His class is like independent studies. Not much help-just gives you models and tells you to learn them. No structure in lab. Test were hard, I was always surprised by questions-he does not lecture towards his test. This class is independent study
He is the best teacher compared to other options. All study is by the book. This is a independent study class but that is the best part. lite homework - no essays - nice guy
Take this teacher, he is very clear in what he wants and expects from students. His class is like independent studies but that is the best part. That is why I recomend him.

I have taken anatomy with this teacher, and have also gotten stuck with him for physiology. He is nice but lectures WAY to fast. We can hardly keep up. He had 11 tape recorders on his desk at one point. He also mumbles alot. He is very helpful one-on-one but doesn't give complete directions in lab. Many students end up feeling lost. The tests are vey hard, and he does nothing to prepare you for them. No study guides, no in-class study session, no clue what will be on the test. He just says "read the bo

Frist of all, the best teacher at fresno city college in teaching bio24 (anatomy and phisiology). I did learn so much about the human body. He is really a helpfull professor, his testes are multiple choice and in average 8 essey qestions, but this ones he gives them at the end of each chapter. And a lot of the times he gives you extra credit questi
This teacher is a really nice guy, especially when you take advantage of his office hours. The lectures are fast pace and tends to mumble sometimes. The labs you're pretty much on your own. He has actually told students keep up or drop by the drop date and try again next year.
Mr. Stewart does lecture fast but he really seems to care about the student. He gives plenty opportunities to do extra credit. I think he really wants his students to pass he's not out to get you. I enjoyed him as a teacher!!
I took physiology with this teacher, and I am glad I did. Many students complained about the difficulty of the class, but what do you expect.....it is physiology! He is very knowledgable and he provides a great foundation to build on for further classes. I highly recommend him.
I was always surprised by questions-he does not lecture towards his tests but tests were generally easy. All labs were independent but he's willing to help you through any or all of it.
the first week of class we clashed and i didn't like him at all, but I have to admit that i was wrong and that he really is an excellent teacher. used to work at a medical school so he really knows his info. i recomend him if you have to take bio24.
Great teacher. Some students clashed with him, but if you are there to learn, you will have no problem. Very helpful & provided a lot of good information. You can print his notes off Blackboard & then add to them during lecture. Will always help you & understand if you have an issue as long as you keep him in the loop & don't take advantage.
I didn't like this class at first because of its difficulty, but I have to say it was a wonderful class because of mr. stewart. He cares about his students understand of the txt very much and he will do what he can to help you out. You can tell he really cares.I would definitely say to take his class because you will learn more from him then others
Stewart rocks! He is a fair teacher, not easy. He has all of his notes on Powerpoint so you can print them out which is nice. He is very clear on what you need to learn and cares that you understand. You can get a good grade if you attend every class and do all the review home work because as long as it is, it helps prepare you for the exam.
I took his 4 week summer class. I'm not going to lie, first week of class I was extremely intimidated by him, few students decided to drop his class but i stuck with my gut instincts and stayed. My instincts paid off, I finished the class with an "A" and all i have to say is, as long as you study the powerpoints, read the book, you'll pass.
Pretty amazing teacher. Some of his test are challenging, but he usually gives extra credit to help out. He's one of those teacher who like to crack jokes but keeps a straight face and sees if someone catches it. I will miss that class.
terrific teacher, great class. I had to work hard but got a lot out of it. take his class it is worth it.
Nice guy. Tells you everything that is expected of you. Lectures are tolerable. Doesn't grade lab exercises but there is homework due every week. Offers extra credit, doesn't grade on a curve, and offers one make up test. Straight forward teacher.
Great teacher. Tells it how it is, very helpful, always answers questions and he actually wants his students to do well. You do have to study the book to pass the exams. Lecture is a little boring but he does have a dry sense of humor which makes up for it!
Maybe intimidating at first, but don't let that discourage you. He'll come around. Much easier than my last bio teacher. Provides study guide Q's for the test, all you need to do is study well ahead of time. I suggest teaming up with partners to split the chp study guides, that will help a lo!. Lab tests are multiple choice. 2 field trips included.
This teacher lacks being interesting. You must be a self teacher. He reads straight from powerpoint slides. Alot of work. Hard work. Must invest about 15 hrs a week to pass. Missed a C by 1 point and he didn't give it to me for attendance,, etc.... He is hard and boring.
great class, i had to work hard but it was worth it. he is very helpful and will do all he can to help you pass the class
Great class, great teacher. Take the class from him if you really want to learn for nursing program.
