions are unclear, and we spent most of the time in awkward silence waiting for him to answer his own questions in a way we didn't understand anyway. And I have a 3.7gpa, so good luck!
He's from Rwanda and emphasizes Post-Colonial literature. Class can be interesting and you learn a lot, but he is virtually unapproachable. Expect to have no clue as to what his expectations are. He grades the papers hard and seemingly arbitrarily, especially if you are critical of the text.
Hes a smart guy but not very understandable. I never know what kind of grade I will get on my papers, it varies eachtime. Hes smart and very helpful but I didn't like that class at all
RUDE!
Have to read 9- 200 page novels and write an impossible essay over each one which you are lucky to receive a grade higher that 20/40. The rest of the class consists of "critically discussing" the novel you didn't understand. He was a softy in the end though and graded quite easily.
okay, so I've never taken a class with this man, but I have seen him on campus, and he is HOT HOT HOT!
I highly reccomend this man's courses. He loves what he does, and yes at times he can be difficult to approach, but just wait a bit and he can show you a very personable side. He is an amazing man with an amazing story. You'll have to read alot, but hey, this is an English course.
Free-flowing class reviewing good to great literature. Grades easier in the upper-level courses than the intro courses. Harsh accent takes a little while to get used to, but that's no big deal. A solid professor.
His class requires a lot of readings and some very difficult essays with detailed requirements. He grades pretty difficult but he offers chances to make them up and helps you as long as you are willing to ask. He loves his work and teaches well though. His class hours are interesting. I learned a lot.
Dr. Mvuyekure has high standards, which is within reason for a prof. What students need to understand is that THEY earn a grade; he does not bestow it. So, students must do the reading, maybe more than once, take the time to write and revise, ask questions, and learn. He's there to teach and students should be there to learn. Try talking to him.
He was very hard to understand and the essays he assigned were impossible. At the beginning of the semester, my class had about 30 people and at the end the semester there were less than 10.
He chews people up if they don't have his opinion. Doesn't let others have an opinion. Egotistical, as he has about every text you read published with a literary critisism from him.
If you really want to learn instead of just take all the easy classes to get through college without trying... then take him! He is willing to help you without giving you all the answers. YOU have to do the work. If you do that then you will do fine in his class! Plus you will feel like you actually learned something for once
Very difficult class. Struggled to meet his expectations as an incoming freshman. Grades papers on expectations not yet learned without taking college reading/writing. No thesis or topic sentences leads to an F. I would not reccomend this professor for any class.
I like the music that he played. Sometimes he referred to other texts that were unfamiliar and i didn't understand. Very difficult class for an incoming freshman not used to college reading and writing standards. A book and two papers due a week. verrrrry difficult.
Do Not Take Any Classes From This Guy! Impossible to understand somehow he won awards for outstanding professor cannot fathom how he got away with that, he's rude, and difficult to understand so when you want to ask him a question you feel stupid when his answer isn't helpful or you just plain didn't understand through his accent. Don't take his c
Dr. Mvuyekure is only looking for students who try to understand the lit. Give yourself time to understand what he is teaching- especially since you have to acquaint yourself with the literature that isn't often discussed in high school. If you attempt to understand the POV of the authors, you will do well. Don't be afraid to participate often.
impossible to please. he is very rude and actually told me i'd never graduate college. never take his classes. he will chew you up for any and everything
If you can get into any other capstone, do it! Mvuyekure is a horrible teacher. He does not teach you; he tells you. He doesn't like for students to take notes. He is very intimidating and thinks everyone other than himself is imcompetent. He is hard to understand and he gives zero direction on every assignment. This class is pointless.
If you really want to learn and have fun while doing so, YOU MUST TAKE ONE OF HIS COURSES!!!!
Dr. Mvuyekure scared the pants off me when I first attended his classes. He's one of the profs that acts all hard-ass until you get to know him and show that you care about the world around you, not just the world that directly affects you. He genuinely cares about his students and grades easy at the very end of semester! stick through it!Worth it!
Horrable teacher. Use some common sense and dont take a class with this guy.
