Prof. Alapo was enjoyable throughout the whole semester. But, I feel as though the format for the discussion board assignments should be a bit more flexible. Aside from that she provides extra reading material in addition to the required text. The assignments weren't too difficult, but I would recommend you read first before starting your work.

Prof Alapo, is an amazing professor. Show up to class, participate. Her class is structured on 3 papers, presentation based, group work on the paper and even offers extra credit to help boost grade. Take this class and your guaranteed to pass with a good grade once you complete your assignments.

Professor Oluremi Alapo, is a very polite and caring teacher that makes sure her students get their work done and participates in class a lot. She gives group projects which is good because her students get to interact and work with each other. I give her a 5 star rating and recommend every student to take her class.

Professor Alapo's History 108 course was a great elective course to take. The discussion boards are very straight forward, read the text and answer the following questions. This course was taken during the COVID-19 pandemic, but my experience with it was pretty good. No classes, but weekly homework and a few essays (in the form of research papers and exams). No studying required or intense focus on this course; all I did was read and did the work.

This course was taken during the pandemic and was fully online. It is high-level intensive writing so, you must be prepared for tons of writing. you need to have effective time management skills. Professor Remi is not hard. She is supportive, flexible, and lenient with grades. she provides many resources to students for research.

Professor Alamo is a great flexible teacher and the content of the lectures are easy to understand. The course is WI so be prepared to write but the subjects are not tough and all of them are linked. She always provide multiple resources to help understand the weekly lectures but the subject is interesting. She isnt hard and highly recommended.

This class is good to take, and all the work given is exciting and easy to accomplish. There were no exams, just papers which weren't long. The discussion boards can be a nuisance every week, but it's best to get them out of the way, and they are only 200 words. Overall I learned a lot in this class, and the work was easy.

I really enjoyed Professor Alapo's history class. Instead of starting off and just teaching the class about The Slave Trade she took us through a enjoy of Africa, the Africa that is not talked about. Professor allowed us to explore Africa through our research outside of class.
