She is really nice and as long as you do the work you will get an A. Tests are frequent, but that means there are no BIG cumulative tests.

It was a great class. Rachel made learning fun and I felt like I got a lot out of it. She's a awesome professor. Her examples were very clear and it made the book more understandable.

Easy class, she sits on her desk and explains things in an interesting way with great examples. Quizes are easy, midterm was t/f and she actually gave you the exact questions. Little h/w just two long/easy/not boring writing assignments.

It was such a fun class. Rachel really cares about her students and is really good at what she teaches. She's got a lot of passion and energy. It was a blast being in her class. She's helped me overcome my fear of public speaking. You should definitely take her class. Just make sure you show up to class!

There is little hw and the speeches are totally manageable. Just spend at least 30 mins on each speech and you're set for an A.

she is very pretty. Study guides help a lot for the tests. She gives specific examples for the speech. There are around 5 speeches and 3 exams, very easy. She opens the class with a discussion of the weekend. It's not mandatory to speak out during the discussion. The speech is very easy ranges from 1-3 minutes. I recommend her to everybody. :)

Gorgeous former actress teaching Comm 110. She is extremely kind, passionate, and eager to help students learn how to speak in public! The tests are incredibly easy. You get to choose your own topic for almost every speech. Finally, the textbook is super tiny! So reading 4 chapters takes about 20 minutes! Take Wegter's class for an easy A!

All around amazing/ fun prof! Small Group Dyn. work w/the same group for the whole semester. only 3 presentations, the 1st one being the most challenging, gets easier as you go on and use to ur group. lectures are very straight forward and interesting. test are based on notes and book but find the free pdf version online. Wegter was an amazing professor, take her you won't regret it. I only had it once a week on wednesdays. Even though the class was only 200 pts it's hard NOT to pass. Only one presentation and it's with a group. I am going to miss her! Most of the stuff are 1-2 page papers. Yes you need to read the book. Easy course.

This class was very simple! Professor was always kind enough to let us out early and is very, very good at organizing her lectures/time. She always offered people the opportunity to volunteer their stories as opposed to forcing shy people to talk. 4-5 papers, 2 major exams, and 1 easy group project/presentation. Just show up to class!

Professor Rachel is amazing! She helps make the class fun and enjoyable to sweep away your fear of public speaking. This class is made up of 3 exams, 5 speeches, and 2 small essays. Easy A if you not skipping class and put your efforts to complete all the assignments.

Small Group Dynamics: I enjoyed the class. I learned a bit. I wish it had been somewhat harder so I could have learned more. Some group assignments done outside of class. For those socially awkward-leaning, I enjoyed the open discussion at the beginning of class where you can share your social interaction experiences for the week and get feedback.

She is honest with your speeches but is so kind and understands our public speaking anxiety. Lectures are very fun and they're not long. TAKE HER!!!!! you will not regret it. Public speaking gives me anxiety but not with this professor! I enjoy how she runs the class and how understandable she is. There is a total of 4-5 speeches and she allows FLASHCARDS! Classtime practice is also given. Very kind! Must take!!

Took Prof Wegter over the summer for public speaking so the class was only 6 weeks, which meant a lot of work crammed into a small amount of time. The discussion boards were easy, the speeches were challenging but the exams were absolutely insane (let's you take the exam twice). Def not an easy grader either, gotta work for the grade you want.
