Quirky, funny, helpful, and really sweet. This guy is highly recommended. Even if you hate math he will change your perspective. Not much at PCC is, but Mr. Decker is well worth the money!

Prof. Decker (new at the time) didn't mind reviewing and explaining material more than once. When it came to word problems solved with the graphing calculator, I had to practise a lot at home. I am not a math genius but got an A after much hard work and many visits to TLCC.

Very clear and helpful. He has a good sense of humor as long as you're not interrupting-which is good because those people annoy me anyway. Very nice, great taste in music, obviously a genius, and I think he's cute.

I love this guy!! He is fabulous, funny and very smart. His personality is wonderful. He really knows his math. I hated math and now he really changed my perspective on it. Would take him for every class possible.

This guy is freakin awesome. The dude knows his stuff and likes to teach it. You can tell when someone really cares whether you know the material or not. I had professor Decker for basic algebra and absolutely loved it. I have always sucked at math but he made it to where you understand I got a A as my final grade. His study guides are extremely helpful and he takes time to really show you how to work them out. His accent can get to you sometimes but once you get use to it he is an AMAZING teacher

One of the best professors at PCC! He is an amazing instructor. I hardly had to look at the book because he knows how to explain stats in a way that can make the student understand. Take notes when ever he speaks cause he will go over everything so thoroughly that you will understand him more than the book! The book was actually not as good as him!

His tests are easy. he is good with peps who dont like math, (like me)he is sometimes a little goofy and unclear but its ok. Mr. Decker B+ from me.

Ah, Mr. Decker. Quirky, trips over his own words, kinda confusing if you're not paying attention - however, gives very helpful powerpoints, homework every night but takes likes 15 mins. top to complete, keeps class fun, tests are easy(KNOW UR FORMULAS!). Come to class, & do HW cuz he counts off if you don't. Easy A if you pay attention&do ur work.

Mr.Decker will go out of his way to assist students. He does expect youto complete their homework.

I have no real complaints about Prof Decker. He grades homework encouraging students to do it, and also has 3 projects which can help your grade if you're a bad test taker like me. My only problem was he doesn't give the tests back AFTER so you can see what you did wrong. Other than that, he was a great teacher.

Prof. Decker is extremely smart. He is very helpful & encouraging. We had 3 projects to do. As long as you follow the directions you will NOT get a zero. I think he is very fair & cares about his students. He wants everyone to pass & does his best to see to it. His tests are easy providing you attend class, pay attention, & do the homework.

Professor Decker gives you every opportunity to do well! Projects are easy- he gives a checklist on what you have to do to get an A. Hardest one is a 3 page paper that you can do in 2 hours. Professor Decker is a great! He gives many opportunities to help boost your grade by checking homework and assigning 3 projects, that in my eyes weren't very hard at all. He also drops your lowest test grade out of 5 tests. If you attend class, pay attention and do the work it is easy to earn an A in this course!

This class was a little difficult but any online math class can be. The PowerPoint?s helped out a lot. I hate that PSC requires you to go to school for the test! Very annoying!! Other than that I would recommend this class and teacher.

Professor Decker is possibly one of the best professors I've met on the PSC campus. He is funny, kind, and genuinely cares about his students. I walked into this class with a hatred of math and walked out with a love of math. His tests are easy and he gives plenty of little projects to keep your grades up. He is always willing to help.

He is a GREAT professor. He is not easy...you have to work hard for your grade, BUT, he tells you exactly what is on the test, no multiple choice or partial credit, but he is VERY willing to help you in every way possible. Tons of opportunities for extra credit. Overall, although hard, his class was great!!!

He teaches very good. You have to work hard to get good grade. sample test before test helps alot. you won't get partial credit for definition. if you follow him all the way, you should get A or atleast high B. there is no way you will get C. good luck. i recommend him. beside everything he has a good heart!Hopfully he'll get married soon!!!!

He is a pretty good teacher. He doesnt give partial credit on tests so if you miss one thing, then you get the whole problem wrong. And I didnt like that he called on people all the time. But he is very helpful and understanding. I would reccomend him. I ended up with a C in the class, but math is not my fav subject and it was a 6wk summer course.

I absolutely LOVED this professor. He is so dedicated to his job and just wants his kids to succeed. I always heard him say, "Don't doubt yourself, you can do it." He also has a SI, or Student Instructor, who comes to class and learns everything you do. Josh was helpful, but I thought he was a lil condescending at times. Overall, Decker is AMAZING!