TOUGH teacher at first. Not for those who don't like to write papers or think critically! He makes you think...that is what we came to college to do, right? If you are looking for an easy grade, don't take him. Want to learn and expand your knowledge? TAKE HIM!
He left a message for me on my phone the day before the last class period telling me he was giving me an F on my term paper because he deemed it to be on an ineligible text. Obviously upset, I appealed him to re-grade the paper since it was acceptable according to the syllabus guidelines. He wanted none of it; very unapproachable and unwilling.
I really hated this class when I was taking it, but upon reflection I really learned alot. His class really helped improve my writing. He does tend to break out in dance a lot!
Don't take this class. Trust me, just don't do it.
Wouldn't reccomend the class, unless you are very good at argument papers. Not very approachable and grades based on ability to write papers, not the content of the class. In 4 years of college, never has as much trouble as I did with this class. (Did take as a 4 week though, might not be as bad if taken as a semester class.)
Lots of reading - 11 books, He's a pretty easy grader on papers and presentations. Only take this class if you have time to read a book every couple days then write a paper on it.
Hard to understand sometimes, assigns LOADS of reading and the papers are pretty difficult. Don't take if you're looking for an easy A.
If youre looking for an easy capstone, look elsewhere. If youre looking to challenge your horizons take his course. If over the summer, take it as your only course. He is unclear on assngmts but thats the point. He wants you to abstract your way through a topic. He will grade you on your professionalism and dedication, not on your mistakes.
I am a good student and excel in English, yet have had nothing but difficulty with Dr. Mvuyekure. He sets unclear and unrealistic requirements, always sending you to his incredibly vague syllabus, and is not above attacking students for their opinions. Run for the hills and don't ever take his class...you'll thank me later.
Reading is necessary!!!! All we did was talk about books. He thinks he is very intelligent when in reality you never know how he came to any of the conclusions he came to. Hard teacher!
thinks his students should kiss his feet. nobody understands what he expects on his papers except him and when you ask him what he wants he refers you to the vague syllabus that tells you nothing. DONT TAKE HIS CLASS AS A FRESHMAN. youve been warned!!!
Very difficult and confusing class. Doesn't listen to alternate views on text. If you take his class, keep everything you ever turn in, he kept not having records of scores he returned to me, and they would have been zeros had I not kept them. He did this with several of my assignments, as well as some of the other students.
Awful class. He has no actual grading scale so you have no idea what you'll get in the class. He gave us random essay questions to do in class and the only time I did well was the one time I didn't read the material. He only wants you to regurgitate the scattered information he gives you in class. Its clear he thinks we are all dumb. Steer clear
English has always been my strongest subject, and I'm actually at UNI on a scholarship for my writing. Dr. M gave me an F on every single paper I turned in-because apparently my opinions were not correct. Now, you tell me what's wrong with that logic. He is also very rude to students in class, which I think is unprofessional.
HORRIBLE! he was extremely mean to students with disabilities, and he only pays attention to you if you're not white. he only listens to his own opinion, and will give you zeros if you have your own opinion. really easy to get an A though...just repeat everything he ever said and SUCK UP. this class taught me NOTHING and I hated it. lesson learned.
At first, this was by far my least favorite professor, as the semester progressed he grew on me.Yet, if you participate in class and pretend like you care then he'll like you, and give you good grades. He isn't my favorite but dealing with difficult people is a part of life, that is what I have learned from this course.
Entertaining in class, but near impossible to please the first time. STRICT adherence to high-school research essay format. Not impossible to get an A, but no easy task. Gives you the chance to edit your papers. Trust me, you'll need it. I hear horror stories about his capstone class: 15-page papers turned back, with instructions to do them again.
Worst professor I have ever had. I went in to get help and instead we argued (and he never offered any useful information). He was often offensive and gave no real reason to the grades that were "given". Horrible teacher, arrogant, and his attitude in and outside of class made me really question his character as a person.
He was the worst professor I have ever had and will ever have. Several of my classmates and I had to rewrite an entire paper because he didn't give us instructions before we wrote it. He never gives any useful information and the class is an awful worthless class.
Very difficult to deal with. Very arrogant and unclear about what he wants in papers. 5 students in my class had to redo a paper because he never told us how he wanted it. Won't accept other opinions besides his own.
