Professor Chou is merciful and give a lot of extra credits when you attend devotionals. He is an amazing professor because he is very considerate when you talk to him personally. His way of teaching is very proactive and you will never get bored.

Brother Chou is very educated/professional. He cares about his students and gives chances to earn extra credit in class. My critique would be that I don't love the in class self grading much. My favorite part of the class was the final creative project, I wish we started presentations earlier in the semester or maybe did two.

Prof Chou is a great teacher! There is a lot of reading, as the required book is incredibly dense and you have to read every other day. The tests are fairly easy, but if you are not in class to see the slides and take lots of notes, you will have a difficult time. It would be nice for the slides to be on Canvas!

He's a very good spiritual leader with authentic knowledge and experience when it comes to the Church History in Asia. Just prepare to be better at reading a lot of things, making research/interview and something creative.

Not nrcessarily his fault. I don't studying to memorize for a test and then forget. I felt like our tests were specific things i had to memoroze.

Professor Chou puts a lot of thought into his lessons! You must participate to get points in class each day. There is homework of reading the lessons and submitting photos of a journal before coming to class. Not hard to do, just takes a little time.

This professor is really kind and caring towards all his students !! Attendance is mandatory if you want the grade. Light workload, very doable and gives extra credit. I can't wait to take his class again!

Very caring professor! Brother Chou is a natural teacher and you can clearly see his passion to teach his students. He is able to teach the hardest materials in the simplest ways and that is a skill rarely seen today.

The way he grades participation is actually really smart. It encourages us to pay attention in class but it isn't so complicated that if we zone out and miss something we'd struggle. There are a lot of fun in-class activities. He's good at getting us to put effort into the coursework while still leaving freedom for inspiration.

Brother Chou is a really good at teaching. He knows what he is doing. Regardless of whether we're new to the material we're studying or not, we can understand the lessons clearly. There are times when I feel like we're always rushing in our class, but I think it's because of the Spring semester and we're studying the Old Testament.
