His teaching style is excellent. If you are willing to put out the effort he is willing to work with you.

Mr. Puchot made the class VERY interesting and makes you pay attention. He also pushes you to be a better student. If you want a class thats going to be fairly easy and interesting sign up for his class!!

Professor Puchot has a good heart...I think. He does like to talk about his accomplishments, but it's valid. He's really not a hard grader and wants you to do well in your profession. He does get a little intense and is very serious about his subject. Overall pretty good professor, not a bad class.

When I first read this I said Whatever but last week I saw him do this at Golds Gym. Do NOT let the suit,tie,and smile fool you.The man is a MASSIVE MONSTER.He had 3 spotters and everyone in the club watching. I was proud to say that is my Speech Teacher.

I am also a member of Gold's Gym and I had Mr.P for Public Speaking last year.Yes he is a Monster because I use to watch him CURL over 200lbs as a warmup. The guy is wonderful and I hope to have him for another class soon.

very helpful...I was able to go on maternity leave and still keep up with assignments, and make up speeches that I missed with not penalty. Mr. Puchot is a student advocate. During the coarse of the semester, he delivered a seminar on finding scholarships. Also, I was very hesitant to take a speech class, but now I'm glad I did it. This class was too time consuming for a Speech Course.I had 15 hours this semester English,Cal,Bio,Soc,and Speech and Mr.Puchot class put me in the library more then any other.He is a very nice man but his expectations are really high and you will have to work harder then you ever expected.

He always made the class interesting and encouraged group interaction. I would recommend him to anyone taking a communication course.

I enjoyed the class and I think that Professor Puchot is wonderful.

Mr. Puchot is an empowering person. My wife absolutely adores the man and has never had a class with him. I have taken 2 class with him now, the last one by choice which will not even fit in my major. He is a great professor, and an even better human being. there is no doubt in my mind he could teach anywhere but prefers helping others over $$$

He is a amazing teacher. I thought it would have been nerve racking doing a public speech but at the end of it all its actually very easy. Mr. Puchot is extremely flexible with certain circumstances, and he helps with each individual to try and help them pass at the end of the semester.

The man is a tyrant and his expextations are off the chart.However, when you leave his class you will have become a better speaker and student.I really appreciated all of the outside tutoring he provided and the extra workshops he gave in class. I have never heard a more entertaining speaker and lecture.NO ONE at MCC does it better in any course.

Unbelievable teacher!! You can see the passion he has for public speaking. Will make you work for it, but will guide you through the process. Never made me uncomfortable or stupid in my inexperiences as a speaker. I will recommend him to everyone.

I had Mr.Puchot in the Fall and I am excited about taking him for another Speech course in the Summer . I enjoy how he gets the class scared but also gives us confidence. I have never had a teacher who makes me work so hard but at the same time keeps me pushing myself.

I had Prof.Puchot for B&P Speaking last Fall and due to his encouraging me to join Phi Theta Kappa and working with me this Spring I recieved a FULL scholarship to UT. He is the best advisor I could have ever had!!!

Very clear about what is expected of each student. Very encouraging. Goes outside of his job description to make sure his students get the most out of the class. Will not give up on people who try. Doesn't let you forget that you signed up for the course. Very creative with assignments.

I am not sure how he pulls it off but he is both HOT and COOL at the same time. I felt like he was there to help me at all times and made me see talents in me that I never realized.The man is wonderful and well worth the price of admission.

The A I recieved in this course is the one grade that I have the most pride in of 45 hours I have completed at MCC. This mini-mester class DAMN near killed me but I feel like I am a better student and a much better speaker.I will be taking him again because he is the finest lecturer I have ever had but NEVER for a mini-mester he demands too much.

I am a Non-traditional student who until I took this course did noy feel like I could do college level work. However,due to the educational enviroment that Professor.Puchot created I DO NOT feel that way anymore.I have come to realize that my age and experience are advantages and that I am able to perform at a level that will lead me to graduation.