He was very unhelpful with students. Often defined his expectations in an unclear manner. Agree with his opinions in your papers, no matter how radical they may be. Excepts students to be ridiculously familiar with Jazz.
JUST DON'T TAKE HIS CLASS. I READ THROUGH MOST OF THE COMMENTS BEFORE DECIDING TO RATE HIM. EVERYTHING I'VE READ ABOUT HIM IS TRUE. HE'S ON A DELUSIONAL POWER TRIP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! CUZ IT DOESN'T MATTER IF U'RE SMART. HE'LL PULL A GRADE OUTTA NOWHERE JUST BY LOOKING AT UR FACE... N IF HE DOESN'T LIKE WHAT HE SEES, U FLUNK
Read the previous comments, they're true. He has the most rediculous grading system ever, extremely vauge with his assignments, and has unreasonabl expectations. He treats the class like it is a graduate level class even though it is a core class that all english majors must take. I cannot stress this enough...DO NOT TAKE ANY OF HIS CLASSES!!!!!!!!
Dr Mvuyekure has to be one of the GREATEST English and music professors I've ever met!!!! Believe me its not an easy course and if you think that you're just gonna get a good grade by doing nothing than he's not for you. All the other idiot students do is cry that he's unfair.
AVOID THIS CLASS. He spends the majority of class asking vague questions and then berating students for not being able to answer. He treats students as if they know nothing. He is unclear in his expectations and unfair in his assumptions about students. Please do not waste your valuable time and money by taking his classes.
There's no reason for me to hate this class. I love literature, and I love multiculturalism. But the teacher ends up being so arrogant and vague that I couldn't stand being in class. He makes us feel uncomfortable which makes the class room silent whenever he asks questions. I tried to tolerate him but in the end he was a frustrating teacher.
I had high expectations for this class; I really like blues and jazz, but Dr. Mvuyekure made it difficult. He got upset with students when the drop box on the website was missing, saying it was our fault for not calling the IT center, and I received a failing grade on a paper for which I fulfilled all of the requirements. Don't waste your time.
This was my favorite class until he started grading my papers.I have NEVER gotten an F on research papers or essays yet that's what he gave me.Just learned I failed the class so now I have to take him again! Not looking forward to dealing with him.He does not help us understand the material but grades so harshly. DON'T TAKE THIS CLASS!
Avoid this professor if you can. He asks questions that are extremely vague, that none of us know how to answer them, which results in many awkward silences. He would then criticize us for not being able to answer the questions and accuse us of not reading the texts. He is very intelligent, but I felt as if I was in a graduate class.
CAP is really tough, lots of reading-- but if you interact in class and actually participate, you should do well. Papers are easy, just do exactly what question says. PDM cares very much about whether or not students learn.
I took multicultural lit with him. He is not a bad professor. The important thing is to be prepared for if the internet doesn't work, and the BIGGEST thing is to make a cushion for yourself by discussing alot.He loves students that discuss the content and show understanding. That can really boost your grade. Don't be scared off by these reviews
PDM is not an easy teacher, but he is a very intelligent teacher. The major problem-aside from computer issues-is he is light years ahead of even the best student and and sometimes forgets you can't read his mind. Pay attention, read and most of all participate and you'll be fine. If you fail a paper, go see him. Don't be afraid, but be aware.
Dr. Mvuekure is extremely intelligent. He is not mean and he does care. His expectations are high, as they should be. I got an A- and a B- in two of his classes. They were hard, but I learned a lot. He is a good person and genuinely cares about what he is teaching. I understand a lot of students don't like him, but I think he is misunderstood.
He really is a great guy and extremely intelligent. If you make an effort to do the readings and participate in class, he will meet you halfway to help with understanding.
To put it simply; he will tell you to "look at the syllabus" for help, when the syllabus isn't very clear (especially when it comes to papers). He leans extremely towards the left (& pushes his views on his students) "Obama is the saint of Washington"... WHAT? He is a very intelligent & knows his stuff.
