Easy class. She doesn't require much, show up to class do your group presentation go to a few events and take your tests and you should pass

Very easy teacher. Just show up to class and that's it. You have one project and the rest is just visits to museum and art gallery and write a review. She is very helpful. Definitely an easy A+

She is a very easy teacher. I am not an artist what so ever, but her assignments are very easy and she does not grade you on how artistic you are. This is def. an easy A class as long as you attend. Take her if you have the chance.

Super easy class! Does not explain projects well, but since shes so vague, u can just do whatever, as long as its reasonable. Easy A! my class close to 100 people and i think she said there like 85 A's, very boring, but if you need an A....

if you want an easy A take this class. come to class and complete the group art assignments (similar to kindergarten art assignments-counts towards attendance grade) THERE ARE NO ASSIGNMENT DEADLINES.

Great Class! Mrs. West is fun and entertaining. She's there to have a good time and teach, so the class is fun. Easy tests, easy assignments, and no real pressure. Events assigned are interesting and fun to do. If you have to take Art I can't imagine finding a better experience unless you wanna get real technical and serious. 7/10

She was awesome, she was always willing to help not just with art but with unsight into teaching! I enjoyed her class and was a little sad that it is over. If you have the chance to take her don't pass it up!

Mrs. West is simply the BEST for this class! Fun, interesting-you will learn alot! A word to the wise-attendance is important if you want to do well in this class. She gets upset by people that don't show up for class, as she should! So if you don't intend to attend-you might want to choose someone else for this class. I learned SO much! Loved it!

Great teacher. Easy class. Make sure you sign up for ushering on campus for extra credit. You probably won't have to take the final if you do.

She is the best teacher at KSU she loves what she does and will make sure that you have learning. Even if you dont find art to be great, once you get done with her class you will atleast enjoy art. Come to class not only for attendence puropses but you will have fun. I miss her class

Mrs.West is awesome! She makes art fun and she and does not demand a whole lot out of her students. You just have to do one presentation with your group and a few other easy assignments. Overall an easy A!

She has a real passion for art, but no patience for idiots. She can get a bit sassy, but her tests are easy if you are there for the review and look over the notes. There is one group project, but relatively easy. Fun class and good stress reliever. She's a good choice for art teacher.

Easiest class I've ever taken, if you make anything less than an A it's your fault. She gives a ton of extra credit and lets you turn in assignments til the end of the semester.

Pipar West is an incredible teacher! she loves art with a fiery passion and it shows in everything she does. she makes the class entertaining and fun. She is one of the nicest teachers i have ever had.

Great professor. Really knows what she is talking about and has such a passion for art. Gives tons of opportunities for extra credit and as long as you study and do well on the group project, you will get an A in the class.

Mrs. West came across as strict on the first day, but as you get to know her, you realize that she is really nice. When my group needed help on an activity for a project, she supplied us with the art objects we needed. She gives out lots of extra-credit. Very easy to get an A in her class

I love this lady! She is super easy going, laid back, & fun. We did lots of fun art activites that are great ideas to use in the classroom in the future. We did have 1 group project & 1 individual art history project which were both very easy. Take her now!! You will be glad you did.

Ms. West is an old school teacher. Come to class, get your lecture in and in a few weeks take your test. Her lectures are BORING and she knows it.. but you need to sit through them. You get your grade through a point system. Do extra credit early. If you get 90 pts before the 4th test, you don't have to take the final!

Interesting class, but lectures are somewhat boring. She comes off as rude a lot, but can be really sweet. 3 tests, but if you have an A before the final, you dont have to take it. A few in-class activities and a big presentation, but EASY. Have to attend 4 art-events and write about them. PLENTY of extra credit and an easy grader.Highly recommend!

Great teacher! Take her!!! do good job on the group project and you need to go to couple events like theater, museum and so on that's how you get your A :)

Pipar West is a great professor. Took her for Art 1107, she was easy and made it easy to come to class at 8am. She will not let you leave her class without an "A" at the end of the semester. She is helpful and even gave me her cell # in case of emergencies..yeah!

Easy, easy, easy. If you don't get an A+, you didn't do anything. She gives enough extra credit that you can stop going to class halfway through the semester and still get an A - and she'll tell you that. Group presentations are easy enough.

lecture can be boring. But very very easy class. If you dont get an A its because you didnt do anything. Turn in paper saying you went to events (doesnt have to be fancy). Study book and notes for tests. Gives lots of extra credit. The only problem was getting together with my group, but she gives you the option to do projects alone. PICK HER!!!!!!