I haven't completed his class yet, but really enjoy him as a professor. He can come off as confusing when discussing things like projects, but it seems more from him trying to help everyone out. I would be taking him for STA2023 if he had an online class this summer. He made math funny and interesting with his slideshows. Wonderful professor!

I don't get people who say he's "confusing". The math might confuse you, but Decker isn't confusing as a teacher. He's pretty clear in what he expects of you and gives you every chance to succeed. I don't like math and had to work for my grade, but Decker was always available to help me. Class was fun. I would take him again.

Very caring teacher. He puts on a hard line act at first but once you get to know his style hes not too bad. A little 13th grade in the way he checks homework but as long as you follow his guidelines and do the work its a fairly easy A-B class.

Really great at explaining what is expected. always willing to help in any way he can. I took the MGF1106 online and it was super easy to understand. The powerpoint presentations make the subject interesting. I will be taking Statistics in Lakeland with him.

Omg! Professor Decker is hands down a great teacher! If you are not going to come to class and do the homework and invest the time and energy just don't bother attending. This is college not high school it takes some hard work and dedication spare yourself if you aren't gonna give it your all.Take this class alone it requires a lot of attention!

Professor Decker is intelligent, helpful, encouraging and prepares well for his Stat class. He has a good sense of humor and his class is a pleasure to attend even if I'll never be a math whiz. (Also just want to comment on the appearance question- Prof. Decker always looks professional I don't look at him as the rating system here describes).

He's an AWESOME professor but grades really TOUGH!! He makes sure you learn the sections he lectures on, he will help you out in any way he can for you to understand the material, he makes the class fun, he's very funny. This class was awesome! He was always able to help me during office hours or after/before class. He encourages you to use the TLCC for extra, extra help, but the class is easy enough that you shouldn't really need it. You will have to do your HW- just a warning! Best teacher at Polk. Take him for everything!!!

This class was really hard! But I ended up with a good grade because I did my work. It's an upper level course- it's no joke. Yes, it was his first time teaching it, but he did a great job. Bad grades are on you- not the teacher!

I took this as an online 6 week class. I was never great at math but was able to do this. The power points and material are very helpful. Definitely have to study but he makes his expectations for tests pretty clear. Found him to be very helpful.

Great Professor! He is very helpful, always answers emails in a timely & polite manner, and makes the class interesting with online video lectures. I spent a great deal of time and effort on this class, but feel that I have learned a lot. This professor will make you earn your grade.

Starts class by checking HW. He is kind of goofy and you will laugh at how off the wall his jokes and comments are not because they are funny. He does not give partial credit on test. His Test reviews are very close to the actual test questions. He does make mistakes when working problems on the board, it is funny. He knows Math very well.

This class is NOT an easy A, but if you apply yourself and do the work then you should have no problem. It’s one of the rare classes where you will learn something, remember it and be able to apply it. Professor Decker makes sure you know the material, and goes over problems step by step. You DON’T need to be a math genius either.

QMB is a tough class, quite challenging, but useful information. Prof Decker is tough but I appreciate that he attempts to prepare his students to succeed in the business world. He was always open to questions and took extra effort to make sure we understood the answer. You will do well in class if you apply yourself and do the work assigned.

Great class. Loved that it was bookless. Tests clearly followed the notes/slides. Interesting topics. Always replied to my e-mails quickly. Easy enough to pass without too much work but you still feel like you learned something. Take it- you won't be sorry!

This is absolutely the most beneficial class of my college career so far. I was able to learn something in class, then go to work and apply it on the job. Professor Decker is available to help, responds to your emails, and makes sure you have everything you need to succeed. You will get what you give; if you want an A, you'll need to work for it.

THIS TEACHER IS AWESOME. I loved this class. No book. I repeat, NO BOOK. The teacher didn't answer any of my questions... because I didn't have any. This class was well thought out, organized, and easy to follow. An easy A no offense to him.

I took this class online as a fast track and I seriously loved it. Everything that was expected from you was made perfectly clear. You had a few powerpoints, homework, a quiz, and a test every week, but so worth it. I was able to keep up with my other 4 classes perfectly fine during all of that. I would absolutely recommend him.

Decker can be a little overwhelming at first but as the semester goes on he begins to grow on you. If you can pick up on his teaching style rather quickly then you shouldn't have a hard time learning this material! Make sure to always do your homework. The quizexam questions are extremely similar to what you're given to practice at home!

