Mr. Brown taught me more about math than any other teacher I have ever had. He made a subject that I was terrified of very easy to understand and I was able to go on to college algebra and pass that with the knowledge I took from Mr. Brown's class.

He was helping my class, because our normal teacher was very difficult to understand. He made it very easy.

I took this class with another professor earlier this year and failed, but taking it a second time has made it a lot easier and my mind is focused more because the teacher takes his time and if you don't understand he will help you to understand or refer you to the lab for further assistance. Mr Borwn is a great teacher that is truly willing to help his students. He will take a whole class period dedicated to one section of a chapter, just to help one student understand. I am taking him again net semester, if you can, take him.

AWESOME TEACHER!!! Is really clear and explains the math until EVERYBODY understands it. Gives a review sheet for tests that are identical to the real tests. You really learn something in his class. Definitely reccommend to people who are bad at math.

I took mr Brown for prep 1 math and got a B I am taking him again this semester for prep 2 I decided that I would not take prep 2 unless he was my teacher. He is so great he makes sure that you understand the lesson before he moves on.

I took MAT 0012/MAT 0020 by Mr. Brown. In MAT 0012, he was understanding, fun, and patient. I learned everything perfectly. In MAT 0020, he was a less patient and not very clear. I spent a lot of time in the math lab. Got an "A."

I wish Prof. Brown taught every subject. He takes pride in helping you understand something if you're having trouble. Has a sense of humor, and pretty chill about everything. Homework can be done on computer, which turns out to be less I believe.

Prof. Brown is the best. If it wasn't for him I would not have passed these math classes. I had him for Prep I and II. I wish I could have him for all of my math classes. Ralston Brown is VERY helpful, if you do not understand he will make sure that you go to the lab to know it better so you can pass the class. He gives ALOT of extra credit so that if you do not do good on his tests the extra credit will bring you way up.He is the teacher to get.

Professor Brown is truly an amazing teacher. I was not that great at math in high school. When I got him I learned so much that I never understood before and he makes learning the material easier. He's the type of teacher that will let you meet him if you need help or have missed a day.

I took Prof. Brown for both Prep I and Prep II. He is an excellent teacher and a wonderful human being. He does not move forward until everyones questions are answered, and it does not matter what question you need to ask he will take the time to go over the information. I rate Prof. Brown as #1. Prof. Brown is a good teacher but he gives way too much homework. Aprox. 400 problems a week. MAT0012 was east but MAT0020 is rough, he rushes through the material.

He is a wonderful teacher. Sweet, compassionate, caring and very understanding. I had him for 0012 and it was challenging for me returning as an older student. There is tons of homework, extra credit opportunities and practice tests but I found these only helped me to "get it". He's easygoing but is very aware of what is going on. He is THE BEST!

Mr.Brown is very helpful! If you are struggling on your test you could go to him and he will "direct" you to solving the problem. If you need more time to take the test after class he gives you more time in his office. Also lets you make up a test if you missed class just set up a date with him and take the test in his office! Professor Brown was a life saver! I hate math more than anything and dreading going back to school because of it but he makes it easy to learn and remember. As long as you take notes and complete the homework it is a fairly easy class. I used the online access more than the textbook. If math is not your strong spot take Professor Brown!!

Professor Brown is a great teacher. There are 9 tests throughout the the semester and I scored above 100 on every test (before I took his course I had no comprehension of algebra at all). If you struggle with math or if you just want a professor who truly cares about your grade... take Professor Brown! I would take him again in a heart beat.

Mr. Brown is a wonderful teacher! If you don't pay attention you wont get a very good grade. He uses My Math Lab. Does not use Blackboard though. You will have 6 tests and one comprehensive final. Beware of lots of homework and he moves on quickly so if you don't show up for class you will have a hard time understanding. I would take him again! :)

I've never met anyone who wanted me to succeed more than Professor Brown. He won't let you fail.

Professor Brown is wonderful. He cares and he is definitely there for his students. We had a fun class and we wished he would have taught other math classes that we needed. Show up and do the work with passing grades and it can be an easy "A". Love this man and his personality.

He makes sure everything he is teaching everyone in the whole class understands

Professor Brown is amazing! I never had a good foundation for algebra so taking his class has helped tremendously. If youre not ready for college algebra, definitely take this! Homework is online which is great because you can do it until you get the questions right. Easy A if you do the homework and get your practice in. Hes awesome, take him!

Love this man. He is wonderful and we had a fun class. Everyone participated and he made the class fun. He has a great sense of humor along with great information to explain what you need to know. He is available anytime. He cares and expects you to be apart of the class. I wish he taught more classes that I need. Loved this class.

Professor Brown made my first semester a breeze. He is AMAZING!! He is funny and really cares about his students. He wants everyone to pass. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job. He provides extra credit on everything. He deserves a raise! Put in the effort and you will get an easy A in the class.

honestly the only ineffective aspect about Professor Brown's lessons was the inevitability of the end of the period, which I have NEVER been able to say about a math class before. it was as if the class just flew by, and I found myself wishing I could stay longer! Professor Brown made sure to address all assignments and exams long before due date

Mr. Brown is the best! He really takes the time to explain things and make sure you understand. He really cares about your grade, offers a bunch of extra credit, always takes a pre test and has a whole class day before the actual test to go over everything and answer any questions. If your average is 85 or higher you are not required to take final!

