OMG where has she been all my life? She makes everything super simple and if you have questions she'll make it really clear. I suck at math and with her I actually understand. She's also really fun and keeps you interested. Not at all boring.Mostly notes are taken from the board or powerpoint but the book helps sometimes.

I love this lady, extra credit out the ying yang she really made the class fun and easy. I'm gonna be sad when I don't have her for a teacher anymore, but she teaches Intermediate math so I'll see her then!!

Awesome teacher! Made the class fun and interesting. Above all she is invested in your success. Home work is through MathLabsPlus. She uses board and power-point for daily lessons. Tests are in class. As long as you attend, pay attention, ask questions if you need to and go over the test review you will succeed.

Dr. G is by far the best professor I have had at Edison in my two years. I always did poorly in math and never cared for the subject- she was the first math professor that speaks to people in terms they understand rather than technical vocab. She encourages success, makes time, and brightens the class with her quirky humor! Loved her!

Intro to Algebra. Great teacher, willing to help you out, just have to be willing to put in the work and ask. Did not use textbook much, daily presentation through powerpoint and homework done in MyLabsPlus/MyMathLab. Homework was not due daily, but all due before chapter test. Need this class, take this one with this proff!

Professor Gubitti is an awesome math teacher and really cares about her students. She is always willing to work with you if something happens so long as she sees that you're trying hard. Her analogies are useful in remembering some of the laws of mathematics (Ask her about squished eggs). Her class is fun because she talks about interesting things.

I had never made higher than a 'C' on any math class before taking this class. My final grade was a 97%! Thanks to Dr.Gubbiti, I understood and even enjoyed math for the first time. She actually cares about her students & her upbeat personality keeps you interested in the material. I could not have asked for a better professor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

She's absolutely wonderful! Cornerstone is probably the dumbest class ever, but she made it fun. I've had a really bad year and she's been there for me the whole time. She knows who you are and helps you be a better person. I wouldn't have survived without her.

Gubitti really helped me understand a few things I wasn't great at but I did need some extra help because the way she explains things is different from how I've learned before. Tests are easy (except the final) with the study guides and practice she gives. Tons of worksheets in class but they're really helpful and she gives lots of extra credit!

Tests are easy if you go to class and get the REVIEW before each test. Tests are JUST LIKE the review - no surprises! So if you think they are tough tests, its because you didn't come to class and get the review. Plus she gives LOTS of extra credit opportunities so no excuses to not do well.

I love her! She is definitely not the easiest but by far not the hardest. Very reasonable. Lots of extra credit opportunity. Never got a B in math in my life until I took her! A little fast paced but she is open for help in her office and gave extra credit for going to the math center. Show up and at least somewhat listen and its a pass no doubt!

Awesome professor! There's no reason to not get an A in this class unless you're lazy. She gives you multiple opportunities for extra credit, quiz review before every test, unlimited attempts at HW and shows you exactly what to expect for the test. No surprises or guessing what material you will be graded on. FSW needs more Prof like her.

I took her linked classes. eNot going to lie, she was pretty fantastic. Actually she was AMAZING. I haven't had a lot of teachers because I did most of my school online, but Mrs. Gubitti by far was the best I have ever had. She made learning interesting and fun. The classes really flew by.

This was my third time taking this class so I needed to pass this time and Professor Gubitti was great! Very nice, explains things very clearly, gives extra credit opportunities, and gives test reviews that are almost exactly like the test! Just don't get too lazy and you will pass!

Professor Gubitti's class is easy. You have to put the time and dedication into the class to pass. Anyone student that rates low just didn't try hard. If she sees that your putting effort into the class she will give you the tools you need. If your not ready for college, stay home, save money and leave room for students who want to be there. ;)

Dr. G cares about her students. She doesn't care if you want to pass the class with an A or just the passing C - she just wants you to get through it so you can move on into your other major classes. Math is hard, but she makes it at least tolerable and sometimes funny. If you're lazy, don't take her. Otherwise she's great!

I was never good at math but got an A in her class 4 tests and the final, but she gives test reviews before every test, and the review is exactly like the test just different numbers. HW is online, but you have chances to redo each problem, so easy 100. She also gives extra credit and cares so much for her students and making sure they do good.

Dr. Gubitti is one of the best math instructors I've had. There are 4 tests in the semester, all of which include a review. She will also help you with whatever questions you may have. She goes over the material she teaches to make sure you understand, and she has unique ways to help her kids learn.

For anyone who either struggles or excels in math, she is the best. There are a total of four tests, and there is a lot of homework, but it's really easy. Although class isn't mandatory, going to class will really give you a better understanding of the topics. She is such a great professor, I wish she taught College Algebra. Definitely take her!!

I cant begin to tell you how terrible I am at math, but with Dr.G help I was able to learn so much. She gives out Study guides before each test which help out a lot. The study guide is almost JUST like the test . Four test drops the lowest test score. A lot of hw from mylabsplus, Attendance is also a grade. take Dr.g you wont regret it :)

If math is not a strong subject, I would recommend Professor Gubitti. She makes math easier to understand than MyMathLab. The homework load throughout the semester is reasonable and she prepares you well for the 4 test, final. She cares about students and tires to help you as much as possible. Arriving late and leaving class early is her pet peeve.

I am taking Dr. Gubitti through a linked class with Mat1033 and I definitely like her better for this subject rather than math but I would take her for this class again. Especially since the notebook isn't required and attendance is a grade. There is a group project and a 500 word final essay. Easy breezy

She made teaching effortless by providing her own worksheets to teach us how to do a subject . Kind of like explain this to me If I was six type of style . Very easy to catch on and learn , also tests and study guides are very similar. It's hard to fail if you actually try

I always had trouble with math until she was my professor. Sadly, she had to leave class with her due to personal issues. She made sure there was no background noises. Her test reviews were helpful and she was very thorough with lectures. I was able to focus. She made math actually enjoyable. I hope to take her for a future math course.

Dr. G will make your life so easy with Intermediate Algebra. She will teach you the craziest and funniest ways to remember boring ol math equations. She explains things so easily and goes SLOW when she is writing out equations. It is a perfect pace for students who do not like math (me). I have never gotten a B in math before so this was my first!!

i started the class thinking i would not do good. especially taking the mock test in the beginning. But by the time the first test started Proffesor Gubitti gave me all the tools i needed to excel. she truly cares about the students. Plus she makes learning everything easy and tries to come up with creative ways to help with memorizing formulas.

Yes, she challenges you but she makes sure you get it. she cares about you understanding math and you actually end up liking it. She is nice and wants you to pass. Mrs. Gubitti is an amazing professor especially if you aren't into math. She understands that math isn't everyone's favorite subject and she tries to get you through as best as possible without straining you too hard. Tests are pretty much all of your grade, but she gives study guides that are identical to the test so if you prepare you're fine.

Would definitely recommend this professor. She is very caring and fun, while still being great at keeping you on track in the lessons. She is very helpful, and makes math a lot easier to understand. You will need MyLab for the HW; however, keep in mind that MyLab will not completely match her teaching style (but it's definitely doable). Best math instructor I've ever had! She is very clear with concepts, and the homework enforces what she has taught. Occasional extra credit. She is very helpful and loves participation, it's hard to teach online to kids that don't respond! I would 100% take her again, I learned so much! I feel confident in my math skills now :)