A 1st grader could easily pass this class with an A. Loads of extra credit. Do it. If you dont make an A you didnt do anything. No deadlines, EVERYTHING is super easy. TAKE HER! Seriously.

Very easy class. She is a very easy grader. No deadlines (except for presentation) makes the gallery openings interesting. Was totally cool with us doing our presentation as Teenage Mutuant Nija Turtles.

SO EASY! I got out of the class an entire month before it was over because I reached 90 points. The way she grades is on a point system so that you only gain points and never lose points. DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! I did and i never opened it once. Attend class though it helps with the test.

Very easy class. She is very helpful and offers a lot of extra credit. Her tests are very easy and she gives you great study guides. The only down side is her group project. It's easy but annoying. I'm a Bio major and was forced to take this, so it was nice to have a teacher that was so laid back.

I LOVE Mrs. West!!! She's amazing and very helpful. You will need your book to do the weekly chapter questions, or you could just Google them. Attendance is mandatory only cuz you have a project to do each class but TAKE HER!! she doesnt care at all about late work, as long as you complete it before the semester is over. I got 100 in this class :)

I loved having Professor West as a teacher. I am a nursing major, so I was required to take this class, but she made it very easy to work around. Late assignments are 100% okay with her. She gives you all of the test info. Best professor I've had so far! TAKE HER!

I'm so thankful for Prof West. I'm a criminal justice major. I have zero interest in art. She understood that and was OKAY with it. Very helpful. Very nice. Perfect for a core class the gov't makes you take:)

You will love her! There are projects every week, but they are fun and she gives you time to complete them in class. There are several papers/lesson plans, but she gives you a very clear rubric and outline. She is tons of fun and will give you lots of helpful career advice as well as art education advice. You will love her!! Take Her!!

If anything, take P. West. Easy A. Attendance not mandatory, but she gives out lots of extra credit opp. so come. Easy assignments. Posts study guides for tests online and are just like the tests. Dont have to put in any effort, to be honest, to get an A. Def. recommend.

Amazingly kind professor! She understands that no one wants to be here, but please give her the respect she deserves. Pet peeve is phones going off in class, no elec. during presentations. Grades based on points, earn 90 to make an A and you are done with the class a month early. You must show up in order to earn points. Pay attention in class in order to pass the tests. Don't buy the book. Few group assignments and one big group project presentation. BORING class, easiest A ever!

Literally everything you turn in is through your group, so that sucks because you're stuck with them for the whole semester. She grades on a points system so once you get to 90 points you've earned an A for the semester and you don't have to come back to class. She gives extra credit on days when a lot of people skip. And DO THE EXTRA CREDIT.

Choose her! It's a guaranteed "A" just for showing up, participating and doing the extra credit. I got to 90 since early November so I didn't have to show up to class after that. Overall the class was fun and interesting. She makes it fun.

Prof West was an amazing prof who made a not-so-interesting (even for an art lover myself) class intriguing and work showing up to even at 8pm when attendance isn't mandatory. West makes the class very easy to succeed in and is will help you out as long as you're respectful.

Professor West is such a great teacher! I loved her class! She gives great advice for future teachers and real-life stories of things you may encounter at a school. The art projects were fun and she gives you tons of time in class to complete them! I would absolutely take her again!

Prof. West is a laid back professor. We had 3 test. 3 event reports. 1 group project. Also participation matters during class. And she gives extra credit for just coming to presentation nights. She doesn't stick with due dates, just as long as you turn in your work before the end of the semester.

AMAZING! She was great. You need to do all the assignments but she gives you two weeks in between till they are due. Highly recommend. Fun class. Sweet teacher.

Really enjoyed the class. Group presentation and tests are very clear. Definitely take her class! I had to take her class in the evening but it wasn't bad at all.

This class is SO MUCH WORK!!!!! That is literally the only thing I can really say about it. Although you have two weeks to complete the assignments, it still isn't enough time to finish everything considering you are probably taking 5 or 6 other classes. & the amount of $ you spend on completing projects is absurd. Overall, easy class.

I took it online and it was pretty easy. She was flexible with the final paper we had to write (which was super easy, and only 2 pages double spaced). I wanted to analyze a piece of art in a history museum instead of an art gallery and she let me. I learned a good bit, and I already like art. Take this class for an easy GPA boost.

This was my first online class and probably will be the easiest one I will ever take. Her tests seemed a bit challenging because they were based on small details. Overall superrrrrrrrr easy.

