Exciting lecturer with funny but fair tests. Good person to learn caluclus from.
An excellent lecturer. Teaches with intelligence and humor. I'd recommend taking any of your math classes with him.
The best math teacher I've ever had at UCSC (and I'm a math major). Great, easy-to-read board notes with sidewalk chalk. Very clear explanations and open to questions. Extremely helpful in office hours and in class--wants students to learn the material.
Because of Richard I became a math major and now teach high school mathematics. The absolute best teacher I ever had!
wonderful teacher
so hot.
Richard Mitchell is the best teacher I've ever had. He teaches with a serene, approachable air about him, and his lectures and explanations are precise and clear. I learned more about math than I thought possible in his class.
Inspiring, the best teacher I've ever had. Because of his class mathamatics will be something I pursue for the rest of my life...
like another said: inspiring. This was a history of mathematics class... and it was wonderful. he also likes old school colored chalk, which is cool!
A very helpful and clear teacher, he is challenging but fare. He is an amazing professor, watching him teach is an experience in itself.
A very difficult and abstract class. Mitchell is a pretty difficult teacher but also very brilliant. I had a very hard time understanding what was going on much of the time, though most of the other students seem to disagree and find him a very clear lecturer. Sections are vital.
This was the most interesting, engaging class I have ever taken. My interest in math dramatically increased because of the class and the teacher. Mitchell loves math, and it rubs off on you. I highly recommend taking a class from him
WOW This class was a rush, People said he had cut back from the year before, but where? I never saw it. He was SO interesting, and it seemed he knew everything about Math...EVER. This was a great class, and anyone wanting to learn math...MITCHELL IS THE MAN!
The Best! Richard shows the math side of math. I highly recomend, but beware of slacking: you space out for 2 minutes = you've just lost track of the whole lecture and you can go home and seppuku your-self. Good Luck.
Pay Attention! He moves rather quickly and if you space for a second, you'll lose the point for the entire day... REALLY HARD HOMEWORK/TESTS
Richard Mitchell was an awesome professor. He needs to be challenged more though...hes a genius!
Best college math teacher EVER!

One of those classes where if you pay attention and do the work, even if you think you have no freakin clue what you are doing, somehow it will all work out. Plus he's engaging to watch b/c he's a genius and gets chalk everywhere.

Brilliant, but he doesn't realize the disconnect between he and his students. He doesn't understand that we all aren't on the same level. But absolutely genious still. Probably the coolest math teacher we have. He's very shy tho and he's probably someone that used to get picked on a lot in school.
I had Richard Mitchell for Math 100, Math 23b, and for Math 181. I know a lot of folks who had him for even more classes. You either love him or you hate him. I absolutely love him. He is one of the best Math profs I have had and I have had some really great ones. He is so clear and he presents Math in a fun and exciting way. He is fantastic.

Damn. This guy is a savage especially with the colored chalk. He's a shy guy, but he's an awesome teacher. The beginning is the hardest, then the class gets somewhat easier once he starts doing calculus. I'm hoping to get him for multivariable.
I've had Mitchell every quarter since I've got to College. He is the best math teacher of all time. He teaches math for math's sake and conveys its beauty by not dumbing it down to make it easily digestible. Rigorous and engaging. Richard rocks my socks.
The best professor EVER! I love this man like crazy! I'd die for him and have his children! Not at the same time!
Mitchell gets chalk on his own clothes because he cares more about teaching than looking nice. Hard ass tests, but he is a great teacher. Plus he is damn sexy!!
the BEST professor ever! thats all I need to say
Mitchell: An inspiration to all.
Quite possibly the best math teacher in existence, but damn that was a hard class
I loved his graphs and his colorful chalks he used with it. The hair matches him. I believe he was helpful, but had to get outside help sometimes.
Richard Mitchell rocks my socks! His drawings are /clean/ and he knows how to convey what solids look like in n dimensions. Yeah, n dimensions. Hot pink chalk for important vectors!
Mitchell is a math teaching GOD! He has actually made me enjoy math. His lectures are unsurpassibly clear and he answers questions perfectly. His chalkboard mastery is also unmatched. Best teacher ever!
I love how he draws little men with suction boots on his 3d graphs.
Amazing teacher. I wish that every professor was as enthusiastic to help, skilled in teaching, and eager to teach as Mitchell.
