Been tested nuumber of times this semester and I believe if it had not be for this course I would of dropped out. He Was An Easy Awesome Teacher ! :)We didn't have midterms or nothing like that. And when he graded to 10 quizzes we took he would drop the lowest grade :) and the journal are really fun to do. you will really learn about yourself.

I really enjoyed this class he kinda made the class feel like they were just a group of your cousins or something. As long as you keep up with the readings, the journals, and do your group project and essay at the end of class, you should walk away with an A. This class can teach a lot of helpful things but its up to you if you really want or not.

Laid back, truly cares, and an easy A if you do the assignments with care.

Easiest class Ive ever taken. You get 2-3 assignments a week that take around 40 minutes out of your week to finish all together. One 10 question quiz one discussion bored with no minimum word requirements and 1 assignment from out of the book. He also gives extra credit if you take the feedback survey on him (not that youll really need it).

Best class ever!!! Dr. Gracia is so kind and caring. He really cares about his students and has a love for teaching. He includes interesting videos and has great quotes post as well. He is also super as a online teacher, answers emails right away and avaible anytime for help. I just wish I could take another course with him.

Mr. Gracia was a very nice teacher. His class is very easy if you just do the work. I skipped some homework and ended up with a 'C' but I contacted him and he gave me a last minute extra credit assignment. That got my grade up to a B. : )

Dr. Gracia is a fantastic professor. He truly cares about his students. I had a question on the first day, & he took the time to speak with me over the phone about it. The course had a weekly journal, short quiz, paper, midterm, & untimed final. You should have no problem earning an A. Extra credit is offered. I highly recommend this course!

This course was great to take as one of my first courses in starting college. Dr. Gracia explained the textbook so well and in a way that was easy to understand. Our lectures were very motivating, he allowed us to give our ideas which were very beneficial to discuss. This class has been great overall, and I highly recommend Dr. Gracia.

Everyone else has said pretty much all there is to say about this class. Super easy just do the work. Here's a helpful tip. You can find the 8th edition of the On Course textbook (Required Textbook for this class) on Library Genesis for free. I downloaded it as a PDF and have used it all semester. Not worth spending money on such an easy course.

Dr. Gracia is an excellent professor. He is very helpful. Assignments are very easy and simple. Easy to pass the class as long as you do the work on time. He posts weekly announcements about what he expects us to do each week. I enjoyed taking this class.

An incredible professor. I took him for SLS 1101, and he's always so inspirational and thoughtful. You can tell that he truly cares about his job. He offers extra credit near the end of the semester, and always provides amazing feedback. He asks for your preferred name as well, and does whatever he can to make the students comfortable.

Dr. Gracia and the SLS course were both amazing. Dr. Gracia shows that he cares for his students success that goes well beyond the call of duty. He is someone you can talk to and makes this course worth taking. I recommend him as an instructor and I recommend this class for life in general. Trisha

Mr. Gracia's a great teacher he's clear about assignments and if you want to vent you can vent to him. He even shares some stories about other students and events from his life, for that matter he even said that at the end of a course there'd usually a potluck never heard a teacher do that.

Dr. Gracia is very fair in his grading and expectations. The coursework is easy and it is online. If you read the chapters, complete the homework, and take the quizzes, you will be prepared for the tests. The discussion boards are interesting and have actually helped me learn and understand other classmates. I definitely recommend this course.

Dr. Gracia is a wonderful professor; he was compassionate and kind, always willing to help, and really wanted everyone to pass his class. I can't think of any reason why you wouldn't succeed in this course because it is so self-explanatory. So, If you are thinking of taking this class, TAKE IT! You won't regret it!

Very sweet guy! Every week there is a discussion board, a few short journals, and a short quiz based on the relevant chapter or material. None of the work is difficult. You just write a little bit about yourself. Grades are given back quickly and he always leaves a nice comment on the journals! There is also one short presentation.

I loved this class. This class truly provides a foundation for success in college and life in general. Professor Gracia goes above and beyond by providing feedback on all of my work. Not only that but when I asked for advice, he took the time to schedule a call with me to offer help, even offering to write a letter of recommendation. He's the best!

There are only 2 assignments a week: a discussion and an assignment. He grades the assignment harder than the discussion. They're both fairly easy though. There are two extra credit opportunities at the end of the semester that are easy and don't take a long time. Overall, good class. In addition, he's very good at responding to emails!

Amazing Professor! His class should be necessary for all. He cares about his students and is quick to respond! A good grade should be easy if you try your best on the work. I learned so much and for others to comment on how he grades, is wrong! He is fair in all his activities. Dr. Gracia helped when I needed extra time on an assignment; he CARES!

An amazing and caring professor, lots of compassion. I highly recommend. His grading is easy as long as you spell his name correctly, title your papers, and actually do the work you'll 100% get an A. He's very open minded while doing discussions in class, if you take face to face class with him, so don't be nervous to say how and what you feel.

Mr. Gracia is one of the easiest, nicest, and most passionate professors I've ever had. His class is fairly easy and truly helps you to get thinking about your next steps in life. As long as you read the textbook and the announcements he makes you will never be lost in the class. I would 100% take his classes again. Make him your first choice

He gave very clear instructions, emailed back almost immediately, was willing to help, gave great feedback, and is a very nice grader. I really enjoyed his class, the work was easy as long as you didn't procrastinate. It was generally two assignments per week: a discussion board (25 points) and written assignment (50 points). DEFENITELY RECOMMEND!!

Professor Gracia is just wonderful! He cares very deeply about his students and their success. He gives clear instructions on what is expected, and always gives a positive comment or helpful suggestion on assignment submissions for guidance on how to perfect one's grade. The course is not heavy at all. Content is incredibly empowering + useful.

Though i did not communicate to him directly. i could tell that he was passionate about teaching, and overall a great teacher. He did not go overboard on assignments, and it was overall a fun class to take!
