She has a passion for the subject and for her students. Wish more teachers were like her. Full of motivation and expects students to reach potential. Will prepare you for the next level.

Ms. Rich is very passionate about her students learning and being successful in their own lives. She goes out of her way to be a great teacher. She's on the tough side, but very good. You will learn something.

Great teacher but I went to Mexico for a spanish class and I was way behind in my level. She does not do alot in the conversation area. Thats what we need to speak spanish!

She is very pleasant, like someone else said is always smiling, positive and wants the students to take something from her class about the culture. I will hopefully be taking her for my 2nd yr in spanish.

She's a really good teacher. If you pay attention you can learn a lot from her. She's also really hot for her age. She's motivational and knows her stuff. Go to her class if you want to learn even if you have to work at it...

Rebel is the best person in the world! She is helpful, sweet and kind. I love her, and her teaching abilities soar above the clouds!!!!!!

Mrs. Rich is a good teacher. She talks fast but has a way of drilling things into your head but she has a tendency to move on and leave some of us clueless on somethings, but I definitely enjoy her class.

She's a good instructor. Her style is very repetitive, but beneficial as well. She's funny, and you'll always hear her say "Nice people, are you alright?" Rich is basically a teacher you'll need. She teaches Spanish 1 and 2, and if you take Spanish 1 with her, 2 will be exceptionally easy, because a lot is review.

quite possibly the funnest teacher to have for eng. 79. I took he class over the summer and I Aced he class... Not to mention I learned so much about english composition! All we do is have group work and group presentations which is really easy. I got an easy A in her class

i took many years of spanish classes, and had a family where i was almost the only person who didn't speak spanish, but finally, after taking spanish with ms. rich, i get it. she teaches fast and expects you to follow, so it's a plus if you've had spanish before, but she is a really good teacher.

Don't take her if you don't know Spanish, make sure you have taken Spanish before. She expects you to learn Spanish in one semester and be able to spell it correctly.

only teacher fluent in both english nd spanish. very easy class. tends to get sick a lot. once in spring 2006 was out for dat semester nd switched w/ camacho. got harder cuz he cant speak fluent english. rich is nice. but makes up harsh rules for dropping out cuz her class is always full at da beginning.

If you'd like to get an "A" without earning it... this is the instructor for you. Don't get me wrong, she is a good teacher but she wasn't very on top of things... like our syllabus was incomplete and given late... she assigned the same assignment twice.... and even when you turn in your papers early... u wont c it them graded for weeks!

I love ms. Rich. She trys really hard and people who say her class is hard aren't used to real teachers. It is a % UNIT CLASS so ur going to have to put in some effort people are pathetic. She offers extra credit and wants to see you pass. I loved the class.

Very nice! Very effective teacher-you learn lots and she's very clear in what she wants.You have only moderate hw and she will help students as much as she can and spends lots of time on one subject so that you understand it.You do easy weekly music and quizzes.She locks door at begining of class, but that's for your own benefit. I reccommend her!!

This teacher is alot of fun and the class is pretty easy as well. There are alot of inclass writtings and group work but its all very simple and fun. I give this teacher an A+.

I took professor R.'s first online engl. 1B class. Idk if it was because this was her first on line or what, but the disscusions were so easy and the essay's were too.She grades especially fair, and the forums are open for and entire week in order to post a response. I didn't turn in at least 3 discussions and still passed with a B.Highly recom.

AMAZING LADY AND TEACHER! I took her 6 week class this summer and time just flew by. Lots of groupwork in this class, u do something different everyday. Groupwork is easy though, no pressure grading. Essays are the only hard thing about the class, but she doesn't grade too hard and you can redo it if u want a better grade. Take her, she's awesome!

I wouldn't call this class easy unless you LUV to write. I am no writer, so this class is challenging. Especially the amt of time involved in essay writing. She is easy to contact and always gets back to you quickly. The subject matter is very interesting and I have thus far learned and experienced a lot about literature that I appreciate. TAKE HER

Fun teacher. A little funny. The class feels a little like elementary school because the material is childlike. A few basic papers. Basically you need to pass the writting exam.