Mitchel was cool but the book sucks. His test are moderate and there is always one hard question.
His lecturing style is awesome, especially if you're really into the material. However, he is by far the most difficult professor I have ever had in terms of homework and tests. Going into our final (that the TA couldn't really do), approx. 2/3 of the class was failing (with 50% as passing).
One of the all time best teachers that I have ever had in 12 years of being in college!! He is Amazing, across the board. I don't care if the time doesn't work for you, don't take your math from anybody else. He is really THAT good!
Very good lectures but the class goes incredibly fast. Textbook is totally useless since it's impossible to understand it. DEFINITELY go to section--the TA basically gave us answers to the homework problems. Has a wonderful assortment of chalk with different colors. Request the fuchsia.
Really good teacher, he really loves math and he teaches it well
.............
teaches well, but the room lacks proper ventilation.
Indiana Jones, colored chalk, and a golden stopwatch. what more could you ask for? oh! he makes you LOVE math. tests are very hard but do the study sheet he gives u, verify with ur ta and the tests will be just like that. he's really interesting and i love his lectures. i always want to go. hw makes up very lil of ur grade so u dont have to do it
One of the most important teachers i had at santa cruz. His classes are difficult; he is not going to dumb things down for you. But he also spends _a log_ of time helping students in his office hours and really cares about you understanding the subject. Overall awesome. If you want to learn, take his classes; if you want to skate by, dont.
His lectures are very easy to understand and detailed. He is more than happy to help his students out, especially during office hours. His homework assignments and exams are reasonable, though a bit challenging. Overall, he's the best math teacher I've ever had!
Class is hard. The book sucks. Lectures are key. Tests are impossible. Wish you luck!
Lectures were very helpful, the tests were hard. Sections are very good if you have problems with the homework, but are not manditory.
Good professor overall. Tests are somewhat difficult but not impossible. Sections are always helpful (<3 Robert).
I love this professor's lectures. He's so clear about everything. Do homework problems as he assigns them and you will enjoy your life a bit more. Procrastinate, and you'll probably pull all-nighters just to get a passing grade in the class. He really prepares you for the real world (academic or industry). Must take this professor you graduate!
Great professor. His explanations supplement the textbook very well. It helps that the book was co-written by a faculty member here at UCSC who knows Professor Mitchell well. He even answers the questions stupid people ask and doesn't make the stupid people know they are asking bad questions (unless it's completely irrelevant to the class)!
great professor! must take before you graduate! don't take math from anyone else! i know i didn't!
Richard Mitchell is inspiring in the way that other professors can only dream of being. And he's just a lecturer. Go to his office hours, learn all you can from him. You will never have anyone explain mathematics to you with more crystal clarity than Richard Mitchell. And he can DRAW.
Mitchell is by far the best teacher I have ever had so far while attending UCSC. He's really funny, he can draw, he knows what he is talking about, and he grades very generously. This man has a gift, and he is awesome!
Mitchell is a very challenging teacher who delves MUCH deeper into theory than necessary for a lower-divison course. However, he is absolutely brilliant, makes few mistakes, draws incredible diagrams, makes sound effects, has a sense of humor, and WANTS you to succeed more than anything else. He deserves to get paid twice as much as he does.
Really excellent teacher, goes waaaa...aay into depth. The problem sets are really really difficult if you don't go to section. The tests are very hard, but if you pay attention in class, particularly the couple days before the test when he's reviewing, they're doable. He uses chalk like a god...
Amazing class, professor Mitchell might be the smartest person I've met.. really hard class just be comfortable with the problems on the homework and you'll be good for exams. I just wish I were intelligent enough to fully appreciate Mitchell's lectures since they're at such a high level. Never missed a lecture they're too good to miss.
The best math professor ever. Challenging material and tests are hard, but for math lovers it is amazing. He is helpful, grades fair, and is extremely funny. He can draw like a god with chalk.
This guy is awesome.
HARD class. Focuses so much on the theoretical aspects of the material, so it's recommended you attend his office hours and read the material on your own to truly understand it. Great guy and very friendly and approachable.
One of the best Teachers I ever had, tough course but you will learn alot, after taking Mitchell every other math is cake, Tests are really difficult thats why you have to keep up with homework, that is what got me a D, but all in all great guy
Extremely difficult class. Mitchell is brilliant. The book is terrible, and only used because the author is on the staff. Do the homework, go to discussion, take notes in lecture but don't expect to understand everything he does. I learned a lot from Mitchell.
