Professor Dr. R Lewis, I think he's a wonderful teacher to whoever wants to learn. I have personally taken 2 of his classes, and it was wonderful. HIS class is easy because of his Clarity and Helpfullness.

Sitting in Mr. Lewis' class is a joy. He's one of the best teachers I've had at LACC. Just watching him talk and move around is pure entertainment. The class seems like it's going to be hard at the outset - I kind of wonder if he does that to scare off the slackers. ;) It's a fairly easy class if you work it right. One of the best!

All your homework, tests, everything are ONLINE. There was no paper in this class except for note-taking. I learned more listening to him talk than I did from book.

He is so Hollywood; if you want to learn, you must read,however, you may get an easy A without much knowledge. Loved his diverse attires, he has a nice "curb appeal."

Had Prof Lewis before, he's very flexible and lenient on attendance. Love his accent and dry English humor. Very understanding and comprehensive teacher. Really tends to student's necessities in life lessons instead of just reading off the textbook. TAKE HIM!!

Lazy, lazy, lazy... but an easy A

His lectures are pretty much taken from the book slides, however, he does the class interesting. The class is easy, you do some work but it is so easy to get an A.

Comedy-Intelligence personified. Very funny British man. Aside from attendance, EVERYTHING is online-based. Hw, tests/midterm/final, and lecture slides are found and to be submitted online. He gives out an online textbook ($70ish) Potluck and 2min presentation before the final. The online tests are open-book, but not for the midterm/final

Professor Lewis is one of the best professors at LACC. He knows so much about Law, and explains everything you need to know for homework and exams in class. Do all of your assignments, easy A. Recommend him to anyone.

Easy class. Follow format for HW. Midterm and Final open for practice before the actual test. Hes really easy going, cool. Do the HW. listen to his lecture for help on HW. I love his class. Has an English accent. Lewis is awesome. take him for LAW.

He is the funniest teacher I have had. Will make you laugh with his life stories that connect to the material. Do the homeworks and pass. Also gives extra credit for those who slack off. The tests are super easy and the midterm/final too. If you don't pass it's because you didn't do the practice tests or the homework.

Greatest teacher I have taken at LACC. MAjority of your grade depends on your HW assignments, but he literally spoon feeds you what he wants on the assignment, in the previous class. Homework once a week, but if you attend class, and write down EXACTLY what he says he wants, youll get an A. Easy and AMAZING professor

Had Mr. Lewis last fall and he was a pretty awesome business law teacher. Gives hilarious lectures with his pass experience and knowledge. Makes the readings fun since they can be really procedural and boring. Do the homework as he wants and that will help with any tests. Would recommend and get again for more classes. Learned a lot

Took Lewis over the 5 week summer period and it was a lot of work. Make sure you have time to dedicate to his class. Overall I enjoyed his teaching style. I was late on one test, and he was kind enough to let me retake it at a later date w/o loss of points. Cares about his students and it shows.

Professor Lewis has an bold character and carried me through the meat and potatoes of LAW study. At first I wasn't too sure what to think, but once I aligned myself with the program, I started to see just how much his courses paved the way for a real understanding of the legal system and future successes. I'm not quite sure how, but professor Lewis was always able to keep it interesting and managed to impart some invaluable knowledge and he deserves more thanks than I think he gets.

All you need to do is have a pulse and submit on time. He gives you "assignment Help" pages which is basically copy and paste the exact answer he already provides for you. Unlimited tries on online exams that give you all the correct answers. How could anyone not get an A??? But you do HAVE TO pay $100 for an online book you literally never use.

Prof. Lewis is amazing! His Law 03 class is totally worth it. He does talk a bit long sometimes, but you can just see how passionate he is about the material and just how much he wants you to learn about your Constitutional rights. Definitely take him. He's worth the time.

It is impossible to not earn an A. Weekly essays and attendance is all you need to pass. His lectures are also fun. His accent and humor make the class very enjoyable. He also offers almost weekly extra credit based on campus events. Take him if you want an A, you won't regret it.

Fourteen Assignments. Two Term Papers. Two quizzes. Sounds like a lot of work but the assignments and papers have a clear format to follow, submit before the due date and you will receive an A. The quizzes, you can practice as many times as you like before the mid-term and final. Lectures are informative and entertaining.

Professor Lewis is an extraordinary Educator/ Paralegal instructor. He is very invested in his students' academic goals. The material he selects is enlightening and encouraging. I was able to develop my research skills and I learned plenty about the judiciary system also the U.S. Laws. I highly recommend Mr. Lewis for your paralegal courses.

He teaches in a matter that makes it applicable to us. He relates to current events and uses humor and real life situations to explain the past and to help look into the future. He's very intelligent and can recall cases really easily. Great professor and learning a lot

He's a fantastic professor, and holds an open forum for conversation about the topics we're learning about, which gives everyone in the room a better understanding of the topic. Real learning, got more out of this class than any other in my higher education experience thus far, and he makes me excited to learn about the content.

The best teacher I've had in this school so far. Very easy to understand what he wants from you in your papers, and willing to let you re-do things if you do it wrong the first time. Very engaging lectures, I understand the law system a lot better after him teaching the class. Would definitely take this prof again

Always an interesting professor to talk to. Lectures can go off on a lot of tangents and personal stories. The homework and reading material are fairly straightforward. If you don't read and do the homework you'll fail. Lots of multiple choice homework. One midterm paper and one final paper plus a short presentation. Extra credit galore.

Professor Lewis is great! Assignments are plentiful but super easy. Term papers are straightforward, and if you have any questions he's always available through Canvas. Plenty of extra credit. Just make sure you don't fall behind on your assignments because he doesn't remind you at all lol.

I took the 5 week summer course and there were 30+ assignments due within that time. The lectures were not as long as the syllabus stated but they were effective. He isnt as strict on due dates as it seems. Give a good excuse and hell give an extension. Also the essays dont have to be specific to the prompt, he grades easy.

Professor Lewis is awesome! I thought his class had a lot of work but he's available for help and give extra credit assignments for students to make up for any missed work. His lectures are interesting and he is a little sarcastic which keeps it fun and funny. Especially in a potentially very dry class!

Covered 20+ chapters in the semester with about 7 assignments per chapter and an exam per unit. Not entirely self-paced but you'll need to hold yourself accountable as due dates are spread out and per unit, not chapter. His lectures are pretty quick/brief synopses of the chapters and he's always down to talk law. Two papers, both fairly easy.

He's my favorite professor in the law department. Talking with him was very inspiring. I'm grateful for the time he gave me.

Easy to the extent you put the effort into it. Read the material and write the essays, and you will get a good grade. Very fair, not overly stringent. Varied and interesting reading. Most impressively, writing assignments do not have assumed points of view. You are free to argue either side of the case, as long as you support your argument.

Fairly easy B Law class for Bus Admin majors. All work is done online through cengage with only a few assignments outside of that including the final paper. Make sure that your class number matches with the cengage class aswell because that caused me some difficulty.
