She always takes time to answer your questions after class, she doesn't take attendance, but her class is pretty interesting, and she's really awesome and will help you get the grade you want by your hard work. It's my fav class.
She's awesome. Very helpful and knows how to help you study more efficiently. her tests are moderately difficult but you end up actually learning the material. I love her class, she makes psyc. interesting and fun. plus! she uses youtube for examples!
An excellent professor, worthy of every teaching award she has won. Her tests are mostly based on lecture, so attendance is pretty mandatory though she doesn't take roll. She is very thorough with her lessons often pausing to clarify details that were not understood. She loves to joke and often relates the course material to fun imagery. Awesome!
Dr. Hull is an awesome teacher. She'll talk with you until she's sure you understand it and enjoys getting to know students. Tests aren't the easiest, but mostly lecture. TAKE HER! She's the best.
Great professor! She really makes the material interesting and relates it to everyday life. Her tests are difficult, so I highly suggest attending SI sessions (she has a great TA too!). If you're a psyc major you should take her class.
LOVED HER!!!<3
Dr. Hull is amazing! I definitely recommend her class! She teaches with youtube and her lectures are so much fun && definitely NOT boring. It's easy to get involved and want to dive deeper into the subject. She's really funny!
Professor Hull is a great teacher. She makes the material interesting and entertaining. Atendence is not mandatory but her tests are based on lecture NOT the book. Her tests are hard but fair. I loved her!
Come to class! She gives note outlines but she usually explains in detail what will be on the test in class. She tells stories and shows a lot of videos! Very interactive teacher! She's great! There are a few online quizes. The final is cumulative.
Best class I've taken. Not the easiest but she is so entertaining and naturally funny that I looked forward to her class. Loved her and the material she taught
Very funny, entertaining lectures, really made the class interesting and the lectures enjoyable. Everything is based on lecture, so don't even bother buying the book. Tests are tricky, just make sure you know your stuff, how to apply it, and what it actually looks like in an example.
Tests are HARD, she only has a mid-term and a final so you have no real chance to make up your grade. The class is hybrid so it is also online for quizzes but they are not worth much of your grade. She is a great teacher and go to class because she talks more in depth on the notes but on tests there seemed to be more than one right answer.
Shes very funny and tries to make psychology interesting for you. I was not excited about taking psychology but she made it ok. Study study study for tests though! You only get 1 midterm and 1 final and thats it.
My first impression of her was that she very strongly reminds me of Pheobe from the show "Friends". Besides that, although she doesn't take any form of attendance, she constantly says things in her lectures that are on the tests and there's only 2 so you want to do well. She doesn't post the slides but posts note outlines. Also, shes's funny.
Hull is a great prof. Her lectures are informational and easy to listen to. She gives you note outlines so you aren't lost during lecture and there are only 2 Exams which are very difficult. There are a few online quizzes, and one group project but they are easy A's. Not a difficult class if you apply yourself and study a little amount everyday.
Dr. Hull is a very entertaining and engaging professor. She cares a lot about her students, and she will walk you through the class so that you can do well. Grade consists of a mandatory 14 hour research requirement (not as bad as it sounds), a couple quizzes, a CORE project, and two tests. She is really good at what she does. Study for the tests.
Dr. Hull is mildly entertaining but I found her antics more annoying than funny by the end of the semester. Her class setup is a nightmare. There is a midterm and a final only, but since it is psychology means there is a TON of info on each test. She also has weekly online quizzes and then another easier project later on.
Dr. Hull's class is lecture based, and we never used the textbook (though it was required). Her midterm and final are based entirely on lecture, so if you'd like to study the *correct* material be sure to take notes. Lecture outlines are provided. She's enthusiastic, sassy, and an excellent speaker. Don't cram for her exams, and ask questions!
Professor Hull is an incredibly engaging professor; I wish I had her more than once a week! My class was a hybrid/half online course, which made attending the few lectures that much more important! There are weekly online quizzes, a project at the end of the semester, and 2 exams. Do NOT cram for the exams; they are heavy/relatively tricky.
Hull was absolutely the best prof ever. She was so funny and made her lectures clear and to the point. You want to be at lectures because she will specifically tell you that something she says will be a test question. Easy, fun, interesting class I 10/10 would recommend!!!
Dr. Hull is an amazing professor. She is very interested in what she teaches and engages the students in every lecture. She makes the class very interesting and not to mention shes HILARIOUS!!! Take her if you have the opportunity!
My favorite prof by far. Super helpful and easy to get in contact with. Lectures aren't mandatory but super interesting, she knows what she's talking about and has good examples. 1 group project so make friends early. She's hilarious and says exactly what she's thinking. I wish I could take her again.
Dr. Hull knows her stuff for sure. The class consisted of a few online quizzes with a few questions (so you better get them all right) then only two tests... Tests have a lot of real world examples - not just pure definitions. Make sure you know the material inside and out because she doesn't curve.
Loved this class so much!!! Dr. Hull was super funny and engaging and really knew her stuff. Her lectures are super important, but if you pay attention and take notes in class, you won't need the textbook. Only two tests, though, so study hard! I wish I could take this class again!
Professor Hull is a sweet lady, however be prepared to pay close attention. The class consists of quizzes, which aren't worth much, a project (which is easy), and two tests, a midterm and final (which are very difficult). I would recommend going to lectures because all of the test material is application questions based on the material learned.
You have to pay attention in class and take good notes and actually study to understand the material and pass the tests. The only tests are the midterm and the final and they are both 33% of your grade each so study! Cancels class all the time, I feel like I learned nothing. Easy to miss the online quizzes since there are no reminders.
I loved this class but the tests were so hard. I went into the final thinking I was prepared, but the questions are based mainly on scenarios and they're really confusing. Dr. Hull is the greatest lady though! Loved her lectures and the other assignments were super easy. However, be prepared to study and pay attention to lectures for the 2 exams.
Professor Hull is an amazing professor and I'd love to take her again! Her lectures were interesting, which is good because her exams were based off the lectures. The class consisted of online quizzes, a project, a midterm and a final. The quizzes and project weren't difficult if you read the material. Study A LOT for the midterm and final!!!
Hull is okay, she got hired out of retirement about a week before school started and taught the class like she only half cared. Could have been better but was still an interesting class. Only two tests so do well on both. The CORE projects are relatively easy and I got 100's on all.
Her tests are the lectures exactly, but she does a ton of application and scenarios as her questions where you really have to know the material. She is very funny, but the problem with her course is she only offers 2 tests, a midterm and a final so they are extremely information heavy and very broad. Make sure you take the quizzes seriously.
Dr. Hull is an amazing professor who makes the lectures very interesting, but her class is very difficult. There are only 2 tests (a midterm and a final) so make sure to study hard on those. Her class is material heavy, but very interesting. I recommend her if you're ready to work for a good grade.
