He taught AutoCAD modeling + 3ds MAX, which turn out to be extremely helpful for design project presentations. TAKE HIM!

World of Architecture School: Lack of sleep, a ton of work and overall constant production. Comp Draft 2 is no different, but honestly, I wouldn't have done this class with no-one else but this professor. He is dedicated, intelligent, HILARIOUS and willing to see you succeed. I honestly enjoyed the fact of coming back to the campus to work on our projects and to a professor was such a thrill to have around. The assignments given weren't so hard but very time consuming. He is very flexible with his due dates but don't confuse his flexibility with weakness. I will defiantly sign up to take him for the other courses.

For ARC2172 he assigns 1 semester long project and for ARC2580 there are 3-4 tests that consist of 4-6 questions and plenty of extra credit opportunities. Attendance is very important. We saw AutoCAD 3D and 3DsMax. Basically we did a project in CAD, a project of our choice, in 3D, and then we put the textures and the furniture in 3DsMax. I really enjoyed this semester. Learning CAD 3D it was very useful and the renders in 3dsmax looks incredible.

The Cad 2 class was an excellent experience. We learned both Autocad 3D and 3Ds Max. We chose a project and then we recreated on Autocad 3D and put it in 3Ds Max. We use SketchUp furniture for the final renders. The acquired knowledge is practical and applicable beyond the class. Highly recommended!

Structures is a very difficult class don't skip a day otherwise you'll be lost. Honestly didn't think I'll pass because I was taking other 5 courses over the summer but I did study hard, took notes, I also cried once(that's how difficult it was for me). Do not miss a quiz for extra points as you will need them. You will leave understanding.

One of the best professors I've ever had. He pushes you to do better, think outside the box, and genuinely cares about his students. The class can be challenging, but he makes sure you really understand the material and provides extra credit. He wants you to succeed not just in his class, but throughout your entire career.

This class gave me one of the greatest satisfactions during my time at MDC. Choosing the right project is key, the results will be unexpectedly amazing if you follow the professor's guidance, pick on his brain he is very knowledgeable! His instruction, dedication, and attention to detail are rare today. Truly an exceptional educator.
