Tinnermon is a NUT!! She jumps around the class, is rude, unorganized, does not know the meaning of time.. Looks like she is on some serious CRACK!! Do not take her class EVER!! RUN from this NUT!! Is not clear about assignments, gives too much information and half of it is not covered on the tests.. IT is a WASTE to buy the book so DO NOT BUY IT!
as long as you listen to her class, take notes (she will ask you which to jot down, don't worry), and read...you will be in pretty good shape, high 90 is not a big deal, her class is interesting, really.
She was pretty easy! She literally gave away points throughout the class. Took online course made B! Assignments were pretty simple
I took her summer online class and i thought it was easy. She seems so hyper and upbeat all the time and always wants to rewards us with extra points for doing absolutely nothing. I think shes a little MANIC though. I never used the book and the written assignment was just wayyy to easy.
This lady is one of the best soci teacher i have found. she only gives 3 major test and 1 extra test if you want to drop a low grade or test that you failed or missed. If you study her notes you WILL past.The book is needed but her notes are enough to pass.
She is unorganized all of the time, and she never stay on topic, she is a hot mess and i would not recommend her to anyone and although she is easy be careful about the last month of the class she will pile the work on at the last minute.
This teacher is very nice and helpful. She has one major long assigment but if you follow the directions your good. Perfect teacher for online classes and wants nothing more then to have her student succeed.
There was a lot of reading to do in this class but well worth it. Professor Tinnermon was very generous with grading, even gave bonus points for exams, for no apparent reason! Would definitely recommend!
Great professor. If you study her test reviews, you can ace the tests. The downfall is a monster paper assignment she requires, but it's on interesting stuff and she grades fair. Also she loves to give bonus points to everybody. So even if you don't do so well, the bonus points will make up for some of the difference.
TALK,TALK,TALK,TALK,TAlk, that is all she ever does, u will see alot of videos that r interesting, but dont tell u r not use to not doing work, cuz she will go crazy and pile up the work, but the homework is limited and u only have one big assignment at the end which is not a big deal, she is a very nice lady. TAKE HER!!
Took online.Tests were open book and very easy, I think there were four with no final. At least 3 writing assigments that required alot of details. She did not grade any of the papers, despite saying she would do so, until the end of the class so if you were on the edge of a grade you didn't know where you stood.
Warning this is a terrible instructor!!! She loves herself very much and tells everyone how great she is. She does NOTHING she says she is going to do. Grades for the class assignments are not posted on-time even though she says they will be! Does not make herself avail.Pending on her grading we have 5 students planning on meeting with the dean.
i took this class online summer session. very easy! EASY A. tests are straight from the study guide. she curves tests. the major paper was a breeeeeze. seriously, no stress in this class at all... only downfall is that she was a tad bit flaky(forgot to post discussions... so everyone got 100's). overall i would recommend this class/prof to everyone

Don't take if you are a conservative. Our major paper was over Obama, most of the class was liberal and made high A's. I wrote a better paper than most and got a low A. She grades on content for the discussion q's, take a liberal perspective for the sake of your grade! Tests are hard without a book. She curves which is nice, makes up for her bias.
Don't take her. I felt the same way. Unfair grading.Online tests were tricky.My paper had a great cooments from her with low grades even discussions poor grades.Her very little curve is a trick to make you fool. She judged on liberal perspective indeed. I truly agreed to the previous comment. Yes, be sure and have liberal views to get good grades.
she is very tricky with her tests and every student has a different test...she does give bonus points, but i think its only because her tests are so unfair. a group of us met to take her test and we still only passed with a b..she gives 85 min for 50 ?'s, but its still not enough time bcuz the ?'s r hard. i personally do not reccommend her.

I took her class for mini term. Tests were open book. Gave a lot of review which out of topic and useless for the test. Got B. Dont take if you aim an A
if you take this online you will be upset. if you like writing 8 page papers and then waiting til the end of the semester to get your grade then she is perfect for you. her instructions are confusing and at least 5 pages long. never answers emails. VERY UNORGANIZED but gives xtra credit (only helps to even out the tests you will fail) HORRIBLE

Professor Tinnermon is a great professor, She is a little slow at times, but she means well. You have to be extremely patience if you take her, she is slow at grading but overall I learned alot in the class. I was 1 point from getting an A. I made a 89 in her class. She was very fair, she gave you extra bonus points which helped out alot.
She is horrible! Never grades anything until the week of finals. Brags about how great she is. You WILL be frustrated with this 'professor'. Lots of papers to right with no feedback at all. I would RUN from this class. The worst teacher I have EVER had!
This teacher is HORRIBLE! She never grades assignments ontime. She gives extra long detailed assignments and limits how long they should be. Gives 5-8 page paper and expect 20 pgs worth of research & work. I would NOT ever recommend her. Then she tries to make up for her lack of organization with "extra points"! WARNING!!!!!!!!