Professor Hull is extremely nice however, I studied HEAVILY for the midterm and final and did not do well whatsoever. Her lectures are extremely interesting and I took notes but you have to really know the material inside and out in order to excel in her class and do good on the two exams you're given.
I loved Professor Hull's lectures; they were engaging, interesting, and also very necessary in order to do well in the class. What bothered me was that she only gives out a midterm and a final so there's a lot of information and a lot at stake for your grade. What helped me was taking good notes, flashcards, and rereading topics in the textbook.
Rachel Hull is an amazing person and an interesting teacher. What makes her hard is that the majority of your grade is based off of your midterm and final. If you attend lecture and study the material, her class isn't that bad. Just be prepared for those two exams!
Sweetest and most genuine professor at TAMU. I genuinely enjoy going to class because she makes her lectures so interesting and provides us with note packets because she wants us to be successful in her class. I would recommend her and her class to everyone. Do yourself a favor and take this class.
Professor Hull is one of my favorite professors I've taken at this school. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the material and presents it in a way that is so intriguing. She definitely makes me consider taking another Psyc course just for fun! You do need to study for this course though, lots of info.
This is a hybrid course. Professor Hull is very clear on how she grades and what she expects. You will have to earn 14 SONA credits (pass/fail), do a group project (CORE project) and will have 2 exams (the midterm and final). The class material is very interesting and simple but the tests were very difficult.
Dr. Hull is the sweetest lady ever! Pretty standard for a psychology class. You're only graded on the quizzes, 2 exams (mid-term and final, not cumulative), and a CORE project that took little to no effort. If you're looking to take a psych class at A&M, I highly recommend Dr. Hull!
Great prof! She's a good lecturer - very nice and knows what she's talking about. The only grades in the classes were the exams so do well on those. Go to class and take good notes and you should be fine. Just having the outlines will NOT be enough.
Prof. Hull was so interesting and really explained everything in her lectures to make it easy to understand. She posts the notes online however she gives answers to her test in class so showing up is a good idea. She is very passionate about this class. You have to study early in advance for her tests but if you do an A is easy.
Very sweet but definitely a difficult course (at least for me) to grasp. I had some medical issues and she was very understanding. Highly recommend her. Even though its not a fun course to take its required for many majors and even though she was hard I think all of the profs will be. I'd take her again. Only two tests though so study hard!
very interesting lectures. there are only two exams so you have to do all of the online quizzes to help boost your grade.
There is a midterm and a final. You have to study days in advance. Her lectures are very interesting but it is a lot to study. The questions on the midterm will be formatted the same for the final. You have to complete 14 Sona credits. You also have a group project that will boost up your grade. You also have online quizzes so don't mess those up.
Cool professor, she is a cool person but I really disliked this class. I got like a B, but the test and material we learned was really broad so there isn't any way to get an A unless you are a psych major. Overall, 6/10 class, probably not gonna take her again. She is pretty funny though.
Dr. Hull is a very entertaining lecturer. However, this course is based on two tests. They are not difficult if you pay attention in class and take good notes. She gives hints in class as to what is going to be on the test, but it isn't a class you can just wing. I could see people having trouble with this course if they do not put in the effort.
BEST professor at A&M!
Dr. Hull is awesome! She is charismatic in her lectures and genuinely wants to see students succeed. She came out of retirement just to teach. Talking to her in office hours is helpful and she's really responsive. I had her for 107 and 307, and her exams are mostly example-based. Show up, take good notes, and you can easily get an A or B.
Dr. Hull is one of those teachers that you can tell she really cares about what she' doing. She truly just wants to educate future generations to avoid parenting mistakes that were made in the past, and doesn't force you to memorize pointless details. Four exams, all have been fair, if you show up to lecture, she completely prepares you for them.
She is so passionate about this class! The tests are 100% from the things she says in class, you don't need the textbook just make sure you go to class
Hull is an amazing lady!! Her class is kind of hard but also way easier than other psych profs here. My class was hybrid which was nice. The tests are basically your grade but if you GO TO LECTURE (she posts her note outlines but elaborates on them in class, *important for tests*) and make an effort to understand the info, you will do fine.
Interesting class but do not take the hybrid. We are 6 weeks behind in notes right now and whole class is organized very confusingly.
This has been by far my favorite prof and class at A&M. Dr. Hull always has a great attitude and is passionate about psych. This course is applicable for many aspects of life and development. Tests are fair and straight from the lecture, so don't skip. Textbook isn't needed. The weekly quizzes are super easy. Highly recommend Dr. Hull!
I was expecting this class to be much easier. Her lectures are not necessarily mandatory, however entertaining. With that being said, her exams are worded so strangely that it can get so confusing. She is genuinely not trying to trick you, but has stumped the majority of the class on a lot of text questions just because of how they're worded.
She always made class worth going to. Explained everything in detail during lecture for the exams, so make sure you go to class! Lectures were never boring. Make sure you study hard for her exams because she covers a lot of material and her questions are pretty specific. Take her!!!
She is a super funny woman, but not even great notes and studying a ton beforehand guarantees an A. Took the hybrid course, which made my life easier but sucked long run. Don't take this class for an easy A, but an easy B? Definitely.
Great professor, however were really behind in the hybrid class what she does cover though she really explains it in class and on the online lectures and the tests (Midterm and the Final) are based pretty equally on both. There are some opportunities to help your grade with the online quizzes and the group project but there is only the two tests.
I took Dr. Hull's class this semester and loved her! I found her lectures to be very interesting and engaging. It was a hybrid class, so as long as you keep up with the online lectures and weekly quizzes you should be able to get an A. She is very understanding as long as you put in the work. Study hard for the midterm and final though!
She is the nicest person! the class is very interesting and she is very good at teaching it. I loved the class and would take it again 100% it is not hard and she helps you do good in it if you put in the effort
This class is TOUGH! Lectures are interesting, but no matter how hard you study, exams are nearly impossible. Thought this would be a semi-easy class, and I'm going to end up barely getting a C. You must memorize TONS of material for tests, and still have to apply what you memorize. If you have to take her, I would recommend additional tutoring
This is the most interesting class I've taken so far and Dr. Hull is really nice and funny. Her online assignments are organized well and not time consuming at all. You definitely have to study for the midterm and final because there's a lot of information but other than that this is a great class!
Wouldn't recommend skipping class. A lot of the material on the mid-term and final are things she covers IN CLASS... There are ONLY 2 tests, so if you screw up the first one good luck recovering from that. As for course load, there are quizzes almost every week but they are not hard at all.
Rachel Hull herself is an absolute DOLL, the class itself is torture. This was not required for me, but I thought it would be easy, science credit. I was wrong and struggled for a B. The midterm was online, BUT, don't bank on that because all questions were made up by Dr. Hull and not searchable. The information is very interesting but detailed.
