Dr. G is the Man. Mkt research is just boing. He is cool, if you are.

Clear and concise lecturer, stay on top of your work b/c there is a lot of it for this course. I would recommend as Dr. G knows marketing inside out.

In a word, AWESOME. Knowledgeable, caring, presents excellent examples, bright, good discussions in class.

Dr. G is the man! Knows his stuff. You will leave this class able to sound intelligent even if you are not!

He is very knowledgeable, no question about that, his classes are interesting, BUT 1) hard tests especially his numerious essay questions, 2) tough grader 3) his are not very systematic and not very connected to the book, which makes it harder to study...

What a wonderful professor! Generally interested in his students.It's been 4 years since i graduated and i've taken what he's taught me in marketing research and have applied it in my years at a syndicated research house and now am a sr. research analyst.

he's very nice and his lectures are interesting.. very easy projects. his exams are easy too if u like essay questions.. he tells u what to study, so that's good.

He's a hard prof. but if you do your work, his class is worth all of that. You get the grade you deserve and he's very helpful. His discussions are also interesting, so the class isn't stuck learning just from the book.

I really enjoyed this class. I had never taken a marketing course before and learned a lot. Dr. G was interesting and made the lectures fun. If you do the work you'll do well in this class. I highly recommend this professor.

Dr. G is really knowledgable in his field. His classes are very interesting and all of his lessons are useful in life. If i hadn't declared my major before taking this class, I would definately become a marketing major. If you want learn something useful take Dr. G.

Dr. G really is wonderful. He is very knowledgable and made class very interesting and fun. I learned so much. His tests are hard only if you do not study but he always tells you what will be on them. I highly recommend him!

Dr.G is great! Very nice guy! We had a great time in London & Brussels. Haven't gotten my grades so don't know if he grades hard but I think he does. Sandler was the other prof for this class and he sucks - asks dumb questions (yeah I know there are no "dumb" questions) Wish only Dr. G went with us.

There's a lot of material to cover, and he expects you to know it. His exams are tough, and true he does curve, but don't rely on it.

Take during the summer. Take good notes. Exams are mutli-choice and essay, many options to choose from for the essay,use buzz words for essay. Don't buy the textbook if you get the study guide for the textbook. I never opened the textbook. The termpaper & presentation was the most time consuming. He was easier on us cus of the summer. I got an A.

Very simple, straight to the point exams, he likes it when you write alot on the 'part 2' of the exams. He is very interesting and non-imposing which makes the subject matter easier to learn and class very enjoyable. TAKE HIM!

His exam was pretty tough.Lays too much importance on class participation while not having anything to make students interact.Its better to take 4 exams of 3 chaps each rather than 2 exams of 10 chaps each which one can never finish.Pretty good at helping and well versed with the subject.But too much work.If not a mktg major,consider other prof.

AWSOME teacher--VERY knowledeable...I learned SO MUCH in this class...really gets you interested in marketing and how it works. One of the best professors I had at Pace!! If you get the chance, DEFINATELY TAKE HIS CLASS!!!!

A brillian teacher with a wealth of experience under his belt. If you want to learn about marketing, Dr. G. is the right teacher to take it with. He brings in contemporary materials and is very current in the field. I fell in love with marketing after this class.

He is definitely a good professor, who made the class interesting. However, the course load is kind of heavy, so don't take this course in the summer. I got overwhelmed with all the reading and the group project I had to do.

The man knows marketing. I took this class and not only did I learn marketing, but other facets of the business world as well. I got an A, but I had to put in the work. Took him in the summer, 2 exams, 1 presentation, paper, and case studies. The work load may scare you a bit, but it's not tough. You really actually will learn from him. Nice guy al

Dr G is so smart/witty that will throw you for a loop. Bright, energetic and knows his material though does glorify WalMart every chance he can get. Lots of reading for class (he will call on you!), hw, case studies, group project, midterm and final. Tons of work but interesting topics. Will often kindly debate you, just to be devil's advocate.

His knowledge of marketing is unsurpassed. His tests are of mediocre difficulty. But if you don't read the text chapters, you won't do well. Grades kind of tough on the cases, but write a lot and you'll do fine. Places much importance on the project, so make sure its good. Does a great job of encouraging discussion. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. G is an amazing professor who knows his stuff. Pay attention in class and take notes and you will learn more than you can imagine. Exams are very detailed and cover EVERYTHING so make sure you follow in class and read the text. He makes lectures fun and interested. I would definitely take his course again and HIGHLY recommend it to others.

He is very good. He teaches you and listens to you and teaches you again. He is serious about teaching

Great professor but extensive amt of material. Only one issue the exams are based on text & notes but the class notes dont exactly match the text ex. 6 steps in text are expressed as 4 steps in class-so it gets confusing to where to study from. So I ended up studying the whole chapters and notes. YeaYea I know it college but a little dir helps.

Great professor. You will learn a lot. This is not a easy class so be prepared to work. This is college.

Taking travel class with him and he's great. A lot of work for the class but the stuff he taught you is important. Even though some people say they take summer course with him and got a lot of work, that's how sumemr courses are. You have less time but need to fit all the work. Prof. is very helpful.

He is a great thinking professor, he will engage in discussion, encourages class participation and is a hard grader, but this one is you really want to learn he is the man to go to.

A great professor, who does a fantastic job of engaging the class. He makes marketing fun. The tests aren't hard, but they're not exactly a cakewalk either. The group project he gives is long and pretty difficult. Good professor, good guy. Just be prepared to work.

he's a great guy, gives a lot of work for an intro to marketing class but you learn a lot offers extra credit opportunities tests are very long but fair, he tells you everything that will be on it nothing i couldn't handle!

Dr. G is a really nice guy. He's very chill and extremely helpful whenever you need him. The class overall wasn't that easy--tests were pretty hard but he gives a bunch of easy stuff to keep your grade good. Great guy though, and would definitely take again.

Dr. G is really passionate about his class and takes his work very serious. So do not mess up with him also don't ever skip class because he will remember your name. Covers detailed information and describes what will be on the final. Midterms and final are extensive as well as homework, sometimes he is not specific about grading criteria

Professor is tough grader but eventually it helps you to land a good job in future. I learned a lot in this class.

Okay, so normally I don't really get C's like ever so this is a first for me. I'll say his class was honestly not that bad. You should be able to do good in his class as long as your consistently getting your Connect assignments done. If you have an issue with the cases then just email him and he will let you redo them. This was where I went wrong.

The professor is caring and explains the material well. Assignments are manageable, and tests are fair if you put in the work. unstuck ai was a helpful study tool.
