She is a great teacher and loves the subject. Her tests are straight forward and she is always in her office willing to help. I would recommend her.
she expects a lot from her students and her tests are really thorough. take the time to get help from her and go to the lectures!
This lady looks good for a teacher... The things I would do to get an A. Nah she's a very knowledgeable lady and she is very accesible
She will explain something one way and then call it something else for the test...or better yet, give you a study guide and test you on something else...best advice....study book even if she says the chapters aren't included...not true it will be there and the best part....80 questions turns into on
80 question test ends up being 60 answers or less because the teacher removes questions not answered correctly by all. tells us not to study a chapter then includes it in test..confusing
she's a great teacher. very enthusiastic about the subject, she gives a study guide plenty of time before the test day to study, all you have to do is read a little and listen in class, she is very thorough. i love her class. the technical stuff is difficult, but she's helpful. just read.
Her tests are very straight forward and easy. She gives you a couple different opportunities for extra credit that can increase your grade at the end of the semester by 4%. She is very helpful, nice and clear.
never got though the book so with the final she added a 5chp take home midterm pure BS with finals going on,its not our fault, also like stated before added a chp she didnt test us on, shes a rock geek and loves this stuff SUPER boring, and alot of retard gimps in my class asked stupid ass Q's.She is really helpful, just a boring class
Had her twice a week + the lab. Besides the fact that she is a hottie, she was really helpful when it came to studying in the geo office area and while her tests were semi difficult, it was nothing you wouldent expect from any other teacher, id give her an A+ and then some ;)
She's too into herself and the older dads that take the class, and how "sexy geology" is. She doesn't seem to want you to pass the class or at least get an A. After studying intensely and take her midterm, she hands it back to me with a grade of a C- and tells me I did very good. Your grade is 100% tests. Mahoney is a far better and nicer teacher.
She really shows how passionate she is when it comes to Geology. She makes a boring subject at least bearable and is quit a beauty upon that.
I have always really enjoyed Geology, but Ms. Perloth was great. I learned so much about where we live. She is a wonderful teacher, be sure to take good notes though. And don't miss classes you'll regret it on test day.
Great instructor! Very fair and willing to help when available! Be serious about this class, but have fun too, and then you are sure to pass.

Very fun class. You can tell shes excited about her. The tests were tough, but good. Took what i thought was a semi boring subject and made it a little better

she is an awsome teacher, her lectures cover all you will need to know and more. She gives you plenty of time to learn the material and answers any question a student has.
you can tell shes very passionate about the subject, which helped engage me. she is very blunt and kind of short esp. with people who ask stupid questions. she likes to tell funny stories about geology. its a fun class but study hard if you want to do well
Rebecca has such a passion for the material, which made taking her class so fun. She's very informative and clear and even humorous at times, when she tells her stories about her geology-related experiences. I recommend taking her class because she keeps you interested and alert. NO homework, but the tests are tricky.
Rebecca, is an excellent instructor with a lot of energy and passion for geology. Her "geo" jokes kept it lively. Her lectures were clear and easy to follow with lots of visuals & examples. She teaches for concepts. She was available at office hours or by email. The class was fun, I learned a lot. I studied a lot and did very well in this class.
What a sweet girl. I look forward to Mondays and Wednesdays like never before. I love Geology, but I must admit, sometimes my focus has been more on what she's wearing, than what she's saying. Great class, lots of positive energy, five gold stars for Rebecca.
A very intelligent, witty and fun teacher. She doesn't make the class very demanding as most students are not geology majors. Easy A for most students. Geology lab is fun.
I was DREADING taking Geology for my general ed, but Ms. Perlroth had me looking forward to every single class. I have learned far more than I ever anticipated. If you have to take Geology, take her class! It's like being taught by valley girl who loves geology! :) However it's apparent how incredibly smart she is. VERY helpful as well. 5*s!
Ms. Perlroth is hott! Take the lab w/ her because you will get to know her more and understand the materials being taught in her lecture class. She's helpful and funny. She's the rock queen! O plus... if you see her driving or in the parking lot. Beware she might hit you. LoL
Rebecca is not only an amazing geology teacher but one of the most fun teachers I've ever had. She answers any question you may have even if it is a bizarre one(which i had a lot of). She laughs a lot and interacts with the class while lecturing to keep the class entertaining. Because of Rebecca I am considering geology as a major. I HIGHLY recc
She is so cute and has a lot of energy. This class is not too hard and not too easy, it's just right! She is great I reccomend her to anyone and everyone. Go to class, her notes are exactly whats on her test!