Midterm, final, 1 group project, 5 quizzes averaged out to be worth 20% of your final grade. Dr. Hull is hilarious and gives awesome, interesting lectures. Tests could be a bit tricky, but paying attention in class helped tremendously because I got to hear her thinking about the topics. Honestly all you can ask for from a class. Highly recommend!
Hull is very sweet & funny but the only tests are the midterm & final. Quizzes and CORE projects help to boost your grade. The online lectures (hybrid class) are very long and there are multiple lectures to watch. She doesn't take attendance but you'll be lost if you skip class. Overall a good prof but keep in mind that there are only two tests.
Took this class to refresh my memory after getting a 5 on the AP Psych exam. This class was more difficult than my honors engineering and chemistry courses combined. The exams are stupidly difficult. However, I cannot deny Dr. Hull is a fantastic and interesting professor. If you don't really care about your grade, then definitely take her.
I took this as a hybrid course this past semester so I only met for lecture once a week, but if you skipped you were not prepared. Tests are harder than you assume they're going to be! She's super funny and teaches well, but stay on top of the class if you want the A.
Dr. Hull is an okay professor and makes her lectures interesting. Her tests are pretty specific and hard but if you study your lecture notes you will be fine. She will give examples in class.. make sure to write them down because she tests over that. She's definitely not the easiest psyc prof at A&M but I got stuck with her and made the best of it.
Her class is not easy, but, if you go to every lecture, do all the quizzes/homeworks and truly listen and learn the material you CAN get an A. This is NOT a blow off class. Do not take this as an easy science credit or assume psyc is easy. Don't kid yourself. She is passionate and expects you to put the effort in. Take her if you want to learn.
This is a hybrid online course with online lecture to watch every week but take good lecture notes and add to the outlines she provides and study weeks in advance. Her tests are difficult but not impossible. Keep up with online quizzes and lectures.
Awesome lectures and gives examples during lecture that will be on the exam. It's half online and half in person so don't forget about the online lectures. The quizzes are made to be an easy 100. Tests are kind of tough and require studying. Go to the review and study good. Overall good prof!
Super great professor who is interested and cares about what she's teaching. The hybrid course is great because you only meet once a week but there's a lot of info during the lecture, so definitely go! Weekly quizzes are super easy as long as you do .the quiz reading. Tests aren't too bad but some good studying is definitely needed for a good grade
Hull was very passionate about psychology and her lectures were always engaging. However, when it comes to her tests she makes them example based so it's not just straight from the notes. She only has two tests, so doing poorly on one will be detrimental to your grade. The hybrid course itself wasn't difficult as the videos are short. Doesn't bump
Hybrid class. She is super fun & has great examples. Weekly quiz over short article, super easy. 3 tests, final is noncumulative. Could totally take this over this summer online, but her lectures are awesome. Highly recommend her. Not a hard class at all.
She was amazing and made me super interested in psychology. I took her hybrid class and I loved it because we had online assignments that boosted up my grade! She knows what she's doing and has a lot of experience
I took this course blended, and about half way into the semester classes kept getting canceled and online lectures were not posted. Because of this my grade suffered due having insufficient information for her exams. She is a good person, but a terrible professor.
Wonderful prof. She made everything interesting and easy to comprehend.
Great prof. Her lectures are engaging and she explains everything really well. The tests are over her lectures (if you are taking it online or hybrid, the tests are also over the online lectures). If you pay attention, take notes, and do the reviews, the tests are easy. She tells you exactly what will be on it, just make sure you go to class.
She is very intelligent and relates to young adults that are our age. I would recommend her to everyone that has to take PSYC 107. She is super honest and lets you know what will be on the exam. She is my favorite professor.
She was the absolute bomb I loved her. Literally only writing this bc I saw 1 mediocre review and she doesnt deserve that. One time, we had a confederate observer come to class and reported they saw someone watching dirty stuff DURING CLASS and that was the only time she was ever even slightly not in a good mood. Shes amazing, take her classes
Professor Hull's lectures are so interesting, you'll forget you're in a classroom. She uses examples in her lectures, so you will clearly understand every psychological concept. Half of the class is online, so you have to remember to check eCampus regularly and not miss any online assignments or lectures.
She is definitely one of my favorite professors. I took a hybrid class and overall as long as you actually watched the videos and do the quizzes, the online aspect is not bad. The class itself I found to be hard and lots of studying is required. Lovely lectures, terrible tests. If you study really hard you will probably make an A.
Dr. Hull gave really interesting lectures, and often gave hints on exam questions in class, so I highly recommend going to lectures if you take her hybrid course. Her exams were fairly difficult but not bad, and there is not much work. Stay on track with online assignments and you will do fine!
She is so fun to listen to in class! Only three exams, the third being the final. It is not an easy class because the grade is basically what you get on those three exams (easy if you really know the material) and the group project (which is super easy). It's half online and half in person so only go to class once a week which is super convenient.
Dr. Hull is very funny and she's amazing at teaching. She makes the in class lectures fun to listen to and the information you learn is very interesting. Has outside of lecture work you have to do but I didn't think it was to bad. Very great professor, would recommend.
Dr. Hull is an okay professor. Her class isn't hard, and a bit of studying gets you an A in the class. However, she pushes her own beliefs and opinions on the class, and can be very dismissive or intolerant to other ideas. If you need this class for the grade, take her. If you just want to take a fun class with a good prof, look elsewhere.
Dr. Hull is a great professor! She gives you everything you need to pass her class. Her lectures are interesting, and she is not overly critical with her grading. That said, you have to keep up with the online lectures and quizzes. The tests can be difficult but if you put the time in you can get an A. She also has had good TA's that are helpful.
TAKE HER! Easy A if you study & understand the material. Went to her office hours, needed a 90 on final to get an A and she helped me with what to study. Online portion of class is a breeze. If you skip class, you will miss everything she said & will do poorly on test. What she says is on the exam! Loved this class, but you will have to work.
Probably the best PSYC professor available. Start doing well in class early because it is difficult to redeem yourself. She cancelled class quite a bit. I took the hybrid version which takes some adjusting. Keep up with online portion as well as attending lecture every week.
While her passion is great, the quizzes are great for many people, but theres a decent amount of people who do the work diligently as the others, but think differently. This results in not scoring as efficiently on the quizzes. Every time I and others asked about a trick question, a snark answer was given.
Dr Hull is probably one of the best profs at TAMU. She is such a cool person, has the best lectures, and is SO kind to talk to outside of class, esp if you need help. I took her hybrid class, which meant the majority of the work was on my own time, which can be hard to manage, but if you just do the work and study even a little its pretty easy.
