Prof Azoulay is funny and understanding. She wants her students to do well and encourages you to do your best work. She reviews before quizzes, but you still need to study on your own. Pay attention, ask questions, sit in the front, and don't be afraid to joke with her. She appreciates a sense of humor if she knows you're learning.

Prof Azoulay made a research class bearable and even enjoyable. She jokes around a lot and believes in her students. There is a semester-long group project but no final. If you pay attention and take good notes, you won't need the textbook. She reviews before each quiz too. I'm hoping to have her again for sales promo!

Professor Azoulay seriously knows her stuff. She answers all questions to the best of her ability, and tries to keep the material interesting. She is upbeat and funny-- especially for a 9AM class. There is a term long group project; my best advice for the project is to be organized. Don't be late because it will hurt your grade.

Azoulay is Hilarious! Took 2 of her classes. She's super understanding and very nice. Gives a quiz before every class, they could totally save your grade and you have a team term project. Not too much work, could be fun..

She tends to be demanding but will respect you and help you if you put in the work. She gives weekly quizzes, but she preps you for them and they are taken right off the slides during class. So no need to study as long as you pay attention and/or read the powerpoint lecture.

Honestly, her class was informative, although really boring. Her presentations are 75 slides long unedited. Class sucked for me because the group she put me in for the semester-long project was terrible. I ended up doing most of the work and I'm talking 20 page long papers. When I asked for help getting my group to work, she said it was my problem.

She made a boring subject actually enjoyable. An amazing professor, cares so much about her students and will help you with any questions she has. Just make sure to listen and do what she asks of you, it's not much. She also reviews for every quiz and midterm, she doesn't want any of her students to fail.

A real solid professor that really cares about her students. She tries to joke with the class because she really wants to get to know her students and wants them to really exceed in her class. There's a semester long project which I wouldn't say was the hardest but it counts for most of your grade so make sure you're on top of that.

Professor Azoulay was one of my favorite professors I've had at FIT. Her classes are lecture heavy, HOWEVER, she has a fabulous sense of humor and makes every single class enjoyable. I was never bored in any of her classes. We always make jokes and she gets to know all of her students. Tests are easy if you study and she gives a great review!

I took professor Azoulay for Sales Promotion & Research Methods. Research Methods was actually one of the best classes offered at FIT. She gives a midterm (Easy) and 10 quizzes that she reviews for every time! You can't fail. Group project is important but she gives plenty of time for it. She's sarcastic & hysterical. professor Azoulay is amazing. it's not the most difficult class in the world when it comes to quizzes and midterms, but there is a big project. you're in a group so it's not bad, but i truly learned how to write a traditional research report. she's sweet and understanding and took a boring subject and made it fun and i learned alot about research.

Azoulay was a great professor. She made a class as boring as research fun and interesting - all props to her humor and knowledge of material! She is a fair grader but requires attendance since the information in the power point is supplemented and emphasized by personal experience, anecdotes, and rephrasing which is very helpful in understanding .

Prof. Azoulay is a GREAT TEACHER! I had her twice this semester for 2 different classes, sales promo and direct marketing. She's serious about attendance and being late but other than that very chill and hilarious. There's a group project for both classes, she is very direct and blunt with her feedback on your ideas and materials but helpful!

She's an absolute doll. She made the most boring subject really fun to learn. She's so sweet and loves cracking jokes. There's one group project that you work on all semester so it doesn't seem like a lot, and no final. She has weekly quizzes that she gives you the answers for via a review and then a midterm that's super easy. TAKE HER!

Her experience in the marketing and promotions industry makes her lectures very insightful and she really knows what she's talking about. Professor Azoulay relies heavily on group projects. If you have a good group the work is easy and manageable. She gets that students are struggling to stay focused in class so she doesn't give you a hard time and class always ends early. No homework, just quizzes that she reviews with you. Do the work and you'll be just fine.

Love Azoulay! I've had two classes with here and she really relies on lecture and group projects. She gives super honest feedback, but it's only because she wants you to succeed. As long as you put the work in you should be fine. The only grades for this class are a midterm, final, and group project so it's super manageable.

Renee Azoulay is a great professor, and is absolutely hilarious. Her class is based on lecture, quizzes, and group projects. She is very detail oriented and not an easy grader, but if you go to class and do well on the final project it's a fairly easy A. I would definitely suggest taking her class.

I took Professor Azoulay's class online . There's a lot of work, but it is clear and pertains to the subject. You will have bi-weekly discussions you must participate in over Voicethread, bi-weekly quizzes, small written assignments every 3 weeks, and a big final project presentation. Shes a tough grader but will answer all your questions.

I took this course even though it was not part of my requirements. I heard she was a great teacher and the course met my expectations. I am confident that I can use what I learned in this course both professionally and academically in the future.

Professor Renee Azoulay is a great professor! She provides great information, great references and great resources to help us along the way. If you haven't taken one of her classes you should. Not to many teachers left around like her. She cares and provides the information you need in all of her lectures.

Professor Azoulay was an amazing teacher! She is incredibly understanding, and if you ever have an issue with an assignment she will always be willing to help you/hear you out. Participation is definitely important in her class, and if you stay on top of your work and make an effort to participate you should do well. I learned so much in her class.

Although we don't "need" the book I found it helpful as the powerpoints were sometimes confusing. Other than that she is hilarious and if you participate you should pass as long as you put in the work. She can be kind of strict with turning on cameras during the quarantine but it's just to make the class more lively. Also don't miss any quizzes.

One of my favorite profs this semester! Knows how to talk to people and is super relatable and hilarious! She makes the class fun, but is also very good at teaching you what you need to know. She's also the only professor I had this semester who kept her personal politics out of the classroom, which I greatly respect.

We had this crazy guy come in to teach us and she was so understanding about what we went through that she changed the class completely to fit our needs. This whole class was group projects, but i didn't mind because it was SUPER easy.

Easy weekly quizzes, 2 papers, final project is split into 2 parts. Can feel like a lot of work at the time, but explains it well. Her biggest priority is helping us learn, and she cares about her students. Work in a group for the whole semester. Felt a bit disorganized with wrong dates on syllabus, and 10-15 minute breaks turned into 30 minutes.

This professor is super easy going, but somewhat a harsh grader. Each assignment was a group project which complicated things especially since my group wasn't the best. She chooses them for you and you keep them the entire semester However, overall, she was pretty great

She's a funny great professor, although I took her blended course and didn't have as much in person time with her, I enjoyed it. I would recommend if you do take the blended to actually READ the powerpoints during your online weeks-it will help you in the long run for quizzes.
