Study the notes from class and you will do fine. There is a nice curve. His voice makes you want to fall asleep though...very monotone!

My first impression of him was that he was an ass. But he didn't turn out to be that bad. He is very monotone, but I guess you have to be interested in the things he teaches to be able to stay awake...His tests weren't hard but he worded ?'s funny...

Hard to capture his personality...but he's very informative, makes me chuckle every now and then, and doesn't assign too much reading. Nothing to complain about, really.

You'll learn a lot. He says funny things about some annoying people he finds in the class. Just study notes and A's are inevitable.

The half the Rozek teaches is simple. He curves exams. He does powerpoint of which is all on the exams. The day before the exams he actually reads the questions to you from the actual exam. I would take him any chance I get.

This class is very easy, just study the notes you take right from the powerpoint presentations. Major curve on the tests! Dr. Rozek knows what he is teaching, answers questions, is fair, and I liked his sense of humor. I highly recommend!

Great Prof! Very easy class, just study from the notes on powerpoint and read the summaries at the end of the chapters. I would take him again if I could.

He is a Pharmacologist, so he knows what he is talking about. At times he can be a little too detailed in his explanations. Tests can be a little difficult, but the curve is unbelievable. If you don't like Science, this is your way out!

Giant curve, great study guide questions provided, just go to class, take notes and read in the chapters what he talks about in the study guide and you'll be fine. I would take him again in a heartbeat.

I didn't think I would like him at first but then when the class began I realized that he wasn't so bad after all, he grades on a huge curve which will help alot, and he doesn't assign much reading, I'd definitly take a class with him again

I took this as an onlin summer course using webct. Discussion board 25%, online quizzes 25%, online assignments 25%, on campus final (130questions) 25%. I recommend getting this general education out of the way during the summer/spring (so easy).

Highly recommended.Save money on purch. book,just use notes from class and PPT and you're fine.Uses an annoying microphone like the one on the price is right.Speeds through exam review and does not like questions.

He is a funny teacher. He brings humor into his lectures which makes the class 10 times more interesting.

He's the man. Super chilled out-smart as hell-and not too difficult. I learned alot from him. That's what's important right?! Oh yeah, plus I was really entertained.

This guy is kind of a jerk and looks at you like you're an idiot if you ask questions. He is a no excuses kind of professor...but aside from all that is really easy. The curve is insane...you can get like 15 wrong and get a 4.0! Take him - just ignore his attitude. Read the book too.

He is kind of cocky and doesnt stick to his word. his test questions are bogus, but with a 20% curve does it even matter. Decent guy and has a lot of little tid bit info that can be interesting.

The material and notes are interesting yet lengthy. I don't appreciate his false liberal, political remarks, but aside he is a down-to-earth man. Great class and the teacher is funny and interesting.

Great Teacher. Extremely smart and has a refined sense of humor. He's very laid back. His notes are a little hard to grasp at times but his grading scale is very generous.

he teaches 2nd part of class and all you do is constantly takes notes so i would go to class. He gives you a review before each test but he lies because half of the stuff on the test is randomly from the book but he gives u a big curve

hes not as bad as he likes to make himself seem....he grades on a hefty curve and hes actually really nice...but hes not very clear sometimes and doesnt review before tests very well...hes more out of the book than notes...hes not that bad tho...as long as u go to class

I really liked this class and it was very interesting. This guy is a really good teacher great curve on the tests! Also before each test he will read you whats going to be on the yest. Be prepared. He will also tell you this will be on the test when he says that in lecture he means it GOOD GUY

Take this class! So interesting and gets a science gen.ed. out of the way. It's all lecture, but it will keep your interest because he is very smart and it is really good info that relates to you the whole time. Plus, it's ok if you skip a few classes, just do the reading to make up for it. He's not the nicest prof...don't be late for an exam!

Great professor! One of the best I have had so far. He relates to our time, even though he is much older. He lectures the whole class, but gives powerpoint notes for you to take down. He lets you know what you need to take down for notes. Also, gives awesome study guides for exams and final exams. Definitely recommend him!

Yes very easy, and I actually found myself interested quite a bit he definately knows his s**t. One thing that got to me though; he makes contradictions in his test problems so questions don't have definite answers, he doesnt give back test booklets, for one test a 45 out of 63 was a 3.8. I got a 3.7 for the class but somehow still felt jipped

This class is all about common sense.I agree with the statement that his test questions do NOT ever have def. answers, however his curve is HUGE!!!!!! I got a 3.9 and studied probably a half an hour before the test! Take it!