Prof Hull is a very sweet woman. However, being in a class with her has been difficult because it is hard to follow her- she is sporadic in what she talks about. She seems to be a bit disorganized, and her syllabus is distracting and confusing, like the rest of the course. She is very passionate and sweet, I like her as a person just not as a prof.
Dr. Hull is very nice. She throws in a couple jokes during lecture, but the material is very very heavy. I found that I needed a break halfway through lecture because it was too much information. The weekly quizzes have trick questions so I would often miss a couple. Tests can be challenging unless you eat, sleep, & breathe psyc 307
I took her hybrid course and struggled at first. Her lectures were good and information filled, but she didn't have the best communication skills and it was easy to get confused if you didn't stay on top of the online assignments. Work is manageable but you do have to put in effort, especially when it comes to studying for tests.
Dr. Hull helped me realize i wanted to be a psyc major. She is an awesome prof and really knows her stuff. She wants her students to really learn. The class isn't a breeze but if you come to class and ask questions when you have them, you will be fine. I definitely recommend her.
This class has tons of useful info for the future for any profession/lifestyle. Her lectures are amazing and she keeps the class entertaining with her with and great use of words. Even though there are only few exams and quizzes they are very doable as long you put in some effort. Exams are a copy of her lectures so definitely go to class
Lectures were extremely interesting and I looked forward to them every week, however be prepared to not be able to mess up any assignments because it will be hard to make up grades. She did not have the smoothest transition during covid and honestly comes off like she doesn't care.
Dr. Hull is a very interesting and wonderful professor. Her exams can be quite difficult but you just need to make sure you're on top of your online assignments. There is a homework/quiz due every Sunday, so it isn't excessive. I definitely recommend getting the SONA credits done early and spending a lot of time preparing for exams. Take her !! :)
really good and interesting lectures. You have to go to class to pass exams and take good notes but she is always very clear about her expectations and always willing to answer questions.
Dr Hull is an amazing psyc professor. I had a hybrid class, both in class and online lectures are extremely important. It is crucial to take good notes during class. Everything she says is important. The class is super interesting. Highly recommend taking the online quizzes seriously. They help out your grade so much!
Best prof I've had so far. My course was hybrid (half online) so I only had lecture once a week, and even though they're not "mandatory", absolutely go. She gives out so many easy test questions that you cannot catch up without attending. She is hilarious and makes this class super enjoyable. Learned a lot!
Very sweet person. I took completely online class. Not very work heavy. All you need to do is watch lectures, read the article assigned, and take quiz over the article. Lectures make sense, she gives examples that help you understand. Make sure you watch all lectures because test questions can be specific. Not too hard of a class but do all work.
I love Dr. Hull. She's funny and her lectures are interesting. There isn't much weekly work, just a couple lectures to watch and a quiz. Her test questions and quiz questions can be a bit tricky, but they are open note and you should be fine if you're a good test-taker. It's nearing the end of the semester and I have an A, but barely.
Fun class. She makes the class interesting and easy to take. I took this during the pandemic and it was a nice class to take.
Easy class if you keep up with weekly assignments. Her lectures are interesting even though they're online and she's super sweet! Multiple quizzes in addition to the Exams so its not too much stress about the exams.
Professor Hull was amazing for Psyc 107 (even though the class was asynchronous). Her lectures are long but are easy to understand. YOU ARE ABLE TO USE NOTES ON BOTH THE QUIZZES AND TESTS!!!!! Such an amazing and easy class. There is no extra credit, but you wouldn't even need it. There was only one group project which was also very easy.
Prof. Hull is what students want in a professor. She holds learning over stressing her students out, so her tests/quizzes are untimed, open a whole week, and open note. Her lectures are really helpful and she does a great job making them interesting. I took her class asynchronous and I will always recommend it to freshman.
I loved Dr. Hull's class, but the quiz/test questions can be tricky so watch out! I actually struggled for a bit in this class but the material was v interesting & Dr. Hull is so funny. I pulled thru with an A but make sure to quadruple check your test/quiz answers bc they can trip you up! Also lowkey got some parenting tips for the future lol
She is a very kind lady and caring. Her exams are a bit tricky and must pay attention to all detail, based on the notes. Better off to watch the lecture videos so you can understand the full material. Overall great professor and not much to stress about.
Her online lectures have everything you need for exams. Take good notes Bc exams and quizzes are open note! Need 14 research participation credits which you can get done quickly. Dont wait until the last minute to get them! One quiz each week and one final project (which can be done in a group) that is super easy! Overall easy class!
Professor Hull was super sweet and made online lectures easy to watch. They were always short and broken up. She was super straight forward with all tests and quizzes and gave hints on assignments. She always outlines exactly what she wants of students and makes it easy if you put in the effort.
I took this class online, but her lectures were very easy to follow and the test followed the lecture material very closely.
Open note quizzes and tests, entertaining lectures, and a couple very easy projects. Crank out the 1-2 credit online surveys for research hours and you will be done in no time. Tests can be a little shaky but are open all week, so take your time and you will be fine. Not a bad class at all!
Great professor and super knowledgeable. Make sure you watch ALL of the lectures since the exam questions are only from lectures. One 5 question quiz a week over different articles
Dr Hull is great! A very low maintenance class and I actually learned a lot. Tests are a little tricky but they are open-note and you have a whole week to complete them so getting an A is 100% achievable. Her lectures were pretty interesting! I would definitely recommend Dr Hull to any students wanting to take PSYC 107
She is a good professor, but I struggled with tests. I took lots of notes but got 75s on each test. She is a good teacher, but make sure to really pay attention to notes,
Awesome lectures. Super easy class. 3 exams, no final! Lecture material is extremely interesting and she makes it intriguing. Super helpful and understanding. I'd def take this class and professor again. Weekly quizzes on easy readings.
Professor Hull is a solid choice. Even though the open-note quizzes she gives are super easy, the reading materials provided are actually really interesting and engaging. Ive been able to make a pretty good grade without trying insanely hard and also still being able to retain the information.
She is very accommodating and her lectures are interesting. You will get an A in this class if you do the weekly article quizzes and projects on time.
exams are open lectures and untimed for online. the quizzes and projects were easy. basically, just do the work and you'll be fine and don't forget about the quizzes but she dropped the lowest anyways. The class took me a max of an hour a week while it was online.
Absolutely loved her, but the tests were very difficult. This was for her online class and Im sure theyll be easier in person. She is super sweet and will answer questions respectfully and in a timely manner. Take her!
I loved this class! Dr. Hull is so funny and makes learning material so enjoyable even online! We had weekly video lectures and readings. Quizzes and exams are open note and untimed so you don't feel rushed. She actually wants you to learn and not be stressed and cram info instead. Totally doable class so long as you dedicate time and effort to it!