I took him for bio 5 and liked his class so much i took him for bio 24 and if he taught bio 31 i would take him AGAIN!
I would not recommend this instructor. I took bio5 and missed a C by a few percent and he would not help me. His exams are hard. They are not even based on his lecture notes. DO NOT TAKE HIM.
Nice teacher, but lecture tests are 5-6 chapters at a time. No study guide is given, you are just told to study the powerpoints. If you need a study guide I wouldn't take this class.
Great Teacher really wants his students to learn. Lecture test are hard but they are not impossible to pass. Lab test are mostly memorization. If you ask for help he is more than willing to help you.
Tried to get Stewart's class after taking & passing his bio/5 class, the class was full. Ended up having to take a new 1st semester prof. that teaches out of a diff. class text book then the ones we paid hard cash for, $300. I may be taking bio/24 again to better my grade from a C; don't take D. Shelley, she is rude and you'll pay for her mistakes.
Mr stewart is a good instructor, i received an A in his class. his lectures are based of his power point notes that he keeps on blackboard. lab exams are memory based i suggest a camera to take pictures of lab models and label them and you will get an A also 85% is a in his class.
cool teacher, very helpful
His lector exams are really hard if you don't study and paying attention in class. He uses powerpoints and they are also on blackborad. His lab exams are really hard and you should take pictures because they really are helpful. Study a lot and you can pass the class with no problem. Also, there is no study guide so study groups are a good idea.
Excellent teacher! Funny man. Stewart knows his stuff and explains it really well. Lab exams are memory based and are easy! Lecture exams require more thorough studying and memorization. Relatively easy if you read the textbook. He definitely wants you to try and try hard. Avoid study groups if the ppl are dummies.
I enjoyed taking Ana/Phys with Mr. Stewart because you can genuinely tell he enjoys teaching the subject and that makes all the difference. Very clear in what he lectures, he's a very mono-tone kind of speaker but an excellent teacher. Take this class seriously and READ the textbook!! Lecture and lab exams are long but easy if you read.
Took Bio24 during the summer. Stewart is clear during lectures but kind of mundane! The clicker questions kept me interested and is a great learning tool. Always come to class he hates absences!During the summer session extra credit was given every lecture test. Doesnt curve grade but great instructor
Mr Stewart was extremely helpful and cares about how his students do. If you having trouble in the class he will not hesitate to help you pass.
Awesome teacher who really cares about his students and will go the extra mile to help you. If this subject is difficult for you then I would definitely say take this from him
Great teacher! Really understands the subject and cares about his students. Tests are simple if you study.
As nice a guy as Mr. Stewart is the class is extremely boring. A's are not given away you really have to earn it, but he will match your effort all the way. Reading the text book is mandatory for lecture exams. Lab exams are simply a test of memory.
This is an extremely boring class. Stewart has no passion when he teaches! He never stuck around in the LABS, he seemed to always disappear to the backroom when anyone had question. Clickers would have helped with his lecture but he could never get them to work. Exams were hard even with a lot of studying!
Probably the best science teacher I've had! He's willing to help whenever you need it. Textbook and studying are EXTREMELY necessary, none of the tests are a least bit easy. He definitely knows his stuff! Not a bad class at all.
This topic is hard in general but he makes it a little easy. He has you answer questions out of the book which later appear on test as essay questions. Study the questions, notes, and lab manual and you will pass the class. He is always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. His lecture is kinda boring but its a small price to pay.
Mr.Stewart is a great instructor. Lecture exams mainly consist of multiple choice, but also have essay responses. Lab exams are also multiple choice, but also contain fill in questions. Definitely not a class to cram study the night b4, study a little each day & u should be fine. Also an 85% or higher is considered an A in his class, which is great!
Class was not easy, but a really helpful class.Lectures based on his powerpoints. His voice is monotone which gets boring. His tests questions can be difficult. But this class gives you an opportunity to take studying seriously which helps with taking tests. He can be lenient to taking exams and is really nice. And things to memorize isn't a lot.
He is a great teacher but if you are not willing to study do not take this teacher. There is a lot of studying to do. I recommend you don't try to study all at the last minute. Test are based on lecture and he also gives 5-7 essay questions that sometimes become 1/2 page length. Very good teacher but very difficult class over all.