Best teacher I've ever had. He's a total genius and its just inspiring to watch him teach. You really have to pay attention during lectures though. He moves through the material really fast so can't space out for even a minute. At the end of the class he's completely covered in chalk dust from writing so much and he has to dust himself off.
His teaching is superb. He is able to convey topics with absolute crystal clarity and make the most mundane subjects fascinating. He has a passion for teaching which definitely spreads to the students as a passion for learning.
Hard homework. Harder midterm. Easy final. Best instructor. Very thorough and careful analysis of material. A lot gets put out during lecture, so take good notes and sift through everything at the end of the day. Office hours to clear up conceptual difficulties and review lectures are key. Most highly recommended by math and non math majors alike.
I put more effort into this class than any other class I have taken in my entire educational career so far, and it paid off. Professor is by far the best teacher I have ever had, for any subject matter. He is understanding, clear, concise. His notation is excellent and board work is superb. You can't beat Rich Mitch!
Richard is awesome, he draws really good and he's really patient. His office hours are the best-- he has the comfiest couch and he lets you write all over the board. DO NOT MISS A LECTURE! and do all homework. His tests are easy if you know all homework and practice problems by heart. Best math experience of my life. (plus he's pretty funny)
Mitchell is a GENIUS. Anytime you can take a class with him, count your blessings. The material is tough, and he goes deeper into the theory than any teacher you have probably ever had, but he also pulls you into it and makes you fall in love with the topic. I'm a math major after taking this class! Lectures are gold, don't miss a single one.
The absolute best teacher ever! If you have the chance to take a class from Rich Mitch and don't then you are making the biggest mistake of your academic career! He is a necessity to this university.
Why is Richard Mitchell the most inspiring math professor you will ever have? Because his ability to convey this material in a fascinating and effective manner is simply magic. He truly challenges you; he delves deep into the subject and presents why it's all so useful, not to mention interesting. That's no small feat. He changed my outlook on math
Prof Mitchell is by far the best mathematic professor I've ever had. His class was very difficult, but it was well worth the effort.
Richard Mitchell is the best teacher I have ever had. He's hilarious! Every day I found something new and exciting to laugh at. "Vectors, usually we adorn these little guys with hats, like this." Hehe. :] I love him.
Fantastic professor! Math is not my favorite subject, but the lectures are very useful and interesting. The exams are challenging, but the material is included in his lectures and review sheets, so go to class!
I am pretty good at math, but mitchell just screwed the whole class over with the final. Since the second midterm avg was a 78 he decided to make the final impossible, in which he succeeded. I really liked the guy before the final came, which killed my grade all the way from an A to a B-.
Professor Mitchell's ability to present a logical and continuous lecture is unparalleled in this school. As long as you go to lecture, understand what he says and apply it to the homework you will pass his class. His is the only class I have ever taken where the professor has made the textbook look silly, ignorant and inefficient. Pay attention
This guy is a crazy math genius. He knows all the incredibly dense derivations for the formulas by heart and spends entire lectures showing off this knowledge. Of course this means that his tests are incredibly difficult. Not a class for slacking off at all.
I had Mitchell for 23A & B. Hand's down one of my favorite professors. He's very helpful & knowledgeable. His tests are difficult but if you do the review sheets you'll be ok. He definitely grows on you, he's very funny in an awkward way. His explanations are very detailed and interesting, and he illustrates things excellently. Excellent professor.
LOVE richard mitchell. His lectures are always interesting and I look forward to his class. I've taken 3 quarters of math with Mitchell, and want to take more. His class is very difficult but so worth it.
If your taking any math class and Richard Mitchell is teaching it, Take it. He is the best at teaching math courses. He is tough but very thorough and you can bet you learn alot in his class.
I took RichMitch for 23A&B as well as 21. He is by far the best teacher I have ever had ever. Take as many classes as you can with him. He shows you HOW to get the formulas which is really helpful for actually understanding the information. He is also hilariously ENTERTAINING!! His tests are difficult, but not unreasonable. I LOVE THIS TEACHER! <3
Very very hard teacher. I got an A in the class by going to a lot of office hours, sections, and do the HW and study his tests from previous years. If you want an easy math class, this is not for you!!