It's literally the first week and I love this professor so much
Dr. Hull is a great professor so far. She is sweet and is really passionate about her position. One issue a lot of students have is her quizzes/tests have a few questions that throw you off, even though she says they're not supposed to. Also, her 5 questions/quiz is not great, rather would have more questions. Overall great prof!
I took her course online and found it very engaging! She is very fair and and canvas page makes it easy to access everything. She is great about keeping the canvas calendar updated. When listening to lectures, be sure to write down what she verbally says and any examples she gives. If you do that you are set! Learned a lot from this course!
Dr. Hull made this online class fun and engaging. Her lectures are entertaining and the info is interesting. The exams are not timed and open note but still difficult. She is a great choice for 307!
Dr. Hull is an amazing professor when it comes to lecturing and basing her exams off such. Exams were open note and available to take gradually for a whole week. Overall a very doable class that requires attention to her recorded lectures. Weekly quizzes based on articles are assigned but those are quick and easy to complete.
She is an amazing Psychology professor. Pay attention to lectures and do your best!
Took PSYC107 online with Dr. Hull and she was AMAZING. Dr. Hull is hilarious. Bombed the first exam because I thought I could get by without watching the lectures... boy, was I wrong. WATCH THE LECTURES, take good notes, and take your time. All exams open lecture/book and untimed. You certainly have to work for an A, but it's achievable for sure!
Professor Hull is a very nice professor and there is pretty minimal work for this class overall. Took is asynchronous and did around 1 hour of work per week for it. Her exams are pretty hard and she definitely has trick questions.
Im a junior and this class was my first B. The quizzes arent that bad but the test are ridiculously hard. She thinks this class is the easiest thing ever made so she is very rude when you reach out to her for a quiz question explanation. Unless you want to ruin your gpa do not take
Out of all of the psychology classes that I have taken, this was on the harder side of the scale. The quizzes were very straightforward, but the exams were more difficult. You have to go back into the lectures and transcripts and apply the information to the question. The class is doable but requires more work and than other psych classes.
Quizzes & assignments were straightforward. Tests, not so much. Open note but you have to really apply from lecture videos to the question, read carefully & go back into lecture to find correct solution. Says she doesn't do trick questions, don't really agree with that statement. Just do the work, pay attention to the little things, don't slack.
Very enjoyable course. Easy quizzes every week, sometimes they're trick questions but not too bad. Exams were more difficult but if you watch her lectures, which she makes interesting, you should be good. She doesn't make unnecessarily long lectures. There's a group project towards the end. Overall I would take her again! Highly recommend.
The online class is super convenient because you can do it at your own pace and it is super organized. Her lectures are very informative and she is a good teacher. Her exams and quizzes can be a bit tricky at times so she definitely makes you work for your grade. But if you put in like an hour a week, honestly its easy to get an A. Def recommend
Not a difficult course, just very time consuming exams. Its definitely manageable though as course work is very light otherwise. Grading on written assignments was extremely lenient. I did spend like 3-4 hours per exam combing over her lectures for the answers but you do get an entire week to do the exams so that was just my fault lol
The class was not hard at all. Due to some error, she gave me an "0" on my quiz average and she didn't bother to respond to my emails until my advisor stepped in. She was having trouble assigning me the grade that I earned. Guess TAMU isn't as colorblind as it pretends to be as the only colored students had issues with the research credit.
PSYC 107, all online, all open note, all untimed. Pretty easy, but the exam questions are more about application (identify the psyc term involved in this scenario) rather than knowing the definitions, so watch out for that. Strict project grading. Good professor, gives lots of reminders. Staying on top of the work is not hard. 6/10 difficulty
Hull made this class super non-stressful and enjoyable. She gives untimed, open-note exams and is very understanding. You learn a lot in this class without having to spend hours cramming.
I loved her class, her canvas page was super easy to navigate through and it was very organized. The lectures were really intriguing! The test were a kinda difficult, since they are open noted, so be sure to fully understand the material.
BEST PROF AT TAMU! Loved this class so much! She is an amazing lecturer and is passionate about what she's teaching. Weekly quizzes and 3 exams. make sure you watch the lectures!! She wants you to make an A in the class and give you everything to do so!
I absolutely loved Professor Hull. She is very accessible outside of class (responds to emails fast). She is willing to help if you reach out. The tests are pretty difficult, but she gives extra credit opportunities.
I really enjoyed taking this class with professor Hull! This is a very easy class that took very minimal time out fo my week. Professor Hulls lectures are interesting and she's very enjoyable to listen to. The tests are open note and untimed so take really good notes on the lecture videos and you will do fine on the tests.Easy A in my opinion
She's very passionate about teaching and wants her students to put effort in. I really feel like I learned through her lectures and enjoyed it. The course was EXTREMELY organized which made it easy to stay ahead. Overall I really enjoyed this prof.
Take this class! It was so easy and all online. There were weekly quizzes and a few tests and a paper. Not bad at all. If you are looking for an easy A psychology class, this is the one to take! Very little effort needed for this class I kept forgetting I was even enrolled in it haha!
This class is super easy if you do your work. The tests are all open note and untimed but you definitely need to study before you start. Minimal work each week, just one quiz normally. Two group projects but both were super easy.
This class was really easy, as long as you did the work. The two group projects were really easy, and you have the option of working alone, but I /highly/ recommend being in a group of five. This class took me about an hour a week to complete, as she has weekly quizzes. Her lectures were also pretty good.
Her class was great! Easy if you watch video lectures and do the readings. She gives us some fun facts during video lectures which were very interesting. 2 group projects (you can do it alone but highly recommend doing them as a group). The wording of the exam is slightly tricky but you will eventually find out.
Professor Hull is a good professor but group projects are a big part of the grade so make sure you get groups early and have a group of 5 because it is not a small amount of stuff. Do SONA credits and get them done early because they are easy. Be careful on exams because some questions can be tricky and answers online are not right. I recommend!!
I really loved her! The material was very interesting and made me want to learn more about it. The tests and quizzes are untimed and open note, which I loved. I would 100% take her again if I had the chance.
There are tricky questions on quizzes and exams and each quiz is 5 questions worth 20 points. open note and unlimited time quizzes and exams but are very needed.
I really enjoyed Dr. Hull's class. It was completely online, asynchronous. All assignments were due at the end of the week, open note, and you can close them and come back to them later. There were some questions on quizzes/tests that seemed a bit tricky to me, but nothing that's going to kill your overall grade. Would definitely recommend her!
The class was fully asynchronous and the material was very easy to understand and comprehend. Unfortunately, the exam questions were more tricky and sometimes had answers that were so similar it was hard to pick one. But overall it was good.
Professor Hull is great! Class was fully online, included a weekly quiz and weekly online recorded lecture videos. All exams are open for a week and are open lecture/note, but the questions can be tricky sometimes. I did not like that exams were 25 questions but out of 200 points, so each question was worth 8 points. But overall she was great!