If you are seriously about learning sociology, then she is good. Go to class, listen, study and read the reading. You will make A+ easily. Every body has their own style of teaching. You have to know how to study according to each individual style. I think she means well, and she is trying very hard to teach and most people missed judge her.
She is great professor, she's teaching you all what you should know. Very helpful, easy going and generous, no one should fail in her class. Every one who study made A+ or B+. She gave herself 100%, she expected you should study as hard. I don't see any wrong in her teaching or assignment at all. Matter fact, she gave many opportunity to up grade.
Took in miniterm 12/08. Very sweeet nice teacher. No favortism BC we were all online. Took w/ FT job working 45+hrs/wk. + holidays and a death in the family and still got an easy A. 4 tests straight from the study guide and one 4pg paper (no research rqd.). As stated, she gives bonus points on the tests, which were very helpful, bumped my Bs to As.
Took this professor online. Easy enough tests and assignments but tons of busy work and expects you to read too much--20 pgs notes, 20+ powerpoint slides, 2+ videos, 5-10 pgs extra reading AND the chapter--for EACH chapter. I'm no stranger to large workloads (took A&P 2 in a summer session) but this was lots of work just to be busy.
This lady is a maniac. I was really excited about taking socio1301 but this lady is exhausting. she is loud and all over the place even her powerpoints are unorganized! The power points are extremely long for no reason. killed so many trees on the study guides and requested you print out all of your research. Tree hater!!

Was happy w/final grade, but there were so many headaches along the way. The subject is very interesting, but the online class is very disorganized. May have to do with number of students. Make ur deadlines and participate in discussions. Try not to let her disorganization bother you.

I took this class in a minimester and ended up with a "B" after 1 bad test score and A's the rest of the way. The teacher was so disorganized/unprepared that the class ended before she could tell us our grades. She uses crazy notes and has horrible expectations of how to write a paper/ film review. Completely outrageous, but I'm glad it's over.
Teacher is extraordinarily disorganized and tyrannical. Repeatedly did not do what she said she would do. My opinion is that she is insane. Several class-mates agree. I recommend all students take this class from a different professor.
Took online this semster and this class was both easy and interesting. I have no idea why everyone is saying she is disorganized she gives you a syllabus 1st day and gives you what chapters to read and tell you when the test are. Im currently taking her class now-online. She has a syllabus with outrageous expectations. She gives you too much info to study and not enough time to soak up the information. Very arrogant individual. I DO NOT recommend anyone to take this lady!!!!
If you plan to take her online classes, only thing i can say is:"Don't Do it!!" there are just too many works in that class.
The professor really dont give u examples expects a lot from you and you are not on top of your game you will flunk and if you dont want to mess up your transcript dont take this class

Do not take this class. I believe in working hard, studying, listening carefully and creative thinking. It's not that the class is difficult- my opinion is that she's incomprehensible, tyrannical, judgmental, unresponsive, inane and insane. Her grades may as well be random. If you care at all for your grade or sanity, do NOT TAKE THIS CLASS.
Do not take this professor. She`s nice at times, but very disorganized and very confusing. Even if your organized, you still can`t keep up.
I really did enjoy this class, but the Prof. had real issues staying on track. She was too confusing at times because she tried to include too many resources for entertainment.She is not very liberal when it comes to your opinions and hers, she is somewhat prejudicial and simply dismisses your opinion doesn't agree with hers. I am an Honor Student. I took the 5 week Sociology class. I would not recommend this class to anyone w/this professor for 5 wks.I study the study guide and it was useless. Then I did an assignment and I don't think that she even graded it. Just closed the student blackboard and posted a grade on the transcript. If you like stress, take this class.
Great teacher, rather helpful, alot of reading...I took her online 5 week course for the summer, there is only one discussion w, one assignment and 3 exams....very similar to study review and readings. MUST read the notes,textbooks and you WILL pass!!!! Just READ her notes, SKIM the book and COMPLETE your study guide and you will pass!! She's cool.
Took her in summer 2..... passed with an A with ease. just do her discussion topic and the one assignment and you will be good...the tests are similar to the studgy guides and she may curve a test. (made a 92 on it, but she gave everyone 8 extra point!-i got a 100 on a test thts worth 25%of the total grade) She was helpful as needed!
Just dropped her online class. 6 page, 4 part student introduction when there's a test on the first 3 chapters in a week? No, thanks.