Decker will make you learn the subject to pass. You can't just study for the test and move on. If you just want the grade, take an easy professor that doesn't care. He teaches you and if you're not passing, it's because you're not Learning. If I'm not mistaken, I think that's the purpose of an education. His teaching style is more valuable by far.

I'm currently taking Professor Decker online, and I love it! I was concerned about taking an online math class, but he has made it easy to keep up. He has videos for each unit that make you feel like you are sitting in class, going over the work. Seems like a nice guy, but haven't had much interaction with him since I haven't had many questions.

An easy class overall; he makes his online powerpoints very easy and tries to make them interesting and funny. Had I given the class a little more effort I could have easily gotten an A, even though I hate math.

Professor Decker can be confusing at times, however, if you ask for help he will do everything in his power to help you. There is a lot of homework so if you don't think you will have time for that, don't bother taking this course. If you genuinely try and show up for class, you will pass. This is not a class you can just show up and do nothing.

This is not an easy class, especially online. There were 3 reports and discussion posts to help with the final grade. He teaches via videos using sheets of notes. Beware of errors on his videos. This was a bit confusion. He expresses genuine concern for his students and has a passion for his material.

First class Professor; this guy loves to teach and it shows. I had him for MGF1107 plus this class, and would take his classes again if need be. His classes have so much home work that I would find myself cursing at the computer, so please understand that when I say he loves to teach, I mean this. You will learn in is class or you will not pass.

Decker is a great professor. He's knowledgeable, helpful and very good at making sure everyone understands the material before moving on. I liked the fact that he made his class more project based than test based which really helped my grade out. Definitely not an easy professor and he does give quite a bit of homework. Just listen and you'll pass.

This was set up pretty good for an online class. Liked the videos and discussion posts. It was tough to keep up with everything, but I managed it. Material wasn't that difficult and the topics were covered clearly in the videos. Took awhile to get my projects graded, but I got all As on them so I didn't care.

He was a good teacher and willing to work with the students on what ever they needed. It was a difficult class however I learned a lot.

Quantitative Analytics with Professor Decker will be one of the hardest classes you take at Polk State, but I promise you will learn and it will be a benefit in your workplace. Plan to work, watch a videos over and over until you grasp the work. There is a reason you take this a full semester, because you will do the work or you won't pass.

Professor Decker is a great Math professor, I learned a lot from him that I never mastered in high school. He tends to talk fast, but is very encouraging and will take his time to keep going over something, until everyone in the class understands it well, before continuing on. I was in Professor Decker's College Algebra Face-to-Face Class. This class was extremely interesting as well as educational. Make sure you attend class, because each lecture is critical. Prof. Decker is always willing to help his students, no matter what. Do the work like any other normal class, and you will pass :)

Class had a lot of videos to watch which is fine because it was online and they took the place of lectures in class. The schedule was a little confusing, but the projects, homework, and tests were so easy. Seriously. No problem getting a good grade in this class if you actually watch the videos and spend more than 5 mins on the hw.

Super hard course, but he takes you through it step by step. I would not take this class online. There's no way I could figure it out w/o the prof! Videos online go over everything you do in class so if you don't get it, you can watch those to understand better. No way I could do in on my own without him though!!!

Stats is hard but he makes it fun and easier to understand by doing real world projects instead of tests. He also provides a textbook for you so you don't have to buy a textbook. He's funny and interesting which makes a difficult subject much easier to get through.

This was one of the most inspirational, educational courses I have come across. It is clear that he has a true passion to educate and not just to pass a test. He offers multiple different resources to students for each lesson & eliminates textbooks by personally creating course materials. If you put in the effort, you will succeed! Great Class!!

Out of 24 online courses, this was most organized! Short, specific, titled videos made reviewing/refreshing for tests & projects quick & easy. Very difficult material but Prof gives clear expectations, extra credit and makes himself available face-to face! Projects are modeled after the short, step-by-step videos. Put in effort & you will do well!

Great Class! Learned a lot! Very specific in the time required to commit to difficult subject matter but he even allows online students to sit in on face-to-face class for extra help and reinforcement. Easily accessible, many titled organized videos that explain concepts step-by-step. Would definitely take again!