I wish I could have met professor Hull in person. She seemed very genuine and caring. Her tests/quizzes were untimed (up to a week) and open notes. Very manageable workload as I could finish the weekly quiz and take lecture notes in about 2 hours. One very short paper as a project that you have more than 3 months to write.
Dr. Hull is very caring and a great professor. As long as you watch the lectures and put effort in the 2 big projects, you will have an A. She is a very easy grader.
Seriously loved this professor! She cares about everyone is always willing to help, definitely recommend taking her class!!
Dr Hull is very nice however her exams are IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Dr. Hull was amazing. Her lectures were very interesting and examples were similar in exams. She responded well to emails and ensured her students remembered when due dates came up because it was an asynchronous class.
She is really organized and the class is not much work. The tests and quizzes are open notes but are pretty difficult.
Dr. Hull was excellent! She has a great attitude and is passionate about her teachings. I took her online this semester. I wish I could have taken her in person. The courseload was VERY light; you will not regret taking her course!
I loved Dr. Hull! Her lectures were so interesting and exams were not too difficult if you took good notes! Her class really only had weekly video lectures and quizzes, and a few other things! There were a few group projects that were fairly easy, just difficult to get a hold of people in an online class. Overall great class and amazing professor!
As nice as Professor Hull is, her "i do not give trick questions" is only asserted to give you a false sense of security. She doesn't give trick questions, but she does make the questions so vague any of the answers could fit. It's annoying hunting for a single line of text to answer her broad questions. Don't take her if you aren't a psych expert.
Her class appears easy at the beginning.10 quizzes and 2 exams make up your entire grade. She gives you open book/note opportunities but this is a trap they are often trick questions. I missed 1 question on the 4 question final and I dropped 7 points, a whole letter grade. She is not understanding or willing to give extra credit. Avoid this class!!
She gives out many reminders for you to complete your work. Exams and quizzes are untimed and open note and are all so easy if you just spend the time looking through the readings and lectures to find the answers. There are barely any assignments in this class, one or occasionally two very small ones a week. Her communication is amazing as well.
Lectures are very interesting and she is passionate about what she teaches. Tests are openbook, you have a week to complete them, and the questions are pretty straight-forward. There are a few group projects, but expectations are very clear regarding them, and you also have plenty of time to get them finished. Some extra credit opportunities given
Grade consists of quizzes and exams. Quizzes every week but really easy. Tests are hard but you have all week to complete with no time limit. She is very sweet for an online class and TAs are very helpful as well. No final, just a project that was really easy.
Took online, tests are REALLY hard imo, but the weekly work is super easy. 2 projects that will boost your grade because they are so easy. All week w no timer on tests which is nice, given they are really difficult and answers are not online. Research hours which were so easy to get especially if you do them online. Overall take if good at tests.
Her tests are quite difficult and you kind of have to watch and rewatch her long lectures if you even want a chance on doing good. Weekly grades and a couple of few big assignments that honestly will carry your grade. Shes nice but a little condescending.
I've had Hull for psyc 107 and psyc 307, and this is one of the easiest classes at TAMU. I learned SO much about psyc from her classes, and they are very low stress.
I came in not thinking much about psychology but I really enjoyed psychology after taking Dr. Hull's class. Despite being online, the exam shouldn't be taken lightly, I did horrible on the first exam because I didn't use the full allocated time but did extremely well on the others when I took my time to watch the lectures (everything can be found)
AMAZING PROF for intro to psych. LOVE Dr. Hull! super easy class- weekly quizzes and 3 exams with no final. everything is open note, unlimited time, 1 week to do your assignment. 2 group projects in the beginning of the semester. super easy grader and engaging lecturer!
Fairly easy class. Weekly quizzes and 3 exams but they are all open note. There are a few big projects so get them done early!
Honestly the best psychology prof I've ever had! I took her for 107 also and decided to take another one of her classes because she was such a great professor. All tests were open-book and untimed. She truly cares about her students and it is so evident. If you have the chance to take her, do it! I never felt stressed out by this class at all!
This class has one tedious project, but besides that, it should be a free A. Dr. Hull is very accessible outside of class and makes it very attainable for the students to get A's.
While the class was online, I felt like Dr. Hull cared about her students. I found that tests took some time to adjust to, but once you get a hang of them, they are doable. The class was not too hard overall, but I wouldn't take it if you are looking for an "easy A". This class requires less memorization and more critical thinking skills.
Exams are open for 1 week, open note & untimed. Some exam questions & assignments require critical thinking but she gives every resource possible to make a 100. This was not an easy A by any means, but put in the effort & you will succeed. Very intresting class & you will complete both CORE & ICD requirements needed to graduate. Highly recommend
Just do what she says and you'll easily make an A. Very Nice lady.
The class was entirely online with modules uploaded weekly containing some lecture material and one quiz. There were 3 exams that were open-note and easy if you watched the lectures. The content was interesting - this is definitely a class I would take as an easier alternative to other psychology courses.
Took the online class and it was extremely easy. there's a weekly quiz that is open note untimed, easy group project worth a lot, and exams are open for a week open note untimed. The lecture videos are really descriptive and interesting to watch, and the information is easy to grasp. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to take psych & easy A.
When first taking the class I thought it would be super easy because quizzes and test were open note. However, while taking the test and quizzes you realize why they're open note. The test are super hard and you have to watch the super long lectures if you want to make an A. She says there are no trick questions, but there are.
Overall easy class. 11 quizzes, 3 exams, 1 group project, research experiments, and 3 other quizzes that count more than normal quizzes. The group project isn't that bad. You get a month to do it and she gives you extra credit. Open note exams. No final. TAKE HER.
Hull's online class was the most organized class i have ever taken. All tests and quizzes are open note. literally just watch the lectures while you take the test and you'll be able to answer every question. They are like case study type questions so they aren't EASY but seriously they aren't trick questions or anything. take her!
all quizes and test and even final exam is open not and unlimited time, makes it actually enjoyable to learn.
she is super nice, she has weekly to-do lists which are super helpful, only grades are exams and quizzes, they are worded hard but are open note and untimed which is great, if you haven't turned something in she reminds you. SUPER FUN AND INTERESTING!!!
Prof. Hull's class was super great. Materials for the exams are from the notes. The tests are open note, but they are a little more involved. The quizzes are off of the readings she assigns and she highlights the important parts for the quizzes. There is a big graded project that is two parts but it is super easy as long as you look at the rubric.
I took Dr. Hull class online and it was very easy. She lays out each week with quizzes and lecture videos for you to keep up with due dates. Exams and quizzes are opened for a week which allows you to spend as much time as you need in them. Just take good notes and you will easily get an A.