Best professor forever
On the first day, he said there should be no questions about assignments for it is all in the syllabus but his syllabus is confusing and when you try to ask for clarification, he gets snotty and doesn't answer the question. His class is easy to pass if you participate and do the work but he isn't good at leading a classroom discussion.
The entire class is "discussion" based but you spend more time trying to give him the answer he wants than giving your opinion. His "quizzes" are where he asks the whole class a question and shuts you down when you get it wrong. He makes it a fairly hostile classroom environment. He expects a lot of your papers but will help you if you ask. 010
No tests or quizzes, but participationdiscussion takes up 55% of the grade. There is a lot of reading assigned. He spends a lot of the discussion time shooting you down if you don't answer with what he's looking for. He means well and most of the topics are somewhat interesting such as 2Pac and Kendrick Lamar, but Look out for the Mumbo Jumbo lec.
Worst professor I've ever taken at UNI. Extremely uppity and bitter for no reason. Don't ask questions unless you want a snarky response that doesn't even answer your question.. I was excited for this class and the material, but extremely disappointed by the end of semester when I had learned absolutely nothing!
Of all my courses at UNI, I learned the most from Dr. Mvuyekure (I can even spell his name without cheating). Was his class hard? I suppose if you want ton continue being bottle-fed and learn everything from Wikipedia or SparkNotes. There are plenty of easy classes you can take with easy professors. Why not learn something instead? It's college.
Avoid taking this professor at all costs. Many people weren't kidding on here when they say he is terrible. His lectures are boring and discussion based. He gets angry when you don't tell him what he wants to hear. He's a tough grader and isn't clear with anything. Do yourself a favor and take anyone else over this professor.
He made me interested in things I had never even heard of. I took him as an English student, so I was prepared for the close-textual-analysis. If you don't like critical thinking about required reading, don't take him. The people who seem to struggle the most are the ones who don't read. If you want something out of a class, take him.
Worst. Professor. Ever. I can't emphasize enough how much I disliked this prof. I was very much looking forward to this class having a background in jazz and all around love of music, but this prof absolutely ruined it. He is super pretentious and stuck up. makes you sit through long silence when no one knows the answer instead of idk teaching?
Very hard to make sense of. One moment its this and the next its another. If you take his class be willing to just let things go. There are no tests which is good but lots of reading and a final paper. I got a D on the paper cause I felt he wasn't clear with what he wanted but I still passed with an A do to participation in class.
If you don't agree with his views, you're wrong. He's very unclear and hard to understand at times. Also, he'll ask the class a question and stare at you until you answer and will treat you like you are incompetent.
Honestly, I really liked Pierre, and I took him for more than one class so that might be why. Is he hard to understand? Yes, but he's an older gent from Rwanda. His grading is NOT difficult, you just need to actually participate and do the readings. As an English major, I loved him and his insights, but if you're not just prepare to read and write.
I have taken two classes with Mvuyekure, and it was only because I had to. He takes long pauses during his lectures, and that combined with his tendency to turn the lights off to show videos and his accent made me almost fall asleep numerous times. He doesn't explain things, and gets condescending if you ask questions. No grading rubrics either.
Received an 8/25 on a paper I thought I did well. His guidelines are not specific whatsoever and you will be guessing on how to do papers until you get them back. It isn't until you get your work back that you understand what you were supposed to do in the first place.
Hard. Although the content of the class was pretty interesting. He is horrible. He is indirect about what he wants and what is expected. He is a very condescending professor and makes you feel stupid for asking a simple question. Makes you buy 8 books although you do use all of them but still. If you can at all costs, do NOT take him.
An amazing professor who expects a lot out of people. Really glad I got to take a couple classes from him because his expectations definitely helped prepare me for grad school. If you treat him and his courses seriously, he treats you seriously. He has nothing but respect for his students.
He is an extremely condescending professor making you feel stupid if you can't guess the answer he wants on the first try. His guidelines for papers are non specific having to guess for what he wants. Does not explain how he wants things done in class. If you have questions he will tell you to look at the syllabus even though it hard to understand.
He's vague with his grading criteria, and if you ask him to elaborate he makes it seem like you're stupid for not knowing what he means; he just repeats the phrase and stares at you incredulously like you should understand things already and he shouldn't have to teach you or explain. If you like being frustrated feel free to take a class with him.