Great teacher and extremely helpful. However this is not a good class to take unless you are willing to work extremely hard.
He is one of the best teachers for 23. Not only is he extremely thorough, but he is very helpful and always available. He does tend to do hw problems as examples so go to class!!! He is not easy though, you have to work for your grade. He also grades based on performance; improvement means a lot to him.
Richard Mitchell!!!! Best math teacher ever! Makes math a lot of fun. Sound effects, suction shoes, colored chalk, an really cares about his students.
this class has been pretty good. mitchell definitely knows his stuff, but sometimes it's difficult to understand his crazy math lingo. Corey, one of the TAs, is the gem of the course. you definitely don't want to skip his section unless you really have the material down.
Excellent teacher. You would think learning MultiVar Calc would be a snooze fest, but he keeps the class alive with his multi-colored chalk and charisma for math. Nice guy, very approachable. And pray you get Rob as your section TA. He really kept my grade alive in that class.
One of the hardest math classes on the campus. Get study groups they help!! You must go to class otherwise you risk falling behind. EVERY LECTURE IS GOLDEN. Don't fall asleep and take neat notes. GO TO OFFICE HOURS. He wants to help you and has years and years of experience. Fun fact: He went to UCSC for his BA, MD, and PhD.
He is a great teacher. He has inspired me to pursue math more. His class is an amazing learning experience but I will be honest it is NOT an easy class at all. It will consume the majority of your time if you want to get a good grade. As hard as it was its worth taking. He is funny, intelligent, friendly, and has everything you'd want in a teacher
awesome teacher. You will not do well unless you take the time to study and qualitatively understand of the material, but his lectures are crystal clear. Tests are pretty brutal, but fair. office hours are usually packed though
Excellent teacher. Just keep up with the homework, go to section, dont slack, you should be fine. This class is definitely not for slackers. He makes complex analysis a fun subject for sure.
He's the best math teacher I've had so far. His class is crazy hard but he's so helpful and so nice, it's totally worth taking the class with him.
Great math teacher. You can tell he loves what he does and he's great at it. The class isn't easy, but passable if you use all the resources he offers and you spend your fair share of time doing your homework.
Richard Mitchell is the stuff. This guy is vibrant, funny, and (above all) enthusiastic about math. While it is not at all an easy class, it is enjoyable, and I strongly suggest trying to get him for Vector Calculus.
Professor Mitchell was the best. I usually never go to class but I always went to his class. He genuinely likes teaching and he is very good at explaining very difficult material. He makes the book sound like childs play and I highly recommend taking his classes.
Richard Mitchell is an extremely great professor and his lectures are very helpful and enlightening. Yet exams are VERY challenging and you must have a thorough understanding the material to do well. He is simply the best. While I recommend taking his classes whenever you can...be ready for a challenge
One of the best professors ever. He is brillant and in complete control of the material and lectures. The exams are extremely challenging. You must have complete mastery of the subject to succeed in his class but you will learn more than you ever thought possible. It is a growth experience that cannot be missed. TAKE THIS CLASS
Very difficult class. He's a very good lecturer, but I wish he had gone over more examples in class. Most of class time was spent on proofs.
His lectures are crystal clear and makes vector calculus fun. This is not a class for slackers because his exams are out of this world and require a lot of studying. I would recommend getting him if you are a math, physics, computer science, or engineering major.
His class is laughably easy if you do the homework, read the book, and dedicate one night prior to each exam. Lectures are pointless; necessary for incompetent students. Only attend days before exams. There's one lecture that the book does not cover. Very easy class and A. I am an Econ/Math major.
He tests at the quality he lectures, very high.
Great professor. Lectures were really interesting and helped me understand the material. However, the exams are very difficult and time pressured. Spent a lot of time studying and did not do as well as expected, but thankful that I passed.
Mitchell is the best math professor I have ever had. His tests are difficult but he gives you a review sheet which preps you for the exam. If you do it and understand the problems on it then you should be able to get an A on his tests-which are always curved. He makes class fun and explains everything thoroughly. I haven't had any better professors
First-rate in every way. I've never enjoyed a math class more. His lectures are simple and elegant; he explains concepts with clarity and grace. In his examinations, he tests genuine understanding, not computation or memorization. His class is going to be very challenging, but it is a fair challenge. Definitely take him if you get the chance.