The class has been in session for only a couple of weeks but already Mr.Puchot has made a positive impression on me. I am taking this course because it ir required and really wish that I did not have to take it in order to graduate from UT but the class has been a lot of fun so far. Mr.Puchot keeps us awake and laughing even early in the morning and I am really enjoying the way he seems to get the best from me.

I had Mr.Puchot in the Spring for a basic speech class and I will be taking him for a 2nd class in Summer 2 because he is the 1st teacher that I have ever had who has kept in touch with me just to see if I am doing OK.The man is too sweet for words.

I had to drop his class because it was really hard but he was very friendly and let me know that if I needed any help in the future I could always call him. How cool is that?

The Professor is "Rugged and Great Looking". The class is hard but fun. A real educational experience that I am glad I am having.He makes learning enjoyable.

Mr.Puchot was kind enough to help me finish his class from last semester. I had gotten very ill but am now on a course for a full recovery and he kept in touch with me and even visited me in the hospital. I love this guy.

I thought this class was going to be a "Blow Off" because it was being taught at a Community College.What a mistake I made this class is a B...... I have never worked so hard before and I might only get a C which would suck. I like Mr.Puchot but the guy pushes you harder then any Professor I have had. I should have paid the extra $ at Baylor .

I feel like I have gotten a lot better at public speaking since I started the class. I really enjoyed this class! Mr. Puchot really cares about his students and gives us tips on getting better.

I have really enjoyed Speech 1321. I have yet to over come my fear but Professor Puchot has given me all the resources to help me succeed. It it now up to me to find my courage. His teaching style is unique and it catches your attention, makes you want to learn more and gives you confidence to succeed.

Sexxxy,Sweet,and Funny. I thought I was going to melt the day he took off his coat and was wearing a muscle shirt as means of distraction.

This class has been very hard on me because it was at 8:00 in the morning but Mr.Puchot did manage to keep me awake.He lectures in away that he keeps your attention and I found myself laughing a lot which made the class fun to attend.I hope to take him in the Fall for 1315 but not so damn early.

This professor is really good. He is completly focused on his students and their development. He is tough and pushes his students, but he is also a fair teacher. A good grade in the class is without a doubt acheivable, but every grade is EARNED! There are very few professors anywhere near his quality.

Mr. Puchot obviously cares about the subject. At the beginning of the course he warns that it will be the most difficult class you will ever take, but if you have a brain in your head its pretty much a breeze. Granted, it does require background work and preparation, if you take the time to prepare and rehearse your speeches you should do fine.

He was very interesting to listen to speak. He had a strong interest in the material and knows it well. As long as you try your best and show up for class, it shouldn't be too hard. He is very concerned that his students do well and will help them in any way if they ask. I will probably take him again for my other speech class.

Overall, I really enjoyed the class. He's doesn't teach a blow-off class though. He expects a lot out of his students, but he grades fair and takes the time to help if it's needed. If your looking for a class that you can half A in though this isn't the class for you.

Last week Mr.Puchot demonstrated how to present an "Impromtu" speech and I was shocked in regards to how great a speaker he is.The class asked him to deliver a speech on the topic of "Sex" to "Kinders" and within 30 seconds he gave a 5 minute speech which was fantastic and he even sang.I wish my family had seen him.

I love this class and I could not dream of a hotter professor.

Mr.Puchot is the most unique teacher I have ever had.He puts you under so much stress while at the same time making you realize that you can accomplish anything.He seems to want to make you cry at times but is also very warm and sensitive which makes him a fantastic instructor.

Professor Puchot is a great speaker who is easy to listen to during lecture. His assignments are fun, but do require a little work. I honestly couldn't imagine taking this class under anyone else. So far, he's been my favorite professor.

Prof P. is a great teacher! He is very understanding and is willing to work with you an any cost. He makes you do some work but taking his class is totally worth it! its a fun class atmosphere to be in!

Mr. Puchot was very helpful and taught his subject well. This was my third speech class to take and by far the best. He really challenges one not only to speak, but ACTUALLY think about what they say.