This was a great class to take during the spring or summer semesters. I worked hard, and the final seemed like I might hae bombed it, but I ended up with a 3.9 in the class. I think I got that grade because I worked hard on the assignments that Rozek assigned. If you can handle online homework and are motivated you'll easily get a great grade!

He was a great professor! He knows his stuff, and wants you to learn too. He relates to you alot and isn't naive about what college students do! Take him, he is great, and his curves are HUGE!

He seems a bit intimidating at first, but he's actually very easy. He gives a big curve on his tests.

I took this class as an online class and his section was SUPER easy! Got 4.0's on all the test and writing submissions. Very good explaining material you may not understand.

he keeps you interested doesnt teach right out of the book and he is funny his 2 hours go by faster than rene johnson's 45 minutes when she lets us out early

Awesome guy. He's funny and made my 3 hr night class go by quite fast. Always let us out early. Test were very fair. Material was somewhat borning but he had pretty interesting storys to go along with whatever we were talking about at the time. He's a great teacher I would recommend him.

Professor can be out of line sometimes, but the class is very interesting. Doesn't teach right out the book, most exams questions come from the notes. Pretty easy class if you pay attention and most of the information is common sense anyways if you are in somewhat good health!

He will bore you. But.. it is well worth going to class because what is in your notes will be on the test. HUGE, i mean HUGE grading curve! Labs are easy, he expects a lot from you on them! He thinks he is funny, tries to relate to "our" times. Take Rozek with Cukr. She is awesome.

The class is all lecture and reading the book. He teaches the second half of the course. He grades on a curve which is great but the final is 40% of your grade but if you come to class or get the notes from someone else you will do fine.

All powerpoint. Often said ''you don't need to write this down'' so lots of time spent not taking notes. Had a lot of cool stories. I didn't have a problem with him. I thought he was a nice guy.

Exams are 60% class notes,40% book.Hard, but he basically tells you what's on it. 92% is a 4.0.He also curves the tests to help the students. He makes TONS of jokes!He's a really great guy.NOT A BLOW-OFF class.Be warned.I appreciate his help, cheerfulness, & his pictionary method of lecturing.He draws pics, then jokes w/ the class about what it is.

Love the class, not a big fan of Dr. Rozek. 1/2 the semester is taught by another prof. Rozek's tests come from the book for the most part, so you HAVE to read it. A lot of what is on his tests is not in his lecture. Be sure to attend lecture, though, especially in the first half.

He is very interesting and funny.

Pretty simple class. No homework. Uses power points for notes. A lot of the questions from in class. Just read the book and it'll be fine. Covers a lot but not really in depth. Overall, pretty good professor. Pretty easygoing, etc.

A very informational class. The exams were pretty easy. Dr. Rozek is a very nice and funny guy. You will enjoy his class.

I really enjoyed this professor. Not the easiest man to approach to ask a question,but he's very nice. Awesome curve. and tells you what you need to know for the tests. Make sure you read the book to get a good grade :) I would recommend him.

I enjoyed his method of teaching. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When he tells you to study his notes study his notes it will be on the exam. As for the first half of class sucked Mrs. Cukr taught hated it.

Ah Dr, Rozek, where do I begin? Well for one thing he is super interesting. He knows more "stuff" about his subject that most and he makes this class interesting with his stories and insights. Dry sense of humor which some seem not to know how to take. Tests are a killer. You better study. If you do, taking him is well worth it.

Professor Rozek is a really nice man. He comes to class with a witty kind of charm. He wants to interact with the class and describes notes in detail. It's important to read and attend lecture because everything will be on the exam. Rozek has a great curve and does very helpful test reviews.

Dr. Rozek is a very nice guy. He makes class a lot of fun and he grades tests with the best interest of the student in mind. The one class that I actually looked forward to attending, even though attendance was not mandatory.

Dr Rozek is a straight shooter, but he doesn't like to repeat himself. He is receptive to questions, but you have to make the effort. His tests can be tricky. You really have to know the material inside and out in order to answer some of the questions correctly.

He is a really good professor. Interesting to listen to, but he talks fast so I suggest taking notes on a computer if you're a fast typer. His exams are tricky, but doable. He usually curves better than the general Health Science curve. On the midterm, I would have gotten about a 60%, but with his curve, it was a 4.0. Interesting class, funny guy!