He is a great instructor and if I could I would take him again. Its difficult at first but it becomes intresting and fun. His lab class is the funnest, he does not like idle time and keeps us all busy. You will definately learn!
Professor Stewart is a good teacher IF you like to do independent work because during lectures he reads straight from the power point with no explaining or examples. He is monotone. His lectures don't correspond to his exams. There is no study guide. You must read from the book. Labs are fun though but it is self-taught. No help on lab manuals.
This class was very challenging & if you want to go into the nursing field then this is a great foundation class & you really have to put in the work, HE IS A GREAT TEACHER!!! he is helpful but YOU HAVE TO ASK!I spent every waking moment studyin, read the textbook seriously!you have to memorize everything in the lab manual n if u do u will get a A
This Professor does not want to take the time to help students at all. During Lab he leaves you to teach yourself and gets annoyed if you have questions. You are basically reading the book to learn everything you need to know. Everyone just copies off each other and know one learns anything which results in people not passing thank god I dropped
Very easy class. Offers tons of extra credit that its hard not to get A. He also gives you all the essay questions before the test which covers most of the multiple choice also. Just review the power point and you will do well. Take this class, it will make anatomy much easier. Great professor, gives you everything you need to do well.
I love Mr. Stewart's classes. I had him for Bio 5 and 20. The classes can be difficult and requires you to read and study but he is very willing to help you if you ask. You have to do the work but the class is great!
I had him for bio 5 and 20 and it was a memorable time in both classes. I learned a lot and actually more than I had anticipated. The required utensils are pricey but will come in handy. Show up and listen in lectures for clicker answers. Lots of extra credit so you should get a fairly well grade. Just try and you'll pass.
This class is hard. You will never have any idea what's on the exam. You will have to just pray that you remember it all When you take your exam. You will have over 70 question and 5 essay question in 50 min. It's less than a minute a question. REALLY I guess that has never cross his mind. During lab your on your own. The class The teacher HARD!!!
Theres a study guide for the 4 lab exams, NOT for the 3 lecture exams<- final included. Expect there to be 70+ questions, 5 essay questions for lecture exams therefore,!!STUDY!! He's often missing in labs so catch him when you can. make friends, exchange numbers<-will come in handy! Daily clicker questions so pay attention. memorization is crucial
He doesn't know the answer to a lot of questions you ask and he refuses to teach in his labs. Do not take this class if you are taking 15 units or more. I took his class and I had way too much on my plate with 18 units. If you have 12 units you will do just fine, but make sure you go to each class and read your book ahead of time.
Attendance is MANDATORY. Pay attention in class. Class lectures and labs are easy, but when it comes to the tests, it's on a whole different level. No homework, except for weekly chapter reviews, one writing assignment, and extra credit. Does not curve the grades, you get what you get. Expect to work for your grade.
Really nice teacher, he knows his stuff. If you want an A you have to study. I suggest reading and outlining the chapters. Take this class at FCC, fresno state offers it and its way harder and you don't learn the material as well.
Professor Stewart is an overall easy professor. Book is needed to answer essay questions as hmwrk and then some appear on the tests. His lectures notes tell you all you need to know for the lecture exams so STUDY THEM! I did not take my lab portion with him but from my lecture he is not a hard professor at all.
If you like structure this is NOT the teacher for you. You will be lecturing on different chapters that the upcoming exam won't be on. Doing homework that doesn't match the lecture or lab that day. Very confusing structure.
Great teacher with a great personality. Clicker "quizzes" multiple times (3-5) a day over material we just read. Review questions (6) every week (easy), Some questions you will use for the written portion of the exams! He offers extra credit, and you will be assigned an abstract paper (2 pages, Easy). MAKE SURE YOU STUDY!!! Toutors are Helpful!!
It was a great class, he's a little flat, but is very knowledgeable on the subject matter. He will go out of his way to help you if you need it, just need to take him up on it. Easy extra credit. I would've gotten a better grade but I missed a lab exam due to medical issues, he does not allow retakes and he doesn't drop a test. Great PowerPoints.
Monotone lectures. Doesn't help in lab. I'd never recommend him. Tests are extremely hard, does help with study guides. Very frustrating to student(s). Test 1 and 2 are taken from up to ten chapters. His attitude is "oh well."
Despite the fact that I have been exposed to Anatomy & Physiology numerous times, this class was very hard. I worked very hard to keep up with my A. Reading and studying is a MUST. I didn't complete any extra credit work, but this will help your grade a great deal. There are 7 Exams, class clicker questions, & an abstract report.