This is by far the easiest course I have taken. The exams are open book. I spent around 30 minutes a week reading or watching videos. Dr. Hull is clear about what she expects. Take her!
Easy set-up class, just weekly videos, and you should watch them! they are actually really interesting and Hull does a great job of explaining topics. open note exams can be challenging so make sure you give yourself time to take it in order to do well. group project is kinda irritating since its an online group and it's hard to get ahold of people
I took this online, and never spent over 1 hour a week on it (besides the group project week). The exams are open note and open from monday-sunday, but you will have to put in effort by making conclusions from the lectures. She clearly highlights all expectations, grading criteria, and work at the beginning of the week, and is very organized.
This class was online and the only things I ever had due for the class were a quiz once a week on Sunday. It was open book and you had 7 days to finish it. The material is very straightforward and word for word on the quizzes. She seems like she truly wants her students to do well in class.
Pretty easy class! Dr. Hull is very straightforward and her lectures are great. Quizzes are also straightforward and easy, which she also gives feedback on for every question. The workload is minimal, you will get an A as long as you turn everything in. Only trick part are the tests, she says there are no trick questions, but they can be difficult.
Havent spent more than 3 hours total on this class all semester. Very clear of her expectations and very easy workload. One quiz 5 questions open note every week. 3 tests one week to complete open note. And one short essay. I wish all my classes were like hers.
It's a pretty chill class; asynchronous and unproctored tests, though they can be a little tricky if you don't prepare in advance. There are weekly quizzes and a total of 3 exams.
Professor Hull is an amazing online prof. Everything for the week is CLEARLY and SIMPLY laid out and everything is very straightforward. Do the work and you should get an A or a B. Easy grade/GPA boost.
Easy class with clear grading criteria. By far the easiest and best online class layout. Only thing I did not like was the group project because it was hard to contact people online.
One group project that sucked bc no one answered but still pulled out an A on it. Exams and quizzes are open note and you have a week to take it. I loved her online lectures and I learned so much. Take her and this class!
I took Dr. Hull's online PBSI 307 course and I could tell even through the screen that she's an amazing professor! She's very passionate about what she teaches and makes the material a breeze to learn. She's very understanding and caring for her students and is another positive professor I've had in the psychology department here at TAMU!
I had Dr. Hull for 107 & 307- by far 1 of the best profs at tamu! Great lecturer and clear grading! 1 quiz a week (total of 10 + a makeup one to drop your lowest), an essay, and 3 exams. Tests and quizzes are open book unlimited time for 7 days- she's clear that all answers are in the lecture videos!
very well organized and accessible TA's! very entertaining material that made class enjoyable. there's one group project that's split up among 4-5 weeks. 14 required SONA credits for participation in psych studies. gives the weekend as penalty-free extension for all assignments. you have a week to do each assignment and everything is open note.
I would definitely recommend taking her if given the opportunity! I really enjoyed the lectures and I thought her teaching style was good for a lot of people. 11 quizzes and the lowest grade is dropped, exams are open and untimed throughout the week, and I think the course work was definitely manageable! Definitely recommend.
Her recorded lectures were very helpful in helping me to understand psychology and get a high grade in this class. You do have to complete 14 hours of work for studies, but it is an easy 100 points. Also, there is no final exam as you complete an easy project throughout the semester that serves as your "final" grade. Definitely would recommend her!
Didn't have many interactions with her, she seemed nice. Her class was a lot harder than expected especially for an online course. May be online but will not be easy, you will have to watch her lectures (about an hour+ each week) and read all articles that she attaches. Can be done, just requires a lot of effort. Quizzes each week and 3 HARD exams.
Prof Hull is pretty reliable, she gives good readings and clear criteria for exams. My only issue was that sometimes there would be questions that seemed debatable like they had multiple correct answers, but this was very rare. Follow the lectures, do the reading, take notes on it all, and it's a guaranteed A. It may take some time but it is easy,
you have a huge group project instead of a final which is nice and all the quizzes and test are open note and untimed.
Online class. 3 exams, no final, weekly quizzes all open note. Questions can be a little tricky but it's not hard.
Three exams open note untimed. Quizzes are very fair. Exams were somewhat tricky but doable if you watched the lectures. There was an online group project which was tricky to get my teammates to work on it, but was graded on what you did and people who did not participate enough got no credit which was nice.
I believe we had 11 weekly quizzes and 3 exams, as well as a few projects. Overall the class isn't hard, but keeping an A is. Her lectures are long and the exams are relatively hard. Even with watching the lectures and taking notes, the exams were tough. They are open note though, and all assignments are open for the whole week.
Dr. Hull made it ridiculously easy to get an A. Everything is open-book and untimed, and the answers to quizzes/exams can be found in the readings and lectures (it does take some digging). The group project was fairly easy; if your teammates didn't participate, they would fail and your grade wouldn't be affected. Recommend!
Easy online class, all the quizzes and tests are open note and not timed so if you try hard enough you can find the answers. However, she very obviously pushes her own beliefs as facts and it can be extremely frustrating. For example, in the first lecture she says "gender IS 100% nurture, NOT nature". Fine to believe that, but present both sides.
Dr. Hull is an amazing professor. She is very sweet and understanding of the fact that students have lives outside of school, which is so helpful because it allows students to space out their work and not become so overwhelmed. She is also an amazing lecturer, and she keeps you really engaged as she teaches! SHE'S AWESOME!
Took this as an online class, it was super easy and enjoyable. Lectures were long but entertaining, and everything was at your own pace with few deadlines.
Overall, Professor Hull's course was extremely organized. You can tell she cares about the material. There are three exams, which can be a little tricky. Weekly lectures also take a bit of time to get through. There are weekly quizzes/readings. I would take her again, but just be ready to pay close attention to lecture materials.
Dr. Hull makes her policies very clear from the startm, but if you take notes from weekly lecture videos you will succeed. There are weekly quizzes from articles, that in my opinion are harder than exams. It is a very chill class and an easy A if youre willing to take notes and watch her lectures.
This class is very easy, Dr.Hull makes expectations clear from start. There are 3 exams with no final which is replaced by a paper. Theres weekly quizzes over articles with only one attempt; personally i think the quizzes are harder than exams. Exams are lecture heavy but the notes are all recorded. Overall easy class to keep up with.
Dr. Hull's online class is easily one of the worst I've taken in my time at Texas A&M. She overcomplicates simple, simple things and truly makes this class difficult to get a good grade in, as there's only three exams and short quizzes that tank your grade. Do not be fooled by this class being online, it is just as difficult. Take someone else.
The class consists of 11 quizzes, 3 exams and 2 cultural competence quizzes. The quizzes are pretty easy, but the exams are a bit difficult. Her exam questions are not as straightforward as you would think they should be. She is caring and provides a lot of resources for you to use, so that helps.