I took the mini-mester and learned a lot during this course. Professor Tinnermon was helpful and nice.If you read and understand the text like you're supposed to, this class will be VERY EASY. I enjoyed this class! All the exams were taken at home. Aside from all the extra credit, she dropped our lowest exam grade. I got an A+ in this class.
I took this course for the fall semester, Professor Tinnermon is very helpful as long as you communicate with her. She does want you to do your best, if you read as she requires and complete her papers you should have no problem. She will drop your lowest grade at the end of the course semester. I would recommend her.
She looooves sociology and wants all of her students to love it also. She is very helpful always giving bonuses along the way. I took her online for a 8 week class which was alot of reading in a short period(my fault 8 week class and all). She is very fair and you will test well if u read! :))
Great online prof! Very specific in expectations. Took 8 week course lots of reading but test were representative of her expectations. Answered emails quickly and was open to answer all questions. Was a great experience for a crash course.
I took her this spring and she was great! TONS OF READING, but it was an online class. She is very direct but gave extra points here and there. I would reccommend her.
Took her 8week online class and what a breeze! Only one (easy) assignment to do, otherwise just 3 noncumulative tests. She gave detailed study guides that sets you up to not only pass, but make an A! I learned a lot about sociology without all the unnecessary busy work! :)
I took her for a 3 week mini and it was easy. You HAVE to read the material! All questions come from the text. I made an A without much difficulty. As long as you read, you will do fine. 3 quizzes, 3 exams, 1 easy discussion. She is fair. She gave our class extra points on the exams at the end.
I drop this class after reviewing her expectation. it was too much for an online class. she gives u this assignment that frankly consumes alot of ur time for 5%, the expects u to read 3-4 chapters for a text and quiz in a week. Her notes are very long and confusing and thats suppose to be ur study guide?? Please dont take this class online..
I had her for an 8 wk class. There was more writing/research than expected. She crammed 15 wks into 8. Even though she had multiple errors in the study guides, PowerPoints, and even on tests, she had the audacity to warn us to be mindful of our grammar/punctuation. She seemed a bit overwhelmed and disorganized. I'm not a fan of this prof.
I took Ms. Tinnermons Intro to Sociology class on-line. She made the tests extra difficult with trick questions, which would make me doubt my answer even though I studied. To make it worse, she would also provide tricky answers on her multiple choice tests.
she is not a good teacher. i don't mind doing the work, but she is inconsistent and does things on her time only. it has been 30 days since i turned in the only assign. that she needs to grade, and she still hasn't done it yet. the rest of your grades are computer generated. you will learn if you do the work, but not because the teacher helped.

Good teacher, easy course if you read the information given. There is quite a lot of reading but it goes by fast and you have to read the material to pass the quizzes and tests. Would recommend teacher.
This teacher's assignments are long and time consuming. She makes it impossible for students to purchase a previous edition of the book, because she INSISTS and COMMANDS you to buy the newest edition. You would think that she has some "agreement" with the publisher or something. DON'T take her, unless you have no other classes. Too much work!
The work is long and laborious on controversial topics. You have to fill out questionnaires completely then respond to another student's questionnaire. It was awkward and very time consuming. But if you do the work, you'll get a good grade. Tests were inconsistent - most of the time there were questions that were not even covered in class.
Took this class as a three week mini session. Easiest class I have ever taken. All of the tests and quizzes were multiple choice, and the handful of writing assignments were super easy. Made an A without really trying.

The Current DE Summer course I am taking with this professor is quite decent. Test, there are only 3. Each with 66 questions over 3 chapters per Test. Beware that there are quite a few out of text out of lecture notes questions over current issues. Quizzes there are two tries and straight forward if read booknotes. HOWEVER contact is impossible.