Great instructor to have in my opinion. Yes the exams are tough since they are usually covering about 4 chapter but the hw you do are the essay questions for the exams. HW is not hard, 6 questions a week sometimes 12. Read the book and go to class and you should do great. He is funny too so lectures can be entertaining.
Hard to stay awake in his class with his boring lectures. But then he disappears when lab comes. Will give a pitiful study guide for test but tells you the lecture ppt is your study guide. yeah test are really hard.
I took his class for bio 5! He's an amazing professor! I learned so much from him. I'd def take him again. I recommend him to people who are serious and WANTS to learn. I have learned so much from his class. Yes, he's a tough professor, but very knowledgable. He will help you if you ask. Must attend class and must have the book! Overall, great guy
Great teacher
Class isn't hard if you do the homework and pay attention in class. You can't expect to pass the class by not doing your part as a student in college. The extra credit assignments are easy to do, so, if you're close to getting an A, I recommend just doing it.
Dr. Steward is good, helpful, sometimes funny. He has some certain rules, but he is not too strict. There is no Biology Mastering assignment! We just have to hand in 10 review questions each week, and the answers are all in textbook. His lectures are sometimes boring, but exams are not too hard, all in his slides. He also gives extra credits.
This class can be diffucult with lab and lecture exams but study, study. There is extra credit. Mr. Stewart can have an attitude and be a moody old man. Every time I asked a question he would answer condescendingly.
Mr. Stewart is a very tough teacher and his lecture exams are VERY hard. Yes, he is nice but I would definitely not take his class again. His lectures are pretty much useless, he reads right from the powerpoint. (not useful to study from at all). he says he has "study guides" but they're just outlines of the chapters. The book is your study guide.
His class consists of 5 exams. the first 4 have essay questions that come from the review questions homework that is due every week. the review questions are pretty easy (6 questions that can be found in the book). For the first couple of weeks, there will be 2 chapters of the review questions due, then after sometime, it goes down to 1. Study!!!
He's a nice teacher, easy going. Homework is easy, answer questions by using the book ( sometimes questions were confusing). Lab test was a struggle because it was rushed between lab work and material given to study. Lecture test were challenging as well. Multiple choice and 6 mini essays.
Mr. Stewart is a cool teacher. his grading goes like, 85% + is an A, 75%-85% is a B, and so on. Tests can be pretty stressful because he doesn't give out study guides. your only study material are the "review questions" which are essay questions that will be on the test (some of them will), and the book and ppt slides. but, Study and you'll pass.
don't take his class guys. he just started giving out study guides because his class was failing. the tests are so hard guys. For one test, it's 8 or 10 chapters and they're VERY detailed. He thinks we're doctors already. And to top that off, there are 5 open ended questions on these assignments that you do every week. Don't take his class,.
Read the textbook and memorize the answer to his review questions. He's very knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions but his class is not easy.
The semester started off like I was in high school all over again. The professor uses a "penalty box" that he puts in the front of the class every class period to put your phone in if it goes off during class, and don't even think about going to the restroom during his two hour lecture because he will scold you for it in front of the class.
Okay, his class is not easy. Firstly, his canvas PowerPoints have blanks on them, making it harder to actually study off of them on your own time. My suggestion: print them before class using the 6 per page slides and focus on filling the blanks so when it's study time, you'll have the powerpoints in full. Advice: take lab/txtbook to lecture & read
READ THE TEXT FOR THE TESTS. He does NOT give out a specific study guide. He gives you one with concepts covered in class and YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE SPECIFICS. Print out the slideshow notes and fill in the blanks during lecture. He's kind of monotone. Study and you'll do fine test-wise and he offers MULTIPLE extra credit opportunities even on tests.
Avoid this teacher at all costs. Just being real. By far the worst prof I've ever taken. Exam Average is 55%. I'm taking him for BIO5 which is supposed to be easy, however, this guy makes it as hard as he can. Also, super childish- he will go on tangents for 15 mins of his lecture if someone needs to use the restroom/take a call.
He's very fast pace. Lecture he has sixty multiple choice questions and five written questions, which can be from any of the chapters and wants it in sentence form not straight forward answers. Lab you have at least twenty stations you go to with five questions on them and you rotate through all of them.