Easy class graded by a disclaimer/introductory discussion, 4 discussions you can choose out of 11 modules, 3 tests (non cumulative), and a museum paper. I would advise using the textbook for the tests as the questions are very specific but it is still an easy A. (Saw people fail the tests still not sure how its an online class non-lockdown...)

Took this online and did almost no work and got an A. Graded on easy discussion boards, a few (open notes) tests, and an art museum visit. Major extra credit was available.

Really simple class, you will do 4 discussions and reply to one other person all semester. The 4 test throughout the class are not lockdown but can be challenging. You will write a 2 page paper from visiting a museum on a piece of art. You will also have the opportunity to to earn extra credit by doing 2 more discussion post or another art paper.

Definitely an easy A. Her class can be a little disorganized at some points but once you figure it out it is not hard. She offers 14 discussion posts but you are only required to do 4 for full credit. There are 3 tests which can be a little difficult if you do not study, but no lockdown browser. She is hard to access through email.

I was nervous about this class at first because I am the furthest thing from an artist. Professor West honestly didnt care if we didnt have any skills in art. She just wanted to see if we were at least trying our best. Her modules were easy to follow and the material was not hard, just long. I would recommend taking Professor West.

Take her class for an easy A!! Graded easily as long as you show that you learned something and gained knowledge from the modules. I had very little contact with her, but the course content is easy. If you don't read and apply yourself (even if this is an easy class), you will have a hard time passing the tests. If you do the bare minimum, you will get an A.

Class is easy, not much work to do. Only 4 weeks worth of modules that takes 15 minutes each. One two page paper that is an easy 100. Three tests but the tests are harder than expected. Takes a day or two to respond. Easy class but don't underestimate the tests.

This class is pretty easy. 3 exams, an easy 2 page paper and discussion posts. exams can be difficult. The first one really throws you off thinking it will be easy. Fill out the study guide with good details from the book and you should be fine. She offered extra credit by doing extra discussion posts so that was nice. Take her! Semi easy A!

She is honestly a breath of fresh air. I was really stressed out about a museum paper that is required, but she was lenient, and answered all of my concerns. She is an easy and caring grader. I would take her again in a heart beat.

I had a great experience and would highly recommend. Your grade is made up of 3 test, One 2-page paper and about 5 Reponses to discussions. This includes an introduction and a disclaimer form. Professor West provides the study guides for each test so your grade will depend on your effort. Do your work, study for the test and you should get an A.

About 140 possible points, you need 90 for A. 3 tests which are pretty tough, a museum paper, but there are like 14 discussions 5 points each. Only 5 of them are mandatory and the rest are extra credit. Course content is organized, and test review guides are really helpful for tests. Nice class, W prof.

I may not have gotten a great grade.. but I skipped the paper. Had to come leave a good review for Prof. West - she offered a very long extension on it for me when she really didn't have to. The class is fairly easy, about what you would expect for one of the society classes.

One two many papers even though there only one was. Professor paper critiquing material but moar grammer. But good class now know material enough to be Harvard artist surely. Study foregone tests. Incredulous material on tests so make study to sure foregone.

Easiest class I have ever taken in my entire life. An elementary schooler could take this class and pass with an A. She gives SO MUCH extra credit to the point you don't have to take all 3 exams. You have one short essay, 4 discussion posts, and 3 exams. There's no lockdown browser either, but the questions are literally common sense.

Pipar West is a great professor. The class is super easy and all exams are open note (but can be somewhat difficult). There is an essay that is required, but it is an easy A. She wants the best for you and responds to emails in a timely manner. Highly recommend taking this class for a Gen Ed class.

Easiest class I have ever taken. 4 discussion, 3 exams, one museum essay paper to pass the class however, my advice do ALL the discussions it will give you extra points. I did all and didn't have to take the final exam so that was a plus for me. Would recommend this professor to anybody who needs a easy class.

Such an easy class. As long as you do the reading and make a study guide per the tips she gives you, you should be set. Only need to do 4 discussion posts. 3 tests. 1 paper. She's also very understanding, so if you have any questions email her :)

This class is very easy! This class is based on a point system. You only have to do a 3 required discussion boards and optional ones if you want to build up your points. There are 3 tests, which are relatively hard, but if you score at least a B on both of them (AND do all of the discussion boards + museum paper) you don't have to do the last test.

