I had her for Intro to Speech in the 5 week summer course. Best class I've had in awhile! She is so helpful and loves her job. Her way of speaking is very energetic and always keeps you interested. Also very lenient on speech grades and quizzes and exams are all reviewed to the 'T' the day before. Just turn in your assignments and listen :)

She makes the class soo interesting and fun! She loves talking and you barely have any homework! She will get you to come out of your bubble, even though I only took Interpersonal Speech and you don't give speeches in there, she just makes you want to chime into the lesson!MY FAVORITE CLASS ALL SEMESTER!

You do have to attend class because you do in-class assignments, but if your going to miss just let her know and she willl work with you.

The best teacher I had so far, I am grateful for selecting such a fantastic teacher. She would keep our problems in mind and help us pass the class regardless. Super easy class with an outgoing teacher; what started as an awkward, shy class became one of the most social classes I have had so far.

Professor Julian is hands down the best professor you will ever have, she supports you in the classroom and outside the classroom. She helps you whenever you need it and treats you as if you were her own. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!

She is absolutely amazing! Gives you plenty of time to come up with your speech in class and outside. She provides a helpful outline, and she's very lenient with grading! Would 100% recommend! We also had food days if anyone was celebrating a birthday!

This professor is awesome she is so sweet and caring we do food days and she makes her class pretty easy as long as you pay attention she makes everything simple and explains I would for sure have this teacher again.

Where do I even begin? She is one of the greatest to do it. I'm such an introvert and have social anxiety, but she made me feel so comfortable within the first week. She is hilarious; you can see how much she cares for her students and class. She is super understanding!

Where do I begin, this was my favorite professor in my 2 years of being in school. She is VERY sweet, considerate, informative, and her class taught me so much. She had 0 quizzes and provided amazing feedback on assignments. If I could take her class again I would. As someone who fears public speaking she helped me get over this fear. 10/10 Class

absolutely loved this class, I usually a very quiet person but this class and professor helped a lot with getting out of my comfort zone, don't even compare her to other professors, trust me just take her class! todays our last day and we all just brought food/snacks/drinks and had fun, definitely gonna miss this class

I cannot express my gratitude enough towards Professor Julian. Her class is exceptional, and I have enjoyed attending it since day one. Today, as I walked out of her class, I didn't want to leave because she is hilarious, kind, and the kind of professor you can never go wrong with, we had a great bond as a class I highly recommend taking her class.

I took her for an online summer mini for three weeks and overall my opinion is that she is a great professor and cares about her students very much. She is very accessible through her school email and loves to have a conversation, She made the course easy and Enjoyable and I would recommend this class to anyone with them being nervous to speech

This is the first time I've rated a professor, she is amazing and I do not regret taking her. It's a very easy class and an easy 'A'. If you're looking to take a speech class in person I recommend taking her class, you will not regret it.

By far one of the best classes I've ever taken! Prof.Julian is the best, funniest and by far the greatest people I've ever come across. You cannot fail this class either, its quite literally impossible. Her teaching was amazing, the liberty of our speeches was the best part. Her class is a safe space, I adore it and wish i could retake it.

I LOVE Professor Julian! She is amazing. I highly recommend her class if want to learn wonderful life skills and to have a great time. Also, we had food days celebrating anything we want. We celebrated my new puppy with donuts and soda. Please take this class, you will not regret it.

Professor Julian is AMAZING! I took her course Fall of 2023 and it was one of my favorite classes. She teaches in a way that spoke to me and made a template for us to use on our speeches, making it a lot easier. She gives feedback on how you can improve and is always open to explain her reasonings.

This class with Professor Julian was incredible - she made public speaking a breeze! The coursework was straightforward, and she provided great feedback. Using Unstuck ai alongside the free textbook really helped with prep. Highly recommended for an easy A!

Professor Regina is amazing! The class is not hard, and she helps the students a lot. Grades are based on the speeches, and she gives us plenty of time to get them done in class too. She's very understanding and sweet. She makes everyone feel comfortable speaking and gives great feedback!

Professor Julian is one of the nicest professors I have ever had. She cares so much for her students and wants what is best for you. She helped me become a better public speaker! There are no test and only 3 speeches. No textbook is necessary, and notes are very minimal. I highly recommend taking Professor Julian's speech class!

The speech class wasn't at all what I was expecting. I personally felt like I came out the same way I came in. Besides that, she was a great, lenient, and funny professor, which made for some memorable moments in class. If you want to change how you speak in public, don't take her, otherwise, she's great!

Prof. Julian is a top notch A++ professor. She goes out of her way to help all students. For the students who struggle, she is very patient. She instills a sense of empathy within the students which causes them to support & encourage those who may be struggling during their speech. She turns weak speakers into bold ones. I highly recommend her.

Mrs. Julian is an amazing teacher. Im pretty shy so this class was a little scary for me but she made me feel very comfortable to not be. She is very funny and extremely caring. Extremely nice, funny, and allowed free range of topics for what we talked about with a clear grading criteria. Being someone who struggled with speech for years, she helped me and created a great bond with everyone in the classroom.

Gosh, Mrs. Julian made me 110% more confident. The class scared me at the beginning but she made her class fun, easy to understand and open up, one of the best professors I've ever had. Just take her, you won't regret it.

If you want to take an easy public speaking class she is the professor you want to take. I took this class at 7am and I was in and out, I didn't have to worry about it the rest of the day. If you are there everyday and do your speechs correctly you will pass with an A.

Amazing speech professor! She created a good enviorment the whole semester. Work was really easy she gives good feedback. My speaking skills defenetly improved all thanks to her.Had great food partys, she helped me meet wonderful people.Overall great proffessor she trully deserves all the respect 100% recommend her class!