Pierre is the most unorganized and unclear professor I've ever had. If you ask questions, he will say it is in the syllabus. The syllabus looks and reads like it was written by a 12 year old. He is an English professor who believe a thesis statement should be a paragraph long. Not enough room to tell you how often class time was wasted and useless.
One of the most awful professors I've ever had. Can be extremely rude, and makes you sound so stupid for asking a reasonable question. Difficult to understand at times, and can't read what he puts on the board. He only acknowledges the ones he has had in previous classes. If an assignment isn't an A+, it's an F. Very unclear about what he wants.
Thinks he knows everything but he doesn't. Has issues. Should see a psychiatrist.
A clear example of why the Capstone program is so broken at UNI. If boring, tangential lectures are your thing, then take this class. If a total lack of guidance combined with specific expectations are your thing, then take this class. This class shouldn't be hard, but it's a struggle to make it through. Pay attention to the reviews on this prof.
I LOVE PDM! He has an accent so you need to listen closely at first, but he is very helpful. He is able to connect with many different types of students. His grading criteria may be a little confusing, but you will definitely leave his class a better writer!
PDM is the WORST professor I've ever had in my entire life. I cannot stress enough how rude, disrespectful, unclear, and prideful this man is. He will not answers your questions, he will not help you, and he will not treat you with respect. He is unclear about his papers. You can be a straight A student and get F's on all your papers. DO NOT TAKE!
PDM is such a bad teacher. He can not grade a paper fairly to save his life. He gives no clear feedback and doesn't try to help his students succeed. If you want to get the worst grade you've ever received, then take him. He is hard and unhelpful. His opinion is the only right one. If you can't read his mind, you are wrong! 0/10 recommend him.
Literally, the worst teacher ever. He lectures all of class, but in a way that you won't understand anything. He doesn't explain any of the assignments or what he expects of you (which is a lot). You won't know how to write a paper for him until you fail a few and figure it out yourself. He took off points for my paper being a bit faded in print.
He has a tendency to get off track, but it is usually because he is making sure that we are all okay. He genuinely cares for his students. Prepare to read a lot. The texts are long and he will ask a lot of questions. Overall, he is a good professor, and his class prepared me for my teaching career.
In all four years of college I have never had a professor as awful as he is. The syllabus that he provides is vague in every aspect from grading to expectations. This class is nothing like the course description given and you learn little to nothing. While his stories can be interesting, I would avoid taking this professor at ALL costs.
There is a paper due almost every week. He doesn't give clear feedback on anything. I have had to go to a different professor for clarification on assignments for his class.
Seems like a good guy with good values, but he is a poor educator. He is unclear with his instructions for assignments and projects (and is not afraid to fail you on things you didn't know were expected) and his lectures are scattered, unclear, and obviously unplanned. The readings and other course content is incredible, he is just a bad teacher.
Do not take this class, pick a different one. The content is very interesting and I wanted to learn but the professor just lectures. He is very unclear and overall not a kind man. He has no respect for anything but himself.
He made what could've been an enjoyable experience into a deeply frustrating one. Expectations are only understood by trial and error with the grading being unnecessarily rigorous. It is unclear where his overinflated ego comes from as his instruction leaves much to be desired. No respect is afforded to students. It is a mystery why teaches at all.
From reading all of the reviews so far about this professor, I could not have stated it any better. He was never clear with anything and the comments/feedback on the analytical responses was awful! Very vague and definitely makes it that his view/vision/thoughts are the only way to interpret things or see things after reading material.
The course is discussion-based, yet the professor will look at you like you are ignorant whenever you speak your mind. He expects us to know the content at the level he does with his Ph.D. and when we do not, he is appalled. Also, he gives NO criteria for the essays & grades them harshly based upon his biased opinion with no rubric nor context.
Avoid taking classes with him if you can.