If I have to choose anyone he would be "The First" on my list. But, unfortunately he only does Mat002. He was born to be a teacher. His patience, kindness are the best quality that characterize him. Professor Brown is a wonderful teacher. He is respectful, funny, caring and patient. There is homework everyday. Mr brown really exceeded any expectation I had, he really cares about his students and their grades; he will go the extra mile and stay late teaching you something if you didn't understand it completely. He teaches the class so well and on the plus side, I was able to watch the class recordings any time I wanted.

TAKE THIS PROFESSOR! I cannot stress this enough. He is by far the most amazing, caring professor I have ever had. He will do everything he can to make you pass. If you have difficulty with math, don't hesitate and take him! He is very pleasant, chill funny, and easygoing. I promise you will not regret it.

As a person who hates maths, I would def recommend professor brown he knows what he is talking about and he doesn't get annoyed or mad if u ask questions. He makes sure every class u learn something new and class is never boring. The lowest you can get in this class is A-. If you do the work and is not afraid to ask questions you will pass. TRUST.

best professor ever. if you follow along you will understand. he teaches very different but you will get it down quick. just turn everything on time and you will pass the class. participation is very big.

This professor is awesome! He truly cares about you and wants you to succeed in his class. He provides extra credit and participation is a key. Mr. Brown teaches you on a middle school to make sure you understand the math that is being presented. He doesnt mind going over the material again. He is truly a one of a kind professor.

He gives a test once every 3 weeks and there really is no penalty for late homework. The text book is only mandatory because we needed it for the code to get into the class. He makes things clear and precise. He also lets students dictate if they're ready for the test or not. TAKE THIS PROF, he's better than a textbook.

Professor Brown is hands down one of the best math professors I've ever had. Homework and tests are on mymathlab and he uses separate PowerPoints during lectures. Don't be afraid to ask questions because he's very understanding and doesn't mind explaining things more than once. Hard to reach outside of class, so attendance is necessary.

Professor Brown was by far one of the best teachers I've ever had. He's understanding, thoughtful, and listens to any concerns that you may have even if not related to the course he will do his best to point you in the right direction. We will miss him dearly, but we were only here for a season. Just take his class I promise you won't regret it.

Professor Brown was a great teacher. Always encourages everyone to ask questions and participate. He gave lots of extra credit opportunities and seems to care about his students understanding each lesson. He was also hilarious and made it fun to go to his class.

I loved this class with Professor Brown. He was always very upbeat and positive. He would give partial credit for work shown on tests. Super flexible if you're not able to take the tests at the time given, as long as you talk to him. He really wants people to do well/

Professor B greatest strengths lies in his ability to break down complex mathematical concepts into easily digestible pieces. He creates an immersive learning experience that helps you understand clearly also encourages students to think critically and apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios. I would highly recommend his class

One of the nicest teachers i have ever had in my life. He is caring, and genuinely cares about you. He is the most sweetest person, i have never seen the man mad or upset. Class is super easy, and if you can't finish one of the tests by the due date, he'll understand and extend it. I wish every teacher was like him.

Professor Brown was a great professor! Math was a huge struggle for me in high school, returning to school after 11 years, he was patient, made sure the entire class was on the same page before moving on. I wish he taught Intermediate Algebra!!! But will take the skills he taught me to the next class! BEST ALGEBRA PROFESSOR!!! 1000% RECOMMENDED!!!

Mr. Brown is the best math teacher I've ever had in my life!! Math has always been my worst subject and I have never liked a math class until this one! Bc of his teaching style I was able to enjoy math for the first time in my life! He is super understanding, if you communicate with him, he will work with you. Take the class you won't regret it!

Most of the class we have a smile on our face!If you don't like math and struggle do not worry, he is a game changer!

Class was live online, so you must attend zoom, but he allowed us to have our camera & mic off. He records the class so you can see later. There's hw on Mypearson, but leaves them open until the end of the semester. Other than that, he's really funny & interactive during the zoom. He doesnt reply if you send an email, so its better to ask in class.

Professor Brown is an excellent math teacher who makes complex topics easy to understand. His classes are engaging, and he's always willing to provide extra help. Attending lectures is a must, but the concepts really click with the support of unstuck AI. Highly recommended!

He is honestly someone you'll miss as a teacher due to how good he is i still remember him through out my course sadly he does not do higher math but if he did i would be the first to apply. SHOUT TO MR.BROWN just study and make sure you do the homework youll be fine and go to tutoring he gives credit if you do so

Professor Brown is such a fantastic professional, so far his class has been my favorite, he will take the time needed and with patience he will make sure you KNOW the subject, he is inspirational, if you are going through a rough path and if you ask kindly he will extend the deadlines with no problem, he is communicative, attentive, and funny

Overall, great learning experiences. The class was interactive, his style of teaching was very informative. I truly enjoyed the class and feel more confident in my understanding with Algebra! Great Professor.