Took it online. No textbook, worried me at first, but once I got started, it was fine. The class material is no joke... I really had to work! But then, I've got a 61 year old brain! Prof. cares about student success. Always offers his office time for extra help. He has compiled an online course book and videos so students can save money. Grades promptly and fairly, gives feedback and is quick to answer emails. Course is challenging and interesting. Homework is reasonable. Due dates are given well in advance. Great Course!

I got an A, instead of my usual C-grade level math skills. With his online course, you have to complete assignments and quizzes weekly, but you can do it at your convenience each week. Its a lot of work, yes. However being able to pause his videos and rewind helps better understand the math. Oh! He doesnt require math book, to help save you money

Professor Decker makes the class interesting and fun by incorporating real-world scenarios into the homework. He expects you to participate, work hard and do your best but he is always available for guidance. He gives great feedback and is honest.

Professor Decker wants his students to actually learn the material. I like the project-based class he teaches, rather than traditional test-based classes. This is not exactly an easy class and it does require a lot of effort, which is something I appreciate. This class isn't for people who want something for nothing (how college classes should be).

As an English major, I was terrified at the thought of taking any kind of math course. Decker is a really nice person and the material he teaches is actually kind of interesting if you get into it. There's a lot of work, but it actually relates to the material. If you work hard you'll do fine. He's always willing to help. He's even funny! Love him.

Do not believe the negative reviews. Prof Decker is great and you can tell he cares about his students. You have to read notes, watch his videos (and follow along in Excel), and do homework to understand the concepts for the projects. He is always willing to help and give feedback and is more than fair! You have to put in the effort.

If you want to be a degreed Business professional you will need to understand the material in QMB as it includes valuable tools and extensive excel knowledge. Decker's personalized approach brings this difficult class to a workable and fair level for all to succeed at their level of commitment. Weighted grading, heavy on projects. Worth the work!

I really loved this class. You dont have to buy a textbook since it is open source. It is project based, but as long as you follow the rubric youll get an A. Most of your grades are quizzes and homework. You have to show up on time to get credit, no makeup work is accepted. Hes a very nice professor and a good teacher. I learned a lot in class.

Professor Decker was very kind and understanding. His lectures were interesting and taught us material worth knowing. I loved this class and I would recommend it. We didn't need a textbook because he wanted his course to be affordable as possible! His tests were also in line with the material and had study guides. I'm a dual enrolled student.

I took him for MFG1106 online as well and would recommend you take his courses. His concepts are easy to understand. Do the work and you will pass!

Although this is a tough course, he is more than willing to help during his office hours and answer all questions throughout class. Projects are the majority of your grade. If you pay attention in class and watch his detailed videos you will do fine. Basic math skills and a little extra work is the key to passing this class with an awesome grade.

Decker puts a lot of effort into this classic. He is very caring & wants you to succeed. He teaches you things that you will actually be able to use in your career. The course consists of 5 projects, quizzes that you are allowed multiple attempts to take, homework, and 2 exams. He grades promptly & isn't afraid to admit it if he makes a mistake.

Prof Decker has a well laid out course plan with fair due dates. This course was well thought out, challenging and fun. Math isn't my talent yet prof Decker helped me to achieve a perfect score on 2 math tests. He is easy to communicate with and easy to reach. lots of homework, but because the class basically forces you to do the homework when it came time to take the tests i knew all the material so i didn't need to study much. it's really easy subjects. teacher replied to all my emails and questions. i would take another class with him again.

Also, there is a manageable balance between homework and quizzes that prepare you for the test. If you watch the lectures and study, you should pass.

Very useful. We dont have to buy an expensive book because he provide it for free. If you take good notes and make good mind maps for sure you will pass the quizzes. No tests only projects. If you follow the instructions then you will pass the projects. I recommend him.

Professor Decker is very helpful. Only 2 exams but multiple choice & concept based not the actual math. 5 projects but most of the work is done in class workshops. Homework is participation only. 2 attempts on all quizzes. Free tutor in TLCC. Extra Credit too. This class is difficult but do able if you try & work well with him. He will help you!

I took QMB3600 Online and thought Professor Decker was very helpful. He will meet with you during his office hours and also very quick to respond to messages. You can get help in The TLCC with a Tutor. This class is open source which means no textbook required. Also, he has videos for you to watch which explain the subjects and give examples!

Professor Deckers Statistics class seemed to be much simpler than other stats classes. No calculator needed, only use excel. This class is open source, so no textbook needed. This class is project based and short quizzes at the beginning of class that you are able to use notes on. Decker is funny and makes class interesting! Would recommend!