Very respectful teacher. I am retaking the course and this has pushed me to study and make attendance MANDATORY. I recommend STUDYING and make a study group. no finals, one group project, and he is nice about carrying extra clickers for lecture. only hw is from the textbook essay questions.
Going into the class new it wasn't going to be easy to pass but it is manageable it succeed. Study and you will pass.
Professor Stewart is great. The homework is very doable, the exams are based off of homework and lecture. He is very understanding and helpful also. Grading curve is anything over 85% is an A so its pretty easy to pass the class. Offers a lot of extra credit as well.
Prof. Stewart is very straightforward in the way that he runs his class & is clear about how he grades everything. this class is very doable if you follow directions, really study the powerpoints/chapter outlines/review ?s, attend class to answer clicker questions & do the extra credit. your final grade truly is based on how much effort you put in
at the beginning of the semester he was very strict. he later on mellowed out. this is the hardest class i have ever taken. he doesn't put the grades on canvas so it is kind of hard to keep track. my advice is study hard, go to ECT, do the extra credit, and print out the slides.
in this class you HAVE to put in the work, he's strict in the beginning but mellows out later. HIGHLY recommend ETC (bumped my grade 3%). print out the slides before class to keep up with lecture. DO THE HW! he says to put in 5hrs a week outside of class and hes not kidding. if you cant handle it maybe consider not going into medical field.
study powerpoints and review questions, go to etc and ask questions. he's willing to help if youre willing to try. DO NOT TRY TO LEAVE DURING LECTURE! he doesnt use canvas but will show grades during labs.
Tests are more than half of your grade, even if you do all the work, so if youre not good at tests/summaries then I wouldnt recommend
Took professor Stuart for Bio 5 and Bio 20, Great professor, exams are straight from powerpoints. Gives up to 25 points of extra credit also make sure to go to ETC!
I'm writing this review because I feel like the majority of the reviews on Stewart seems a bit off. In truth, he cares about his students and is passionate about what he teaches. But his exams are difficult (up to 8 written questions per exam, and Lab Exams may have up to 120 matching questions). Must memorize the textbook to pass his class.
Great professor in my honest opinion. Took the 4 week summer course and of course it will be intense. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work and will help you any way he can. He is open to all questions and truly cares for his students success. Would recommend him if you truly want to learn. He also offers extra credit so take advantage.
Overall, great professor. Exams can be quite hard, mainly the essay questions but repetition is key. There is no surprises on exam materials because everything he teaches and assigns will be on the test. He also provides extra credit so definitely take advantage of it. Totally recommend.
This professor makes you work hard for your grade, it's all on you whether you pass or not. Be ready to read because it's extremely helpful, on labs make sure you actually go over things and dont fool around because he will only tell you what do do and its up to you whether you learn the lab material. Make sure to take pictures of models as well.
Let's be honest, Bio class is heavy. This teacher knows his stuff. If you don't read, and don't show up to lab, and don't take notes, you can't pass because there is so much material, and that's not the professor's fault, but he's more than fair (A is 85% and up, B is 75-85%, etc). GO TO ETC AND MAKE FLASH CARDS!
Professor Stewart is great but his class is fast paced and he covers a lot of information quickly so print your notes or use a laptop to follow along bc he posts the notes on Canvas. His study guides are saturated with information so study more than once a week or before the test, gives extra credit which helps. Need a clicker & 2 books for class.
Took this class in Fall 2020 online. Highly recommend taking this teacher for this class being online. Only homework he assigns are 3 review questions for each chapter and are due every Friday. Provides recorded lectures. There are 4 lecture and 4 lab exams and the lecture and lab exam final. The finals are only just the last chapters left.
Professor Stewart is really a great teacher. Just know you are going to work hard for your grade. His grading scale is a nice touch for sure 85-100 is an A. He depends on you to read the material. He also posts lectures but that is like a couple of days before the exam so YOU NEED TO READ! Test are timed to avoid cheating. Go to ETC it helps!!!!!!
I loved having Professor Stewart during my first year in college. He made the class easy enough to pass make sure you read the book. His grading scale is amazing! I am taking another class with him and hope to take another class of his next semester as well. I would recommend him 100%.
Professor Stewart is a great educator he is very organized and he definitely knows his stuff. I really recommend him because everything he teaches is on the exam there are no surprises. I loved the Star Trek touch he would add at the end of exams, even though I didnt know much about it. His lectures are helpful as well!