Sort of interesting. Good teacher that makes it more interesting. Pretty easy for general ed people. Basic lecture and test set up. Extra credit available. Goes slow for the slow people. Gets boring at time but would recommend it over all.
good class
Great class. Rebecca took a boring subject and made it very interesting. She's very organized, brings lots of visuals, she's engaging, and really wants her students to "get it". She also sets all students up for success--and you WILL come out of this class knowing a lot about geology. One of SRJC's finest.
She is passionate aout the suject and explains things effectivly. If you ask a question like a 4 yr old she will give you an answer a 4 yr old can understand. On the other hand, if you as an intelligent question, she wil give you an intelligent answer. She is easy on the eyes which makes learning the subject so much easier.
Fun class, learned lots about the earth. Tests are scantron exams. Never got homework back in time to use it to study for tests though.
Overall, the class was pretty easy, but then again, why else would they call it "rocks for jocks?" Miss Perlroth is really cool, and she has a good sense of humor. I would definitely suggest this class to anyone who is looking to get their G.E. requirements filled in a fairly painless manner.
Very easy class...great teacher very helpfull in class makes class worth showing up for...has some great geology jokes recomend her to anyone looking for G.E classes
I had a really hard time in this class. I really liked the teacher, she has alot of passion and charisma. I felt like she expected way too much out of us, and I really struggled to retain all of the information she was giving. If you are into Geology she is a wonderful teacher. I for some reason had a difficult time keeping up.
This is the best lecture class I have ever, ever taken! Her visuals are so clear and she is so passionate about the subject. She doesn't just explain about the science of geology, she explains how COOL it is and how important it is to humans. Her tests can be tricky, so study. But if you attend and put in some effort, it's easy and way fun.
A lecturer of rare talent. I tender a veritable barrage of superlatives for her in terms of subject enthusiasm, teaching ability, challenge factor, concern, and a delightfully self-deprecatory sense of humour. Excellent taste in videos - and dress sense too(rare for a Geologist we're told!). Were I were a LOT younger, I'd change Major!
She is one of the best teachers I've ever had. She knows her material and communicates it clearly.
She was great, gives awesome lectures and keeps them interesting by talking about all the "death and destruction" involved in geology. good class, and she is damn hot too!
This class is very interestiong but it is much more than just an introductory course.I enjoyed all the stuff i learned but it became a bit dull. If you miss a class you'll fall behind. Homework can be a bit difficult at times. If you need a science for you gen.ed. take astronomy with Healy or Waxman, theyre better profs.& classes are VERY enjoyable
Follow up: my 2nd GEOL class and in addition to reinforcement of my earlier comments, I consider Ms Perlroth by FAR the BEST Lecturer on campus in my 2 year experience. If you don't get it, it's your fault! Conscientious? I'll say!
Ms. Perlroth is great. SHe is a great lecturer and she keeps the topics interesting with pictures, stories, etc. I would recommend taking her class to anyone. The tests are difficult, you need to study but she goes over everything in class that's on the test.
Rebecca is an excellent teacher. She is very clear, has a great personality (she's funny, excited, and very personable), and is always available to talk with. Her exams are based mainly off of her lecture, but are not to be scoffed at.I really enjoyed her class.
Rebecca is a fantastic instructor. She's approachable, helpful and knowledgable about this subject. Her grading policy is fair. Like all classes, if you want to pass, you must show up, you'll quickly fall behind. Do the homework and pay attention and you'll have no trouble. The course is super interesting to boot. Take her class!
Rebecca is a truely outstanding prof and deserves to be recognized. I have learned more than I thought possible due to her effectiveness and will likely now make Geol my major. While she obviously cares about the subject, she cares even more about us students, spends lots of time with us otside of class. Take this class while you can- from her!
this class was sort of a joke. amazing subject but the lectures were unorganized and the exams seemed a little too random. i like to be challenged, and this class just didn't do much for me.
Her tests were very hard to follow, considering that she barely covered any of what she tests you on in class, so read the textbook!!!! When she has a cut off date for an assignment there is no exception, which I found alright. In all, I just was not satisfied with her as a teacher.
