outstanding teacher, hilarious guy, you are only graded on the midterm, final, project, and a short one page paper. he is extremely funny and insightful at the same time. You are guaranteed to laugh every class. The tests are very short an easy and attendance isn't mandatory but is suggested since the test comes directly off of the lectures.

I love this professor. I recommend him to every student. It is an easy A. Psychology is my major, so I needed this class to start with my major. He teaches great.

I didn't know much about psycology but with him, I have learned a lot. He is super funny, easy class but serious about what he teaches. Must take lots of note and pay attention. his test are strictly from his notes. If you hear "MALL" that is your clue for a test question or info that will be on the test. Super easy A or with a passing grade.

B Diddy is the best professor ever i've ever had. He is funny and very easy. Gives you EVERYTHING that is on the test (aka the mall) so if you fail you're just lazy. No homework, 2 tests (midterm & final)and one class assignment which is due at the end of the semester. you wont regret taking him!!!!!!

I took a short class online with him and although he was very helpful and responded rather quickly, there were many assignments every week i never got out of my house or room for that matter due to assignments being due EVERY week nonstop. Very rigorous class but I was able to pass with a passing grade. Take a longer class w him.

Dr. Bernstein is one of the best professors I have taken at Broward College. He is very funny and makes sure you understand what he is teaching. Prof B. is great, he is a very organized person and very punctual. Be on time since the first day or he will drop you from class. His lectures are long and you have to write a lot. This class was one of the best I have ever taken. Two tests midterm and final; however it is very possible to get an A in the class if you study hard and do a few assignments. B is one of the best teachers I've taken for Psy. You don't need the text book unless you are a visual learner and like to read. He gives you the questions that are going to be on his exam. His power points are clear and it's not hard to understand the material. However if you're late, he takes 5 points off your final grade. Take him!!

Professor Bernstein will be one of the best professors you'll ever take at South Campus! He is such an amazing professor and is really there for you to learn. Before taking Dr. Bernstein, I was very skeptical. After taking his class, I've noticed that is wasn't as bad as I though it would be. Since it is an online class, all tests are open book (of course), and his grading criteria is very straight forward. My worst grade in his class was the 2 Fs and 1B. The rest were A's.

I took this professor online and already after the first discussion I was wishing I took him in person b/c he seemed so cool! He is so interactive with his students online, making great conversation/discussion. If you have any questions he gets back to you very quickly through e-mail. Really recommend taking him! 3 papers, fairly easy.

Taking him online was a good experience. No midterm or final which was the best part. 2 papers, a quiz & discussion due every week. Manage your time good and you should receive an easy A.

I had Dr.B back in 2014 my very first time taking classes and totally forgot about doing the rating. He is funny and makes sure you understand what you are learning and make sure you are NOT LATE!! One of those amazing teachers who you will never forget. He has a lot of experience and will teach you a lot about psychology that you will use throughout your life. Here is the key to passing this class: Take down all notes. ALWAYS write down the mall questions. The mall questions are LITERALLY the questions he will ask on the midterm and final.

Probably one of the best teachers are South Campus next to Professor James Martin . He tries to scare you on the first day of class, but don't fall for it. He's amazing at what he does and tries to connect with everyone on a personal level, on top of that there isn't much work to do. Just come to the lectures, listen, study & pass!

He is the best psychology teacher you can take. After taking his you will like psych if you didn't liked it before. His class is really fun. You only have to to take midterm, final, two assignments. he makes it pretty basic and easy. Must take him for psych.

I took this professor in 6 weeks & I loved every bit of this class. Because it was short, there were not test or quizzes, only discussions and two papers. I recommend taking him! He's hilarious also.

Took him for summer. 7 assignments, 7 discussions, 14 quizzes(2 tries). Have the modules and text book at the ready. He really wants to see your opinion and input on all assignments, more specifically on responding to your classmates' discussions. the assignments are long out not complicated.

Prof. B is a solid choice. Easy lectures and most of his assignments are about your opinion on things. No textbook needed and the final is online. The hardest thing I would say is trying to do the discussions online but besides that, its a breeze.

Funniest teacher i have ever had, he made the lectures lively. Never a dull moment. Graded by very few items so do well on what is given and take heavy notes.

He was a really great professor. He likes to be called B Diddy, and loves JLO. This was a blended class, 50% online and 50% in class. You can miss class and it won't matter. Seven discussions, six replies, a one page reaction paper, and a ten page research paper. Very good class.

GREAT professor! I took his Adolescent Psych class online READ the syllabus and follow the guidelines and you're guaranteed to get an A. He also offers several extra credit opportunities throughout the semester. At the end of the semester I had a B (87.9% with NO extra credit). I did one extra credit assignment and my final grade was an A.