She can cover 3 ppt of 60 pages within one hour and said that it ganno be in the exam. Even if you manage to study there will be question not from the material covered
Her syllabus was 22 pages long with repetitive information. Never has kept her word on one date. Stream of consciousnesses instructions, unprofessional. Did not change announcement page for 5 days when it is an 8 week condensed course when we were supposed to do a paper over that time. I feel like an afterthought in her class. Disappointing.
She does not respond to emails in an online class. Her materials are unprofessional, filled with typos and misspellings (plagerize, really?). She does not post assignments, readings, discussions, or materials in a timely fashion. Her instructions are extremely unclear. There are materials missing that she says are included and are 'mandatory'.
So disorganized. Her material was poorly written and difficult to understand. If you challenged her on anything, she would jump down your throat. Wants no student input or thoughts. I felt like I was in a prison with her. DO NOT TAKE.

She gives 8-10 question assignments that must be all completed in essay form. She counts sentences and paragraphs! She will give you a zero for the ENTIRE assignment if you answer just one question short of her sentence or paragraph count. Like you will lose credit for ALL the rest of the essays you wrote for that one assignment. That's ridiculous!
There were 2 Assignments that were overly lengthy. I didn't really follow them to exactly, but i gave the bare minimum. The quizzes and Test are fairly simple. I never got the book, never read a page. There are Sociology quizzes online that help a lot with this class. I just printed them out and studied them I passed the class with a B.

Any free time I have, I've spent it either studying or working on homework she assigns. She talks about if you miss ONE thing like forgetting to bold a word, you get an automatic "0". WHO DOES THAT??!?!
I absolutely dreaded going to her class. Luckily, it was a once a week class. I would not be able to see her twice without wanting to rip my hair out. She is incredibly disorganized & all over the place. Rarely specifies what she wants on assignments & blames you when not done right. Don't try to give her an opinion on anything bc she won't have it
crazy lady. dropped her class as soon as i could quizzed on thing that weren't even covered. says read chap. 1,2 &4 for the quiz and the n the quiz has info on chap 3 that wasn't covered. horrible spelling
The class was EXTREMELY easy!! There are two writing assignments. The first is pretty easy, but its the second assignment is drawn out, but worth 20% of your grade. I made an 80 and this brought my grade down so much considering my lowest test/quiz grade was a 93. Easy A if you do the work. I bought an online version of the book for $15! Google it!
Her lectures are so very long. Her attitude towards her students is demeaning. Her class is not to difficult however.
Most disorganized and confusing professor I've ever had. Instructions delivered IN ALL CAPS AND NO CLEAR GRADING CRITERIA WHATSOEVER. The instructions go on for pages and pages and still you won't have a clue what's expected. Due dates are ambiguous. Huge waste of time. Unfortunate, too, because I am genuinely interested in sociology.
Her instructions are usually pages long. If you did any one thing incorrectly on an 8 page assignment, there was a chance you'd receive a "0" for the whole assignment. Extra credit opps do not keep in mind those who work fulltime and can't make it to campus events. Needless to say, I dropped the class for a more suitable professor.
Horrible professor, assignments are unreasonable and takes off a large amount of points for trivial things. Things that are pretty standard but if you forget them you'll fail . Like not re-copying her assignment questions and taking of 40 points for that. Who does that? The class is more about doing her pointless assignments than actual sociology
Took as online winter mini class. 1st thing that "turned me off" about this professor is the syllabus. If anybody has ever taken her classes you know what I'm talking about! She highlights/bold/CAPS everything to the point where you don't know whats important or not! Then she repeats herself over and over! Easy A/B though but you write SO MUCH!!!!
The minute I read her syllabus I was ready to drop this class. Never have I felt so stressed about taking a class until I took this one. She's not clear about the work she gives and any time you email her with a question she replies with "read it again". The work has nothing to do with the reading. I wish I could have my time back. DON'T TAKE!!!