GREAT Instructor ? and very approachable - but can be moody & prickly. Plays favorites also. Seems a slightly disorganized Control Freak! Is pretty Hot, & KNOWS it ? so watch out there Guys! Geology 11 not so good course as Geo?1. HIGH drop-out rate?Hard written Quizzes ? STUDY! Class book ?California Geology" by Harden, a REAL ?TUMS? book!
I really enjoyed Geol 1. But I found Geol 11 a course in need of work.Revision of GeoSci in the lectures, but written quiz questions expected more comprehensive answers than implied in those lectures(from notes). Disappointing. Ms Perlroth was also a bit erratic in this class dealing with students: unlike Geol 1 where she was GREAT. Not sure why.
Perlroth can be quite hard. Test questions and answers have to be exact and she doesn't explain any of them thoroughly. Absolutely horrid teacher if you are a regular b or c student. Will fail you based on how you act in class. Very particular and decides who wins or loses. Disorganized and never around.
If you take notes during class you will pass the tests. Her tests are fair, and she is always available to help during office hours. If you take the lab with her lecture it will help alot. She is super excited about Geology and will make you excited too.
She gives a study guide but also tells you anything in the assigned reading is fair game to be on the tests. If you get those questions wrong its your fault for not reading. The tests are not hard if you pay attention in class. She is hillarious and makes geology fun so i don't know why people are complaining.
She definitley is passionate about Geology, and she know's what she's talking about. Personally, I think she might do a bit better in a different profession, but I learned a lot none-the-less. I liked her a lot, and I credit myself for only getting a C in her class. She's worth taking if you're interested
Tests and lectures do not match up in terms of difficulty, makes horrible jokes constantly- I wouldn't take her again, i had her for both lab and lecture and i don't agree with her test grading, if you leave out one word it is practically an entire grade lower.
Rebecca was an okay teacher. I enjoyed her enthusiasm, but found some of her info to be incorrect or generalizations. At first I was intimidated by the way she looks at you, like you are a dodo head. Takes a while for her to warm up. Anyway, she's okay
Rebecca can be a bit intimidating at times, but she teaches Geology very well. She takes attendance sporadically, and it only counts for a little of your grade (2.5%) but GO TO CLASS! Her lectures are much easier to understand than the book, and everything she assigns and goes over will be on the test(s). I came out of the class loving geology.
Incredible teacher. Very organized slide show lectures, informative and easy to follow. If you take good notes, read the book you will pass. She has a hilarious sense of humor bordering morbid sometimes however she knows her rocks to say the least. She is enthusiastic and encourages others to be the same. Very fun class would take again.
Rebecca is sooooo awesome! She is super funny and her class is really interesting!
I took this class to meet my science requirements. The class can be interesting but Mrs. Perloth's lectures can put you to sleep. That being said she is a good teacher. An A is easy if you do the weekly online homework, which takes like 30 minutes. Recommended.
corny ass hell, but a great teacher. i have no interest in geology, but she was able to spark my interest and make class attendable. she has the corniest jokes ever, but she i sweet and just wants you to walk away with some knowledge on rocks and stuff...not the easiest subject, but she makes the subject material managable.
Rebecca is an awesome teacher with a profound appreciation for the world around her that she tries to instill in her students, she is fun and quirkey and keeps the class lively. Homework is easy and course material is easy to follow. She is glad to answer any question and works very hard to make sure everyone follows. She is absolutley hilarious!
rebecca was a very good teacher. the material was a bit hard but she made it fun and sometimes funny. the homework and quizzes are done online. her exams are easy and everything she taught was interesting and great stuff to know.
She answers emails quickly and leaves feedback on how to correct the mistakes you may make on the homework/quizzes. Make sure to keep up with the online work, otherwise you'll miss some easy points. Try to use the website's resources to study for tests.
This was the five day field trip class to Yosemite and Sierras. Would highly recommend it. Lots of fun, very informative, beautiful scenery everywhere. Rebecca was a very informative teacher, the other assistant teachers were very knowledgeable in their specific subjects. Be prepared to hike and sweat!
She is a great teacher. Her passion for geology comes through in her energy level in class. Her lectures are fun and she does a lot of drawings to give you a visual representation of some of the stuff she's talking about. That was very helpful. As others have said, make sure to do the online homework assignments. Easy points you shouldn't miss.
