Attendance was mandatory due to the class being a blended course. I really enjoyed the class. I learned a lot and it was the highlight of my summer classes! Rich is pretty cool, he is very laid back, but you still learn a lot. The only thing I didn't like about his class was: he is SO laid back a lot of people wouldn't show up.

He covers a lot of material in class. One negative is he needs to maintain better control of the class. Rich allowed 3 students who already owned businesses to overtake the class which made the rest of the class keep quiet. At times it seemed as if he only had 3 students and sometimes it was like they were teaching the class.

This is a great professor. The course was an on-line course MKTG 212. As an adult learner, I found his real life business experience essential for a great classes. I found instructions to be clear. Even though an internet course; students gave a sales presentation. In addition, another project was a sales manual. Professor was understanding.

I have had this professor for two courses and will take others. MGMT-221 - Small Business Management - Entrepreneurial. Prof Cordaro's life experience made this class all the more valuable. End project included writing a Business Plan. He was very understanding and helpful. Assignments are clear and book is great.

Professor Cordaro is in my opinion the best professor at HACC on campus or virtual. I've taken 3 of his online classes and would take more if I were able to. This is my second time taking a Prof Cordaro class. I have only taken his online classes, ENTR 101 and ENTR 103. He is pretty clear about the expectations. Workload is reasonable. When I fell behind on work, he extended due dates to give me time to catch up.

I would highly recommend Professor Cordaro out of all the management teachers I had. I took two of his classes. For an A in principles of management you need 486 points or more, and there is a possibility of 540 points or more. I think this is more than reasonable, and Professor Cordaro wants to see you succeed. I really enjoyed his classes.

I highly recommend Professor Cordaro to any student. I think he is a great teacher, he sincerely cares, and he wants to see you succeed. He was the best management teacher I had, and I took two of his classes. The business plan is time consuming possible 200 pts, but it is to your benefit. There is a possible 670 points, and you need 594 for an A.

Rich Cordaro's class are great. You learn so much information that can easily be applied. He is always available and when one emails him he gets back to you right away. What is expected in his class is made clear from day one. All assignments and papers are outlined with due dates at the beginning of the semester.

This was my first class taken online while at HACC. Taking Professor Cordaro's class definitely makes me want to take more online classes. You know what is expected of you and when things need to be done. Every week your information for the class is posted with Powerpoints, reading in the book, discussion question for the week, and a quiz.

I took Rich over the summer for transfer credits to Penn State. I am an engineering taking business for the first time. However, after starting the class, I found that the class was very interesting. At the end when encountering a problem with the final timing, the professor was remarkably flexible with the final 2 assignments and final grade.

I enjoyed this class so much. We used Tina Seelig's 'Creativity Rules' as a textbook. The professor was flexible with deadlines and gave extra credit opportunities for students who needed it. Prof Rich stands out as being one of the those professors that really cares@ He is always reaching out to students with feedback (almost all of it positive) and making sure they are doing okay. His passion spills over onto the lectures and things that are normally boring seem a lot less so. Overall would 100% recommend him to anyone on the fence.

It was a self-paced class but the professor always gave great feedback. Class is set up to give you ideas and inspiration to become an entrepreneur and Prof Rich definitely adds to this effect.

The course is laid out in the beginning. It is very organized and easy to follow. The material is very engaging and informational. He did not use a traditional textbook but rather a book and it was an easy read. He also uses videos from Ted Talks to get you engaged and see other examples. He is always available through email if you have questions.

Following along in the class is very easy, homework is simple, the textbook reads easily, NO quizzes or tests. Class is set up more as a discussion, due dates are consistent. Responds quickly through email. The best thing is he ALWAYS gives you feedback on EVERY assignment. It was very motivating to see that he cares so much.

He is a great professor. I take his class during summer. He feed back every discussion. I would take his class again.

In every beggining of the week he would have a video that would tell us what we would be doing and what assignments we would have. He also gave good feedback to our discussions and gave us a good amount of time to get our work completed for each week.

One of my favorite professor. He takes care of students very well. I am taking ENTR 101 and ENTR 221 with him. Both class were simple and easy because of his study methods. I will definitely take him again in future. 10/10

If your taking Business 101 introduction to business you need to take Professor Cordaro's course. His course is great. There was a weekly discussion post and quiz. His instructions are very clear and is very good at responding to emails and being able to contact. He is also very caring and wants his students to succeed.

Professor was fair and helpful, defiantly wants to see students succeed. Professor's class was "blended" so attendance could be online or in person which was extremely convenient as an adult student with a busy life outside of school. The professor does not however accept late work, be aware, due dates are non-negotiable, which is understandable.

Professor Cordaro was great. I took his class online and he went through each chapter and explained with real life examples that kept the class interesting. I took this as my online class at HACC asa dual enrollment student and I am so glad he was my Professor. Work is graded by participation and overall effort which really gives the room to take in the information instead of just memorizing and forgetting.

Honestly this professor does not have hard assignments more so assignments that are to challenge you about yourself. He was always on top of grading and responds very quickly. I even accidently missed an assignment (I just did not see it I have no idea how) and even allowed me to email him it right away and did not take any points off.

This professor is amazing, I mean it! I had issues with getting into dual enrollment, and all the classes were already full. I messaged Mr. Cordaro and he granted an override. He is always here to help you! His class is very educational yet laid back. He always checks in on his students and has amazing lecture videos. Overall, take his class!!!