Super easy. She's cool and gives good feedback. Everything easy to understand. I'm taking it online and so you can speed up the videos. Tests and quizzes are open for a week and are open note/open lecture. Great class.
Super easy class and she makes it easier by providing lots of opportunities for students. As long as you do the weekly readings and checklist, it should be an easy A. She makes sure you get things done and is very lenient with deadlines. 100% would take again.
online class with three exams and weekly quizzes. one big paper that was graded. this class was super interesting and super easy to keep up with!! HIGHLY recommend her
BEST. ONLINE. CLASS. EVER!
This class is everything I was looking for in an online class. It was not hard to keep up with and the guidelines were very clear. The tests were more difficult than I was expecting and she says that the answers are in the notes but some answers are convoluted and hard to find. Overall, this class is great.
Perfect example of an online class! I spent exactly 3 hrs each week for this class & results speaks for itself. Group project was confusing but was very short. Exams are kinda hard but if you took notes, it should be fine. Get SONA stuff done early so you don't have to worry about it. Highly recommend if you need the credit or just GPA booster!
Dr. Hull is the epitome of an amazing professor. I wish my class wasn't online, just so I could talk to her after class. There was 1 group project at the beginning of the semester and all the criteria were laid out perfectly. She knows what she is doing, is very passionate about her job, and cares about her students. Highly Recommend!!
Take this class if you can! Very easy A!
Professor Hull's online PSYC307 class is well-organized, but the exams can be tricky. Weekly lectures and quizzes take time, but using resources like Unstuck ai helps with study prep. Overall, an engaging class if you stay on top of the work.
Literally the best. Puts so much effort into making sure you know what you're doing and gives extra credit out like its nothing. Easy A but also an important class if you plan on taking the MCAT/DAT.
Easiest class ever, she posts lecture notes that summarize every week and exams and untimed and open note. Take this online class!!
The professor is great at lecturing and the course content is very interesting. Grade is determined entirely by three exams, which are open note and untimed. The work is broken up nicely and it is very clear the professor wants students to succeed and enjoy the class. Definitely recommend!!
PSYC 225. Really easy class. The lecture material is really interesting. The professor is great at explaining the material. There are only three exams. Overall, I loved this class!
Honestly one of my favorite professors. Although it is self-reported, she makes lectures very organized and easy to keep up with. Her lectures are hilarious and very enjoyable to listen to. One extra credit, but tests are not easy whatsoever. You can take the Open Note test for a week. I am so excited to bring her next semester. Awesome professor!
Three open note untimed test which are the only grades. Content itself is made easy to understand by the professor and makes the learning a lot more enjoyable than most. Would definitely take again and you should take whatever course she has available.
Dr. Hull has amazing lectures and is engaging throughout her content. The online lectures are on YouTube which makes it easy to adjust the playback speed, and she provides outlines for the notes. There are only 3 exams that make up the entire grade, but as long as you take good notes from the lectures you have everything you need.
Your grade only comes from 3 exams, but they are open note. The tests come straight from the lectures and are very straight forward. Her class seems very fair, and I didn't have any problems. There is 1 extra credit opportunity at the beginning of the semester.
My favorite professor at a&m, if she taught other classes i would take them. her lectures are clear and she makes it very obvious when something is crucial test material. do not hesitate to take her, it was test heavy but it was easy to prepare for tests because she gave us so many resources and study guides. Take her!!!!
Only downside is your entire grade is basically based on three exams but exams are easy as long as you watch the lectures. Weekly lecture videos were easy to follow and entertaining.
The material was super interesting and her online video lectures were super engaging.
She is a very good professor. Took her class online and it was very structured and easy to learn. Only 3 grades from 3 exams, but dont worry exams are open note and untimed. Answers to exam questions are in lectures word for word, but if you cant find one you can always look it up. Overall this class was a great experience and I learned a lot.
Easiest class I have every taken in my life. Forgot I was even taking it at one point. Take this professor if you wanna boost your gpa and get a free A.
PSYC 225 was the absolute easiest class I have ever taken. Only 3 exams, all open-note and untimed, and they are all open for a full 5 days. I ended with a 95% and honestly forgot I was in the class sometimes. She offers 1 extra credit assignment but honestly it's not even needed. If you're looking for an easy, no-time-needed class, take this one!!
Very easy class! Exams are the only grades but not difficult. Very understanding prof
An easy A as long as minimal effort is put in. Grades consisted of 3 exams (30%), weekly quizzes (33%), 14 credits of research study participation (10%) , and an essay (27%). Tests and quizzes are open note and you have a week to take them. This class is set up for you to succeed. NO FINAL!!
I finished the class with a 98! Absolutely loved this class & the professor.
Very easy GPA booster class. Non-proctored online exams that she allows open notes, ifykyk. Maybe spent 10 minutes a week on the course.
Never actually talked to her, but the online course was really easy. Only three online exams that are open note and open for an entire week encompasses your entire grade, and the tests maybe took an hour or two. Easiest course I have ever taken.
incredibly organized. every question about any assignment is answered on her FAQ tree but you can still email her or the TA. exams are untimed unproctored open note and tell you which lecture the answer can be found. taken 2 classes with her and would take again. impossible to get below an A unless you don't do any assignments. 10/10 love her
just do the work
Take this class!!! Easy A, based only on 3 open-note untimed exams. Easiest class I've ever taken.
I loved this class! It was a great addition to my schedule and was the one steady class I had that made my school year easier while also receiving the credit I needed and learning about something interesting. Test are open book as well and not proctored.
One of the best classes I have ever taken at Texas A&M !I would recommend this class to anyone. Although it is a hard one to get into because it gets taken up quickly I truly enjoyed it. One of the best professors. Test are open book.
So easy- you could forget you were in this class. only 3 exams, very simple and a 100 is very achievable. Her lectures are super interesting. Take this class when you have a tough course load to give yourself more time for your harder classes!
very organized professor, really enjoyed psych as is but it was more enjoyable as an online class! three exams and weekly quizzes, all open note. provides detailed reviews on exams and the research paper assignment (gives ec). the only annoying thing was sona, but that's a pbsi 107 requirement.
Very easy and simple course there were a couple tests you had to attend outside lecture time but it was so simple and quick. I enjoyed the information and the paper I wrote!
So incredibly easy. Like wow. 3 tests open note. I love her she makes it so easy to do well.
The only way you can fail this class is if you don't look at it. The lectures are interesting and she gives a note outline the 3 exams make up your entire grade BUT they stay open for the week and they are open note so granted you watched the lectures you will be perfectly fine and able to pass with a high A.
All assignments are open for week long period, and prof sent many reminders. Automatic late deadline from friday to sunday (no need to ask for extension). Easy A, highly reccommend.