Rebecca is just awesome! The Lab is intense right out the gate with memorization of minerals & rocks, but you just have to study up. After that, just show up to class each week, complete the lab, study a bit before ea class for a short quiz and you'll do fine. If you have ANY questions she'll explain until you get it. She's smart, witty, and fun!
Her lecture class is very interesting--the book--not so much. Just make sure you do the online homework every week. Doing that saved my grade; I didn't have too stress as much as I did w/the exams. The online hw is worth 150 by the end of the semester. She also gave out quite a few x-tra credit opportunites which help out, too.
Personally I don't like her teaching style. She doesn't explain whats going to be on the tests she just tells you the chapter. She never goes off of the book and the majority of the notes are simple drawings. If you like geology take her. If you care about your grade DON'T.
Good teacher. Lectures are easy to understand and interesting even if not interested in geology. Weekly online assignments which are practically impossible to fail, 4 exams, no study guides but if you take good notes and study the online assignments there's no problem. Do all the work, good notes, you'll get an A. Tons of + credit. Enjoyable class
She definitely loves Geology, comes through in both Lecture and Lab class. I respect her, but wish there were study guides for her tests. Would have made studying a lot easier. Lab was tough for the first two tests, then it was a breeze. Make sure you do the HW for lecture, take notes and extra credit. She wont let you fail if she knows you're tryi
She's gives an excellent and informative lecture. I wasn't a fan of the textbook, and the PPT slides images were from a McGraw Hill book, which made me feel like I was in 7th grade again. Those that complain of having no study guide most likely just did not read-- the book is a study guide. Also, you need to attend class. Geo isn't common sense.
I love this teacher. She is very lively and she obviously loves her job. She is not perfect, and every so often a homework question was not thoroughly explained, but it is not a crime if I have to open the book on my own every so often. Geology does not sound interesting but this chick makes it interesting. :) She's also pretty which helps.
She's a good teacher, unless you know something about science or geology. If you do, be prepared to say "really? did she just say that?" a lot. She got facts wrong constantly, making blanket statements without a lot of evidence to back it up, and then when you look it up, she was wrong. Just don't take her word as gospel.
overall a good teacher. im not a brainiac but i'm not dumb either so if you're like me you can pull off a B at least like I did. she makes the class entertaining and is fun, and a majority of the test questions are recycled from the online quizzes so it was just a memorization game all semester for me. good class not much work
Knowing nothing about geology prior to the class, I learned a lot and became interested in it. She sort of comes off like she thinks her students are stupid but I don't think she's trying to imply that. She is really available for office hours and will do whatever she can to help her students succeed. Best class to take if you dread science.
If you want to get an A just go to class, take notes, do the simple online homework, and study your notes. She is extremely hot, buff, and funny, which is helpful for talking about rocks! You have to buy the book since it comes with the online portion for it but its only like 60$. Also, she is hot.
Rebecca is a great professor, she's very passionate and knowledgable about geology. She makes the class easy, all you have to do is pay attention during lectures and do the online homework which she gives you a week to complete. I definitely recommend her.
Solid class, so long as you remember to show up and do your work. Perlroth is passionate about geology, which makes the class a lot more fun that it certainly could be. Don't bother to buy a book, so long as you get the online access code--it has an ebook on there anyway!
The lecture class was fine. She definitely has some sarcasm that can be hard to tell if she hates you or not. You get to know her most in the lab class. She can be really condescending if you ask her questions. treats you like you are dumb. The lab class was a lot of work for 1 unit. There is a lot of confusing material to learn and memorize.
Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Really knows her stuff and it shows. Excellent materials and hey, she brought us excellent rocks to play touchy-feely with.
Rebecca is very nice, and very easy going. She offers help regularly, and will even let you look over past tests during her office hours to study. Her lectures are usually interesting and obviously has a vast knowledge of her field. I would enjoy the chance to take another class with her, because she's great.
If you're good as learning and memorizing facts then this is the class for you. Her lectures are very strait forward and organized. There is a lot of online homework assignments and you can't pass the class if you don't do them. Her test are only on things she covers in class and she's a very nice person.
There is a lot of online course work and you can't pass without doing the online work. She's a good lecturer. She brings in rocks and shows a lot of images and diagrams, which makes the lectures great. It was literally the best class I took last semester.
She was amazing! She for sure loves what she does. That is what makes it fun and easier to follow along.