When doing homework you have to get the answer spot on if not some points will get knocked off but he's a really good professor. Timed tests so make sure you study so you won't feel rushed.
I took this professor Fall 2021 as an online course. The class overall is pretty easy to pass if you read the text, watch the lecture videos, and do the review questions. This class does require a lot of reading. The tests are based on the lecture videos so it is important to take notes while you watch the lectures.
Amazing instructor and grading scale.. 85-100 is an A. 5 lecture exams and 3 lab exams. lecture exams questions are straightforward, if you read, pay attention, and study then you should do ok. lab exams are very hard. A whole lot of memorization, you really need to study hard but good news, he provides study guides for them.
Professor Stewart is an amazing instructor. 85-100 is an A in his course. He expects you to read the book for review questions which will be the essay questions for his exams. His exams are based off lecture so as long as you take good notes you should be fine. If you put the time and work in for this class you should pass easily. He also gives EC!
Professor Stewart is such a good professor. He seems to genuinely care for the success of his students. He's got a good sense of humor and is knowledgeable in this subject. Make sure to come to class, STUDY A LOT and complete the homework and you'll be fine. I would take his class again!
Took him spring 21 -online. You have to read and know each chapter! Essay questions for HW (very TOUGH grader!). Exams are extremely hard. Not enough time to complete. Study guides are no good. He does not curve grade. Way too hard for basic bio class. Do Not Recommend!
There is not a lot of homework rather a lot of studying time and a lot to memorize. The lecture and lab exams are split between textbook chapters by segments, the final exams are composed of the remaining chapters not the whole book. Huge plus! This class is about what you know and where its located in the human body. STUDY! You will do just fine.
Theres a lot of reading and re reading if you want to get a good grade in his class. Make sure to make practice test for yourself to prepare for his exams. I loved the fact that on test he gave us 5 questions to answer, but those questions he had given for homework so you should already have known them. (They are also in your textbook if you read)
Make good use of the study guides, ETC leader and extra credit opportunities! You also have to be extremely on top of the reading to be able to pass this course but if you section off the reading, it makes it easier to go through. Yes, there are "pop" quizzes but they're usually at the end of lab and he lets you do a quick study beforehand!
This professor was not for me a lot of info that was given was not very clear, and it was a bit funny but is overdramatic when people would be on their phones.
Power points were just word to word info copied from the textbook. Has clicker quizzes throughout lectures so you HAVE to show up to class. Very strict about being on your phone & using restrooms during class. In labs, he always gives out quizzes & drawing assignments so you have NO TIME to look at the different slides/diagrams put out.
Professor Stewart lectures were word for word from the PowerPoints he posts beforehand, not much extra insight. Although, 85-100% is a A, you have to work for the A. Quizzes are easy, but exams are dense, especially Lab exams. There are a lot of systems to review for each exam. The last 4 weeks are hard, it will be a test pretty much every week.
I took this class because i thought he was really a 4/5 but he is more of a 2/5 in my honest opinion. Exams consist of 5 chapters with a large amount to take in. I guarantee that if you do not study on a regular basis then you'll probably pass with a C. It'd be helpful if he was more modernized and could break down on exams for student success.
Professor Stewart is whimsical during his lectures and cracks a few jokes, during lab he does a good job at explaining what we have to do and is available to speak to. I suggest studying really hard for this class if you plan to pass with an A or a B. There will be up to 25 extra credit points available, DO THEM. Receive every point you can.
This man was the absolute worse, he was a very unfair teacher. In my opinion he was disrespectful and treated students as if they were little children. Always had an attitude whenever you try and speak to him about the class. He just overall isn't a good teacher and I am glad to not be in his class anymore. Take his class at your own risk.
This teacher was not very good in my opinion, he always had an attitude and would only have rude things to say to students. He also hated if a person tried to use the bathroom or really needed to answer their phone. He is straight forward with his lesson plan but everything comes at a price. Wouldn't recommend taking this professor.
Has a problem with you having to get up and use the bathroom, even got onto me about sharpening my pencil before class so I could take HIS notes. Isn't very good at explaining the slides and flips through the slides super fast. Is very disrespectful to the students, saying offensive comments. Very sarcastic when asking questions about the lesson.
Professor Stewart's class is challenging, but engaging if you're willing to put in the work. The lectures align closely with the textbook, so staying on top of the readings is key. unstuck study helped me prepare by generating practice questions - a lifesaver for these dense exams.