Best teacher I had at broward college. I am a senior and high school and was a little scared about how hard the classes would be. He is so nice, honest, and funny. He literally teaches you and tells you what will be on the midterm and final, as long as you write notes you'll pass the class. I passed with an A.

Probably one of the most fun, enjoyable classes I've taken at Broward College mainly because of how he taught the class. May seem intimidating the first day but he's straightforward with the few assignments required and tells you all you need to know for the exams, the class is a given if you just apply yourself and pay attention. He is very funny. Ensure to take notes because he does not put lectures online. He has 2 papers and 2 exams. Make sure you study for the final and midterm or else you wont pass. NEVER be late for class or else you will lose 5 points off your overall grade. Awesome class, lecture heavy though, be ready to write every class.

Prof is very entertaining he makes class fun. Attendance is not mandatory . The only downside is that there are a few assignments so if you fail the midterm you have very little room to redeem yourself. He does not do test reviews but he lets know exactly what is going to be on the test and there are many opportunities for extra credit.

I took him for DEP2302! Please whatever you do take his class! I took him for the fast paste course and the work was simple and straight forward. A discussion due every Sunday and assignments due every Sunday! He does believe that because you have 7 days out of the week there is no excuse as to why you didn't turn in your work on time!

Took the 6 week summer course with Professor. B and it was your usual fast pace assignments, quizzes and discussions every week online course. He would respond back fast if you had any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a good psychology class.

Professor Bernstein was really cool. I took him for a 6 week course and it went by really fast. we were originally supposed to meet on Mondays and Wednesdays but after the second class, we only met on Wednesdays. His lectures were very interesting and not boring at all. We only had a final NO MID TERM.

B. DIDDY WAS A GREAT TEACHER. IF ANYONE TELLS YOU HE WAS HORRIBLE THEY ARE PROCRASTINATORS. I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE AGAIN. I TOOK HIM FOR 6 WEEKS AND IT WAS GREAT.

If you ever need help with anything, you can always go to his office. You need to be aware of posting your discussions BEFORE Thursday even if the deadline says Sunday.

His midterm exam is not hard he will tell you what to study for just listen closely. If you don't pass a test just do well on your paper and discussion.

Honestly, he is the best professor I have ever had. I absolutely dread waking up and going to school but he makes it so that I want to go, when I see him in the hallway I get so happy cause hes just such an amazing human, he knows the subject extremely well the test are cake if you study. I took the class online and it was a breeze. I received an A on everything including the final which was four open ended questions. There is one group project but again, its super easy. I would definitely take this course again.

I took Dr. Bernstein online with Keiser University for Abnormal Psychology. His assignments, and grading criteria was straight to the point and easy. Complete the task and you will pass. This class requires a lot of writing in APA Format. He provides study guides for the exams and they are verbatim the exams. He grades and responds quickly.

The class is graded by pts that up to 100. 10 pts for your reaction paper, 30 pts for midterm, 30 pts for final, 30 pts for project (he lets you choose between a 6 pg research paper, oral pres, or doing 6 reaction papers) and extra credit throughout the term that can equal up to 10 points. He lets you know what to study for both tests. Take him!.

Professor B is the by far the best professor at Broward college. He makes it his goal for you to understand the material as much as possible. Textbook is already provided on PDF so you won't really need to buy one. He is really funny and participation counts he actually makes you want to participate. The Final and midterm are super easy!

Do NOT be late or miss his lectures. Other than that he makes his lectures interesting! He is SO funny & appreciates participation. I highly recommend doing the assignments early as you will need to study for his exams. He tells you exactly what will be on his exams so make sure you pay attention and write notes. Do not do things last minute!

I took PSY2012 online for summer of 2020 the textbook is included in the course. Each week you complete two units. Each unit has 1 quiz, one 2 page paper, and 1 discussion post which in addition you have to respond to 2 classmates. As long as you follow his grading rubric you're guaranteed to pass.

Dr. B was actually great. He was funny in all of the lectures and you can tell he cares about his students. Attendance for lectures isnt mandatory online but definitely go every time! I never needed to read the online textbook because whatever assignments we did we researched the topic on our own or he talked about it in lecture. Easy course!!!

Professor Bernstein was a great professor. Don't be late for class. You don't really need the textbook. I never used it. We had 2 papers, 6 discussion posts, and a final exam. He tells you what is going to be on the final exam. Being that it was online due to covid it wasn't too bad. I would recommend him to anyone. Take him.

He's a really good teacher the only reason I got a B was because I did not follow the directions for the discussions well enough, syllabus is VERY clear. He does not require attendance but he does gives hints for the final in his lecture. Two papers, one 6 page and one 10, If you're not able to take accountability for yourself don't take his class.