Professor West is great! I had to take this course as a pre-req. and it was really easy. There isn't much work to do at all, just a few discussions. The tests can throw you for a curve ball so make sure to study for those, but otherwise it was a piece of cake.

Easy online course. There are 4 test, one paper, and 3 extra credit options. You do one assignment weekly which is just reading material and a discussion post. Just remember to stay on top of assignments and you should not have lower than an A.

The textbook was kind of a waste of money since we didn't really use it for any of our assignments. That could change though. Pretty straightforward class. The tests were difficult for me, I ended up doing worse on them than I expected to (this landed me at a B). Other than that I enjoyed this class.

She doesn't tell u but if you do extra ones they're extra credit. Not sure how much they're worth tbh. I got a 99 in the class bc of them and i didnt have to take test 3. Easy A.

Easiest class I've probably ever taken. Took usually less than an hour to finish the weekly assignments. It's a video quiz, test, and image quiz. All of which you get TEN attempts on. All easy 100's. Four discussions in the year all of which are only like 75 words. Three tests all of which are very easy with minimal effort. I 100% recommend it.

pretty easy class. A couple tests w/o lockdown browser, discussion boards, and a final paper. Stay on top of everything in the beginning but after that you're pretty much done, stay aware of deadlines that are farther out because I promise after a month you'll forget you are taking this class. Good class if you really wanna get in depth w/ art

This class is pretty easy imo. I've heard of others struggling cause their professor. We had discussion posts (4 required, but there's like 4+ more for extra credit), a museum report, and 3 open book tests. Really hard to mess up.

She is an amazing professor please take her!! There are 3 tests, 4 required discussion post out of the 14 but if you do all the remaining ten they are extra credit, and a museum paper. She has study guides which are extremely helpful to study leading up to the tests. Overall she's great and so is the actual class so just take her!

Pay attention to the availability of Extra Credit activities. She gives credit for EVERY time you participate in Discussion Posts, not just the four that are required. Art History has a LOT of details to know how to access for a test, but do the extra credit activities to will offset any shortfalls in tests.

Professor West is amazing. This class required only a few assignments: 4 required discussion posts, museum paper, and three tests. She provides a lot of extra credit including art assignments and completing extra discussion posts. she provides a study guide for all three tests; however the tests can be difficult, but the extra credit helps.

Professor West is amazing! The people who don't do well in this class have to actively not do anything. Homework consists of weekly discussions but you only have to do 5 out of 14. There are 3 tests and if you're doing well enough you don't even have to do the 3rd one. There is only one major project you have to do but its actually fun.

one assignment a week with 4 weeks minimum(do more for extra credit). she grades by points not percentages, at the end of the semester you need however many point to get an A. Theres about three or 4 tests that don't line up with her study guides, do more units and you'll be good. Shes hard to reach since its a 100% online course.

Her class was easy to pass, you are only graded by a few things which include 4 Discussion Modules, 3 MC online Tests, and a written museum report. I liked how her grading criteria was very clear from the beginning, take this Professor if possible, overall easy A.

This class was extremely easy. There are weekly discussion post but only 4 are required for the semester. Any extra posts are extra credit. There are 3 test which are all exactly from the textbook quizzes. You are required to go to a museum and write a report on an artwork but that is also easy. Would recommend taking Professor West if you can!

There's discussion posts (some of them optional for extra credit), three tests, a final, and one museum paper. Professor West made taking art enjoyable and it didn't feel like a chore for a general education class.

Her class is very simple and clear about what she needs you to do to pass. About 1 assignment a week with some discussion posts here and there. Easy and not a chore to do. There's an online textbook but honestly she gives you all the material you need so you don't really need to study it. You have to do a museum report but that's it for projects.

She was amazing. Our class was online and she provided everything we needed to complete and gave us a due time to submit it by. Everything was relatively easy and it was very discussion post and achieve assignment heavy. There was only one project that I needed to go to a museum for but that was also an easy to complete.

She has a 1 discussion post once a week, which asks a couple of simple questions. There are 3 decently easy tests. There was a museum report, but it took me like an hour max. She is a very kind professor with a goos heart. She was kind with me when it came to extending a deadline for a project. She does assign a little bit of work but if you stay on top of her work then she is a super easy A.

Online class was made easy, you only need to do 5 assignments for the semester, but if you do most of them anyway, you gat a guaranteed A.

Great class you get an assignment every week. You just have to watch a YouTube video that was assigned so you can answer the questions in the discussion board. You would have a museum report to do and write about the art piece that caught your eye the most in the museum. Overall, I would recommend this class.