He is the best math teacher on campus. His test are hard, but he is very helpful. Go to his office hours. Loved taking classes with him.
Mitchell is an awesome professor. Taking an Honors Calculus course with him was tough because of the rough transition from a high-school course to a university honors course. However, he is a clear teacher who is extremely enthusiastic about math, so
Teamplayer
Best math professor at UCSC hands down. Crystal clear lectures, and he clearly cares about the material and his students. Really encourages you to thoroughly understand the material, and is extremely helpful and available to answer any questions. Comprehensive review for both the midterm and the final. Top notch instruction.
I got 500 (full score) on math placement exam (MPE) and still got a C+. It's a really hard class. A great teacher, though.
Mitchell is an excellent teacher but if you don't get what he's saying each step of the way you'll fall off the bandwagon and only have yourself to blame. Don't wait to do the homework last second unless you don't want an A in the class. If you really don't get the material GO TO OFFICE HOURS. He's very approachable, considerate of where you're at.
He is intelligent and obviously knows what he's talking about. He's a nice, respectable guy as well. However, his classes are far from easy!! Improvement really matters in his class, and so does going to secondary lab, MSI, and office hours! Don't underestimate him, and make sure to take it seriously.
Mitchell is brilliant. He understands the material, obviously. However, he expects you to learn and know this material at an expert level, not at an entry level. Expect to do homework, MSI's, and sections like crazy. Read the book, study your butt off and HOPE you'll pass. Scary tough on grading, but he does curve. Believes in improvement most!
Mitchell is an amazing lecturer. Hands down one of the best lecturers I have had in my life. Because his lecture quality is so high, though, he expects highly of the students. His tests are hard, but he curves them pretty fairly. If you attend lecture, go to discussions, and do the homework/reviews, you should get an A or B.
Mitchell is an amazing professor. He genuinely cares about his students, so make sure to go to office hours or sections if you need help! His tests are reasonable, so make sure you always understand what is going on in lecture. His teaching methods are phenomenal, they blew my mind twice! Math is such a complex subject, but he makes it enjoyable.
He is an amazing professor. But he doesn't use PPT or ecommons so that you have to go to his lectures. Tests are a little bit tough. Anyway, He is great.
I WOULD ELECT THIS MAN AS PRESIDENT. Seriously, taking honors calculus with him has been a pleasure. Don't get me wrong, there were times when I looked over the material, pulled my hair and cried my eyes out. Honors was very much a personal journey as an educational one. However, he was ALWAYS there to help and never made me feel stupid. Great man.
Humble, approachable, and inspiring. This course alone inspired me to pursue a mathematics career alongside a physics major education, which is something that I never would have considered previously. So grateful that I placed into this class and was able to learn all I did. A letter grade is nothing to the lessons he has to offer.
Mitchell is a great teacher. He really cares about his students and explains things diligently. The tests are tough, but a good grasp of the practice test will get you the grade you're looking for.
Best math professor I've had in 2 years. Teaches you the most, although he requires a lot of work.
Best teacher I've ever had! His class is fast paced and difficult; however, lectures are phenomenal. Definitely take his class if you have the chance!
I took this class as a freshman first quarter. He is an AMAZING professor. Yes his exams are very difficult, but they are fair. Do your homework, reviews, etc. Show up to lecture. He explains the material very well. He even does some of the problems you need to know how to do. Very challenging but fun class.
He is the most amazing teacher I have ever had in my life, also the most honest. He is honest in the sense that he actually expects you to learn and know what you're doing when you take his tests. Go to office hours, they'll not only save your life/grade but make you plenty of friends. I would take any class he teaches, even if I don't need it.
I had Mitchell for 23A and 23B consecutively. He is the best math teacher I've ever had. He likes to be more conceptual in his lectures, which makes it hard to follow what he is saying at first. I highly recommend going to his office hours, he is so helpful and definitely wants you to pass his class. He's also kinda quirky, which makes him funny.
Mitchell is by far the best teacher I have ever had. I am constantly in awe of his lectures and general knowledge on math. I would recommend this class to anyone, and I do admit that its difficult (I put in about 2-3 hours a day of work) but it is also the most rewarding class I've ever taken. Mitchell is so humble but everyone loves him for it.