She is a great teacher! Loves geology, and is very helpful. She will answer any question you have, and she opens her classrooms on the weekends if you ask ahead to study the rocks for the tests! Clear lectures, good humor, nice lady, and offers extra credit by watching geology movies! Take her!
Great teacher. Inspiring.
Everything you need to know in those 20 page chapters is in one/two lectures. Rebecca is super enthusiastic about geology and explains concepts extremely well. Keep up with your homework (do NOT do it last minute) and you are good to go. Getting an A is very doable but make the EFFORT. Pay attention in class, all valuable information. HUMOROUS :-)
Rebecca is an awesome teacher! She is very passionate about her subject and she wants you to succeed. There is an online quiz every week based of the lecture AND the reading. Three exams and the lowest gets dropped, one cumulative final. Not hard to get a good grade in this class, and you will be entertained during the lectures.
Lab is not easy but it is very rewarding! Show up to class. Even if you do poorly on the few exams, being in class will help your grade. A few fun filed trips just to get some experience with real geology. Very fun an interesting. The exams on minerals and rocks are not easy but don't let it discourage you, the evsemster eases up at the end.
Loved every materials, but she was super unapproachable, sarcastic, and often mean at times. She took a subject I love and am super passionate about and ruined it by being so awful to several other students and myself.
A lot of memorization for the exams (all fill-in) , labs are long but it is helpful that she is there to answer questions. I failed 2/ 3 exams and got a D on the final but I still passed just make sure you don't miss any days and finish lab assignments. Also -study for the quizzes! Mostly the vocab in the book. It's a hard 1 unit class. Work hard.
Not for non-geo majors
Extremely knowledgeable. Great lecturer. Very accessible and helpful.
Shes awesome. Definitely take her for your geology courses.
Well, this class wasn't hard for me because she created an amazing lecture. To be honest, I don't believe you have to buy the texture. Just take note and listen to her. Her homework aren't hard. The tests are worth a lot, but it's pretty easy if you study for it. There is no trick question in the exams. She offers a fair amount of extre cedits.
I'm no Geology major by any means. The lecture and lab were hard to do, you have to study for this class but honestly she's the best science instructor I've ever had. She seems intimidating at first, but she's honestly really nice! For someone who struggles a lot in science subjects, she really made it incredibly enjoyable and fun to take the class
This is my second time taking her class and still as I felt like I understanding her material but grades show otherwise. Her lectures are interesting but test are hard and assignments are hard and unclear its so hard to get an A on any assignment
I received an A in the class. Ms. Perlroth is a good instructor and teaches the class with passion. Create a study group pay attention during lectures and go to office hours if you have any questions and you should be able to pass this class. She will also let you review previous tests, during office hours, before the final..... do this!
She provides a practice test online as well as having you join a group during a test to increase your chance of doing well in the class which I appreciated. One thing I'm nitpicking about is that she only provides one submission for homework and sometimes the questions on assignments aren't in either of her kinda vague lectures or in the textbook.
I changed my major to geology because of this class. Weekly homework is assigned and the tests are kind of tough but I still walked away with an A. I didnt read the book once, I went to every class and too good notes and got nearly 100 percent on every exam. This class is super interesting and if you take the lab at the same time its very helpful
I found the class extremely challenging. Be sure to take good notes and you will fail if you miss two classes or more. Pay attention to her lectures and she does her best to make the subject sound appealing. She does offer extra credit at the end of the semester. Also, study a lot because the exams are heavy. Don't lose hope.
Professor Perlroth was incredible. This was my favorite class of the JC. Perlroth is straight forward and she will help you as much as possible.I personally went to every class bc I loved it. Got an A in every exam. You also have group tests to help bump your exam grade. She gives easy extra credit too which is great. Memorization... take the lab.
The class itself was not hard, just the teacher. She would not teach us anything she would just make us do all the class work during class without any lectures. She would give a quiz at the beginning of class and then she would leave more than half of the time, come back with the quizzes graded. Basically she was no help and was pretty rude.
Unrealistic, no lecturing just run the mill figure it out on your own sort of style. No honoring her own syllabus with just sort of making up things as she goes along , example it says " There are no make-up opportunities for labs, so you will complete assignments by the due date or lose 10% per day that you are late. " but its all assignments.
