Tests are detailed but fair. He gives out typed notes & test questions come directly from them. Gives reviews before tests. GO. Gives direction there on what to know most for tests. Format is short answer, short essays, multiple choice, fill in the blank. A few short papers but grades generously on them. Very approachable. No extra credit.

He goes off on tangents during is lectures then rushes through a bunch of information 2 days before the test and expects you to know it all. He will give you a bunch of "big ticket items" and then half of them aren't even on his test. No reviews are given so you better get it the first time around. Fofi is one of my favorites! It's a tough class & you really have to work for your grade, but it pays off. His main focus is preparing you for your career so he emphasizes the things that will be most applicable & useful in the medical field. He's very passionate & loves to teach!! Take some time to get to know him, he has a lot of good experience!

Best professor I've had! Won't hand hold but makes it easy to learn if you are willing to put in some effort. Exams only. He's a really cool guy with an awesome background that he relates to the material making it more exciting to learn. Asks questions directly in class (terrifying I know) after a few, nerves are gone and it's incredibly beneficial

Fofi is a great professor. He will ensure you understand the material, not just be able to regurgitate it on a test. The information is difficult, he will challenge you and make you think critically, but as a prerequisite to most medical professions youll be better off for it. I feel very confident in my understanding of the fundamentals. Thanks!

Dr. Fofi has been one of the best science professors I've had in years. His lectures are very informative - he cuts the crap and tells you exactly what he expects from you but he's also very entertaining! Anatomy has been one of the most challenging classes for me due to the sheer amount of memorization needed but it was a great experience overall.

Although Prof Fofi has a personality that most will find eyeroll-worthy, it's really not that bad. Your grade is solely based on tests. So bad test taker=bad grade.