I had Professor Decker in the Fall semester of 2019 and he is a really fun guy! You must pay attention and study, or else you wont understand what is going on, but he is extremely understanding. He responds to emails quickly and will try to help you out the best that he can. I would recommend!

Worse thing about the class is being threatened that if you do not make certain grades by the first three tests that he removes you from the course. If you make it passed that point theres a ton of work lots of writing. Can be hard to keep up with at times. Communicates well.. Loves to see you make effort, if you put effort in he will help you

Professor Decker is a very knowledgeable, funny, and enthusiastic teacher. QMB3600 is known to be a tough course but If you follow his directions and put the effort in then you will succeed. He is very fair with grading and will always help you if you ask. All of his example relate to real life which makes it easier to understand. Would recommend!

Decker is a tough one. The assignments aren't necessarily hard, but he requires you to follow directions perfectly. If you do not, you won't get credit for it. His lectures are different then a standard teacher. When he speaks, pay attention to EVERYTHING. The one thing you wouldn't expect to be on a quiz will be. He does warn you when they are.

Professor Decker was a fair and caring teacher who encouraged participation and dialogue as we learned methods that will set us apart in the corporate world. It was clear that his new format of pass/fail was created to give students the best chance of success. Open source materials (100% free) are used for the class, which benefits all students.

Professor Decker was great! I was so nervous about this class, and it was by far the hardest one I have taken in my four years of college. I struggle with math, but Professor Decker was willing to work with everyone in the class to ensure we passed. All you had to do was ask or let him know what was going on. Reading the reviews before taking this class I was scared. However, it is survivable. Ask him for help and he will give you everything you need to answer your question. There is lots of projects but he gives more than enough time. It is challenging, but earning a bachelors degree should be, and this class should be exactly how it is. You can do it!

QMB 3600 was intimidating for me because I'm not the best at math. The expectations for the class are made clear early on, as well as the fact that he will help you out and go into detail with whatever concept(s) you and the class as a whole struggle with. Although at points it seemed overwhelming, I never felt alone in the struggle. Go to Class!

Free textbook/ open source class. Uses real-life examples to teach with deeper meaning. He will make you EARN an A but is clear when providing instruction, so just follow directions. He grades as pass or fail, as long as you show good effort you shouldn't have an issue. He loves his job and truly wants students to learn the material long-term.

He gives absolutely no test and no homework. The assignments are mostly taking notes on videos, a few quizzes, and projects. His class is very easy, as long as you do your work you should pass! He also gives second chances, so take advantage!

Professor Decker has been amazing this semester. We started with my math lab but he is a open source e teacher so he has been making his own lectures to teach us. And it works great! He is fair and clear on what he wants. Best part NO TESTS. Show up and put your effort in and you will pass. Best teacher I have had! Definitely will take him again.

I was scared to take Decker class per all the reviews but I want to grad come spring so I took him and it has been the best decision I have made! Professor Decker truly cares his students learn and can apply the coursework in real life. He gives a reasonable time to turn in assignments and communicates! He is a true gem!

He is a great professor this is the 3rd course I have taken with him. He has excellent communication with his students and appreciates honesty. You don't have to BUY a textbook he provides all the material you'll need for the class. I highly recommend him.

If you do the work, you'll get an A or B as specified. You don't have to pay extra for mathlab or textbooks, he provides everything and actually cares about the content. Just work through it and you'll pass. If other people rated him low it's because they didn't feel like doing the work. The work is EASY, there is just a lot of it.

Professor Decker truly cares about his students success. It's easy to reach him and get a response back. He truly cares about cutting costs for students which means no textbook or mathlab fees. Follow his all of his directions for each assignment and you'll pass his class with an A or B.

I just finished this class with an A+. Professor Decker is really nice and he has open hours so you can get extra help. It's a very simple math class, but if you're a person who likes to procrastinate you're not going to do well in this class. There is a lot of work and writing, but you will definitely pass if you do the work!

This class is pass or fail so please know to pass you WILL work for it. Professor Decker WANTS YOU TO PASS. Him and his TA will dedicate all of the time you need to help you understand. Yes the material is hard; however, Professor Decker allows you multiple chances to receive a 100% on your projects. Take advantage of the tutoring hours if need be!

Going into QMB3600 I was scared of what was coming since Ive had trouble with other math classes, but with Professor Decker he has made it an understandable course. He provides open sources so no book is required and he also provides great example videos and lectures on the homework. He is open for any feedback and wants you to pass.

