Ramy is the best anaomy teacher in Southield Campus at OCC. He makes his lectures very interesting, explains couple times until everyone understands, in addition, he always has a great sence of humor :) All students love him!!!!

i must say this teacher is the best anatomy and phys. teacher i have ever had in my 12 years of education. he makes this class as easy as possible to understand and pass with an A. i promiss you if you memorize your notes there is no way you wont get an A or B in his class. he is one of the nicest teachers you will ever have.

All of his tests comse straight from his lectures. I loved his class and I would recomend it to anyone who doesn't mind studying at home and memorizing his notes.

The Best Teacher!!! All lecture tests comes from his lecture so attendance is a must or just copy someone's note, you get attendance extra credit. Both lectures and Lab tests are separate dates which allow you to focus in one test. great teacher!!!

He is a great teacher, his exams (both lecture and lab)are very fair. All you have to do is study and you will get an A. Must attend class b/c his lecture exams come straight from his class notes. He also gives points for class attendance-so go. The text book is used very little, no readings for lecture however you'll need the textbook for lab.

If you can, TAKE HIM. He is now staff, not an adjunct anymore. When regestering (sp) be up at the crack of dawn, there is a long line of people trying to get into his classes,

He draws pictures of the structures and shows you how they function and you copy them down(BUY COLORED PENCILS) which helps you absorb the info better. Im not gonna give away all his suprises, but I PROMISE, if you have all his notes, you WILL get an A. He is the greatest instructor alive.

I was so scared to take this biology class, but Ramy made it fun and interesting. He loves his students and always willing to help them to acheive the best. Took Molecular Biology with Mr. Ramy, i think he is a great teacher, test can b a little tricky though, so please do not skip lecture because his lecture really helps, and attend your lab,its really not bad.

Ramy is THE WORLDS GREATEST PROFESSOR, I LOVE HIM, if you want an A then u need to take Ramy, I took him for A/P 1&2 at the same time, got an A out of both classes. Lecture exams are from his notes so u really don't need to read the book and he gives extra points on lab exams;so if u can TAKE HIM! However, his classes fill up very quickly.

I am cheating here. Had Ramy a few yrs ago at Schoolcraft. It is a great loss to the school. If you are interested, Ramy goes out of his way to help you understand the material. Still thankful that I had him. All the sketching has helped in future classes like Human Diseases and Diagnostic Lab classes. Really wish he had taught med teminology.

Just fininshed my second class with Ramy; so sad I won't be in his class anymore. This is not an easy class, you have to study! However, Ramy explains everything in a way you can understand. If you work hard, there is no way you cannot earn an A. Plenty of extra credit, the book is only used for lab. Everything is from lecture notes.

Ramy is probably the sweetest proffessor, however his class will not prepare you for A&P II. His class was barely a challenge at all, he is way to easy on his students. He's almost like a doormat when it comes to letting his students walk all over him.

He was a great professor. I had him for A&P 1 in the summer and got an A. Yes I had to study but it wasn't too difficult because of the detail he went in during his lectures. He keeps students wanting to learn and tells you exactly what to expect on the test. Even exact test questions so write them down. I wish I had him for A&P 2. TAKE HIM!!

He gives a lot of extra credit but you usually don't need it because he explains everything clear. He lets you know what is on the exam and what to study. come to class and take good notes and you are guaranteed an A.

I've took this professor for life science and A&P 1 and 2. By far the best professor. He uses powerpoint for lecture but need the book for lab. He is a very fair grader. His class is based off of 5-6 exams(don't stress). highly recommend.

Ramy is a great professor! You really need to study for his tests. They get harder as you go. You get to drop your lowest test. Most do not do well on the final get your grade up in the beginning. Lab tests are pretty easy, just memorization. Lab usually lasted about 30 min at most. Make sure you really listen in lecture and take good notes.

I took this class with a different professor and bombed it, i re-took it with prof ramy and hes great. Hes a lot easier but just for the lecture exams you have to study a little more, but other than that , hes funny and a good prof, easy if you study

Ramy is one of my favorites and he really cares if you do good. I took him for A&P1-2 and 2 gave me a run for my money. I think he switched up a lot in how the tests were set up from part 1. I got A in both but I really had to work hard for it. Highlight everything in lab and record his lectures. He adds important info to power-point during lecture

I took this class and bombed the first exam, but for the rest I actually studied and still ended with an A. Lab exams are easier, you just need to memorize them and you'll get 100. For lecture, just know everything from the lecture notes and ur good, but make sure u genuinely understand cuz questions can be tricky. He gives 9 points EC which helps.

He is the best! I took A&P 1 & 2 with him; both were a breeze. He records detailed lectures and provides good powerpoints for view/print. No participation or textbook required. Keep in mind, exams are on D2L and are always during your scheduled class hours - no exceptions. Also, you will never have a lecture and a lab exam on the same day.

Great professor I had Ramy for A&P 1&2. You must take time to study and read the chapters to succeed in his class. The in class assignments are done with a group, very easy & the environment is very relaxing. The only downside is the lecture exam questions may be worded a little tricky but the answers are straightforward.

Professor El Shear is incredibly kind and responsive, quickly answering questions. The asynchronous setup for BIO-1511 is well-organized, and I learned a lot from the class. His delivery of content is clear, grading is fair, and expectations are straightforward. An excellent professor and person all around!