I took this class this summer and its alot of work(discussion posts, essays, project) very fun and interesting. she lets you pick what you want to write about and there is no book. you learn alot when you dont even realize till the end. she responds to questions and provides useful sources...take her..no regrets

i really loved her class. we mostly worked on banned poetry and stories which are all found online so NO buying of books :) just keep yourself updated and dont let the work pile up too much. most work is due on the same day. just try to finish things earlier and on time to give yourself time to think up something good

She is an amazing teacher! She is extremely helpful and gives you plenty of chances to get your work done and gives you plenty of positive feedback. I highly recommend her. The other positive thing is that she really helps you with writing papers and gives you a bunch of great resources.

Mrs. Rebel is a very nice professor. She is knowledgable, patient, and has an easy grading method on essays. I enjoyed taking her class and would recommend her if you are looking or a laid back English class with not a lot of homework.

I took this class in the summer there was a lot of work, buT it will help you improve on your writing skills to prepare you, for the final and research essay paper.. overall she was great take her no regrets.

Mrs. Rebel was an excellent teacher. She is patient, intelligent, and kind and I plan on taking her again if possible. Make sure you work very hard on your final essay because it is a huge part of the grade.

This is a really fun class to learn a lot with. Make sure to pay attention to due dates and the required number of comments on classmate's discussions. She's a really easy grader as long as you actually put the effort in, and not a lot of effort is required. Concentrates on banned material.

Work at your own pace, but dont procrastinate. She assigned about 5 essays less than 3-4 pages long and it was not bad at all (i took her during summer semester). She motivates her students to pass her class and she is very nice and her feed backs are very helpful. Research paper and FINAL paper are MANDATORY to PASS!

I went an extra mile to every homework and online discussion. She saw that and she rewarded me with lots of extra credits. I find it amazing that everything we discussed online and wrote about (writing HW) were all connected! After the semester, you'll be surprised about how much knowledge you have about social issues! I miss her! I received an A+

Summer online class is a rush , but you come to enjoy the class materials . She has a great online platform , that some online teacher should take notes from.

This was one of my favorite classes! I have a full time job and I take one class a semester for personal growth. I was dreading taking English 1A because I don't have a lot time for lengthy essays and tests. This was such a laid back, INTERESTING class!! Her topics were so enjoyable to write about that I forgot I was actually doing homework!

Took this class for Eng 1B. Honestly one of the easiest class to take and she's laid back. You do things at your own pace. No textbook needed for this class.

This class was absolutely AMAZING !! I learned so much while in this class !! The discussions are very engaging and I really like the book choice "The Book Thief". I really appreciate the fact that she noticed when you really worked hard on your assignments and didn't mind rewarding you with extra credit !!! I would highly recommend this professor!

This class is an easy A if you put work into it. Rebel is clear with all assignments and responds fast to emails. Expect a weekly discussion, no tests, 3 essays, and 1 Research paper.

I love Ms. Rickansrud-Young Eng1A course. I got an A on all of my work. I barely used the req book and reading book; however, I was able to answer the discussion and assign questions just by scamming through them (bad on my part), but I still got full credit for all the assignments that I turned in. It is a very easy online Eng1A course. Recommend

The best English professor I have had. I took English 1A, wish she taught other english classes. Very easy to understand assignments. Very flexible if needed. I loved how her assignments are very modern in a way and not boring. Recommend her 100%.

I took this class online and I would definitely do it again!! There a weekly discussions and 3 essays as well as the final. There is a novel you have to read and do the final project on. Overall, I was very happy with this professor and the work load isnt that bad. Easy A!

Took the summer online class. Wasn't difficult ,but definitely a lot of work. If you spread everything out it should be fine because I was taking another science class with this. She's a fairly easy grader and as long as you do everything and turn everything on time it's an easy A! Note: don't procrastinate and read everything carefully.

Probably the easiest English class I have ever taken. I got over 100% in this class, and it's very easy to pass if you turn in all of your work on time. Be sure to read the instructions carefully on the discussions. The professor takes a while to answer emails. There are 4 essays, a presentation, 13 discussions, 14 assignments, and extra credit.

The teacher is easy on due dates, but try to get everything as soon as possible as there is quite a lot of assignments.

Very solid professor, I'm not so good when it comes to the subject of English but professor Rickansrud-Young made the class as smooth as can be. I took the class over summer online and don't regret it.