This is not the easiest class but its not very difficult to understand. Professor provides help and feedback and wants you to pass. Its an open source course, so no book! Zero Test!! Also, Flexible due dates!! You will pass if you have your assignments complete.

This class is not easy. The professor offers so much of his time to help you succeed. His expectations are clear. He gives work and expects it to be correct and complete. If you can manage that you will pass the class. Be prepared to work for the grade. He does allow more tan enough time to complete assignments and to correct them if need be.

DO NOT be scared to message him. His online class IS NOT like most online classes where the professor expects you to self-teach. Yes, the class seemed a bit difficult because of the course load but he is SUPER understanding and flexible. He will work with you, if you are willing, to make sure you pass the class because he DOES NOT want you to fail.

Decker is a good professor if you learn a certain way. I don't learn well from taking notes and that's what the majority of the homework is. If you like taking notes this is the perfect class for you because he really tries to help his students in all ways possible. You do have to do every assignment perfectly or you won't pass. flexible due dates.

Prof. Decker uses open source software (i.e. Google Sheets and Slides) and materials he created such as Powerpoints and tutorial videos on how to use Excel. He provides ample time for assignments to be completed, gives honest and constructive feedback, and genuinely cares that his students learn the course material. Great prof. and great class!

Great teacher who cares about you actually earning something useful and not just showing up to earn a grade. He or his TA are always willing to help when you have any questions or need some help. He's a funny guy who makes the class interesting and gives you the tools needed to succeed. UV

Professor Deckard is a really great professor! Though he does make some mistakes when it comes to missing assignments or inputting the wrong drop boxes, he allows you multiple chances to make up your assignments and still receives full credit! He lectures heavily so do be prepared to take good notes, Overall an awesome professor.

Professor Decker makes the class work for the individual class He asks how the students would learn the best in his class He uses flexible due dates and gives feedback on the incorrect work There are online videos if you miss a class, you can watch the videos to catch up on notes and use them to prepare for the test. I would recommend his class.

Professor Decker is trying to prepare his students for the real world. You have to complete his assignments as specified or you will have to redo them. He gives you multiple chances to complete your assignments! He does not grade you, it's either complete or incomplete. Open Source textbook - no need to purchase a book.

Professor Decker really does care about his students and is passionate about you learning everything. To him, Its not just about you passing, its about learning. So, he does lecture heavy but as long as you take good notes and do all of your assignments you should be fine. He gives good feedback and allows you to fix your mistakes if you try.

Decker's class was just like any other class where you had homework, quizzes, and projects. However, people took his class for granted because he gave us a lot of leeway in turning in our assignments. People started to forget this was a college class where you had to do work, study, and not procrastinate. The quizzes were even open notes.

Professor decker is a great teacher and he only wants the best for his students. He takes forever grading things. In this class you will have to take lots of notes but if you take good notes you will be fine! Instead of tests theres 5 projects. THEYRE TIME CONSUMING. On the first day find a friend, he lets you work with people! Just dont cheat!

If theres any review you need to pay attention to here its mine. This class is great, the lectures are enticing although lengthy. You will truly learn something in this class. The only way to truly get a bad grade in this class is: missing class, not paying attention or not trying. This teacher cares. His class is different and special. Stay Woke

Professor Decker is a great professor. His class is not easy and you have to work for your grade. If you actually want to put in effort and time in your school he is a great choice. He gives you multiple chances to redo work and if you miss a deadline he will extend it for you. He lets the class choose at the beginning what works best for them.

Let me preface this with I have always hated Math. However, I absolutely LOVED at his class and this professor. He was attentive, kind, thorough and knowledgeable. I can honestly say that not only did I leave class having enjoyed it, but with a knowledge base I can take forward in life. One of the best professors and classes I have ever taken!

No textbook, he created his own which saves $. You either get an A, B, or F. If you complete all the work by the end of the semester, you get an A or B, if not an F. The work is not overly difficult, but it needs to be right. I think he truly cares about his students and is genuinely interested in improving. Wish more Prof were like him at PSC

Professor Decker is a life-changing professor. I took QMB 3600: Quantitative Methods in Business twice in order to pass the class, but it was honestly a pleasure to hear his lectures--a lot of which had been improved on and simplified. Always available, inspiring, fair grader, explains concepts thoroughly in videos, genius educator.