I see I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with pofessor Tinnermon. I have never encountered such a uninterested, rude and unhelpful professor during my time in school. She controls writing assignments to the point it's hard for the student to be creative and turn in a suitable paper. Students are suffering because she lacks interest.
This was my first online class, and boy let me tell you... She was the worst to have experienced this with! I should have read her reviews prior to taking her class! She is the most unorganized professor ever and gives HCC a very bad name. She takes FOREVER to reply and when she does finally reply "its too late"

Professor Tinnermon is all over the place. It is almost like she wants to confuse you so that you don't do well. Every assignment has instructions that are pages long. overly repetitive on how she wants the assignment done and vague in the actual instructions. You can tell she is disorganized. Wish I could have dropped, workload is super heavy.
This Professor is not very clear on her instructions and she seems very unorganized, she takes forever to grade papers and most of my classmates including myself agree they do badly because she give too many chapters on one test and the answers are so similar that you don't really know which is which. its almost as if its done purposely to confuse.
Don't take her class, she is mixed up and unorganized, no matter what you do she will still give you bad grade. She likes to fail her students. And she has a bad body odor most of the time. Don't get too close to her, very fishy smell. Taking her class is a waste of your time because she is never satisfied. Very bad professor.
if you are an overachiever and enjoy hard work take her class. however she is very unorganized and doesn't grade most of the work you do till the end of the semester. she gives quizzes of 12 questions and gives you 15 mins to complete, her lecture styles is even worse because she can spend half the period on one topic leaving youu to study oyo
She dropped me out of her class, and I was unaware that it even happen. Then not only that she don't answers emails back she don't care! and we started the online work very late and didn't have much time to even do finish it! If you want to be dropped for nothing and fail then take her, but I will be speaking to the dean about this.
I have never met a disrespectful professor. I missed one test and begged her if I can retake it. She agreed but I will have a 20% penalty on it; which was fine with me. However, she must have gotten irritated that I had to retake it so she lowered my exam 1 grade and one of my assignment that was already graded 20% as well. Was at an A; Now an F.
This class is a disaster. The instructions for the assignments were extremely confusing. The class started 20 mins before the time and ended 15 minutes after. She is a tough grader and cares more about the context that the content of the assignment. The exam had nothing to do with the connect assignments. Would NEVER take another class from her.
29-pg syllabus, ever-changing due dates, almost 50-connect assignments online, 2-essays including multiple questions that are at her discretion and jumbled info of what she is looking for. She talks AT you versus talking to you via announcements. Most communication is DAILY so you're on CANVAS 24/7. Sociology was supposed to be FUN, not with her.
Took her for the mini semester. A lot of reading is required for her course and I wouldn't recommend her if you're not comfortable with writing papers. All in all, it's definitely not a blowoff class, but not the most challenging prof I've ever had either. It's absolutely possible to make an A in her class.

Unorganized, Controls 25% of your grade with Discussion and grades them very hard. Does not care about what you write in your discussion, cares about copy and paste. She does not grade your discussion so that you can make a decision to stay or withdraw from the class. Please you are advised to CHOOSE another lecturer if you want peace in your life
The worst class i ever took. Changes due dates very often (which made my grade go way low because i was unaware she changed it) she literally makes you read every chapter by yourself and do all the assignments and quizzes bu yourself then repeats what you already read in the next class...
RUN!RUN!!RUN!!! This prof is the most unorganized I have ever met. Her bad ratings go way back to 2007. If you doubt it, scroll down. DO NOT TAKE THIS CLASS. She does not grade papers till the last week of the class leaving you without Feedback on all your assignments. Gives confusing 4-5 pages of instructions on Discussions. Who does that???
This class is the worst I ever took in HCC and its because of this prof. The class started with 32 students and by the first week, the class number has dropped to half. She will threaten you with receiving zeros in your discussion, yet there is no clear grading rubric. She did give many people zero in the discussions. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE HER.
I wish I would have known about rate my professor before choosing to take her class. She was good at first until she started changing dates and being very strict and not seeming to have much empathy. Two thumbs down for her. I would not recommend her to anyone. And I have taken several online classes, hers was the worst ever.
Really glad I took this professor, structure of the class is great too. I took the 8 week online course & it was perfect for me. There were 4-5 assignment due weekly or every few days.I work full time & managed to submit all work on or before due date. TIME MANAGEMENT IS KEY. All work, quizzes and tests are online. Responds quickly. DEF RECOMMEND!