If you are looking to be confused then this is the class for you. Classes are completely student lead with little to nothing learned. No clear grading on papers and no clear guidelines are made at any point in the class. If you do feel like you have something to say keep it to yourself or you will be told how you are wrong in front the whole class
No clear guidelines. He also did not give much feedback on your paper. I was confused most of the time.
had unclear guildines for his papers. said he wanted one thing and then graded it and said it was wrong and he wanted a different thing. avoid classes with him
Such an awful teacher. He has unclear guidelines about how he wants things. He argued with our class when he thought we were wrong because his opinion was always right no matter what. He expects you to know the course material before he even "teaches" it. I would avoid taking classes with this professor unless you want to be confused and stressed.
There were only three graded assignments for my class, and they were all essays. He gave good feedback and offered a chance to make edits before he grades, which was nice. However, a lot of instructions were unclear, which cost me points. The lectures are slow and depend on reading a lot of material before every class.
He made me do the Irish jig when I would submit late work! What in the world, am I right! I'm just joking, but seriously not that great find someone else.
If I am being honest, I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt for the majority of the semester. I was wrong. Very wrong. He lacks direction in class, lacks rubrics, and is unclear in general. Someone asked how to format the title page for our final, and he just said "a title page". I would highly recommend finding another professor.
Pierre-Damien Mvuyekure, though I enjoy him as an individual, is undeniably one of the worst professors at this school. He's constantly off-topic and blames his students on his poor class environment rather than himself. His grading criteria is also very vague, and he will flat out refuse to give advice. Please, if you can help it, don't take him.
He's a nice guy, but very difficult to understand, both when it comes to his accent and his teaching. Tells him you can ask questions, but then laughs if he thinks it's something you should know the answer to (when you wouldn't). Very class discussion heavy. Be ready to hate your life if you take this course lol lots of reading and unclear grading.
Honestly, his accent is so thick I didn't know what he was saying 95% of the time. However, he emphasizes how he doesn't want his class to cause students stress, and I think that is clear in the way he grades. Also, he does not grade on many assignments, so be sure what you should be writing about and that you address all parts of the prompt.
By the end of the course I was so nervous to speak in class that I had a stomach ache every time I attended because he made everyone who spoke up feel like an idiot. He also has a very narrow idea of what successful papers look like. I did not feel like I was seen as a person while I was in this course.
Avoid this professor if you can. His guidelines are unclear, and he seems unwilling to provide proper feedback. However, using resources like unstuck study and the free textbook can help you navigate the class better.
Awful. I would never have taken his class if I knew what it was going to be like. He can be nice and funny, but also mean.
He does not teach this class. Instead, he reads his own writing, grades randomly without giving any feedback as to why, doesn't describe the assignments. He thinks that he is the best teacher ever and aims for a "no stress" environment, but he is mean to people who don't share his opinion. Worst, most stressful class I've ever taken.
Pierre is very polarizing. He cares for his students in and out of the classroom, but in the classroom...yikes. He can be hard to understand (not his fault) he gets off track literally every day so be ready to be weeks behind or randomly rush ahead, doesn't take attendance but has an attendance grade based on "if he remembers you from class."
The worst professor I have had. I cannot detail all the horrible things he has done. Rude to students, changing assignments last minute, horrible announcements, refuses to answer questions, doesn't teach anything, considers himself 'above' his students, and refuses any kind of criticism against him. He should not be allowed to teach. I mean it.
The MulticultLit course itself is not very difficult, however working with Pierre is. He loses focus constantly, provides unclear grading criteria, will not answer questions and instead redirects you to the syllabus which is frequently inaccurate. His policies on attendance are also strange and he makes little effort to connect with students.
Do not take class with him if you do not have to. He was always off topic, and most times talked about his own personal life. He can be mean, but also very nice and funny. For me he was unclear and unrealistic.
One of the worst classes I have ever taken. Pierre makes the class very difficult to get into, with a bit of a heavy accent. He went over the syllabus on the first day and is very reluctant to answer questions about it for the rest of the semester. Possess a stubborn ego. Try to avoid his class if you can; if not, diminish your pride and endure!
The easy B is not worth the time. Often rude, constantly brags about how liked he is by students, unclear policies across the board, difficult to understand, constantly sidetracked or showing off his own unrelated books, assigns subjective thought-provoking readings and makes every interpretation but his wrong, super stressful.