I, and most other students in geology 20 during spring 2021 took this course just to satisfy GE requirements. While Rebecca is passionate about geology, the way she teaches is more geared towards geology majors, not to all students. Her assignments were hard, she doesn't explain the feedback that she gives, and math is heavily needed in this course
I have taken over 100 units and gotten A's in all classes including this one but for 1 unit its a total waste of time and she has an awful attitude. I took this for fun and it turned into a total battle to keep my A all semester. Her test are lame (take a lab you'll enjoy and skip her if possible!!
Do the extra credit. Pay attention to lecture and take notes. Exams are not too bad. Overall, a good instructor and a good class to take.
I'm not a Math major but she gives assgmts that require advanced math abilities and I don't have those; B's and A's in my math classes. It would be helpful if her syllabus included all the art supplies and a good math calculator you'll need, ahead of time. If you're a working student with a family to take care of, good luck. Avoid if possible.
Extra Credit is a joke, you just meet with her on zoom, no actual extra credit opportunities. Quizzes are impossible to get full credit on. Assignments are just quizzes with a short answer option that she will give you a 0 on if you didn't answer her extremely non-specific question. She wouldn't even consider an extension after a family emergency.
She is a very nice teacher. We had a short discussion about 2 recent volcanoes that had erupted in the news that I enjoyed. She knows her stuff, easy to talk to and flexible with grades and extra credit, and inserts a few geology punned jokes. I avoided Phsyc, w/this class and geology which is way less writing, cuz I hate that. Taking her lab next.
GEO20 I would NEVER recommend anyone to take this course. There are no exams which I thought was great, but it's insanely assignment based. There are a ton of assignments to do each week, there are questions in the assignments that are not in the lectures or the readings. If you don't do good on the assignments you will not pass the class.
a fair professor who presents her lessons in ways that the average person can understand. Lectures and notes are easy enough, and we do some in class activities with rock ID. Simple weekly Canvas hw/tests and 4 in-class tests throughout the semester. Only con is that she is inflexible on late work (1 letter off per day overdue and no exceptions).
Professor Perlroth was amazing I would highly recommend her lecture and her lab class. Both classes have online material to read and modules/quizzes to take. I would recommend taking both the lab and the lecture at the same time as the classes line up pretty well with each other content-wise. Lots of notes but EC also available to bump up grade.
Prof. Perlroth is an amazing teacher, her lectures are both interesting and entertaining and she will continually check to make sure that her students are understanding what she's talking about. There is very little HW and if you pay attention in the lectures what HW she does give is very easy to tackle. I highly recommend her field class as well.
This teacher knows how to read a class and keeps things fresh. References to real life things, silly geology jokes, and very helpful images and lectures which are easy to follow for notetaking. If you want to succeed, definitely take notes during lectures and be prepared to read and do what's assigned, but I loved the classes!
This class was amazing. We studied earthquakes, volcanoes, the formation of the earth's crust (including oceans and continents), the formation and identification of the different types of rocks... and more. I never realized how important an understanding of geology could impact my everyday life.
I really did not like this course or her. She grades on things not even on rubrics & repeats so much information that makes it over complicated and confusing. Her questions on quizzes are confusing and not straight forward leading to bad marks. save yourself the trouble. She takes herself way too seriously and it shows in her coursework. 0/10
Content is repetitive but also leaves information out that you're later tested on? Never been graded like this before by a non-English professor. Her grading criteria is odd, and often unclear. When giving feedback she speaks to you like you're inferior. I thoroughly did not like my time with her this semester. Unsure how she has a great reviews?
Great class, great professor. She is passionate about the subject matter and wants you to succeed in the class. Class is super fun and is not too difficult, would recommend.
Professor Perlroth makes the material engaging. Attend class, take notes, and use resources like unstuck ai to prep - you'll likely earn a solid grade. The class has fair difficulty, and the professor is helpful and wants students to succeed.
Rebecca is amazingly passionate for geology, I was influenced by her enthusiasm of her major. The Geol 1 lab is mostly working with your teammate and complete the tasks. If you just attend each time and do the works you shouldn't have a problem in tests although the tests are not super easy. Besides, there is decend points from extra assignment.
If you want to ruin your GPA take this class. Reading the mandatory modules, taking notes and still struggling doesn't make sense. The tests aren't well designed, often having to open other links to submit assignments mid test.
Professor Perlroth was great for Geol1 Lab. She and her TA were very helpful with labs and any questions that I had. She takes her profession seriously and seemed to care about her students being successful in her lab. She also gave opportunities for extra credit. I would definately take another class with her.