stay away from this instructor in any cost. she is the worst teacher that i ever encounter in my whole life. no empathy for students. she is an absolute ... I wish, I would pay attention to fellow student and never get a class for. It is late for me but you still have time to not get hit by this terrible person.
She grades very hard. No empathy for students. Will threaten you with a Zero for anything. She grades extremely hard and will take off points for about anything.
Tough but great teacher, passionate about what she is teaching. If you keep up with the work and pay attention in class it is an easy A. She had cool lectures and they were not boring, used to look forward to her class.
One word: complicated. She's a weird grader, I have a bachelors in psych & I received a 60 on an essay that I thought I did a decent job in. Her instructions are so messy, repeats the same thing over & over that it makes it unclear, confusing, and complicated. She is flexible at the end, gives students chances, but still assigns lots of assignments
Took online in summer 3 wk mini session. A few presentations (can be video or powerpoint). not clear with grading at times. Tests do not require lockdown browser. some discussion where you comment on other people's posts and get points. great communication within Canvas. would take again. no video lectures, just watch youtube videos she posts.
This professor is not helpful at all or approachable . Definitely regret taking this class.

Even though she claims to be understanding, Professor Tinnermon is anything but that. She'll take points off for ridiculous things and give zeros on assignments for one small error. I tried to talk to her about a mistake I made, but she wasn't empathetic at all and came off very passive aggressive. Worst experience ever!!
While she can be understanding, she will give you a 0 for the assignment if you make an error of "not following instructions"

Portia Tinnermon is a very passive-aggressive teacher. For someone teaching about sociology, she sure sucks at building bonds with students. She prides herself on doing the bare minimum as a teacher. 90% of her assignments are made by McGrawHill. When she does make assignments, she does not grade them till 3 weeks later. Awful teacher, don't take!
She's grading standards were non-existant. Her instructions are so convoluted, repeats the same thing over & over in different ways that makes it unclear, confusing, and complicated. She does not want to be challenged. She is flexible at the end, but still assigns lots of busywork assignments
She is absolutely awful! She talks down to us. Her course is scattered. I did not learn anything! I wish I had had anyone else. Do not waste your time. I can not believe she is still with the college.
Portia Tinnermon is very unprofessional, rude, and assigns busy work for a college level Course. The workload is heavy along with her grading criteria is very gray, one error and you'll receive a zero for an entire project. Take this course with another instructor if you can.
Avoid. Appears friendly and helpful, you'll be deceived in the end. Instructions are 3 pages long; overlook any small detail, you will get a zero. Spent six weeks of an 8-week course trying to get a zero removed for an assignment turned in on time, but was not submitted to her standards. Late with grading assignments. Lectures are repetitive.
Worst professor I have ever had. She gave ridiculous instructions for assignments and deducted points for silly things like spacing or submitting 2nd part of the assignment before 1st part. You can also get a zero for very minor things. I learn nothing from this course or this professor instead of how to be an awful teacher. Run away at all cost
She can be perceived as nice during the beginning of the course but after the first week she will put in a lot of coursework. It is important for you to follow directions in her assignments or else she will take points off. I luckily managed to somehow get 100's on the assignment's she have us but other people didn't have the same luck.
This course is supposed to be simple and easy, but Professor Tinnermon makes it anything but that with her convoluted instructions for assignments and discussions, test questions based on insignificant details from articles and "lectures" that do not exist, and her condescending insecure attitude. Please take this course with an actual professor.
Very caring and helpful professor, she made the class very easy and simple and she was always ready to help me get a better grade and finish my assignments. Best professor I've had, she was willing to get out of her way and help me. Trust me i don't know what all these bad reviews about but it's not true, i recommend y'all to take her class.
Her instructions are extremely long and detailed and if you miss anything you will be docked points. I feel that she hears what you're saying but doesn't listen. It seems that she wants you to take notes of the entire textbook to succeed. I also personally found her tests tricky due to her wording.
Professor Tinnermon is a good teacher even though her class hasn't always been clear for me during the semester. She really cares about her students and that's a wonderful thing.
I had a great experience last semester. She was kind and gave students several chances to do/be better. Her instructions are clear, it's on US to do our due diligence. If you don't understand, ask, and she'll explain it more thoroughly. She's not rude, we're ADULTS. So that's the expectation. Her course is designed for you to develop, not coast.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. The professor acts like she cares about her student but really doesn't. Tough grader and takes points off for things you already did, which makes me think she doesn't know how to grade. I had to email her constantly about grades. Meets with students just to yell. Assignment itself was very easy though there were a lot.