Professor Bernstein is phenomenal. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. You can tell he takes the time to make his class interesting instead of posting whatever boring video he can find after a quick search. There is not a heavy load of homework. Discussion and quiz every week (accelerated course) and 1 proctored final. TAKE HIS CLASS!!!

Dr B is prob the best psych teacher at broward college. His work is very clear and easy to understand. He cares about participation. follow directions you will likely pass ! Theres nothing too hard about this class I recommend going to class even though its not required itll make discussions a breeze.

This was a really easy class. I took it online and for the first couple weeks I attended the zoom calls then I stopped. You do not necessarily have to go but it might help for the finals. His class was really easy only 2 big assignments and other small discussions. He is an easy grader just follow directions.

Relatively easy class, assignments, discussions, quizzes. Does require reading, quite heavy but manageable given the plenty of time. Clear grading criteria, grades relatively fast. Forgot to do one of the discussions which brought my grade up but still had an A so whatever. The final is proctored but is easy.

Great professor. Attend and pay attention to lectures, follow the syllabus, and turn in work on time and you'll do great. It seems like a lot but it's really not. He can be picky but he's fair and wants you to pass. Discussion every week and two tests in all, nothing too hard. Do what he says and you will pass, if you want to be lazy that's on you.

6 Discussions,Assignments,Quizzes&4 Scenario Activities. TAKE YOUR TIME ON THE DISCUSSIONS. THEY WILL TAKE ABOUT 2-3 HOURS. Quizzes are not that bad but it doesn't tell you what you got wrong. Most people would get a B or less. FINAL was 50 quest & I got an 84 & studied a lot. He doesn't give exceptions on any assignments.

I hated when this class ended this was a good class he will tell you a story and he would explain everything about the topic. I tell everyone I know to pick him because he good professor. This one class I will take over and over

Nice professor, and can very particular about his assignments and what he expects. The assignments were easy. There were 6 assignments, quizzes, and discussions. There is also a final protected exam. Just follow the rubric and you will do great.

He makes funny jokes during his class. always be on time, and study for his midterm and final. overall I would recommend his class for anyone who is planning on taking psy2012.

This class worried me at first because he made it seem like it would be a lot (it wasn't). Try not to miss class because his lectures are very important if you want to do good on the midterm and final. His lectures are fun, interactive, and interesting. He even learns every students name. This was my favorite class that I have taken so far.

AMAZING prof he makes it seem like its gonna be the hardest class but only 1 paper, midterm, final & project u have 3 options to choose from the project his lectures r amazing he focuses more on giving you knowledge than bombarding you with homework it gave me time to study as well as motivation to study from his test i learned so much!

. If anyone failed his class it's because they didn't try and looked for someone to blame. This professor was one of the best professors if not the best. His discussions were every other week so if you didn't do them that's on you. He gave us about 3 or 4 months or so to complete everything ahead of time so I don't know why people not complete them

Fantastic professor, he knows students psychological intentions and then he applies his teaching skill in the class. Overall, the way he teaches is different and students are bound to pay attention. He even applies a lot of tricks on students to pay attention and interact with his lectures. Do your work on time, if ahead its better for you.

Overall at the beginning, I didn't like the professor, after the first couple weeks, I found this class to be a very entertaining class with excellent homework assignments and clear quizzes. His feedback on my assignments let you know he cared about what he read.

Prof BDiddy was the bomb diggity.We enjoyed his class tremendously and learned psychology in a fun way.Grading was fair and straight forward.Turn in your work early. He prepares you for the midterm and final.B,if you're reading this-thank you!

If you actually want to learn about psychology then definitely take this class. Doctor Bernstein was an amazing professor, we had a midterm and a final that you cannot pass unless you study but it definitely isn't difficult. He makes his lectures incredibly interesting and fun.

He is such a great teacher! All you have to do is follow the directions he puts in the syllabus. The midterm and final are easy if you take notes during lecture and study like he tells you to. His class is enjoyable, and you will learn a lot. Even though he does not like to repeat himself, he will still explain it if you ask. Take him!!!!!!!

He is an amazing professor!!! If you want to learn the content while having a great time, he is your guy. Dr B gives the best classes and explains you the content in the way that you can understand. Great psychology professor, he will make you remember the content if your plan is becoming a great psychologist.

Wow I just got done taking this professor for my developmental psychology class and all I have to say is he is the best. He always has some jokes and makes his lectures really fun. His class is blended but it's better to be in person to fully get his personality. Homework was not bad at all and just make sure you do all his work/papers

Doctors B is scary the first week, read the syllabus before class, show up to on time to class, and have a good attitude. Yes he's easy but he won't show you how easy until the second week of class. Discussions are EASY, essays are EASY, and exams are EASY. Just take notes and ask him questions at the end of class about what shows on the exams.
