WORST prof i have ever had. Doesn't even know how to teach, rushes us through one chapter a week that i had to learn it all once 2 days beforehand, so i could do poorly on his quizzes. Dropped the class, thank god.

Just dropped his course. I really have no idea how he became a professor. I hope that I never get another prof. like this again. I pay good money for a good education and I get this guy who offers me absolutely nothing.

Many students have communicated with the Dean and student council about his poor teaching practices. Something should be done shortly. In the meanwhile avoid this man at all costs!

I pay good money to learn from the U. If this is what they have to offer in the way of teachers, I think I should go take my money and run. First, he is VERY hard to understand, and second, he JUST CAN NOT TEACH effectively. Two Thumbs way down.

Not much I can say here, but he is a waste of academic space. It is prof's like this that have no place teaching at a university level.

Terrible prof. Needs to be fired. Claims he is going to test concepts on exams but then brings 99% formulas. Learn all ur ratios, read the book. Class & prof are useless.

First of all i have never seen a prof. like him...the he teaches finance is miserable. i didn't learn nothing in his classes. he makes the easy stuff look harder.. ask the T.A. hahaha that's a joke even the T.A. doesn't know what ever we are studying.please we need a solution i am here to learn and get marks. i am nither learning nor getting marks

OMG, he must have connection with the school or something. otherwise, he can not get any job. not textbook, not lecture, not nothing, go to class just for the attend mark. Even i am better teacher than that guy. he is horriable, terriable, all the bad words you can use for him

All I can say is that he really sucks, sucks, and sucks. Avoid at all cost. If you are tring to suicide, that's THE class you are dreaming of. If you are tring to keep your ass alive, simply don't go.

Awful prof, avoid at all costs. Bizarre teaching style. He lectures on documentaries in class and expects you to teach yourself the textbook content at home. Midterm will be on everything you don't discuss in class. Only advice if you get stuck with him is to ignore him and learn the math with formulas

Weird class. I got a 93% on the midterm by not paying attention to a single word he said as all he does is rant about garbage. Had to be sure to read his lesson plans for special "concept" questions. Real issue was the final; a lot of his answers were heavily rounded and didnt match the ACTUAL answers. Ended in a lot of guessing and confusion.

Brutal prof who posts articleslinks and makes you teach yourself. Didn't learn a thing about Pensions the whole term. The entire class is about the "KYC" Document which he seems to be working on himself. Terrible professor , avoid at all costs.

By far the worst finance prof at the University. The midterm and assignments were easy, but he screwed everyone over with the final exam. Super unapproachable.

He does not teach the course material nor does he teach you how to use a financial calculator. Wastes class time talking about irrelevant material when he should be going over example questions. Ends class early when he should be teaching more. Asks you to do the work but does not teach you how to do it.

Very annoying getting in touch with him outside of the classroom. Every other proff , replies with in a day . With him, youll be waiting, and if you taking the online course, good luck getting ahold of him outside of the lectures.

This professor did very little for the students in his online lectures to help us prepare for exams. He showed us the very bare minimum such as how to punch in keystrokes on the finance calculator. His exams are full of material NOT covered in class. He assumes that you know everything he knows. Would never recommend nor take again. STEER CLEAR!

Rajeeva does not have the motivation to "teach". He has specifically said "I don't want to go over the lecture material because it is boring". He would rather have a discussion about irrelevant finance topics when most of the class is clueless. He then gets surprised when only 1 or 2 students answer his discussions. He is the most non-caring prof!

Worst prof Ive had thus far. This professor does the bare minimum for the students in his online lectures to help us prepare for exams. He talks about the most random things in classes which do not correlate to what he puts in exams. The final exam was tough since he never makes anything clear and instead confuses students more. Terrible prof

The worst professor at the University. Solutions are unclear in class and he himself struggles to clearly explain the assignment questions. Stay clear do not recommend him

This is the most horrifying experience I've ever had. He goes on random rants during class, and nothing he says is related to course content. The ego is way too big, and you will have the worst experience possible. Get ready to learn rigid material by yourself with no guidance and listen to useless podcasts.

This professor is extremely bad. He never teaches in class, never clears your doubts. Provides zero concept clarity. I would never recommend him.

Gotta avoid this guy at all costs. Didn't mark my project when I sent it in in 3 different formats, you can never understand him in any lectures, and his ego is huge. My class went from 30 to 10 three weeks in... I'll admit he tries to be nice but always loses it eventually lol.

Awful. The professor loves to talk about stuff that are not necessary and completely derails from the lecture. Make sure to attend every class since he loves to bring questions to the exam that are not taught/included in the textbook.

Please don't take, guys so rude and full of himself. He only says what he uploads, if you ask any question he will just say “refer to bright space” Preparing for his exams in person was the most interesting thing ever. Yes he gives you options on what questions to answer on exam. But it's expected you just study whole course, no guidance at all.

one of the worst classes ive taken, no direction on any thing and everything is weighted so heavily. gets annoyed when students ask for clarification, and if you ask him to restate it on brightspace he gets annoyed.