Mitchell can be very demanding at times, but he is always fair and respectful. He expects you to understand the material, not just memorize it. If math's not really your thing, you will struggle. Overall a fantastic professor; my one quibble is that there's a lot of homework but very few of the problems actually get graded. Class is heavily curved.
Best professor you'll ever have. His lecture is just amazing. He is also a very good mentor and is almost like a friend once you get to know him. GO TO OFFICE HOUR, it's really fun there. Do the homework, go to class and study consistently then this class will be one of the best experience in your life.
THE BEST PROFESSOR EVER. If you do your homework, go to discussions and office hours you will learn the material, yet; you will be challenged. Mitchell is very unique because he actually cares about his students and their success. I wish I had him for every class! 5 stars.
Honors calc with Mitchell was so difficult, but the payoff was so worth it. Mitchell is an amazing professor and you can tell that he really cares that his students learn the material. His lectures are also incredibly dense but he's so passionate about the material that you end up enjoying it too. He's absolutely amazing, definitely recommend him
Richard Mitchell is the best math teacher I have ever had, but he also gives the hardest math tests that I have ever had. He will teach you the best, but expect to work hard for your grade.
I took 23A with him and was able to pull a B. I was nervous to take 23B with him because of his level of difficulty; however, I put more time and effort into his class this time around: MSI, office hours, etc. He never made me feel stupid for where I was at. He knows you can understand it; he just wants you to show you care enough. Outstanding man!
Fantastic professor. Very elegant in his way of explaining things. A true math god!
If you are willing to put in the work and go out of your way to get help from prof. and TAs, you will expand your mental abilities beyond what you expected you could do. The most approachable prof in office hrs and uses at least three colors of chalk in lecture. He is nice and wants to help you learn the material. Embrace the need to ask for help.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MITCHELL!!!!!!!!
Wow. UCSC is lucky to have this guy. He really cares about mastery in his class and it shows. He's all you can really ask for in a professor. My personal favorite aspect is that you know exactly what to expect from his midterms/final.
This class will kick your butt, but you will learn so much from Mitchell, he is a fantastic professor and lecturer. He is always willing to help at office hours and clearly cares about how his students are doing. Tests are very difficult, but expect a huge curve.
Professor Mitchell is good in delivering the topics and concepts. However I did usually just truly understood the topics during discussions/labs. He makes you work for your grade. If you pay attention in class, in labs, do the homework, and especially do the review guides it's an easy A.
I feel like everything's already been said about UCSC's best lecturer, but this man is the greatest. I wish I could have him for every class. He's so passionate and he truly cares about his students like I've never seen before. His class is not easy, but worth it in every way. Learning from him is a privilege. Take his class! You won't regret it!
Go to his office hours, even if you don't have any specific questions. His tests are a lot of material in a short amount of time. The reviews are somewhat helpful, but be sure to practice previous quarters' tests. I didn't understand any of the proofs he discussed during lecture honestly. As long as you get the example problems, you'll be fine.
Professor Mitchell expects a lot from his students. He said it himself that his 23A will be much harder than the online one, and his class prepares you for 23B, which is also taught by him. I found going to sections and TA's office hours are really helpful. You will do fine if you understand the homework and all his review problems.
His class has been the death of me, but I have to admit, he's one of the best professors I've ever had. I don't think I've had math explained to me in clear and concise manner.
One of the hardest classes ever but totally worth it. I have never had a math professor like Mitchell before. He makes you love math even more. You'll learn more than you can imagine. Tests are quite difficult so make sure to study a lot. Class breakdown: Homework 15%, two midterms 22.5% each, and final 40%. Excellent teacher. Fantastic lectures!
I sure wish I could have another teacher like Richard Mitchell. I took classes from him ten years ago and as I am about to finish my math Ph.D. I still consider him the best lecturer I've ever had.
The best teacher I have had at UC Santa Cruz. A caring, hilarious guy who challenges you to your breaking point and back again. Most of my friends got Cs in Math 20A, but still returned to take Math 20B with him next quarter. That is a testament to Mitchell's quality as an educator.
Mitchell is a top tier professor. His lectures and our study-group's late-night sessions are fondly remembered..
Mitchell is a challenging professor, but his teaching prepares you well. Going to sections and office hours is key. I found Unstuckstudy helpful for study prep alongside the textbook.