She is a true educator. She cares deeply about teaching about the world and makes sure you get a lot of practice writing. She won't dwell on taking off points for easy mistakes. Do not procrastinate. Ask her questions a couple of days in advance.

summer school compacted into 6 weeks. gave first half of assignments with one due date, and then second half of assignments with one due date. easy to get ahead, or fall behind, up to you. Essays graded fairly. logic part sucked. We were given the assignments and left to figure it out. No video or lecture on that part. Youtube for lessons

I took this class in the summer and it was super easy. There is a lot of work but it's easy and simple assignments. There were 3 essays but the essay prompts were very easy. Highly recommend.

Im speechless theres not enough characters for how amazing of a teacher she truly is, its inspiring because I want to also teach. She had many assignments per the usual English class, but they were all amazing topics you could go on ans on about so writing was fun AND easy! SERIOUSLY TAKE THIS CLASS WITH HER I RECOMMEND 5/5!!!

Best English teacher! Her assignments are clear and require a good amount of writing. There is not that much reading but much writing to do. It's really easy to pass her class with an A. Do all of the assignments and you will most likely get an A+. She isn´t a hard grader too and doesn´t dock off points for small reasons.

Great professor. Be prepared for multiple assignments and a couple of essays. Some extra credit is offered. Please make sure to manage your time and to complete all of your assignments.

I took her Eng 1D class over the summer so expect to get a lot homework and essays due about every 2 weeks. There are discussions, regular assignments and essays. The discussions and assignments are very easy, along with the essay topics! As long as you time manage your schedule and follow the guidelines to the essays you can receive an A.

Professor Rebel is one the best professors in the college. She cares about her students and replies to emails quickly. She is not a hard grader. The class consists of four essays and discussions. I learned a lot about how to analyze poems, short stories, dramas, and novels. Easy A if you try a little bit.

I would highly suggest professor Rebel for English1A. I took this course during summer, even with it compacted into a short time the work was easy. Many discussions and about 3/4 essays which she gives sample essays to reference on and easy topics to write about. Make sure you do not procrastinate as a lot of assignments are due on the same date.

You are nuts if you don't take her. She is awesome. Took her over the summer. Lots of writing to peers. Essay(4) word counts need to be between 750 minimum. She recognizes self-improvement. Pick a book of your choice to read and write about. Impossible to fail if you put in effort.

Honestly one of the best English teachers out there, wish I took her for Eng1A. She gives a lot of extra credit especially when she knows you worked really hard on the assignments she gives. I took her over the summer most of the work is discussions and commenting on peers' work. There are 4 essays in total but not hard to do. Great class overall.

She's a good teacher, and I bet she is great in person, but if you want instructions to be clear and concise, and the feedback to be sufficient enough to improve your writing, don't take her online. Do not take her if you don't want to be an SJW. Topics were interesting to write about, it just seemed too focused on personal issues and can repeat.

My favorite English teacher I've ever had. Grade is made up of only three things: discussions, assignments, and essays. All of which are easy. Not a tough grader and is very flexible with due dates. The only knock is she sometimes takes a bit long to grade, but other than that she's amazing. All of her topics are interesting and easy to write about

Overall, she gave the whole class a great vibe and created a safe environment where all students could interact. Though some assignments were vague, she has an amazing, modern, and fun way of teaching and even allows the use of AI. Loved this class and her teaching method. I would definitely recommend this professor.

Her class was very easy and understandable. As long as you pay attention and do your homework you WILL pass. I would definitely say it's an easy A. The work assigned is very fun to do and definitely lets you express your writing. There's 3 essays that are over 3pages long but she lets you choose your topic. Definitely recommend to take!

Professor Rebel creates a fun, engaging class. The writing assignments are straightforward, and she provides great feedback. Definitely use Unstuckstudy alongside the textbook - it really helps with study prep. Overall, an easy A if you stay on top of the work.

Professor Rickansrud-Young is my goat. I actually loved this course so much. If you like English, this is an easy A as long as you keep up. She's really nice and incredibly understanding. Only about one-two assignments per week, most of which you can churn out in an hour or two. 4 essays throughout the semester. I highly recommend this course.

This is for the English 30 course. Professor Rebel is a good professor. She is understanding and will work with the students if they have any concerns with any assignments. Do the required assignments and discussions and you should not have a problem passing the course.
